Perfect location for midtown and downtown, staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Pool area lovely.
Only negative was our room wasn’t ready on arrival until 5pm which left us short on time to get ready for a 5.30 pick up.
We have stayed in many great places, but this experience will long be remembered. Fantastic facility, wonderful staff and located perfectly to the Broadway excitement. Will return some day.
Nothing noted
Clean bed was very comfortable
Tv didn’t work correctly one staff member was vey unpleasant
Nothing
We showed up at 2:30 and by 5pm, our room still wasn’t ready - there was a line for each of the receptionist and every single time that we had to go check if our room is ready, we had to wait in line for 20 minutes… it was infuriating- we left and went to the W. This place is a crowded zoo!!
Best hotel I've stayed at so far. Great rooms that look really nice, great food and drinks. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wish there were more hotels like this.
Great experience in Nashville with Virgin. My only issue was the pool. As a first time guest, I did not know you really need a reservation for any of the couches. Wasn't a problem in the end, fortunately it was warm enough to just stay in the pool the entire time. Bar and restaurant staff at all spots was very good.
Virgin Hotel- Nashville. Great hotel and location. Lots to do at the property. The bar and coffee bar are terrific. The only complaint is lack of shelves and/or drawers. We couldn’t fully unpack from our luggage because there wasn’t anywhere to put clothing.
I was there for 2 night, Hotel itself is very nice, But front desk should point out things a bit more I did not realize that I had to request cleaning, When I came back to the room in the evening it was just as I left it, Kept calling the front desk for at least and hour hoping I could get clean towels but no one answered, Did not feel like going downstairs so did'nt have much choice to use what I had
Amazing hotel staff excellent especially Greg
Great experience except for the Pool Club. Annoying person manning the door would not let me, just one person, in "due to capacity." Although at the same time a bunch of people were leaving. So know just because you are a guest at the hotel, those who come in off the street have top priority, especially if they look like an influencer.
Everything!!! Beautiful hotel. Rooms were designed very strategically. Thoughtful details.
Expensive valet parking fee.
Great hotel and amenities, but beware if you are going on a holiday wknd they sell out the rooftop pool to promoters and have full on pool parties that are so packed you can barely enter the water. All good if that's the scene you are looking for, just don't expect a relaxing pool/sunbathing experience on those days.
Riley and Sarah were extremely helpful coming in and extremely accommodating about all the luggage we had.
The location to broadway and university, restaurants. Was a nice boutique hotel.
The roof top pool was impossible to go to and relax as it was always booked for some party.
really nice hotel and would come back. loved the atmosphere. will come back next year. great staff and food. should consider more options for vegans
We love this place! The service is always a 10/10! Great people & atmosphere! Everyone in Valet are on top of it! Connor is one of our favs.
William with Valet was top tier!!! I dropped my keys so far under my car that no one could reach them. He QUICKLY problem solved and was more than pleasant during the whole situation. Very kind human. Saved the day!
There was to breakfast
The employees management the valet service . My car was stolen ect an ex was given my keys to the second or third room I paid for privacy I was told to leave my luggage was stolen
Got kicked out of the pool for swimming, absolute joke I will never be back. This has ruined my holiday. The security were really cheeky & rude. He looks like stone cold Steve Austin.
We like the hotel. But we have a BIG but: we went to the pool at night and they were playing RAP and R&B ! Why? We are in Nashville, country music capital and we did not hear ONE country music song! When I asked the bartender about the music I was told that Nashville is not really country music place (?!) and music is set by the hotel (?) and he cannot change it. I didn't believe him but I did want to argue... So overall hotel was nice and clean and food and drinks were acceptable but disappointed about lack of country music "feel". And the hotel is a little far from the center. It is a walk!
Our stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville for my best friend's bachelorette weekend was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and full of energy without ever feeling overwhelming. One of the best parts of our stay was the location. It was incredibly convenient and made getting around Nashville so easy. We were close to everything we wanted to do, which allowed us to maximize our time celebrating and exploring the city without the stress of long commutes. The entire hotel is such a vibe—from the stylish rooms and gorgeous rooftop pool to the amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere throughout the property. It was the perfect place for our group to relax, get ready together, and create unforgettable memories. Every detail felt luxurious, fun, and thoughtfully curated. Virgin Hotels truly created the perfect backdrop for such a special celebration with lifelong friends. If you're planning a bachelorette party, girls' trip, or any special occasion, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for helping make our weekend one we'll be talking about for years to come!
