Facilities all were nice and worked and a lot to do on the property. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful
Price
It was so cool! The rooms, especially the bunk beds, were a family hit. Loved the outside fire pits and smores at night. The staff were so friendly. Coffee was good.
The breakfast was lackluster. Not bad but if you pay extra for it I’d personally rather have something more hearty. Really not a big deal though. Cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee with some hard boiled eggs.
We enjoyed the hot tubs and swimming pool! And love the fire pits and creek just behind it was a nice location and our kind of vibes! Felt like camping but not with the theme! Loved the latte from the shop! And the games offered!
Would have love a waffle with the breakfast. Would have stayed In the hot tubs longer but they closed at 11 😩 overall not much to dislike
The location was perfect. And the room was very clean and nice
The location was great. The ladies at check in was the sweetest! There’s a small creek out back with chairs N firepit.
The beds were uncomfortable. Our room smelled extremely musky! Over priced.
Cozy
It was over hyped
One of my favorites to visit. We come a couple times a year. I'm a sucker for dogs and last time I saw a dog stick library! So cute!!
With a heated pool and whirltubs, kids will be there. Wish it was more adults only after a certain time, but still my favorite local place to go.
We spent three nights here and this place definitely tries to keep you happy as it’s not designed just a place to sleep . For example, they have an outdoor pool, but it also features a small bar and live music. They also offer a couple of hot tubs and some fire pits, along with some other activities. In the main lobby they have a coffee bar in the morning a then a mini bar at night and it all looks very nice. Our room was unique as we thought we were just getting two queen beds, but it also had bunk beds as well. Our room thankfully was on the first level as there are there and there wasn’t an elevator. The staff was friendly. There were a few things about the place that we didn’t like. For example, the outdoor pool was pretty small and even worse, half of it wasn’t really usable as it was gradual stairs going into the pool. As a result, unless you want to just hang out at the pool area in general, it will likely be full, and you won’t be able to do anything. For our room, the design wasn’t great as the stairs to the bunk bed were between the two queen beds, which impacted using the drawers. There are not that many outlets available, and the room for the toilet and shower is small and the door barely clears the bowl. We also had big problems with the tv. When we tried it the first night, we only got the Disney Channel and when we tried anything else, we were prompted to sign up for YouTube TV. The second night we mentioned the issue to the front desk and a person came back and he spent about 15 minutes resetting the TV as if it was a Fire TV. He then showed that some of the buttons on the remote wouldn’t work and while it was now working, this was way more complicated then it needed to be and if this was the ‘normal’ operation, there should be something in writing for guests to follow. He was very nice and I offered him a tip, but he refused. However, when we tried it on the third day we got the channels, but then no sound. We used the remote and saw the volume levels change on the screen, but still no sound so we just gave up. They do offer free breakfast but were disappointed as they offered no hot items. Also, the seating area was way too small so there is a good chance you’ll be taking your food to go. It was so underwhelming that even though it was free, we didn’t use it on the second day, and then we wanted to grab something on our way out after checking out, one of the few tables wasn’t open as the roof was leaking, which wasn’t a good sign as it hasn’t rained in the last few days. Despite these issues, I would still give this place another shot if we ever came back to Branson, perhaps if we were coming during the non-peak season so it wasn’t as crowded
The coffee shop!!
The street noise and small room size and lighting in rooms.
The live shows, drinks, friendly staff and overall cleanliness.
The coffee at breakfast was ordinary.
Good experience, drinks and coffee!
Amazing staff and hotel! Our 6th time staying here! Love everything about it! Ashley and BaBs are the best!
This is an adorable boutique motel that offers far more than you would expect. It has a lovely lobby with a full coffee and cocktail bar. All the staff we met, Ashley, Babs, Anne, and Collin were friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool has a nicely appointed cabana you can rent for a half or full day. We did it and it was worth the small splurge. There are also two giant hot tubs and fire pits and seating near the creek. Friday night they had a movie by the pool for the kids and Saturday night live music. We plan to go back in the fall.
The room was small but nice, the hot tubs were amazing, and the music at the pool was great.
They but me on the third floor lol and no elevator. But that is just a small thing.
Our experience at The Lodge was amazing! Room was cozy, great atmosphere, and they had lots to offer for everyone! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend staying there!!
Lodge was great. Atmosphere is fantastic. Coolest bartender!
