No me gustó absolutamente nada la comida , da vergüenza un hotel con categoría Level ,con una comida tan mala El forro del colchón de una de las cama , sucio con sangre y pelos largos de una persona

Het zwembad kan een likje verf gebruiken. Te weinig parkeerplaatsen op terrein.

No se controlaba el tema de reservar las hamacas, la gente dejaba la toalla e igual no iban en horas. El wifi iba regular.

Llegamos un lunes, y el martes por la mañana bajamos a recepcion a contarles que el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando. Tambien le contamos que la puerta del baño no abria, ya que tocaba con la luz del techo, y habia que entrar de lado para ir al baño. La puerta de cristal que da al salon y baño rajada, en lavamanos desconchado y apenas salia agua del grifo. Y cuando te duchabas se salia el agua de la ducha ynllegaba hasta la sala de al lado. Tomaron nota y supuestamente iban a solucionar lo del agua y el aire, pero llega el jueves y aun nada. Por educacion no quise quejarme antes pero el jueves vuelvo a recepcion y les digo que quiero un vambio de habitacion lo cual nos dan. Me parece muy mal que haya tantos fallos en una habitación , encima con el precio que tiene. En el restaurante los camareros muy simpaticos excepto una morena que parecia cubana, muy desagradable. Ignoraba por completo a la gente, y ni el saludo nos daba. Solo se dedicaba a poner platos y montar mesas y los demas eramos invisibles para ella. Visitamos canarias 4 veces al año y esta fue la primera y ultima en barcelo royal. No volveremos

This hotel is amazing! The pools, the restaurant. The NEW gym, the rooms. Was vey happy and will be back again.

The air con in my room wasn’t very good, was more effective to have my balcony door open. The fridge in the room didn’t work The shower leaked so the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet making it a slip hazard.

Nos encantó todo. La habitación espectacular. Todo muy limpio. El servicio para un cafecito o un té, nos pareció genial. La comida también muy bien...y ni que decir del personal, amable y atento. Muchas gracias a Pablo el socorrista por su atención en todo momento la piscina. Seguro repetiremos.

Pues me hubiera gustado que en la zona de las camas balinesas hubiera un baño. Está muy bien el que se encuentra en la piscina, pero uno más cercano no estaría mal.

Hay dos cosas que creo que tienen que mejorar: 1. Tienen que arreglar los desperfectos de la piscina y pintarla. 2. En las comidas tardan mucho en traer las bebidas, al igual que el café en el desayuno.

Me and my partner went here with a friend for 10 days which was very much needed. Travel to and from the airport was easy. On arrival we were greeted and was given welcome drinks. They spent time talking with us and giving us information about our stay which included activities, food and restaurants and whats around. We were told our room wasn't ready as we arrived early but they had a complementary room where we could get changed and ready to go get some food. Once we were able to get into our room it was very clean and spacious. Bed are comfortable and plenty of space for clothes to be packed away. Problems with the room. - the coffee machine was not working we ended up getting a new one out in on which did not work very well either. - the air conditioning was okay could be better the room never felt cold enough. - i did see a few reviews about the door within the room that has a gap into the corridor i did notice this. This did effect some noise levels in the mornings but wasn’t a massive problem The pool area was lovely and relaxing on which me and my partner enjoyed. We spent most afternoons here. The drink service is amazing. Only problem we found with the pool is that it was too warm to feel refreshed and the showers pushed out hot water. But still enjoyed. The food on the evenings were great. The themed evenings, staff and atmosphere was great. We spoke to many other people who said they feel relaxed. Shout out to Alejandro very talkative and welcoming. I suffer from allergies which can be difficult for me but the staff team were very good to attend to this. Every day i would arrive and a member of staff would walk around with me and let me know what i could eat and couldn't. Some days my food was made from fresh rather than picking from the counter due to risks. Only struggle i had was having an oat coffee but really wasn't a big deal. This was because i had worries of cross contamination. Over all the royal level was amazing. Very relaxing. Staff very attentive. And what we paid for it we are extremely happy Will definitely return.

