We hadden de presidential suite geboekt. Was echt super. Prima ontbijt
Niks
Great position quite close to the Arches park. Swimming pool fire pit, barbecue all the amenities needed.
All good!I would prefer a normal bed and not a sofa bed in the apartment but was comfortable
Design
A/c can’t be set lower than 70 degrees
Hotel REWELACYJNY !!!! Polecam. Otrzymaliśmy bezpłatnie podwyższenie standardu apartamentu. Apartamenty niesamowite-duze, ekskluzywne, nowooczesne.z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchni, pralka, suszarka. Na terenie obiektu znajdują sie punkty grillowe. Basen z widokiem na piękny zachód słońca. Obsługa przemiła. Polecam to miejsce!!!!

Rien. Tout était parfait.
The property is very nice and the staff very helpful. We were able to get an upgrade on our room and it was amazing. We even had an air hockey table in the unit. The bose sound system sounded great when the temperatures were hot in the mid afternoon. The pool area was very large and nice and well maintained. The hot tub is a favorite spot but we had no problem finding a space. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. There was one who's name meant "beautiful" but I never could get the way it was pronounced correctly. She was very helpful. We would like to come again when it is not so hot in mid July.
Beautiful and comfortable
Breakfast buffet was mediocre
Excellent facility. Very clean and many amenities. Would highly recommend for anyone and very accessible to many of the parks in the area.
Everything, spacious and modern rooms fully equipped, really good breakfast with lots of choices. Great pool and gaming room, stuff was very nice and helpful. I’m impressed about this place. For sure I’ll be back here.
The location is great; close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, close to downtown Moab with two grocery stores. There are plenty of options for adventures to be had as well. Now, on to our one bedroom condo…. We are longtime owners (Diamond Elite VIP) since Trendwest days. We asked for a room with a view (since there are lovely views from this property) and were told there wasn’t anything available but we were being given a room on the first floor that was very private. Our rooms view was of a plain pink stucco wall with an RV park on the other side!!! We advised the staff that the view was unpleasant but nothing was ever done and no apologies. Both arms on the couch were dirty and there were still cup rings on the side tables. Although there is no road noise we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking and jumping. Other than these issues I would recommend this property…
Wonderful experience. Its our 2nd time staying at this location and it just got better. You can’t beat the location for hiking and exploring Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. The staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs. Rooms were well appointed with plenty of space. We will be back.
Good location, we had a room with a kitchen and balcony, clean, would book there again
Prices are rather high, and maybe bed could be more comfortable
Was all excellent except for second bedroom that had bright walkway light shining into the room all night Need to install black out shades
See above
The spaciousness of the room. It was a pleasant surprise
To pay for wifi
I have been a Worldmark member for 22 years. I have never had such a bad experience. If anyone even walks across the room above you can hear every footstep loud and clear. And for the first time staying in a one bedroom unit, there is only one bathroom, not two. This was also the first time ever I have had to call maintenance—for both the room phone not working and for a leak in the bathroom sink. And this resort is only four years old.
Geat stay at Worldmark. Comfortable Place Not far from Arches NP and downtown. Remember to put your extra Key Card in slot by the door to get power.
Nice place for Arches park
Good rooms, has all we needed
We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite which was large. It included a full kitchen and washer, dryer. Rooms were clean and modern. Very close to Arches National Park and 5 minutes from town. Great location.
Breakfast could have had a larger assortment of food.
We enjoyed our first stay at Worldmark Moab located at the northern end of Moab Utah. Check-in was fast and efficient. We had a problem with a noisy refrigerator and the staff responded quickly and replaced a noisy fan motor within an hour. Nice pool area with 3 separate spa pools, a large pool with extended shallow pool for small children, and a splash pad. Each building had a outdoor area to relax, grill or entertain. A beautiful timeshare resort near Arches and Canyonlands national parks.
We booked through our timeshare. It was advertised as a "studio max occ. 2". Lets say, just barely 2 can fit. It would be better for 1 person. When you first walk in, you're like, wheres the bed? Its a Murphy bed, which may be a queen... felt like a full size. My wife didn't sleep well on the mattress. We were on the first floor, and yes lots of morning noise banging footsteps from upper level woke me up. Not a ton of drawers or closet space. (enough for my wife, but I had to live out of my suitcase) Oh and there's no hooks anywhere to hang a jacket or other items. Had to go buy and over the door hook set. Check your shower soap, and conditioner. Ours were essentially empty when we arrived. Had to ask for more. I think there are some larger units at this Worldmark, but our timeshare wouldn't let us reserve those. Highly recommend getting a bigger unit if you can.