Absolutely loved our stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville!!! The staff truly made the experience extra incredible. They surprised us with a dessert on the house for our wedding anniversary & all the staff throughout were so welcoming, warm, & professional. Especially, Cameron & Kita! And, we had a VIP rooftop experience that I can’t recommend enough!!!! Absolutely worth it! The sunset views, the comfy couches & umbrella, & the amazing pool & rooftop restaurant were all incredible highlights! Can’t wait to go back for a visit!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible team at Virgin Hotels Nashville for delivering another outstanding stay for my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, the service, hospitality, and overall experience were top-notch. The team made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. Every detail felt thoughtful, professional, and personal. A special thank-you for the rock star move of upgrading my wife and me to a suite as a gift for our anniversary stay. That gesture meant a great deal to us and made the weekend even more memorable. This was our second anniversary stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville, and because of the experience, the service, and the way the hotel continues to treat us, we plan to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again to the entire Virgin Hotels Nashville team for creating such a special and memorable experience. You have earned loyal guests in us, and we look forward to returning next year.
My stay at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. However, I have to give a special spotlight to Greg. He truly embodies what outstanding hospitality looks like. It's easy to see that he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion shines through in every interaction. His positive energy and bright personality were contagious, making every guest feel seen and valued. What impressed me most was his ability to multitask effortlessly while never missing a beat. Whether he was assisting multiple guests, answering questions, or ensuring everything was running smoothly, he remained calm, attentive, and genuinely engaged. Despite how busy he was, he made every interaction feel personal rather than rushed. Greg wasn't just doing his job—he was creating memorable experiences. He was the icing on the cake of an already amazing stay. Team members like Greg are what transform a great hotel into an unforgettable one, and he is a true asset to the Virgin Hotel brand. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding stay. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in Nashville!
Sara with valet was incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. We showed up so tired and she took care great care of us! Thanks Sara!
Positives: - fun vibe - friendly staff - clean fitness room - spacious room Opportunities: - Room was not clean. Surfaces had not been wiped down (eg, desk and bathroom counter both had visible water spots, etc.) - noise level in the evening was unbearable. Either construction or dumpsters nearby all night; motorbikes going up and down the road. Very tough to sleep
I stayed this month in two different days, both stays just for one night. I was very impressed about my first stay for the looks of the room, the room and bathroom are big. Over all it was a good experience. I did noticed dust bunnies on the floor and under the vanity. The second time I was given a smaller room; the room was disgusting dirty. The carpet under the bed had multiple stains, the floor was dusty, the bath room was missing the door and instead of a door it had a cheap curtain and rod. the door frame was dirty with smeared marks. The vent inside the bathroom/shower had constant air blowing that was loud. I had to cover the vent and close the barn door that divides between the bed room and bathroom to be able to sleep. The barn door keeps creeping slide open, it would not hold closed. The shower handle was loose and was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The floor around the vanity and the vanity had female hairs all over. The Bed sheets were not tucked in nice, they looked half folded bunched up and covered with the comforter. Also, on my first stay there was shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash lotion. The second time I stayed, there was only shampoo.
Great vibes and service! Everyone was very nice and thoughtful.
Thank you for your help Dino! 10/10 experience
The Nashville Virgin hotel did NOT disappoint! The staff and food were phenomenal, the property is clean and the location was superb!
We loved the live music, valet, roof top pool, the brisket tacos from the restaurant were amazing! The lounge area was decorated really nice for anniversary photos!