Nice hotel (Adults Only Area), great staff. Room was comfortable but would have liked the bar to be refreshed as part of the all inclusive package and not charged as extra. Buffet was quite good quality with various options but as with any hotel buffet over the period it does become repetitive. Pool service could be slow at times but the staff were great, just lacked the numbers to cater for everyone at times. All said and done we would return again.

So disappointed in our stay. Not happy at all and would not return. Was looking forward to a family holiday but it really spoiled by our experience here! Plus side nice clean rooms…. However really not a 4 star hotel! Lots of improvements needed In the hotel/ entertainment. Will not be returning!

The rooms at this hotel are great, but there are a number of issues, as a family of 6 we have paid a lot of money to have our first big holiday. The issues are you can only have a pool towel once a week, the pool life guard are so strict you are not allowed any music ( at low level ) at the side of the pool or drinks at the side of the pool, gym shut not in use. The 24hrs bar (adult section) shuts at 11pm makes you feel like you are back in school, no 24 hrs facilities available as advertised. The flooring around the whole pool and restaurant Is all broken and needs fixing.

After a previous amazing holiday at a Barcelo hotel in Fuerteventura we decided to stick with this chain for our adults only holiday in Gran Canaria this summer. Unfortunately in no way did it meet the standards of what we had experienced previously. I will say the reception team were great, the maid service good and the pool man was attentive. Instead of a double bed we had two single beds pushed together. There was a distinct smell of drains whenever the taps/shower/toilet was used. The restaurant is outside and needs a serious amount of fly zappers to attract the insane amount of flys away from the food as there were a lot of them and no efforts were made to rectify this issue. Only a very small number of the dishes were labelled (annoying as I am vegetarian so had no idea what was suitable for me), and a minimum amount of allergy information was displayed. Food choices were limited and not replenished quickly, so you were often looking at empty dishes. The restaurant service was lacking in terms of drinks orders being taken and generally having the feeling of being looked after. The cocktail presentation was really disappointing compared to Fuerterventura, just the minimum effort here. If you wanted to relax and have a drink in the evening you had to go to the family side of the hotel which wasn’t the vibe we were interested in. The decking was broken around the restaurant and looked a mess. I see in previous reviews the management have said they will rectify this but nothing has changed. There were enough loungers but the pool looked tired and in need of a refresh, nothing luxurious here. The pool towels could only be changed once during your stay and then only between 10am and 12pm, which was rather unhygienic. The entertainment area of family side of the hotel was too close to the adult only area and was noisy day and night, not a very relaxing experience. Another reason for booking this hotel was for the gym facilities which turned out to be an absolute joke. It was in a tiny unit (ridiculous considering the size of the complex), situated in the family side of the hotel with no air conditioning, one bench, a few cardio machines, a few tired looking miss matching free weights and 5 random machines. When we went to look at it there were a lot of unsupervised children inside playing with the machines/weights. As well as being dangerous this was probably a contributing factor to over half of the equipment being either broken or out of order. (Highly recommend going to Stark Health Club just down the road instead). If you want an amazing experience and service at a Barcelo hotel you can forget Gran Canaria, instead spend your money at the Fuerteventura location. Our first ever disappointing holiday.

Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet expectations overall. This isn't my first visit, but there has been a noticeable drop in standards. I can't say exactly what the cause is—perhaps the new manager? Sadly, there was far less food than usual, and the service was very slow (likely due to understaffing). The biggest disaster was the broken floorboards in the walkway between the two halls (the path leading to the bar); several boards were broken from age, and a "Caution: Slippery" sign had simply been placed there! It was a disappointing experience, especially given that I am a regular guest. I’m afraid the time has come to stop staying at your hotel.

Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel was truly exceptional. Every aspect, from the quality of the food and the impeccable service to the welcoming atmosphere, exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Luisa, the Italian staff member, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. Always approachable, knowledgeable, and cheerful, she was consistently available to assist with a smile and made us feel valued throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing, high-quality all-inclusive holiday. We look forward to returning.