Location is great for access to Arches. Pool is beautiful. Two bedroom is perfect for a family.
Breakfast was disappointing.
The place is new and confirtable, but the bed is avery small queen size. The room is big i dont understand why such a little bed.
It’s ridiculous to charge for internet these days. Very stingy. It would be better to include this cost in the daily rate. Terrible impression
Location
AC does not go below 70 and at night it doesn’t turn on
Stayed for a week early March on a timeshare exchange thru RCI . Had a terrific stay - we were in the “ Balanced Rock “ building which has been branded as an Eddie Bauer Adventure Club unit - cute decor . Just 2 of us in a 2Bed/ 2 bath - very comfortable , large unit - spotlessly clean . Well equipped and everything in great condition. 4 or even 6 adults would be comfortable. This resort is barely 4 years old.. grounds/pool / hot tubs ( three!)fitness and game room all so clean as well. Every staff member very friendly from housekeeping and maintenance to front desk. I had read of concerns regarding lack of sound barriers / insulation between floors and lots of noise from units above . I did call ahead and asked about a top floor room ( There are 3 floors). Advised top floor is “Presidential Suites “ only but we were placed on 2nd floor . I don’t think there was anyone above us all week … Slept great , good beds- very quiet always in our unit. Of course, the resort was not full and early March is still off peak for Moab. We did discover there were only 17 cable channels out of 100 available on our TVs due to a vendor repair issue - it was only our building. Not that we spent a lot of time watching tv, but I did ask to be comped a breakfast for the inconvenience and we were given 2 passes for that promptly . I am not sure if breakfast is included for any type of reservation , definitely not with a timeshare exchange. I would never pay for it there - 20.00 each - it’s just basically a typical free hotel chain breakfast . Better to eat out or just keep breakfast stuff in the unit .. Regarding having to pay for WiFi- that is pretty ridiculous. 9.95 daily or 49.95/ 10 days. You purchase thru an online vendor . We were glad we did not . Found our Verizon cell service at 1-2 bars in the unit ( 4 bars at the pool) was perfectly fine to support browsing and streaming movies- no problem. Set up my IPad to my phone as a hotspot and that worked just fine too. The location is terrific - great for day trips .We went to Arches 3 times, full day at CanyonLands, and also Dead Horse State Park. Also scenic routes/ drives nearby including driving the LaSal mountain road .
Great property - well laid out rooms that were stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. The amount of space and overall quality we got for the money was hard to beat.
My only critique is the breakfast could be improved upon, both in terms of overall quality and day to day variations
Very nice resort, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect being close to Arches, canyon land and Colorado River white water rafting.
Great place amazing pool and game room close to Arches National Park! Great location to town as well. Look forward to visiting again!
Nice resort and well located to visit Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse Point, and much more in the area. January was a great time to avoid the crowds and heat of high summer. We did a night sky viewing in Canyonlands around 9 pm and only saw one other car in the park. Temperatures were mild and my light jacket was usually sufficient during the day. A few complaints. The resort did not have my RCI exchange reservation when we checked in. Took too long to resolve and included having to logon onto RCI to print my confirmation. That has never happened to me before in over 30 years of exchanges. Recommend verifying your reservation directly with the resort before arriving. This was a 6-day exchange and we were charged an expensive cleaning fee on checkout. The resort said it was a fee charged by RCI, but the resort collected the payment (strange). There would have been no cleaning fee if this had been a 7-day weeklong stay. I understand having a cleaning fee on a short 2-3 day stay but for almost a week, I can't see that any additional costs for cleaning were incurred. I object to this ridiculous and expensive charge. RCI should make this policy much clearer and disclose the actual cost. And it should be part of the exchange process if the fee actually goes to RCI. I find this very objectionable.
pool was gorgeous clean, friendly , nice decor
no gym
I recently stayed here for a vacation and was very pleased with our stay. They have modern amenities, nice units, and are close to downtown Moab and the National Parks.
The property and pools were beautiful, staff was kind, and I loved that they had 3 bedroom suites, which isn't common to the area.
A little more variety to breakfast in the morning, but it was generally fine
The suite was comfortable and the the kitchen was great. We appreciated the full size kitchen and the washer and dryer. Since we were hiking it the laundry was a nice bonus.
The rooms are excellent. Our particular room overlooked the RV park. It was fine but with the RV generators going it wasn’t the ideal view. They had other areas on property it by the time we got back to the room we were happy to enjoy the suite. Nicely designed rooms. The chairs looks great but are not that comfortable. The sofa was.
