La estancia fue muy breve y las pocas horas que estuvimos no pudimos ver el servicio....

llegamos muy de madrugrada y no sentimos que nos dieran una gran atención

Very good option for business or family travel, excellent location, very good services, maybe i would suggest reviewing prices of restaurant, since it was more expensive that many micheliyn star restaurants.

We had booked two rooms for 2 nights. We informed the hotel that we would only arrive the next day due to delay and that they prepared the room upon our arrival. When arriving one of the rooms was not available as they sold it and we all had to stay in one room. We were charged for the two rooms of the first night, although they were not available.

Muy bien. Servicio y hotel

Me gusta mucho la ubicacion. Esta justo alado de plaza san agustin/fashion drive lo que hace muy facil moverse de lugar. La atencion estuvo muy bien y las habitaciones muy limpias.

No me gusto que apesar de poner en la puerta del cuarto el "No molestar' las mucamas iban y tocaban la puerta aun viendo el letrero a las 9am! Era muy molesto.

Necesitan remodelar urgentememte, el hotel esta en excelente ubicación. Sin embargo, parece que en años no le han arreglado nada. Las alfombras estan super sucias, las puertas corredizas, todas sucias, la ventana esta a punto de caer, la alberca tiene una decoracion con piedra, se ve toda manchada, ya ni funcionan las fuentes. Segunda y creo ultima vez que me hospedo ahí.

La lejanía del cuarto, las alfombras del cuarto estaban manchadas, las cabeceras de las camas rotas, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, solo dos toallas y de mala calidad, al querer llamar del teléfono del cuarto a recepcióm, concierge o room service nadie contestaba, y se fue el agua del hotel.

The location is great. The food at the restuarnt is really good. The room was nice and comfortable. However, it was my birthday and I let them know about it and no one had a special attention towards me because of it. Also, the coffee maker at the room did not work, when I requested if they could give me a free coffee to go at the restaurant because of the malfunction of the coffeemaker, they told me they could not do it. Some furniture at the hotel needs refurbishing.

No funciona el clima en la habitación que nos tocó, hablamos a recepción fue el técnico a las 2am y dijo que ahorita encendía bien, y nunca fue así, amanecimos sudados y dormimos muy incómodos. No circulaba el aire en absoluto.

Hicimos check in a las 8 de la noche, no habia valeyñt parking, fue rápido pero la recepcionista mal, con cara de engreída, resolvia dudas de mala gana, llevábamos una carriola y un bebe y maletas, preguntamos por elevador, ya que casualmente nuestra habitación estaba como en un sótano, nos dijo que no había, pero sospechamos que si había pero era la única que habia y le dio flojera, al día siuguwitne mi esposa pregunto por que subiría ella sola y si había. La habitación tenía una silla muy bonita pero vieja que al sentarse se rompió. Al siguiente dia, salí muy temprano y regrese y deje el auto en el estacionamiento del hotel, por que mi esposa estaba comiendo en una restaurante cerca, entonces solo deje el auto y me fui y el balet parking me hizo mala cara, malamente llegue revisando mi carro si no le habían mandado grúa, muchas cosas por mejorar. Una manija del baño se salio

NO FUNCIONABA BIEN EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO, LLEGAMOS TARDE EN LA NOCHE Y LO UNICO QUE QUERIAMOS ERA DESCANSAR AGUSTO Y CONFORTABLE, PASAMOS MUY MALA NOCHE CON MUCHO CALOR Y EL FOCO DE LA REGADERA NO PENDIA, SALIA MUUY POCA AGUA POR LA REGADERA, SIN PRESION. EN OTRAS OCACIONES HAY BATAS PARA EL Y ELLA Y NO HABIA EN ESTA OCACION.

El cuarto huele a hunedad ...las sabanas tambien !!!! A la 1 am se llovio mucho El baño por El techo de la Tina... Tuvimos que cambiar de cuarto, cuando ya Esteban durmiendo

Excelente ubicación.

Huele y se siente mucha humedad en las habitaciones. Las camas no son muy confortables, se hunden. La zona de alberca esta algo descuidada y no hay personal de servicio que atienda ahí.

Facilities are great, nice and very well located. Staff is frindely and helpful. Check in and check out process are smooth and easy.

My room did not have mini bar, that would be a very nice to have thing.