I stayed here in 2024 and decided to come back because my wife and myself really enjoyed the hotel and the area. Really disappointed to see so many broken slabs and tiles around the hotel and pool area . One path between the dining area and outside area was really bad. It's a path made with decking material, and it was badly worn and had holes in it. The room , staff and food I have no complaints with . In our experience this was as good as the first visit. We've been to other Barcelo hotels and I'm sorry to say this hotel now falls below that Barcelo standard . What needs done isn't a big job and would make a massive difference. Sorry to say we won't be back

Here now , as of yesterday you can only change your towel once per stay which I think personally isn’t very good you may have been to the beach now towel full of sand or you have had a week or two 🤮of now towel change this isn’t acceptable on whatever board your on but when u pay for royal level would expect a towel change everyday .think this is a bad move . Mini bar isn’t replenished at all once you arrived . Service isn’t great they try hard but not enough . Wouldn’t come back to this hotel been to better .i could say more negatives but this is my opinion.

Apart from breakfast meals at the royal Level have been lukewarm at best. The out side area is tired and in need of repair. Broken tiles around the pool and broken wooden boards in the restaurant area and sunbed areas. This is not a 4 star location. Service is ok, staff are ok but have been more friendly. This hotel is not the same standard as others in their network.

Positive * The shower towels and pool towels are large and of excellent quality. * The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. * The cleanliness throughout the resort is outstanding. * The hotel app is efficient, easy to use, and makes handling requests very convenient. * Poolside drink ordering and delivery service works very well. * The staff are professional, discreet, and attentive. Areas for improvement * Airport pickup was confusing. No one was waiting for us at the airport, and there was no sign when we arrived. After about 10 minutes of searching, someone finally placed a Sunweb sign at the MTC front desk. The voucher mentioned going to the MTC desk, but this was not stated in the email, which caused confusion. * The air conditioning cools the main room well, but the bedroom remains a bit warmer. * The refrigerator in the room does not keep drinks cold enough. * The gym needs maintenance. Two of the three treadmills were out of order, the pull machine was broken. There is no air conditioning, it was too warm. * Soundproofing could be improved. Noise from neighboring rooms, balconies, and the air conditioning unit were noticeable. * The room door does not seal properly around the edges, which may contribute to noise and reduced insulation. * There is no water refill station. Guests have to request bottled water, which is limited to 0.5-liter bottles. * The coffee machine in the room was broken, and the replacement one did not seem to work well. * The meal service opening hours could be more convenient (earlier). * The beds are comfortable but too short for taller guests. * Housekeeping occasionally forgot to replenish coffee capsules and hair conditioner.

I’ve just returned from an 11-night stay at Barceló Margaritas Royal Level, and overall I had a fantastic holiday. The Royal Level upgrade was definitely worth it for me. Having access to the exclusive pool area made the experience feel much more relaxed and premium, with plenty of sunbeds available and a quieter atmosphere compared to the main hotel areas. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. My room was modern, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, hardworking, and always helpful. A special mention has to go to Luisa at the Royal Level bar. She was consistently professional, kind, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. She worked incredibly hard every day and her excellent service really stood out. I also want to give a big shoutout to the entertainment team — Maria, Nico, Sophie, and Odio. They were fantastic and clearly put a huge amount of effort into making every day enjoyable for guests. Their enthusiasm, energy, and friendliness really added to the holiday, and they did a brilliant job. Food was good overall, with a decent variety across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was always something to find, even for fussy eaters. Drinks selection was also solid, especially as part of the all-inclusive package. Location-wise, the hotel is in a good spot with regular shuttle buses to the beach and easy access to Playa del Inglés and Yumbo Centre. The only minor point for improvement would be slightly more variety in some of the evening shows and a few of the earlier daytime games. That said, this is absolutely not a reflection of the entertainment team themselves—they were excellent and worked incredibly hard with great enthusiasm. Overall, I had a brilliant time and would happily return. A great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing all-inclusive stay in Gran Canaria, especially if you go for the Royal Level experience. We are currently staying at the Barcelo Margaritas Royal Level for adults only. We are pleased with the cleanliness, the rooms and the food but we are very disappointed with the entertainment, which we feel is non existent. For example Saturday night was 'Mr Barcelo' which consisted of the entertainment team and guests competing. It was infantile to say the least. We complained to the hotels assistant manager who said that they are offering a relaxing holiday and noted our complaint. We will not be booking this hotel again.