2 bedroom suite was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very convenient to have washer and dryer in the room. It was fun to have a family game area available
Our balcony had view to the trailer park. Would have been nicer to have a different view. Would have been nice if pool was a little larger and had more water features for children to play. $18 breakfast price per person was a bit high for options offered. Would have liked to see more variety of fresh cut fruit
The facilities were great particularly the pool area.
The breakfast pretty basic; it is the same as you would get at a lesser facility.
The suite was modern, clean, and spacious. There beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, towels, dish liquid, silverware, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was spacious and had a fantastic view. The location was very close to the entrance to Arches National Park. The breakfast had a great variety and we were able to eat on the patio. The landscaping was attractive.
great options
no bar on site
The breakfast was pretty good some things I preferred more then others but the selection was incredible. We set outside and the view was amazing and the staff were very kind.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tubs were amazing with incredible views. The breakfast options were great with something for everyone. My kids loved the playground and the printed pictures of bats for them to color.
Everything was great
Moab is very beautiful and Wyndham Moab is an incredible condo. Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds, and wonderful staff. I happened to get sick and Justin the manager was kind enough to check on me and make sure I had what I needed. Highly recommend staying here.
Our Experience in Moab was the best in a long time. After a long day of hiking, having the World Mark Resort to come back and relax was amazing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the hot tubs in the evening but they also have a great gym and game room. I would recommend this for your next trip to Moab.
Our Presidential Suite was large enough to comfortably accommodate a family of four. It was clean and well equiped with high quality accessories. We very much enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubes. The breakfast was good.

New, nice, clean rooms. Can be quiet when there is no neighbors upstairs. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Highly recommend. Close to arches national park.
Everything was great. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfy. Staff was pleasant and we loved the sleek decor and style of the suite.
The fact that WiFi was additional was unexpected as WiFi tends to be more of a necessity than a commodity but we made due.
Worldmark Moab was great for our Thanksgiving-weekend get-away. The weather was cold, of course, but we received a warm welcome from staff. The two units we rented were roomy, comfortable, clean and had up-to-date appliances. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our grandkids loved it, too. The heated pool was too cold for us, but not for our kids and grandchildren, who enjoyed an evening swim in 40-degree weather while we hunkered down in one of three hot tubs. We also enjoyed the video games, pool table and board games available in the lobby and the fitness room available whenever the lobby was open. A giant, outdoor chess board with life-size pieces would have been fun in warmer weather, or if we didn't want to spend all our outdoor time enjoying Arches National Park, so close-by. The staff went the extra mile when mid-stay they changed the sheets and towels out and made all the beds in our second unit as our guests staying there changed to a nephew and his family. We'll likely stay there again to experience it in warmer weather.
Our presidential sweet was great; very spacious and clean. The balcony was nice and had a great view. The kids loved the air hockey table. The heated pool and hot tubs were great. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pits. I had a few minor issues and the front desk folks were able to address those quickly. The breakfast was included in our stay and was fine. But I would not have paid extra for it.
WiFi is not included in the price. We had to pay for that separately. The price was reasonable but we had issues connecting to devices other than our phones. The washing machine did not work well in our condo - I didn't have time to call to request service on it, but that was frustrating. The "fireplace" in the condo is not real, it's just a light for show.
The on site staff were very friendly and professional. The facilities are what makes our family tradition of spending Thanksgiving in Moab. Our family has always enjoyed staying at WorldMark until this year.
One day prior to our family of 14 arrival I was informed that we were being ousted of our rooms due to overbooking. We had been planning this trip for months with all of us looking forward to another great Thanksgiving. This was a huge disappointment as other plans needed to be made. Luckily, thanks to an amazing staff at another hotel we were able to make things work out. We did have to fork out additional money to make this happen. Most likely will not use Booking.com in the future or stay at the WorldMark
Spacious. Clean. Luxurious
Coffeegreat. The hot buffet average.
We booked a room in August for a four night stay in November and paid a one night deposit. Two days before our arrival date we received a voice mail stating that we were being downgraded due to "inventory issues" - i.e. they overbooked! We had booked a room with full kitchen and they wanted to downgrade us to a smaller room with a partial kitchen (microwave only). Since we had planned to cook for ourselves this was not acceptable, so, after discussion, our reservation was canceled and we were forced to make other plans at the last minute. They did refund our deposit. However, we had reserved using our Visa card and Visa requires as part of their Merchant Services Agreement that when a hotel cannot provide the accommodations that are booked that they compensate the guest by paying, at a minimum, one night's lodging at a comparable property. They have declined to do so, but did offer 15,000 Wyndham points with a value of about $100 which have yet to materialize. There are a good number of similar complaints about this property on TripAdvisor so I would think twice before booking this hotel as you may find your reservation canceled at the last minute with no compensation.
