Our carpet of our room was abit wet for some reason and the room feel humid when we first walked in

Staff was very helpful & welcoming. Great to have fresh fruit always available (the oranges were deliciously sweet!!)

Monroe Ave can sure be busy at times!! So turning left could be tricky - thank God for the middle turn lane!! My room key needed reprogramming several times :?

La localisation, il est près d’une station essence, de restaurants. L’établissement est assez propre et fonctionnel. Le prix reste raisonnable. A seulement 10mn du musée du jeu.

Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer notamment en terme de choix et de produits frais. Le petit déjeuner se termine à 9h ce qui est un peu tot. Le jet dans la douche trop fort qui ne peut être réglé.

I liked the location, free breakfast and cleanliness of the property and room.

Im sure it happens everywhere but was not pleased to overhear the housekeepeing staff gossipping about the guests staying in the room across the hall from us. Left me wondering what was said about us when we left our room.

Entry door and shower doors were both broken. AC was loud and a little smelly. Breakfast was mediocre.

The property is located close to all major shopping and everything you’d need is near by. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast and 24 hour coffee, juice, water and light snacks was so great!

I booked it , in my name, for me and my bro for the nearby funeral of our Aunt. He got there a few hours before me. We have the same last name. The front desk staff wouldn’t give him a key. I had to pull off the highway I was driving there on, and jump through some hoops - I don’t know, maybe this is standard. But the next day, I went to the front desk to check out, and couldn’t find anyone… almost making us late to the funeral.

Woken up three times during the sleep, two times by false alarms and one time was by radio alarm in the room at 4am. The AC sound is very loud. We need to have a good sleep for next day driving but barely got any sleep. We don’t get any apology from the hotel at all for these accidents. Very bad practice for a hospitality manager/company.

As soon as we walked into the lodge it smelled like cigarette smoke and when we got to our room it was musty/mold.

Short drive to downtown Rochester and the Strong Museum. Lots of box stores and restaurants nearby. 24/7 coffee, tea, juice, and snacks (fruit, yogurt, cereal) was a nice treat for us and our two kids. The hot breakfast was not the tastiest, but helped tide our kids over until a real meal.

Room and bathroom, especially, were a bit small for a family of four (two kids under 6). Air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud overnight but it helped mask any sounds from the road outside.

Breakfast was good with both pancakes and french toast - extras for our traveling family.

It's on a busy road so dicey walking around. Folks or guests smoking pot near the exits which drifted into the hotel building.

Ausreichend großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Stockwerken, daher ist es relativ einfach sein Gepäck - auch ohne Aufzug - zu transportieren. Die Dusche war riesig, da hätte eine ganze Familie reingepasst.

Check-inn war erst pünktlich um 15 Uhr möglich, wir mussten so lange warten - davon war ich nicht wirklich begeistert.

The staff were very nice. The bed was great and comfortable, the room was clean with lots of towels. Some snacks available 24/7

The pressure in the shower could have been a bit better and the breakfast was quite average. Wasn’t a fan of eating out of plastic plates.

The shower enclosure was brand new, and nobody thought to include a shower mat in it. I slipped and almost fell. Should not have happened.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance seems to be good, and the place seems to be well managed. Prices are reasonable, and the location is easy to find. Parking seems to be ample. Breakfast is included and is good. Otherwise, there is relatively little to say, and I mean that mostly in a good way. There is nothing fancy or memorable about this place, but it is my favorite option in the Rochester area, for being cost-effective, while providing a clean room with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very nice. Down the road from the hotel was a beautiful Wegmans.

I moved from a nicer hotel in Victor to be closer to the city, so I chose to come to the Country Inn & Suites. The hotel had a good review rating, so I was expecting a much nicer hotel. The location was on a busy road, and the outside of the hotel was not attractive at all. The room was much smaller than what I had left behind at the previous hotel. The bed was hard. The nice thing was there was a variety of pillows to choose from. The wall in the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom was tiny. The first night, the air conditioner made noise all night long. The next morning, I spoke with someone at the front desk, and asked if there was another room where the air conditioner didn't make noise. She said she would have someone come to look at the air conditioner. I had turned it off, and when I came back later that evening, it was obvious no one had come, as it was not on. I slept with it off. That night, the refrigerator hummed and made too much noise.

Gym Room-Poor, Breakfast food Fair but appreciated some of the Freebies. Rug in the halls-stained-and in my unit it was wrinkled in places-not installed properly. $100.00 deposit for "incidentals" really not needed.

We were warmly welcomed, and found the hotel was very conveniently located near our family members. We chose to stay in the Lodge which was very quiet. The breakfast including the turkey sausage was very much appreciated since we avoid pork products, and having drinks and snacks available even after breakfast was very nice. Thanks.

The carpeting going upstairs at The Lodge can use an upgrade.

Sehr gute Lage, Personal sehr nett. Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, wie beschrieben. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch, wir sind satt geworden. Einige Lebensmittel und Getränke waren 24/7 kostenlos (Kaffee, Saft, Cornflakes, Müsli, Obst etc). Ein kleiner Minimarkt zur Selbstbedienung mit Lebensmitteln und Hygieneartikeln ebenfalls im Hotel. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Die Bedienung der Zimmertür war etwas schwierig, WLan ziemlich instabil, sehr hellhörig.

We stayed here for the third time and were very satisfied again. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, and there was a good amount of parking available. We also liked that there were restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for everything We always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again.