Stayed 10-14 June All Inclusive I wanted to write this review as I had read a few poor reviews before leaving & was a bit nervous about the snap decision we'd made. I can hand on heart say that, for us, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The service was impeccable, the food & drink was excellent quality with an excellent choice & the hotel itself was tidy & well maintained. We had completed check in online as we didn't want any extra hassle after the new EES checks (which, by the way, was nowhere near as bad as we thought it was going to be - Las Palmas airport was well organised) so all we had to do was collect our wrist bands when we arrived, which took all of 5 minutes - we wouldn't even have had time to drink the glass of cava we were offered. We had booked a twin room which is what we got. The room was very spacious with a pull out sofa bed as well as twin beds, a TV that swivelled so that you could watch it from bed or the sofa if inclined, 2 wardrobes, table & chairs & a good sized bathroom with a walk in rainfall shower. The balcony was also a good size with 2 loungers & a table & chairs. We had a hairdryer, free safe & iron & ironing board plus mini fridge, a kettle & a Lavazza coffee machine (pods were replaced daily). All the usual toiletries were provided if you're travelling light as were robes, slippers & pool towels. In short, everything that you expect from Barcelo. There is an app which you can use to order drinks from your sun lounger & to book La Fuega which is the Royal Level a la carte restaurant (a BBQ restaurant with a set menu - well worth the visit if you're not veggie or vegan). The only time that I will ever say this - the app was more user friendly for Android. There is one restaurant that serves breakfast (until 11:00), lunch & dinner buffet style with waiter service for drinks. There were obviously peak times but we never struggled at breakfast or lunch & the one night it was busy for dinner, we just had another drink in the bar area. As some have commented, there is no proper indoor bar area; for evening drinks there are a few tables & comfy chairs on the decking & then a bandstand type area that is half restaurant overflow & half bar seating area. Not an issue when the weather is warm & still but I can see how it wouldn't be as pleasant in the cold, rainy or windy conditions. There are plenty of sun loungers & cabana beds around the pool & they did get taken quite quickly but, again, we never struggled to get a spot even if it wasn't a 'prime' spot. The pool itself was lovely. Yes, the paint has worn a bit thin in areas & perhaps this does make it look dirty at first glance but it was most definitely clean. It was also heated & has proper steps into it so you can just walk right in. I would love to name the few members of staff that stood out but, thanks to the very generous measures of branded spirits, I can't remember! Every member of staff we encountered was polite, helpful, happy & friendly. We usually stay at the Fuerteventura Mar due to it's convenient location near the airport however, even with the longer taxi journey (expect to pay EUR 50 each way with tip), we would not hesitate to come here again.

Ami tetszett az a szoba, illetve a szálloda elhelyezkedése.

Ezt a szállodát amikor kiválasztottam, mindenképpen olyan szállodába szerettem volna menni ahol van GYM. A GYM-ben a kardiógépek nem működtek, a többi gép nagy része is hibás volt!!!!! Kiemelni ezzel egy szállodát, hogy fitneszközpontja van, ami egyébként nem elég, hogy elavult, de nem is működik. Ez kész átverés és felháborító. Az ott tartózkodásunk alatt ami 2 hét volt, sem sikerült a gépeket megjavítani. Az esti programok minősége borzasztó volt( voltunk már sok szállodába, ezért van összeghasonlítási alapunk).

It was our 3rd time here in the past year and once again didn't disappoint. I'd like to give a special mention to our cleaner katerina. Room was spotless everyday as always but she also took the time to fold our bed throws into different shapes and sizes everyday and also the day before we left she left us a lovely little note and wished us a safe journey home.

Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Buffet zum Abendessen waren einfach gut. Alles frisch und auch optisch immer ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und hat uns insgesamt gefallen. Zwei Balkone und auch Sonnenliegen auf einem Balkon. Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Es gab leider auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, welche dann doch mal ausgetauscht oder repariert oder gerichtet werden müssen. Schwarze Schimmelflecken an der Decke über dem Duschkopf z.B.

The whole experience was amazing. It made us the memories we were hoping for. It was clean, the infrastructures were great. The staff was very attentive and polite, which brought the experience to another level. Ely and Josue went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to meet them.