The space was good for a family of 4 and it was nice having a fully stocked kitchen. My kids loved the air hockey table and playground. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit to help clean up after our adventures and avoid packing dirty clothes. The breakfast was good too. It was really close to downtown Moab and Arches.
Nothing! We had a great stay.
Staff was very friendly and always willing to help if there was a problem. However, one major problem did prevent us from having a good restful vacation. In all we had three problems with the first two corrected immediately. 1) the freezer when we arrived was not cold nor had ice as if it wasn't even turned on. 2) no kitchen items available to cook in the stove. 3) and most importantly the building is terribly built for noise. We had a second floor unit and when we stay at hotels we ALWAYS pay attention to walking quietly. We don't want to ruin the time for anyone below. Sadly many don't take this same thought and care towards others. The visitors above woke up every morning around 5:30 and were walking, stomping and moving around till they left near 7. The building is so poorly built that every noise is heard. The construction even used linoleum flooring which is the worst floor option. It acts like a drum because how it's installed. They are note quiet! Zero thought went towards sound in this building. Even the walkways and stairs outside when kids run or people walk vibrate the entire building. When the people moved up stairs we could actually feel the vibration in the bed. As such every day we were woken at 5:30-6:00am. We informed the desk and they said they would mention it to the people above. It didn't matter assuming that was actually done. When we arrived I specifically asked for a 3rd floor unit but the building was built without a two bedroom unit available for us on the 3 floor. We won't ever return to this location as sleeping is number one priority on a vacation such as this. We hike, and rock climb and are totally spent every day so we MUST be able to sleep. We did not try the food as we cooked in the kitchen, plus the cost of to eat there was no in our budget. We did eat in town a few times and the places we chose were great.
We liked everything about our stay at Worldmark Moab. The suite itself was clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed. The in-room washer and dryer was great. I regret we didn't have more time to enjoy the resort itself, including the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant. The resort was very quiet, which made for a good night sleep. Also, great location. We will be back.
Decor: Very modern and classy décor, though some of the furniture was threadbare and of poor quality. Very dimly lit bedroom, while the rest of the suite could be lit up with many lights – what gives? Desk & electrical sockets: No desk available in this particular room, though it did have some USB charger points under the kitchen island bench. In-room safe: Yes – small vertical safe in bedroom. Breakfast: Basic American-style buffet with choices of cereal, hot food, waffles or muffins, yoghurt, fruit and brewed coffee. Though things like the bananas on mornings when they were present looked like they had been dropped and rolled around the floor a few times.
We ended up with one of the worst rooms available having paid for a Presidential Suite with advertised views of mountains and or pool, we ended up with view over RV park with smells of cooking floating up to the room and balcony which meant the balcony was no benefit or value; plus, the bedroom windows unlike all other suites looked out onto a blank wall. Seems that if you book via a “third-party” such as booking.com, then you get the poorest room in the estate and no customer service. When we rang reception about changing rooms, because we were dissatisfied and staying three nights, we were told they were full and could do nothing. However, when I checked online 15 minutes later, I could book another Presidential Suite for the same three nights – so that was a lie. When I saw the staff in person, she was very rude and condescending – not the kind of person who should be customer-facing for a hotel. Wyndham, you should be absolutely ashamed at this poor offering, which you sold a certain room type with a view of mountains and pool and delivered something different, then followed that up with appalling customer care. In many countries, this would be clearly mis-selling and you could be fined for such misrepresentation. This is a complete contrast to La Quanta by Wyndham, where we had stayed in Fruita, where rooms and customer care were top-notch. Outlook: We ended up with a view over an RV park and the bedroom windows looked out onto a blank wall.

This hotel would be AMAZING if the rooms weren't so horribly designed for noise. You can hear literally every single step from the people above you - and if they are moving furniture around - forget it. At some points during the day, it literally makes you jump out of your seat cuz it startles you so much and because it's so loud. They are not allowed to make courtesy calls unless it's during quiet hours - which means even though the people above us woke us up at 5:30am, because I didn't contact the front desk until later in the morning, they won't reach out to the guests above us....That means I have to be woken up by the guests above, then wake up enough to call the front desk and have a conversation with them, and THEN the front desk will call the people upstairs. It seems to me to be a simple phone call - 'Hey, just FYI, the rooms aren't carpeted and can be a little noisy to the people below you. If you wouldn't mind being a little less noisy, walking softer, moving less furniture until after 7am everyone would greatly appreciate it!' Hell, I might even walk upstairs and do it myself. It's a simple conversation. In other words, if you are on Floor 2, they care more about the feelings of the people above you (they are 'VIPs', so of course) than the fact that the people above you have woken you up every morning at 5AM.