This property is perfectly located. Just far enough out so you didn’t feel you were in the middle of the busy town but still close to everything. The lobby is so cute and welcoming with lots of games, toys and tables for families to enjoy. It felt so homey and inviting and was a great hangout for our family. And lots of families with kids were doing the same. The coffee bar was wonderful! I loved the fire pits just outside each door of the lobby. The creek was great entertainment for the kids as well as the pool, hot tub and doing s’mores at the fire pits. The rooms were clean and the staff super friendly!! The only negative is that the room is very poorly lit. I did my makeup on the porch. And the air never feels dry and your room feels wet & sticky from the type of air condition system. We don’t stay in our room much so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall it’s the most homey and friendly hotel I’ve stayed at and it felt like I was leaving family. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Branson!!
Collin was the best ar the bar! If you need a cool place to stay with a great staff in branson, go to The Ozarker Lodge. Couldn't recommend enough, absolutely loved this place
My college roommate and I recently met up at Ozarker Lodge for a much-needed best friend trip, and while we came to make memories together, Ashley ended up being one of the best parts of our entire stay. Ashley is absolutely incredible. She somehow manages to be the front desk, barista, bartender, and basically the heart of the place all at once! 😂 From the moment we met her, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She has this genuine, effortless way of making you feel like you’ve known her forever. And she makes THE BEST drinks. Whether we were grabbing coffee in the morning or cocktails later in the day, she somehow knew exactly what we needed. But it wasn’t just the drinks — it was the conversation, the laughs, the little details she remembered, and the way she genuinely cared about making our stay special. By the end of our trip, it honestly felt like we had made a new friend rather than simply met a hotel employee. You can tell that Ashley truly loves her job and genuinely loves people, and that kind of hospitality is rare. My college roommate and I have been friends for years, and this trip was so special because we got to reconnect, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and make new memories together. Ashley became a little part of those memories, which is something we absolutely didn’t expect when we checked in. Ozarker Lodge is lucky to have her. She is the kind of person who turns a great hotel into a place you can’t wait to come back to. We will absolutely be back — and we’ll be looking for Ashley the second we walk through the door. ❤️
Collins was absolutely great amazing service
We had a great stay! Our daughter (3) said her favorite part of the whole Branson trip was the pool. Loved that access to the creek was via gravel path so I wasn’t worried about tall grass/ticks. The live music was great (Dallas Jones) and the whole vibe of the stay felt like we were at family summer camp. Also loved that it was close to Rt 76 / kitschy Branson stuff but not staying on the strip. It felt a little off the path and secluded which we liked.
Cute and kitschy boutique hotel, only a few miles from the 76 strip. Lots of fun amenities for families. We only had one small issue with our bill and Lauren was a great help. Overall, a great experience!
Ashley and Kristi were really sweet. Ashley makes a really good shaken espresso.
Had an awesome time! This is such a cool spot. Especially the lobby coffee bar. Love coming here in the morning knocking out some work before the day. On a family trip and Ashley and Kristi have been awesome and make amazing coffee!
This place is too notch! We had a blast. Every part of the experience was just what we were looking for. Ashley and Kristi and Anne were all so amazing!
Kristi and Ashley were amazing at the coffee shop. Amazing drinks, and so great with our crazy toddler!
Great space and super friendly staff! Kristi and Ashley gave great recommendations on drinks :) would come back for sure
Great location and good service!
This little lodge delivers! From the welcoming, helpful staff to the fabulous amenities, we enjoyed every minute. Definitely book a firepit experience - Josh was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cocktails, mocktails and coffees are delicious and the lodge area a perfect space to enjoy a board game. We loved our stay!
The atmosphere is incredible and the service is even better!! Love this place to hang out/study! The drinks are delicious especially if colin makes them!!!
Great atmosphere, this is the second time here. Plenty of things to do including pool, hang out and get a coffee or drink indoors, play a board game, walk around the property, hot tubs, fire pit for s’mores. We enjoy just getting a drink and sitting outside in front of the fire and enjoying the evening. Rooms are clean and well air conditioned. Easy access to the room, with plenty of parking even if it’s a sold out night. Matteson Gregory was playing an open mic the last evening we were there, she was great! It really added to a nice last night’s stay.
It was incredible. The atmosphere, the live band at night, the fire pits. Magical.
Nothing.
