c-hotels Diplomat

Thank you for such a wonderful stay

Nothing

centrally located. near a lot of good steak houses!

nothing bad to say

I would especially like to thank Liana and Giovanna, and also the gentleman with glasses. I arrived at the hotel around 12:00, earlier than the official check-in time of 3:00 pm, but they kindly welcomed my luggage. To my surprise, they also upgraded my room to a beautiful room on the fifth floor. The location, just a few steps from the station, was also incredibly helpful for me, as I was travelling with quite a lot of luggage. I was able to relax in the spacious room, read a few of the books on the bookshelf, and walk to Santa Maria Novella before check-in time, so I had a really lovely time. I was also very happy with the room, especially the view from the balcony.

Nice selection

The shower didn’t drain well

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, although I felt the price was slightly high compared to the overall value.

The main things I didn’t like were the lack of free parking, as I had to pay €30 per day, and the fact that complimentary bottled water was not provided daily.

El cuarto

La ubicación

Very good location, short walk to city center and right by the airport train stop. very clean spacious rooms. Lots a cafes nearby.

Are very welcoming, specially the night manager and they were ready to help with anything

Comfortable and has the required facilities

The location was fantastic. It is just across from the station so we did not have to deal with the luggage on rough pavement in the extreme heat. The room was very comfortable and quiet for being in a busy area. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice.

The area around the station is not the greatest. Not unsafe, Just a little rough around the edges but it was a 10-15 max walk to everything we wanted the to see

Very nice

LIMPIEZA, BUFFET, SITUACION

LA DUCHA ERA MUY PEQUEÑA. APENAS TE PODIAS DAR LA VUELTA NI SECARTE CON COMODIDAD. POR LO DEMAS TODO PERFECTO

Comfy bed, very welcoming Staff

Very clean

A bit of a smell before arriving to the lift

Giovanna ve ekibi çok misafirperver. Özel notlar, minik hediyeler mutlu etti.

Fiyatı biraz daha uygun olabilir

the rooms were way bigger than in the pictures, i was not expecting to walk into a spacious room, i was expecting a tiner room. standard breakfast but way better than other breakfasts we had around rome, its a standard italian breakfast but with 2x the options. they also had more than 1 coffee machine and eveything was clean.

Its extremely clean

Not the property’s fault but outside can feel a but unsafe

The location was really good especially if you arrive by train and have kids with you

Is was very good and clean.

no

Great location, right next to Santa Maria train stations, friendly staff.

Great customer service, cleanliness and location!

1. Location is great, 2 min walk from the train station 2. staff are very firendly and helpful, and they care about your feeling 3. breakfast is good

nothing

The staff were amazing! Room was Brilliant The location is good.

Breakfast could've varied

Nice hotel, great location. Love the history of the city. The room was lovely, the staff were great. Normal corridor, and normal facade exterior. Next to a more premium hotel owned by the same chain. Nice bar downstairs with friendly staff and nice food samples. Found the recycling was opposite across the road which was useful. Decent breakfast. Very nice room decor.

The hotel is nice and maintains it's italian vibe which is nice. Although some worrying crowds in central florence at night outside, sometimes groups of almost 100 men just sitting there who I believe have just arrived in Italy.

Limpeza das roupas de cama

Não tenho reclamação

Location was perfect and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Even though we wanted to check in early, they were able to accommodate our request. The hotel’s location is fantastic—right across from the train station. (There’s a Five Guys right across the street and a restaurant nearby that serves delicious pizza.) It’s very easy to walk to downtown. When I walked into the room, a very sweet note was waiting for us—we really appreciated it. The room was spotless and very spacious. Since we visited during very hot weather, the air conditioning was a real lifesaver. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—I wasn’t expecting so many options. Everything we tasted was delicious. You can choose this hotel in Florence with complete confidence. Enjoy!

I love this place, the service and the quality of everithing is like a 5 star hotel. I loved it and I would stay again without doubt

Nada.

Great breakfast, comfy bed and superb location

What an incredible welcome to Florence! As a solo traveler, arriving at c-hotels Diplomat was the perfect start to my trip. The staff immediately made me feel at home with a complimentary welcome drink at the bar and a beautiful, thoughtful handwritten note from management in my room. The hospitality here is outstanding, and the location right next to the tram and station is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

posizione comoda

accoglienza e gentilezza

It was such a short walk from the train station and no more than a 15-20 minute walk from all major sites and attractions, as well as the bus station if you plan any excursions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included in our stay, and included an assorted variety of hot and cold foods.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that deter you from staying there.

Quartos confortáveis e café da manhã bom!

A fachada externa é um pouco feia e o ar é um pouco barulhento!

Staff were very friendly and provided great service. Breakfast was very enjoyable and presented well. I would definitely stay here again.

Me encantó.

The hotel staff were warm, especially the two ladies lianna and allesandra

Very well located. Next to the train station and only a few minutes walk to the busy area. I also had the chance to get a terrace. The free drink was a little plus they offered us.

The location was terrible. The noise from the trains was extremely loud, and there was also significant noise and disruption from people congregating around the train station, including people who appeared to be openly using drugs. The area felt very unsafe, particularly after dark, and we did not feel comfortable walking around at night. Unfortunately, the location and surrounding environment really impacted our stay.

Mají skvele snidane a personal je vstricny. Celkove top.

Atención del personal

Central too everything and the breakfast is amazing.

Groups of men outside all day and night which was a little intimidating

Clean and spacious Professional, friendly staff Big comfortable beds Good breakfast Excellent location 2-mins from station and walking distance to attractions

We had two rooms. One of the rooms had a very small bath that would leak water on the floor because it was so small and badly designed. The other bathroom was great - so we all used that bathroom instead.