First of all, the staff were lovely! All of them were all smiles and polite. A big shout out to Ely and Josue who always made sure we felt welcomed— you guys are the best, thank you! We stayed at the Barcelo Margarita Royal Level and it was worth the upgrade. The app was amazing, truly loved the pool service and ordering cocktails from my phone. The royal level exclusive areas were excellent- lots of sun beds, good size pool, quiet and peaceful- good for relaxing! Restaurant and Bar— great quality food, stunning cocktails. Could put a bit more chairs/tables on the poolside bar, but not really a big deal as we always had a place to sit or hang out. Buffet for breakfast and dinner, and ala carte orders for lunch (if you want a lunch buffet you can go to the other restaurant in the hotel that is like 5min away). I wasn’t really sure if they served snacks in the Bar because it wasn’t in the menu (I only saw the food/snack options from the Breeze bar menu wc is located in the other area of the hotel, so that was confusing to me—but not really bothered by it) On Wed/Fridays they have a separate restaurant that you can book called Al Fuego, they served grilled meat (set menu)— excellent and no complaints about food— it did however, coincide with the asian food theme they were serving for the dinner buffet so my heart was a bit torn as I love asian food. Amenities— no issues. Fast wifi in all areas. Good sized bed, and the revolving TV in the room added a nice touch! The hotel lobby smells fab. Loved it. Plus points for all the cute cats roaming around— they are like the hotel mascots! Location— 5-6€ cab to Playa del Ingles, 30min walk to the Dunes. There is a bus stop at the hotel front. There is a free bus service from the hotel to the beach and back as well. A small supermarket just outside the hotel (not that you would need anything from there really), and a pharmacy that is 5min walk from the hotel. Overall, excellent stay! It’s our 2nd time staying at a Barcelo hotel, and it has been great so far!

I really like this hotel, I have stayed a few times, the rooms, the staff, the food, everything is really good and well run.

The Gym, loads of kit not working, badly lit and hardly any weights. People putting towels on lounges and beds by the pool and not using them, service by the pool can be really slow.

We recently stayed at the Royal Level at the Barceló Margaritas Royal Level and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. This is honestly one of the few hotels I would happily return to again. A huge thank you to Louisa who works around the pool/bar area — she absolutely made our stay memorable. She was always happy, smiling, and ready to help with anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her friendly attitude really stood out every single day. She is a real credit to the Royal Level area and the hotel should be very proud to have someone like her on the team. The food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the fresh orange juice machine at breakfast and the fresh honey straight from the honeycomb — such a nice touch and something a little different. The cocktails and drinks were all fantastic too, and it was refreshing to see a hotel using proper branded alcoholic drinks and liquor rather than cheaper alternatives. One feature we really enjoyed was the pool service app where you could order drinks and cocktails directly to your sunbed. Such a cool idea and it made the whole experience feel extra relaxing not having to queue at the bar all the time. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean. I have OCD and genuinely could not fault the cleanliness anywhere in the hotel. Everything was spotless all the time, which made it so easy to fully relax and enjoy the stay. The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained and very pretty to walk around. We also loved the two hotel cats — they looked very happy, healthy, and well cared for, which was lovely to see. Overall, this hotel was the perfect place to completely switch off from everyday life and properly relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria, and we will absolutely be looking at coming back again in the future.

It’s very quiet and clean hotel. Big choice of breakfast and dinner . Nice swimming pools and staff.

I have stayed in the main hotel which I would rate as high 3 star. Royal level at margaritas is low 4 star and there are other Barcelo hotels which are high 4 star across the board. Rooms and bathrooms are average, plastic sheets over the bed and old bed linen. Bathroom is okay, narrow shower. Service at the restaurant is patchy - can be left waiting or drinks not come. Some staff are very friendly but a lot look bored, I would say 50/50 some staff are doing the work of the others with guests. There are LOTs of stafff for a small restaurant so this shouldn’t be an issue to improve. Food is average and lacks choice given the space for service. Chef could do much better to match other Barcelo hotel offerings. Pool area is clean and pleasant again lots of staff, some good but some bored. Gym needs a big improvement, it’s filthy dirty, machines broken and hold equipment not maintained. This hotel could be great but at the moment is low 4 star and management need to up their game to match other Barcelo properties. In terms of value for money, I would say it’s not worth the price paid. TIP - take earplugs as they didn’t sound proof the rooms when they renovated this some years ago.

