Location and quality facilities, notably the comfortable lobby and spacious pool. Very clean and well maintained.

The riverside windows can be too dusty which takes away from the nice views.

The property actually looks much better in real life than it does in the photos. In the pictures, it looks a bit older, but in person it is much nicer and more impressive. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, and the swimming pool is absolutely amazing and very large. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, especially the team at reception — a huge thank you to them! The breakfast is also excellent, with a very large and varied selection of delicious food. I would also highly recommend trying the buffet for lunch or dinner, as there is a huge variety of dishes to choose from.

Its been the third times we stay in Lotte hotel saigon. The foods so good, location is the city center easy to get anywhere. The room comfort and with a good few. However kindly improve your bath tub cleanliness for more safety. Thank you

Lotte Hotel Saigon met our expectations in every way. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while offering a peaceful retreat from the busy streets. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an incredible selection of fresh, high-quality international and local dishes. It was a perfect way to start each day. The service throughout the hotel was great. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. From the rooms to the facilities, everything was of a very high standard. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Lotte Hotel Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I loved the beautifully built and well preserved elegant features. The staff were always warm and helpful and the facilities were wonderful. Mia and Lee helped me to check in and they upgraded my room without my asking. They were very professional and took care of all my needs.

From the moment my husband and I walked into Lotte Hotel Saigon, we knew we had made the right choice for our first trip to Ho Chi Minh City and our very first visit to Vietnam. The lobby immediately gave us such a warm and homey feeling. It smelled absolutely amazing, and stepping inside felt like entering a completely different world. It was elegant, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Manager Veronica for taking such great care of us. She was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. Her hospitality made us feel comfortable right away. She even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a city-view room, and honestly, it was the best decision! The view is stunning, so relaxing, and she even told us that we’ll be able to watch tomorrow night’s fireworks display right from our room. We couldn’t be more excited! We’ve only been here for a few hours, but our experience has already exceeded our expectations. I honestly had a few doubts before coming, but they’ve completely disappeared. I just hope this wonderful experience continues throughout our stay—and based on our first impression, I’m confident it will. Thank you, Veronica, Johnny, Aaron, of Lotte Hotel Saigon team, for making our first visit to Vietnam feel so special. We can’t wait to enjoy the rest of our stay!

Kudos to Pinky for a smooth check-in process and for an upgrading us to a better floor and Chloe for helping us with our shopping itinerary. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a nice spread.

飛行機が欠航したため深夜の到着でしたが暖かく迎えていただきました。またチェックアウトも体調を気にかけて延長してくれるなど最高のホスピタリティでした。また使用したいです。

The pool was amazing, the staff was great, and the rooms were amazing with the best river views in Saigon!

A better menu at the pool and better servicing of people laying by the pool would help to take the service here up to another level.

Duyen, Nyan were so nice and friendly, very grateful to them and their team for looking after me , nothing was ever to much trouble. The beach was so beautiful and it’s definitely a place where you can switch off.

Location was further away from the main town than I’d realised . More my fault for not checking this prior to booking .

Smart, rooms clean and great views. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Round, shallow pool made swimming awkward. Prices for drinks are ridiculous, two or three times the price of everywhere else we visited. Whole place is so vast it can feel soulless. Probably a great business hotel, not so much for the tourist.