I had the opportunity to visit the Virgin Hotels Nashville for a work meeting and from the time I turned the corner, it was a top tier experience. Greg greeted me at the entrance with a big smile, infectious energy, and a much needed helping hand. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and seemed to truly enjoy their work. The shared space was beautifully decorated, smelled heavenly, and clean. My room was so adorably decorated and spacious - the only thing I was missing was a place for my oversized luggage (definitely a me issue 😂). Every meal, latte, and cocktail (with one exception) that I had while there - which included those during the conference - were very well done. Not your typical bland hotel food. Also, when my colleagues and I ventured out, Greg ensured we had umbrellas, got ride shares, and even walked us towards the path when we wanted to walk. 5 stars, absolutely recommend!!
Everything was better than my expectations. It is a little further from Broadway/downtown but still walkable or a very cheap quick uber ride. The atmosphere was welcoming, gorgeous, and very modern/up to date. Great options for a bar on the first floor or rooftop pool bar including dining options as well. The rooms were spacious and loved the separate room for the huge shower. It was also my wedding anniversary while away on business and my husband called to ask the hotel if they did anything and I came back to the room to a tray of cookies and a cute anniversary card. Above and beyond!
I’d like to start off with something positive. The valet men and women were outstanding. I remember Tyler because I asked his name, but everybody at the Valet stand was amazing. Also, the front desk staff went above and beyond when we had an issue and it had to be resolved, it took a little while, but they worked through it. All while being cool and collected. I believe the Bellman’s name is Dustin and that’s where things got a little strange. This particular person started following my significant other, he made her so uncomfortable that she didn’t want to go downstairs for coffee because he constantly followed her and was borderline inappropriate with her. She was concerned about saying something about it because we had to be there for six days, she stopped going downstairs unless it was absolutely necessary. He comes across as being overly helpful and then somewhere along the line crosses over into being creepy. Since he is the front of the hotel and one of the first people you come in contact with, it’s definitely problematic. It wasn’t brought to my attention until the end of our stay and I saw it firsthand because he wouldn’t leave us alone. I understand it’s his job to be helpful, but this was way too much and I can see why her comfort level was put in jeopardy. I have stayed at the virgin in Chicago and now in Nashville and I have to say location is great, but if women are feeling uncomfortable because of male employees, I believe this is something that needs to be addressed by management. I am 100% certain that this is not isolated. This is a behavior exhibited by people who do do this consistently.
Greg was great and met us at the front desk with a great attitude to start our conference!
Greg is AWESOME!! Service was amazing and he is so helpful
Appreciate the hospitality and valet Connor
Service was fantastic! Super dog friendly hotel. William at the front door greeted us (and Piper, our dog) every time we passed through. Friendly and attentive staff. Great service in the Commons restaurant for breakfast as well. Attentive to the pup as well! Highly recommend Virgin hotels!
Thanks Will for taking care of us!
Conner, Valet was very informative and professional
Great experience at the Virgin! Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and wonderful service. They were even able to hold our bags after check out (thanks Jonathan!). We will be back!
Really great hotel , very clean . Helpful friendly staff. Nice coffee bar & restaurant Outside sitting bar area nice.
Connor was so kind and had wonderful customer experience!
Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Their rooftop pool and food was just what we needed for our vacation. And the service was top tier thanks to Jon the bellman always willing to help and giving good recommendations for the area!
Jonathan (Bell) was fantastic!
Excellent attention! Jon and staff were very friendly.
William my valet was very friendly and polite, made my experience better.
The service was good, William was a great valet. It was done in a very quick manner. He was also very kind and professional! 10/10
Very friendly staff, amazing service for breakfast. Many thanks to William and India for the warm welcome at the entrance.
Really great hotel in a nice area in Nashville. Has all the amenities and the room is spacious and chic. The food and drink options are great as well.
The valet attendant William was amazing!! He was extremely polite and quick on his feet! Would come back just for that level of great service!
The valet named William was super kind to me and to my dog. William was always ready with her treats in the mornings!
Had a great visit at the Virgin Nashville. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly. The front desk and valet staff were super friendly and very welcoming, especially Garrett. I throughly enjoyed my stay and will return when I come back to Nashville.
Location, comfort, vibe
Super weird bathroom setup with only a curtain to cover the toilet and the toilet is also apart of the shower. Felt kinda awkward when staying with a friend. Front desk was pretty rude and looked like I was a problem just for checking in. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel.
