The Suites at Fall Creek

We had a 2br suite , it was an older model but still nice. The older models have a Jacuzzi tub yeah ! Beds were very comfortable, all items needed for cooking were available.

Older model , it showed . Dusty fans , window blinds . Towel rack in bathroom fell down while hanging towel. It's another time share be ready for their pitch.

The room was clean and the property was close to everything.

We had told them it was our anniversary and they said they would do something for our room and didn’t do anything

a remodeled unit, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful customer service, professional, friendly and any requests were taken care of promptly. I've stayed at this property at least once a year for the last 9yrs. It's a great location, close to everything

the a/c units between the studio and the one bedroom are on the same system. I didn't have control of the temperature. However, Johnny from maintenance came right away and fixed an issue with the fan and after that I had no issues.

Everything was great. Loved the screened in patio. Enjoyed the miniature golf.

I like that there was opportunities to do a lot on site even though it was too hot to enjoy.

Shower did not work, no shades for grills, and had to drive everywhere. Also, map not true to size so easy to get lost.

We checked in for a studio and went up to the room didn't know it was only a dorm room refrigerator. We had frozen food for the week staying 6 days. So I went back to front destination and ask if they had any upgrades with our dates and she was able to move us to a room a one bedroom it was great. Thank you so much. Kathleen

The one bedroom doesn't have a thermostat in the bedroom. So the Bedroom is very hot. It needs a fan in the ceiling with the light.. if you turn the thermostat 4•Cooler then it's freezing in the morning Just to cool the bedroom.

They have an indoor and outdoor pool. Perfect for the days it rained. They have a playground and mini golf. Awesome experience for our family. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The condo we were in was spacious, great air conditioning, K bed, and spacious rooms. Location to the strip was about 5 mins away.

Have 2 bathrooms with spa tub and shower was wonderful. Being able to cook and everyone having a meal together. Sit in the living room together or relax in the bed room. Have indoor and outdoor pool. Miniature golf, pool table, football table, shuffleboard and place to play games or card. Staff was friendly and helpful.

That our suite was close to all the facilities. Our building had an elevator making it easy to get our luggage and food to suite. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The screen in balcony was a nice plus. That we had plenty of space.

We always stay at fall creek. Everything is always great! I would have give it a 10 but our elevator was broke and we are senior citizens and had 4 grandchildren. We will stay there again with a confirmation that the elevator is working. We were on the 3rd floor and had to climb about 8 sets of stairs. Beds are great. The bathroom shower curtain needed replacing and around the top of the tub needs a little TlC.

We were booked in a dirty room and had to go back to the front desk to let them know because they didn't answer the phone when we tried to call. I finally made it back to the front desk and spoke to the lady about the room. She ended up moving us to another room. It wasn't as good inside as the first one, but the view was better and more peaceful. I would book this place one more time maybe because my friend like staying but maybe

The accommodations are very nice, comfortable and spacious.

The rooms, the layout, parking and amenities were great! Staff was able to somewhat accommodate our rooms together. Highly suggest long stays with lots of luggage use first floor, but for the best view of the lake stay on the 3rd level!

Check-in was horrific, we had an issue and spoke to at least 3 people all with different answers to our questions and different suggestions on how to fix the problem, but never actually fixed it. Also, that there's a $200 security deposit per room. Had two rooms and had to downgrade to get them near each other, I thought it was a given that renting 2 rooms we would need them close together.

It was clean on the inside. The outside had a lot of cobwebs. The staff was excellent!

The water was barely lukewarm and one shower didn’t work.

It was very clean and quiet, it was very nice having the extra room. The bed was very comfortable.

Where do I start. First of all, the gym is nice but the “play/recreation room” is connected to it. It’s only separated by a 3/4 wall. So you can’t have a peaceful workout even with headphones on without having to listen to loud screaming and howling kids in the other room. Second, we had towels and trash bags outside of our residence door for 2 days and it was never picked up. Had to call a third time to have it handled. Terrible set up and service.

The bed was very comfortable and loved the shower.

There were ants in the kitchen-we made staff aware and they were suppose to have someone come to the room. No one ever showed up. We had to throw food out that we bought.