Clean. Nice amenities. Nice pools. Restaurant seemed to have limited hours. Our room was very quiet, never heard much from any of our neighbors. WARNING: WiFi is not included, is expensive, and poor performance.
First Class, World Class, Elite Class; choose your term for what you think is super outstanding and that is how you will feel about WorldMark Moab. The units are exquisite compared to other RCI Units in which we hae stayed, and we have stayed in many very nice RCI units. Beautiful finishes, Quartz countertops, high end plumbing fixtures, everything was super nice. We are closing in on 100 trades/Extra Vacations in RCI Resorts and we could only think of four that were in this class. Location, location, location; you are about 15 minutes from Arches National Park, about 35 minutes from Canyonlands National Park, and about 25 minutes from Utah's Deadhorse State Park which is also outstanding. You are about 5 miles from the Potash Road which is a must drive. You also are right off of the main sreet of Moab with their many first class restarants. The staff here is excellent in every way. I greated thte workers around the resorts and everyone of them stopped what they were doing for a minute and spoke to me. The front desk staff is equally nice. Was everything perfect? No: A fine resort like this one should have FREE WIFI. No excuses in 2025 to charge over $40 for 3 devices. That's just greedy on the corporate side of things. No excuses are acceptable for that Faux Pas! Also, the people in the unit above ours must have been rehearsing for auditions of a new cast of Riverdance. The noise they made was ridiculous, but that is not Worldmark's fault. We have stayed in so many RCI resorts that it would be impossible to say "The Best". With that said, I went resort by resort and can easily say this is a top 5 resort for us. Because of the high charge for wifi I would give this resort at 4.999999 out of 5. Otherwise, I would say it was about as perfect as you can expect from a timeshare resort.
Big, new, highly maintained, great pool and fitness room
A bit far from the center, must use a car
Worldmark Moab was great. No complaints at all. Clean, relatively new and modern, spacious, an overall very nice facility in great proximity to several National Parks. The downtown of Moab is just a few miles south! It was really nice to have full kitchen amenities and laundry machines in the room. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzis quite a bit. Lots of in-room amenities. I discovered the complimentary Starbucks coffee several days in.
Great pool and hot tubs. Very clean.
Beautiful clean room. Great / friendly staff.
The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Aside from bananas…no fruit. Pretty sure the scrambled eggs were powdered.
Great location, awesome staff. Huge rooms (we had 2 bedroom / 2 bath suite) . Excellent facilities. Breakfast was just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
This place is beautiful and the location is great, and my 2 bedroom unit is roomy, clean and modern. However, if you value quiet DON'T STAY on the first floor if at all possible. Management moved us to 2nd floor after we complained that the first floor had no sound dampening above us and normal walking and activities sounded like drums overhead. I appreciate that Justin the onsite manager took care of us and relocated us. It was a much better experiences after the move.
Very noisy rooms . You could hear every foot step on room above. they say restaurant , it only serves breakfast, they say Starbucks, it is only open 7-10am and 11-1pm.
Very luxurious and a good value. Best place to stay in Moab.
This place was awesome. Very clean condo;like new! Hot tubs were wonderful. Very convenient to Arches and Canyonlands as well as Moab.
Mooie kamers, fijn zwembad en handige locatie.
Niets
Great location to the national parks, restaurants & shops. It was a very well cared for resort and had nice amenities..
Lovely hotel perfect for arches park. Excellent amenities and loved the Barbie’s. Only issue we had was with the Murray bed not very easy to work out at first and a bit uncomfortable but that’s our only negative. We would come back but to a different room
Seeing the Arches in Utah has been my wish for a long time. Seeing a resort right in Moab made it come true. It was just a 10 minute drive to Arches National Park and 37 minutes to Canyonlands. And my wife and I were lucky to have spent 4 days straight in Arches before the government shutdown. The resort is very new. Front Desk said that it was finished during the pandemic. Pool was great and we were able to use the pool/billiards almost every day, after our hikes. And unlike other resorts, Worldmark-Moab has ample parking.