One of the most attentive staff and friendly experiences I've had traveling for work. They gave me the group rate with a lot of flexibility and checkout experience was seamless.
Had a conference in the Maybelle rooms and the valet team was extremely fast and efficient. Riley made the recovery process for the car very speedy as well.
Sara was so great and took the time to help me with the link and lennon took great care of of my car
My wife and I travel a lot and this hotel is absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had in a while. The lobby, Common Ground patio, rooftop pool / bar and rooms are all fantastic (especially the pool). The staff at this property is also great — we’re here for a wedding weekend meaning late nights, and Dino went above and beyond to come to the rescue helping us out after hours. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Nashville. Highly recommend!
I so love This hotel. It has the coolest vibe!!!
Amazing service! Gorgeous rooms. We highly recommended. GREG WAS AMAZING! Will definitely come back in the future.
Had a great experience at this hotel! Rooftop bar and pool was awesome, very clean and modern! Kita was so excellent at brunch as they were short staffed that morning and she was doing it all!!
Johnathan was great help. The view was good place was nice and neat and clean food was delicious
Amazing stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, especially Jonathan the bellman. He was always available for assistance and in such a friendly mood at all times making us feel right at home.
We had a fantastic experience at the Virgin Hotel. While the hotel itself is stunning, the staff is what makes it shine. Jonathan and Dustin went above and beyond to take care of us—they were friendly, professional, and just great guys to chat with. The rooftop pool area is a 10/10. It’s the perfect spot to spend an afternoon if you want great music, high-quality cocktails, and a solid food menu. The atmosphere is unbeatable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-energy, high-service stay in Nashville.
The hotel was beautiful, the people were amazing and the stay was overall incredible! Jonathan (bellhop) and Will (valet) were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Everything!!
Enjoyed the property, lovely staff
Had a reservation and confirmed I would be arriving late. Imagine my surprise when they didn't have the room I reserved. I felt like I was in a Sienfeld episode. You can take the reservation but you can't keep the reservation. Booked King and was put in a double room. Hotel needs a refresh. Rooms are getting tired and old. Floor and fixtures have lots of wear and tear.
We went to the rooftop at the Virgin Hotel. Our waitress Sophie was an amazingly warm, friendly professional and took great care with my allergies!
Room was not clean on arrival and only cleaned once during our 4 night stay despite several requests to have it cleaned. Staff were miserable and rushed guests. We had a fair amount of luggage due to a 3 week trip and were made to feel like an inconvenience. The only saving grace is the valet staff who were absolutely exceptional.
I valeted here and India was very helpful for finding local eats and attractions!
The valet staff were very quick and friendly! No problems whatsoever with drop off and pick up. Ana my valet did great! Would recommend!
Rooms, overall design, customer service were all excellent. Food and business experiences were also good. My only "complaint" was I would like a little more variety on their in room dining options. Especially on that first travel day!
This is a very nice hotel! The bellhop Dustin was fantastic. The inside lobby is beautiful and it was convenient to everything. There were a few minor annoyances, however. We called down to the front desk multiple times during our stay and no one ever picked up the phone regardless of the time of day. On the last day, we were hoping to get some help carrying our bags down, but we were unsuccessful in reaching anyone downstairs, so we just made multiple trips. They were very busy, and on the last day the hotel ran out of regular coffee for the rooms. When we asked housekeeping, they said that the woman who was supposed to order coffee had gone on vacation for two weeks, and simply not ordered enough. The implication was that there was no one else there who knew how to order coffee😂. On the days that we did need extra toiletries or coffee for the room, we could not simply stop by the front desk pick it up; they have to have it delivered from somewhere else in the hotel up to your room. (They don’t have any amenities at the front desk that they can just hand to you like at a normal hotel.) At one point, we went downstairs to get something from them, they said they had to order it up to our room, and after several hours, it got so late that we had to call back down to the front desk and cancel the request because we wanted to go to sleep.😂 The only other minor annoyance was that many of the lights in the hotel room (closet lights, bathroom lights, etc.) turn on and off automatically with motion sensors, so if you’re trying to not disturb (with bright lights) another person sharing a room with you, you don’t have the ability to control the lights and not disturb them. For the price, I probably would not stay here again (because for this high of a price I think you can avoid those minor annoyances) but it’s a beautifully-decorated hotel!
