A amabilidade e a eficiência dos funcionários Goli e Matteo no check-in e no check-out. Chegámos de manhã e fizemos logo o check-up-in, foi muito agradável termos o quarto logo disponível e ainda nos ofereceram um café e uma fatia de bolo no bar enquanto verificavam que o quarto estava pronto. A localização é ótima. O quarto espaçoso e confortável, bem equipado.

У меня не работал кран холодной воды , приходилось мыть руки в ванной . Больше особых замечаний нет .

Matteo at the front desk was amazing during check in! Even though we got to the hotel at 12:00am, he was very attentive and took the time “show us around the city” on a map. The rest of the team was also very helpful throughout our stay, they helped us book a tour to Cinque Terre!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und warm von Ousman und Christian empfangen. Wir waren weit vor der Check-in Zeit vor Ort und es wurde alles möglich gemacht, damit wir schon ein Zimmer bekommen. Zum Abschied gab es ein kleines Geschenk, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.

It was a nice hotel located very near to the station. The staff Matteo was so kind and we were really satified with everything. I highly recommand this hotel without any dobuts.

Not central but still very conveniently located near the station. The room was clean and comfortable and somehow we were upgraded to a larger room than we booked at no additional cost. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in pointing out the city’s landmarks etc and we enjoyed the free welcome drinks at the sister hotel’s bar.

Esta bien ubicado, a 500m de la ciudad vieja, aunque al estar frente a la estación, de repente el ambiente parecía medio "inseguro" aunque no vivimos ninguna situación fea.

Room was ok, exactly what we booked. Location is great, near the center. Parking close to the hotel, 30 Euro/day. All personnel was very nice and helpful.

The room price is a bit higher for what you get, but for three nights staying, it was ok for us.

Frokosten er høydepunktet på dette hotellet. Michaela og Jada, som er vertskap for frokosten, gjør sitt ytterste for at alle skal få en god start på dagen. Hotellet ligger ellers sentralt ved jernbanestasjonen i Firenze. Det er lett å komme til og fra flyplassen med trikk, som stopper bare 100 meter fra inngangen.

Lobbyen er liten og gir lite rom for å mingle med andre. TVen hadde mange kanaler, men vi klarte ikke å finne noen på engelsk. BBC sto på listen, men ga beskjed om at det ikke var noe signal.

Everything was fine, really comfortable place to stop for a few days, and breakfast is tasty, I’d like to thank Christian separately and his colleague for the good service

I stayed at the Joy Hotel, paying >€500 for 4 nights. The experience revealed serious flaws that management must address urgently: Customer Service: At reception, they tried to upsell an upgrade (€20/day) by loudly calling my booked room "small and smart" in front of other guests. A humiliating and unprofessional tactic. Sanitation: The worst part was finding ants in the bathroom. Pest control is urgently needed. Sleep Quality: The mattress was very uncomfortable, with a noticeable hole in the center that prevented a good night's sleep. Also, the upholstered bed base had stains and frayed fabric. Hygiene: Thick layers of dust on the furniture, greasy marks on the doors, and visibly dirty floor grout. Maintenance: The shower caddy has severe rust. There is splintered furniture, scratched walls, and battered baseboards. The condition of the room and the treatment received absolutely do not justify its price or its 4-star rating.

The hotel is in a very central location, just 6–7 minutes from the train station. Many places are within walking distance. The room is very spacious, airy, and spotless. Breakfast is also quite good. It’s a wonderful hotel in every way—I definitely recommend it. Finally, I’d like to extend my special thanks to the hotel managers, Christian and Daniele. They are extremely kind people. I’m grateful to them for their kindness and helpfulness. When we arrived at the hotel, they offered us coffee and upgraded us to a higher-category room at no extra charge. They also provide a welcome drink. After we checked out, dear Daniele gave us a package of pasta as a gift. We all share the warmth of the Mediterranean people :) When I visit Florence again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel once more. Thank you so much again for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at C-Hotels Joy in Florence. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located. What made our stay even better was the amazing staff. Das Personal war super freundlich. Am Empfang haben uns Golnaz und Christian sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns bei allen Fragen super weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Lage ist zentral und man ist schnell in der Altstadt um alles sehenswerte sofort anzuschauen. Trotz des Bahnhofs in der Nähe war es im Zimmer total ruhig.

I had a wonderful stay! The location and hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We loved this hotel from the moment we entered. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and were happy to make recommendations and give us lots of information on where to eat and things to do. We stayed in a junior suite, which consists of 1 double bed in the main room, and a connecting room with a smaller double/sofa bed. Both have balconies, both have lovely bathrooms. (The main bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, and the smaller bathroom has a shower cubicle.) The decor is modern, and well thought out. There is a lounge area by reception that you can hang out in, and have a free coffee and slice of cake. The location is ideal! Just a few minutes walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, bus stops directly outside the hotel, and tram lines just 2 minutes away. The city itself is just a 10-15 minute walk, but it doesn't feel this long at all, as there are lots of places to stop on the way. I'd stay here again, and I'd recommend!
