Dirty, broken tub surround, curtains falling apart, stained bedshirt, didnt take any shoes off and ended up buying a shower curtains to put on top of bed and didnt undress. As soon as i saw the room, i ask for refund and they refused to reimburse me (like 5 min. After i checked in) even after i showed them the damage tub surround, the dirty place and that the bathrub had rust. I would not recommend this place and actually thjnm it shojld be shutdown by health places.

We were not told that renovations were underway or that there are no elevators. The hallway and room was dirty. The management has not refunded our payment even though we went elsewhere for our stay. This place should be totally avoided!

This hotel room was disgusting and way overpriced. The bathroom clearly has mold issues, there's holes in the flooring. The light in the "middle" of the room doesn't even have a plug in so there's ONE light for the whole room and it's by the door. No A/C This is a glorified MOTEL. Not a hotel.

Location was great. Clean but very old building. Price was low so you get wgat you pay for. No frills.

Garbage was not emptied every day and we had to ask to chane the towels.

Room was dirty, Power cords stretched across the hallway to room with exposed copper. Facility smelled of urine heading to room. Very little parking with a bunch of people smoking weed right outside the front door. Bathroom had mold in it. And top it off it was literally the most expensive room of my trip.

We checked out after one night. Very worn out room that was not that clean. Please refund 2 nights.

Bedding was pretty worn. Bathroom floor was old and not clean. Window trim and other trim in the room really worn.

Einfaches Hotel für eine Nacht. Die Betten waren bequem.

location was in town center. We could walk where ever we needed to go while we were there. Room was big enough and clean.

The shower curtain had seen better days. It either needed to be cleaned or replaced. The caulking around the tub/shower looked like a 5 year old child had done it. Certainly not someone who had any renovation experience.

Over priced for what it is. Cleaniness of the bathrooms was questionable at best. Old dated fixtures and moldy grout in the tub/shower area. The bedding was stained lightly on one bed but the other one was fine.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the morning coffee rather good. Also, the underground car park was great fpr motorcycle safety.

The bathroom was very tired with enamel peeling off the bath.

We pulled up and I was too concerned with what I saw to go in. We had reservations and I didn't even go in to check the room out. Went up the road and paid less for a place that was much nicer

The location was good for taking in all the places of interest in Whitehorse.

Building was well below standards. Old, shabby, dirty and disgusting. Borderline squalid.

It had underground parking for motorcycles. The rooms were large and clean.

The front door needs to be fixed. There’s trash laying about.

It’s very old, needs more Reno’s, no a/c, just a fan. Bathroom needs an update, carpets & flooring need an update, bed & pillows were ok

Laundry is in a dirty basement with slightly flooded floor. Loud noises from the bar, shady types roaming hotel corridors and hanging out in the parking lot and near entrance. No fridge or microwave available.

The sweet young girl at reception was very polite. The mattress was very comfortable.

The hotel smelled bad and was dirty. I found a used tissue by the edge of bed. The Internet kept disconnecting.

Checking in was easy and fast. The staff were excellent. Location was good. Close to museum. Nice walking pass just across the street along the river.

The pictures one the site must have been taken many years ago, it is very very run down frequented by druggies and hookers stomping up the halls at all hours. I am writing this at 3:40am having been woke up again from slamming doors and shouting. The room, a run down sweat box. The air on doesn’t work so we have a wonky fan, the bed is lumpy (I darent look at the materess for fear of what I will find). Light floods on from the gapping gap under the door, the curtains are hanging on with a prayer as they are ripped and pulled off the runner. The washroom, I feel I will come out dirtier than I went in. The bath is chipped and battered, the toilet is plonked in the middle of the room and there’s mucky stains dripping down the walls. The good points, fridge and microwave are clean and the lady who checked us in seemed helpful.

The bed was steel sprung and made a horrendous amount of noise every time you moved. The room I had was unbelievable hot, I believe, because the boiler room was directly beneath it. The noise from the floor above sounded like a heard of elephants, and it went on all night. When I complained in the morning, they said, knowing that I had to be away, they said that there was no one who could deal with my complaint untill 11am and that they would be in touch. Well, I've heard nothing, and I've left it 2 days. Do not stop here. This is a terrible hotel. They do not care. They are very quick to take your money and also take a very large deposit on your credit card.

Het hotel heeft mujn reservering (en betaling) overboekt. Het was behoorlijk oncomfortabel nieuws na een intercontinentale vlucht. Ik wacht op restitutie door Booking. De staf van het hotel heeft geen poging gedaan om te vragen of ik nog van de kamer gebruik ging maken. Ze hebben er gewoon een andere gast nog een keer voor laten betalen. Ingelofelijk.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Location is excellent, especially if you have a dog. Rooms are clean & comfortable.

Spacious clean room, with good facilities. A convenient place for accessing Whitehorse itself, and for us to get cleaned up after several nights bush camping out in the wilds.

The exterior of the property looks quite shabby, but inside it's nice and clean. The thin walls and wooden floors mean there's quite a bit of noise from guests moving around the building. Parking space is fairly limited outside: it might be a problem if there's a lot of guests staying.

They lost my record of payment at checkin and overcharged us. After a lengthy wait a senior person finally straightened it out and refunded the money.No apology offered. The curtains were very old and torn. The bathroom sink was badly cracked and paint was peeling around the tub.

Unaccommodating staff, dangerous area and management disregards safety concerns and refuses refunds after bookings despite concerns for personal safety. We did not stay here and were refused a refund.

Beds were hard, but the staff was nice. There is an underground parking area we used to park our motorcycles, which apparently several other people knew about that were traveling on motorcycles.. several bikes were parked with ours in a locked area below the hotel.

The location is a little rough, its very close to a bar that was overrun with homeless people that were more than willing to try and talk to us. The hotel is really old with narrow hallways, rooms were clean, but needed to be updated. The electrical sockets in our room were worn and and plug in items would fall out of the plug. There was a large crack in the ceiling drywall. The bathroom was in horrible condition with grout lines filled with silicone and cracked tiles on the floor. Probably wouldnt stay there again.

Nothing, the place was a dump, not at all as advertised on booking.com. Shower would be so hot/then cold, bathroom taps didn't work properly. One plug to use for microwave, fan, coffee pot, of which had to be placed on floor to use, cord too short. Extension cords snakes around the room, filthy walls. Front doors packing taped together and entire place reeked of cigarettes.

Read all reviews before booking this place, all negatives were buried, at $200/night one would expect a higher level. It will be a long time before we use booking.com again if this is the type of place they endorse!!

How do I even begin. First off the pictures must have been taken a long time ago because it looks nothing like pics shown. The entrance door is all taped up and looks like it has been for a while. Walking in it was dark and not well lit. Lobby furniture was all missing. At this point we should have turned and walked away. The hall to the stairs and 2nd floor smelled like smoke and chemicals and made it hard to breath. They do not have elevators. The room was warm with no air conditioner. We had to open a window to get fresh air. There was a guy outside in a camping chair clearly smoking weed. We did not stay. We checked out and walked across the street and stayed at the convention center. They would not refund our money which at this point was just a loss because there was no way I was staying there. This was the first hotel I have ever refused to stay at.