Loved the atmosphere! Creek behind the hotel with fire pits! So cute
I was a little disappointed the breakfast was not hot! But was still good
The staff was extremely friendly
The room had a weird smell, bed smelled like pee and breakfast was poor
Cutest property. My family especially liked the coziness of the lobby! We had a rainy evening and spent time hanging out playing the games they had and drinking craft beer from the bar. I told the staff that the playlist at the property felt tailor made for me. The pool are was very cute and the water was warm, but our favorite area was the hot soaking tubs out by the creek.
The EV chargers do not work as advertised on other than Tesla vehicle. Maybe not even Tesla as the kioks / QR code was not functional.
There was no daily cleaning while my family was at the property. The breakfast included was bland and no real options for the price of the room. The power outlets, only 1 in the room functioned and if you wiggled your charger at all it would fall out of the socket. No soap / shampoo for the room. Over priced for the accommodations and I stay in a lot of hotels. As I work overseas, so I travel world wide.. Not a value for the price and conditions.
The property was pretty. It was up against a creek which the kids loved playing in. The hotel was also decorated so cute and I loved they had kid games, drinks for the adults and bands in the main area. They also sold s’mores and had fire pits going!
The offered a continental breakfast which basically consisted of coffee, toast or bagels and yogurt. It just would have been nice to have more hot options for the kids and variety. I also didn’t realize they don’t have an elevator. It’s a motel style hotel. We were on the 2nd floor with 3 kids so it was a lot of work trying to haul everything up and down the stairs while trying to carry two little kids. Just something to think about for families.
Loved the environment and location
The beds were to hard
Location
Breakfast is extremely lacking, dirty stained carpet in room, room size very small
Great outdoors space
The room was a little small but clean
Great place to stay! Ashley and rest of staff very friendly and create the best experience. Highly recommend.
Very cute decoration
The fire pits and the hot tub
How small the room was and there was no place to eat but on the bed
Convenient Clean Cozy
Room was not ready
Having stayed at other lodges in the area with more recognized names and higher price tags, I can say that the Ozarker is the best. Charming room with a nostalgic lodge feel, convenient continental breakfast included, wonderful amenities with fire pits, hot tub and outdoor pool. The staff goes above and beyond. We left an item behind. Cheyenne reached out to us, communicated what was happening and went out of her way to help return the item. It is the people that make a place great; as a result, the Ozarker is golden.
Being a family of 5, they fit us in a room that was standard 2 beds but has bunk beds that share a ladder. It was truly amazing how much we paid vs one of the best staff we have had. It's great location and atmosphere with a restaurant next door. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.
First time staying and we are bummed we only got to stay 1 night. We will definitely stay longer next time. Ashley, Josh and Robert were great also
Collin and Ashley were the best bartenders! Very good drinks and a great overall place!
What a great atmosphere! Collin and Ashley are friendly, helpful, and can mix a great drink!
Ashley and Collin gave the best customer service all week. Kept us up to date on the the week activities and gave great recommendations on local food and drinks.
Location is great. It is off the main strip so less traffic, near a stream and a great bar b que restaurant. Rooms were clean but a tad basic, no frills and the bathroom was a bit small for a family of 4 (two teenage boys). All in all, a great experience.
We love Ashley and Collin at the lobby bar! We played games and had a blast
Great help from staff.
Could have used chair in the room.
The lobby with the area to play games as a family, the creek, Danna's next door to walk to for dinner. The coaster ride close by. The pool was nice but again its too small for the crowds of people that stay there. I've stayed twice here and thats been a problem.
Room was rundown with a A/C unit that had the vents removed so there was a massive hole where children could put there hands. A/c unit looked very beat up and the rugs had stains all over them. Its pricey to stay here especially with all the taxes you pay after. If I had stayed longer I would have requested another room.
This is our 4th time staying at the Ozarker & everytime it’s the perfect vacation spot for our family. Ashley had an amazing personality & was so helpful. Mike was always working hard… The attn to detail is next level. Book now!!
I hated it. The location was terrible and way over priced for what you got. Doors don’t have safety latches on top of the doors and won’t open or lock right. Our view was a wall for $186 a night this should have been grander.
Breakfast was a joke. No buffet just cereal, fruit and bagels. Pool was small and only one and over crowded. No parking spots available at night time.
Absolutely loved our stay at The Ozarker! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a great atmosphere. The bar was amazing too, but the best part was Collins the bartender. He was so personable, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel welcome. We had such an amazing experience and would definitely recommend The Ozarker to anyone visiting the area! Five stars!