Awesome Hotel !! Our stay was fun and the food was great. A litttle quirky for a room but was loving it at the end of our stay.
He was so helpful Excellent employee
Lennon and William were very friendly and fun. They helped us figure out how to get to where we needed to go
William and Lennon were extremely helpful and fun to talk to while we were waiting for our car.
Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Great experience.
The staff were amazing and shout out to D'rell our valet. The shower was amazing, however the shampoo and conditioner sucked only complaint. Bed was so comfortable and the blanket was heaven. We had just gotten tattoos so we were not able to check it out.
The shampoo and conditioner
The scenery was great. The room was very modern well decorated. The property was very clean. The staff was helpful. We also received a room credit from the hotel staff to enjoy birthday drinks and desserts, etc.
Parking, we were charged for valet although we have a manual sports vehicle that the valet staff was not capable of driving therefore we had to park it ourselves but was required to pay.
The hotel is pretty and very clean.
The pool is very nice but small. We couldn’t get a seat everyday.
From the concierge when we pulled up, to the attention to detail in the room, our experience was amazing. Even better having booked within our Capital One Venture X and using their perks. 100% we will be staying at Virgin Hotels in the future.
Went for several nights over the Christmas weekend in the Virgin hotel in Nashville. Our stay was a mix of good and bad, but overall the stay was good. First, the positives: 1. Front desk staff when available was very pleasant and looking to provide a great experience. 2. The room was well furnished and the décor and layout was well thought out. We really enjoyed the window side sitting bench. The room tea and coffee kits were high quality and the shower room was great. In all the hard product was very high quality. 3. The location was good for both being at the center of things and also allowed you to stay away from the Broadway hubbub. 4. The atmosphere is modern chic and consistent with the entire Virgin brand. Next the negatives: 1. Housekeeping wasn't good. Daily service seemed to do the minimum and even then they would ignore the DND. The room wasn't even vacuumed or bins emptied. If you're staying a single night, you'd never know. 2. Front Desk was often unmanned and did not answer calls from the room. We tried to call down a number of time and never got answered. We had better luck calling in on our cell phone or walking down. 3. Restaurant service was un uniform. We sometimes had great service and sometimes abysmal one from servers that seemed to hate their job. The restaurant was good but not great quality. Overall - I'd consider staying here again, but would certainly consider other options depending on price.
Another amazing visit to Virgin Nashville. The suite was amazing, enjoyed the living room and views. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday and the Merry Mouse pop up was so fun and festive! Also enjoyed the speakeasy with Christmas jazz band! Will be back soon
celebrating our christmas mother daughter bar crawl for the last 3 years and today was the best! polly took amazing care of us and was very attentive. AMAZING energy
Had the BEST time on the rooftop pop up for Christmas! Drinks were absolutely delicious and Polly was so warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend checking it out!
The atmosphere and the energy in the hotel was extremely pleasant. The energy and staff were very nice. The hotel is very clean
otel Upon our arrival and first encounter with D’rell my husband and I were impressed. He has such great manners and an impeccable character and professionalism. Each of the several encounters with him he was always well groomed and had a warm pleasant and inviting smile. He was very helpful and even assisted with my husband retrieving his diabetic medication from our car. Speaking with other guest that highly praised and complimented him and said “he’s as good a help as one can find.” These outwardly things are evidence of his inward character. Once anyone meets D’rell they will not forget him. He leaves a lasting great impression. We suggest and recommend him for promotion because he is an asset to your hotel, company and very valuable to guest and those visiting the establishments in the hotel.
Amazing hotel! Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for making it such a great visit
Clean, unique and wonderful hotel with even better staff. They are kind, helpful and welcoming. The room is a bit Avantgarde but once used to the more modern layout, it was a wonderful stay and best shower in a hotel I have ever had.
Great stay and everyone was friendly and it was very clean! Love the happy hour too downstairs at the Commons Club. Great hotel!
Great service for our office happy hour! Polly was very attentive and helpful! It was also such a cute space with such a great drink and food selection!
