The staff very helpful...restaurant the same...beautiful breakfast..central to where we wanted to go...

The rooms were nice, I also liked the bar area. The staff were excellent, the receptionist was really helpful.

A jacuzzi would have been good in the leisure centre. This is only a minor issue.

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed the stay, very clean, the bed was good. Peaceful no noise. I will come again. The breakfast was excellent. Stuff very kindly.

To have a shower that I could just walk into (after surgery I couldn't step over a bath) we had to upgrade our room which cost €80.

Food was good. Staff at the Mulberry restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Staff at check in were very friendly but the check in process was terribly slow with a long wait to check in.

Breakfast is average. It's a self service buffet breakfast and the plates are extremely hot. Families with kids beware of this as it may cause burns to small hands.

Here’s a polished version: All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a really pleasant stay. I loved how quiet and dark the room was, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what I needed after a long day of walking!

The window only opened a tiny crack, so there was virtually no fresh air. I’d read reviews saying the rooms could get quite stuffy, so I’m really pleased I decided to upgrade to a room with air conditioning.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. I enjoyed the Leisure facilities as well with swimming pool, steam room and sauna... the only thing that was missing was a jacuzzi...

Disappointed that complimentary water is only provided 1st night of 2 night stay. If i checked out and rebooked i would have got complimentary water for 2nd night despite the cost for the hotel of having to change sheets etc. - where's the logic?? Its not the cost for me of buying my own water - its the principal

Arrived with my paid for reservation to attend a concert only to be told they were over booked and no room available and that I would be refunded in the coming days...I travelled 3 hours to get there , dreadful experience

Great location to Letterkenny.

No AC or fans in rooms made for an uncomfortable sleep in the heatwave. Very slow service in foyer and slow to clear tables.

The location is perfect with good parking and a decent breakfast. As I was there for business, I ate all my meals in the hotel and the restaurant has very decent food. However, extremely poor sleep due to noise and heat.

The booking.com page states their is "air conditioning" in the room. There is literally no air conditioning in the room whatsoever and the room was extremely warm all day and night forcing the guest to open the window. However the South facing part of the hotel overlooks a busy yard and I was woken at 3am and 5am both nights with deliveries to the hotel and the road outside. My particular room was also over a loud ventilator outside my window. I did raise this with staff and asked for a fan for some relief which I was given, I also went out and bought earplugs for the second night. The heat was consistent throughout the hotel so there was little point in being asked to move rooms.

Great location for day trips in Donegal. On the doorstep of Letterkenny, for restaurant and pubs. Clean and good size room. Good quality breakfast.

The location was great. Staff were very pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant on the night of our stay. We were served by Peter and I can only describe him as an absolute pleasure. Peter went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied and enjoyed our time in the restaurant. The food was great also.

We asked for two single beds, which was confirmed, but were allocated a double bed.

This has to be the best Radisson I’ve stayed in. I stay in Radisson wherever there’s one in a place I visit. Cork London etc. this one is the best. The food in The Mulberry restaurant downstairs was delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say I got the biggest steak 🥩 I ever saw . Cooked to perfection. I was in Donegal for the Summer Sessions UB40 gig.

One tiny critique that won’t prevent me returning, The tea bags in the room were not good, neither was the kettle. I had to clean lime scale from it myself. I was in Room 218. May have been just an anomaly