Our favorite hidden gem in Branson! The property layout is beautiful! Plenty of cozy, relaxation spots for couples from soaking in the creekside soaking tubs or sitting around a private fire pit. Hospitality staff is amazing and prompt with requests. The coffee bar was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, perfectly made to order each time and delicious! Our new yearly Branson spot!
Amazing friendly place!! So fun with kiddos! Mike and Ashley were so friendly and helpful and make killer poolside drinks!!
Great experience! Ashley at the pool bar was so helpful and kind!
Ashley did a great job helping my family! Couldn’t be more happy with my stay!
Had a wonderful experience!! Ashley, Collin and Mike have been the best!!! We will definitely be back !!!!
Ann, robert, and josh are the best maintenance workers ever!!! They help out with everything you need and ask for! Robert is a king at his job seriously .🤴
Anne, Robert, and Josh were excellent at customer service. They were the nicest people ive ever met. They really provided and are amazing at their jobs!
Josh, Robert, and Anne are amazing employees. They gave us incredible service and were always so nice!
This is our second time to stay here! We loved it last year. Everything is super clean, the staff is so friendly, and all the amenities are amazing!!! There is a creek that runs behind it, fire pits, and soaking tubs! One of the best cleanest places to stay in Branson!! Anne and Ashley are the best! So friendly up front and they make the best drinks!!!!! You won’t regret staying here!!
Ashley and Collin make a great drink at the bar and staff was very friendly
Ashley and collin were amazing help!! And make killer drinks !
Ashley was very welcoming and made the arrival experience a breeze. The lodge is relaxing and very cute. Collin was very helpful too.
Position very rustic like looking , clean lodging.
Rooms were very small and dark, needs some updating. Staff not overly friendly. Breakfast very poor. Not good value for the money paid
The staff is so friendly. My last booking.com reservation for a big name hotel in Florida got so messed up I was charged 3x for our stay . I was hesitant to do booking for here but they did fantastic. I will definitely be back. It is so peaceful near a stream. They have soaker hot tubs, a pool , live music and even an outdoor space for dogs including a little dog library. Healthy breakfast options include overnight oats and a coffee and bar area. Close proximity to all things Branson.
Location! The resort amenities were great. The pool, cedar tubs, fire pits, breakfast & bar were delightful, attractive and clean. Loved the blanket on the bed and super cute shower curtain.
The downstairs queen room was extremely small. No chairs. The floor was bare concrete except for under the bed. The linens were great, but the bed in room 129 was uncomfortable.
De sfeer
Het was er ontzettend gehorig en de kamers zouden beter verlicht moeten zijn
Huge shout out to Ashley and Mike for making are out of state trip a hit the live my is was unexpected!
Very good
Love the vibe! The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. The main lobby is welcoming, charming and comfortable…but the back of the building is where it’s at! What a gem along the river…sitting in one of the two soaking tubs with a rippling waterfall cancelling out the noise of the road…so smart! Updated pool area, multiple fire pits with cozy chairs and the cutest natural play area for kids. Our room was functional, well appointed and we loved the decor. If only we could have gotten the humidity out of our room without it getting too cold…tricky. Another innovative and helpful tool provided and well thought out is the “Modern Guide of the Ozark Mountains” brochure given at check in. So, so, smart. Well done, the Ozarker, I’m so glad we decided to stay with you.
A little outside of town, but that’s what adds to the charm!
The location was quiet and relaxing
The price to rent fire pit and extras
The amenities and the atmosphere.
The breakfast was just ok. Overnight oats were nice.
Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. View of creek from room. Close to things we wanted to do.
Room was small. Queen bed was small and not comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, not much selection. TV was a pain to use. Kids were running around and yelling even after 10:00 PM.
So clean and accommodating. Friendly people
Need more variety for hot breakfast
They did an excellent job remodeling the lodge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Lodge is not in the middle of the hustle and bussle of Branson, but that is what I was looking for. I would definitely stay at the Ozarker Lodge again.
Loved property
Tv didn’t work or usb outlets
Jonathan was super friendly and knew all the cool spots to go in Branson plus he made great coffee
Jonathan was great he made the experience fun and easy and his coffee is amazing
We were looking for hotels near the State Park Marina for a fishing tournament, and The Ozarker Lodge consistently appeared in my searches. Initially, the price was a bit higher than I'd hoped, but after calling to book, Ashley at the front desk completely won me over. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. The lodge itself feels fresh and clean, clearly recently updated. We loved the pool area and especially enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect—tucked away next to a beautiful creek, yet still close to the lake, restaurants, and all the attractions. Parking was ample for our boats, too. While The Ozarker Lodge is more expensive, I believe it's worth the extra cost. It offers a quaint charm that the larger resorts lack. Those big resorts are great for certain trips, but we were looking for something smaller with convenient room access. So stop overthinking where to stay—book The Ozarker Lodge!