Need electric golf carts and around 9:30pm till midnight or so there is more employee traffic than customers coming in and out makes it hard to relax in the evening. Seems like yall have employee housing and that should be moved to the front of the resort to limit less foot traffic in the evening but other than that had an EXCELLENT TIME AND WILL BE BACK

We have stayed here twice within a year! I always book the 2 bedroom, for 2 nights.It was just enough space for 2 adults, 3 teenagers, and our 2 year old slept in our bed. It's always clean when we stay and the staff is very friendly.

We requested to stay facing the river both times, but did not get the chance to.

The apartment was nice. Good amount of space for our family.

The elevator didn’t work and we were on the top floor. Normally I like to take the stairs but it was hard to carry luggage up and down for 5 people. I was traveling as a single parent with four small kids so it was a challenge. Also, there was no explanation of any of the amenities and the apartment was far from them. Not a big deal but surprised me.

We love the property. It looks so much better compared to the picture. Love the screens in the front and back porch and also close to all our destinations.

The only thing that I don’t like is upon arrival when I checked all the rooms, there’s a lot of soiled towels and linens in the bathroom closet probably housekeeping forgot about it. But other than that, we love the place.

I have stayed here several time. This is the first time cleanliness has been an issue. The staff was very friendly.

There were a few things missed during cleaning. One room had a strong spice odor and we found dirty underwear behind the clean towels.

The pool was party central by early evening complete with floating beer cans and all. We had to take the kids to the pool early after before all the ruckus started. Elevators were broken in 2 buildings most of our trip (7 nights). Front desk staff rude and unhelpful. Being told you have to upgrade to get a shower head and curtain is outrageous! We had to call customer service at Booking to get a shower head.

2nd room i was assigned was below Hilton standards. I didnt like that there was no ice bucket. The cabinet coverings were peeling, the fridge wasnt cooling down, only one chair was at the dining area table.

This resort was excellent ! Pools and Jacuzi works great! Gas grills working properly! Front desk staff very nice, Hailey, Bailey, Jenna , Landon, Sarah, Alisha, Alyssa, , any needs were met immediately with a great attitude 😀. Don in maintenance great service! Units clean an well maintenance! Highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times over the summer. Our first two times were good, however this time our 3rd stay was dramatically different. We checked in and went up to our room. We were given an older room very different than the other rooms we stayed in previously. This room had carpet that smelled, old peeling paint and the patio was filthy and full of spider webs and cobwebs. (Will attach photos) We booked a 2 bedroom suite. We were given keys and the key did not work for our second room. So we called down to the front desk to let them know and we were immediately asked to hold after about 7 minutes on hold i hung up and called back and did not get any answer. I waited another 10 mins and called back was immediately asked to hold again. So I explained I would not hold as we were trying to gain access to the second room and the key did not work. The lady said she’d send someone up. After an hour of waiting my husband called back down to reception and was told again they would send someone up. After about 30 minutes someone did come up and finally gave us access to the additional room we paid for. After a little settling in we went to fold out the sleeper sofa in the second bedroom and when we removed the cushions there were opened condiment packages all inside there. The WiFi was horrid and kept going in and out frequently. The toilet in the second bedroom definitely looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. And then my husband went to the bathroom in the master bedroom and the toilet was clogged we called down and asked for a plunger. Plunger didn’t arrive until 2 and a half hours later. During our trip Our son fell while at silver dollar city and broke his arm and we realized we would probably need a little extra time getting around in the morning and asked if we could have a late check out and we were told no. Overall this experience was not good. Based on the experiences we had before. Customer service was lacking and the room quality was awful.

The rooms have been renovated and there are many different activities to do with family right there—swimming, hot tub, mini golf, beautiful grounds to walk around, a boat dock if you travel with your boat…and more! Plus the rooms have a kitchen and you can make meals there.

There was one family with loud rambunctious children on our floor who made our floors vibrate for a while. They finally calmed down about 10:30 pm just as we were getting ready to call the office and complain.

We loved the suite for grandparents with 3 kids! Indoor pool was terrific!