It’s people that make this hotel experience 5 Stars. I could list each one as top class but Pedro, Marta and Danny stand out amongst the brilliant team who bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and supported. Yes, the hotel has minor inefficiencies and improvement opportunities which are listed by other reviews, but they are minor, and only mentioned by others because the rest of the hotel is so good. Gym though, please improve the gym. You used to have an outside CrossFit area which was perfecto, but having lost it, your exercise facilities should be next on the ‘to-do’ list. To finish; it’s the fantastic people that make this hotel. Your culture and warmth reflect in our loyalty and we’ll be back to see you very soon.

We wanted to thank Pavel and his team for looking after us to the highest standards whilst at the Barceló Margaritas Royal Level hotel. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating and made us feel at ease throughout our stay. The food, the atmosphere, the whole experience and the BBQ night, was first class. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and everything was on hand when needed. This was our second visit to the hotel and we’d definitely come back a third time. Thank you once again to all the staff at Barcelo Margaritas Royal Level, we hope to see you all again in the future.

This hotel is lovely but has serious plumbing issues. We stayed in a suite and the room as lovely but the shower above our room was leaking into our bathroom. A maintenance man tried to fix it twice but couldn’t and there was clear evidence it had been leaking for sometime. Our room was changed and the lovely hotel team arranged a complementary bottle of cava for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the room we were moved to also had a leaking aircon unit onto the bathroom floor from the ceiling above. This was fixed but started leaking again the next day. The drinks ordering system around the pool is also really frustrated you have to use the app, staff will not accept drinks orders, you have to wait around 30 minutes for the drinks to come and then the staff bring a hand written bill that you have to sign. This seems odd when you have to use an app to order and duplicates the process. It’s such a shame for this hotel as the location is great, the staff are brilliant. We have stayed in 3 other Barcelo hotels and did not experience these issues but we will not stay at Margaritas Royal Level again because of the room issues.

Chambre très confortable et très belle terrasse. Très bon buffet. Chouette système à la carte le midi. Belle piscine avec un bon choix de sièges et de lits balinais.

Nous étions sur à une période de temps plus frais le soir et le restaurant manquait d'étanchéité au vent et au froid. C'était un peu désagréable. Un seul bar pour tout l'hôtel c'est un peu short. Il faudrait un bar près des salons de l'entrée

Kom al jaren in dit hotel en in de begin jaren zeer goed. Ontbijt was fantastisch op het moment verschrikkelijk de a la carte gerechten worden half afgewerkt geserveerd. De gym is onbruik baar omdat alle apparatuur kapot is. Er word geen onderhoud aan de kamers gedaan. Personeel is en blijft vriendelijk.

NOT ALLOWED to invite a guest into the hotel for a drink or to have dinner together in their restaurant???? NEVER have I stayed in any hotel anywhere in the world and been told I couldn't (in fact, not allowed), to invite a friend or a guest to join me for a drink? Thats just MEAN!! There is NO mention of this draconian rule on their sites or on booking.com about this, and had I known, I would not have booked a room there. The manager of the hotel was rude and unbending when I simply tried to talk to them about this and the fact that their security guard literally threw my friend out at the front gate, and frankly, the hotel manager was totally disingenuous with me. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for single travellers or, in fact, anyone ... it's like a PRISON! I will NEVER stay there again and DO NOT recommend this hotel

The shower the door goes in the way very small and water leaked out every time you used it how can you book a junior sweet with sea view if all on ground floor as we were told when we asked to be moved moved to fourth floor or no better the breakfast and dinner buffet majority of food cold very disappointed the maid service to rooms up and down some very good some not so did not take away empty glasses we brought up from bar also when we asked why on the first day we had water coke and things in fridge they said that only happened on first day why when we were all inclusive paid a lot of money did this not happen every time the room was done as we were all inclusive also no background music as apparently they are not allowed which I find quite strange as there was plenty from other places around us the entertainment staff very good our first time in grand canarie thought we would tray or selves but not thinking of going back and if we did don’t think we would waste that amount of money back there sorry but I have to be honest