The service at the Ozarker is outstanding! We were lucky to have terrific weather and totally enjoyed sitting near the creek with a fire pit and live music. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our room was small but clean. We did have issue with the slick bathtub. My husband almost fell getting in the tub. We ended up placing a bath towel on the bottom of the tub and being extra careful. Some anti skid tub mats and a bar installed to allow guests to hold on getting in and out. F
We loved it here! Johnathan was awesome and got us all in and out so quick! Thank y’all for the great service
My experience was phenomenal. Jonathan was great company.
The whole vibe was spot on! So cute. Every detail well thought out! Love the pool area, poolside bar, all the fire pits, the creek. The live music and movie night and poolside yoga are all nice touches!!
Absolutely nothing
Design in the main and shared areas was great. It was very thoughtfully layed out and designed, which I appreciated. Clean, modern, but with a vintage vibe and fun twist. The hot tubs were amazing, my kiddo loved the play area, I loved the wine at the bar and the cute shopping. It was very clean and the toiletries provided were lovely scented. I loved the extra touches.
The NOISE. Both the music downstairs and Also, paying as much as we did for our room, I expected a much better mattress, pillows and linens.
Everyone who works here is so over the top nice and accommodating! Ashley, Josh, Anne and Jonathon were all so great to us. This place has thought of everything!! All amenities are open and available every day. They have live music and poolside yoga. Fire pits/ tables everywhere to enjoy. Smores kits are so fun. Bar is great. Breakfast is mid, but it works. Coffee is fantastic. Pool is WARM, even in April. Hot tubs were perfect! We loved everything about this place!! We will definitely be back!
Wow wow wow!!! What a vibe. I love this place. I came to charge my car and then I couldn’t leave. The bar area lounge is amazing. So welcoming and inviting. Then we moved on the the fire pits next to the river. The sound of moving water with the fire popping in the after noon was fantastic. Please try the charcuterie board. Josh, ann, and Ashley made the experience. So welcoming and inviting. DO NOT DRIVE BY THIS…YOU MUST STOP fire out for the hour with wood - $25 Charcuterie- $49 Beer - happy hour Enjoy!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ashley was super accommodating and kind.
Collin took the best care of us, getting us checked in and settled with Happy Hour treats and drinks! The pool was nice and warm for the kids to tire them out! Best Spring break in Branson yet!
We loved the river walk area, we also liked the location, it was more quiet and peaceful than other places.
Staff let us know they were understaffed. Did not communicate all the great facilities that you have: Hot tubs, game rooms, fire pits, etc…
We loved our time at the Lodge. Very family friendly and pet friendly. Ashley took great care of us. All staff was very friendly!
Our stay the Ozarker was great! We have stayed twice in 2 years and had great experiences both times. It’s very kid friendly, with movie night, fire pits with s’mores, pool, 2 jacuzzis and a lodge area with games. They have a great woodsy aesthetic throughout the hotel. It’s clean, cozy and we will continue to stay here when we visit Branson. The staff is friendly and helpful. Josh was especially helpful, accommodating and courteous. The location is great being about 10 minutes from most attractions.
We loved the vibes in the lounge. Collin was our bartender and he went above and beyond. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He brought such a great energy that really elevated the whole atmosphere. Their drink-making skills were top-notch—everything was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and tailored to what we enjoyed.
We stayed at Ozarker Lodge on our way to Chicago for two nights — and loved it so much that we came back again on our way to Texas. Honestly, that already says everything. This place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel — it feels like a little escape where you can actually relax. The creek running through the property is absolutely beautiful and adds this peaceful, cozy vibe that you don’t usually get on a road trip stop. What truly makes this place special, though, is the people. Ashley and John made us feel completely at home. Every interaction was kind, genuine, and effortless. It never felt like we were “asking for something” — whatever we needed was handled right away, with a smile. That level of care is rare. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and you can tell the whole place is run with attention to detail. It’s the kind of spot where everything just works, and you don’t have to think about anything. If you’re driving through Branson or planning a stay — this is 100% worth it. We’ve already chosen it twice, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend. Alina Lukasevich