Dirty rooms, suitcases must be carried by hand to the lift floor. I chose this hotel because it had at least 4-star services, but it turned out to be disappointing.

Is a great property, I loved the Mexican character like an hacienda, however, facilities specially the rooms are not at a 5 start standard. There is a lot of dust, not fully clean as they the should and quite dated, specially the carpet.

Comfortable bed

I was first given a dirty room, with the bed undone, rest of food from the previous guest, and when i complained, they gave me a smaller room, and the hot water was not properly working.

The hotel is beautifully built, with solid high ceilings and walls decorated with oil and water paintings. Additionally, bronze and wood sculptures adorn the lobby, bar, and restaurant areas, giving the place an incredible feel of an old Spanish villa. The Quinta Real is situated in a prime location in the financial district of the Valle Oriente section of the municipality of San Pedro, on the southeast part of Monterrey.

I thought that the carpets in my room had reached the end of their lifespan, and it might be time to replace them. Additionally, I was aware that the hotel was fully booked during my stay. One afternoon, when I took a shower, there was only lukewarm water (almost cold), and I attributed the high water consumption to the lack of hot water..I did not complain to the administration, but they might find a solution to this situation and prevent it for the future if they read this note.

Although the location is great, the hotel is old and not well taken care of. Many areas need renovation and better maintenance.

Las señoritas de la recepción son muy poco amables y muy poco serviciales, no tienen buena cara y no dan una buena atención. Les dije buenas tardes, ni siquiera me contestaron. Después de un largo viaje, lo último que quieres es llegar al hotel y que te reciban con una mala cara

El personal apático, la limpieza pésima, las instalaciones decayentes. Un desastre. Es un hotel de lujo, que llegas por la noche y pides una botella de agua y te dicen que vayas al Oxxo a comprarla! La alfombra olía a pies y estaba tan sucia que si caminabas descalzo los pies te quedaban negros. Un desastre absoluto. Que pena con lo bonito que es ese hotel que lo tengan así..

No hay cafe en las habitaciones. Alberca techada con agua fria, ( sin calefacción) pero lo mas importante era que mi reservación contaba con desayuno incluido (3 personas) después me contactaron para comentarme que el desayuno era solamente para 2 personas, les envié el detalle de la reservación que decía 3 personas y comentaron que estaba bien, después al llegar y hacer check in me vuelven a comentar que el desayuno es solamente para 2 personas, y les vuelvo a comentar lo que decía mi reservación (desayuno 3 personas), al siguiente dia en el restaurant el mesero me comenta que es solo para 2 personas, que no incluía buffet (era domingo). Me traen el menu que era para el desayuno incluido y estaba MUY limitado. Tardaron 30 minutos en servirme un omellete que venía con guarnición, frijoles y huevo revuelto ( huevo omelette con huevo revuelto????). No regreso.

El servicio del personal, y muy cara la habitación gobernador por ejemplo que fue en la que me hospedé, para lo que te ofrecía, muy poca tecnología y todo muy tardado.

La TV en la habitación 410 no funciona bien. Tiene una línea negra en medio de la pantalla

The mold in the rooms, state of the hotel infrastructure is in REAL disrepair. Parking had sewage water leaking on the floor, carpet was dirty beyond description, bed linens with stains, dark and dingy, bathroom cracked tiles, AC and inside air quality OMG ! the MOLD WAS UNBEARABLE.

Second time at this property and the stay was great. I was able to visit more dining options and I can confirm there are a lot of great eats around and in walking distance.

La ubicación era ideal para mí, ya que se encontraba cerca de donde tenía que trabajar. El colchón de la cama y las sábanas son confortables.

Falta mantenimiento. La limpieza. Las sábanas estaban sucias, no las habían cambiado del huesped anterior. Solicité cambio de habítación. En la habitación nueva, misma situación. Al cambiarme me percaté que había comida en la alfomrba, muy sucio. En una no había bata de baño y en la otra sí. En una habitación faltaba una silla. En general pareciera como que están pendientes de esos detalles que deberían estar supervisados en un hotel como lo es Quinta Real. Creo que ahora entiendo el descuento en el precio a la hora que hice la reservación. La atención de llegada y de salida por parte del staff fue bastante básica, no amable y cordial como hubiera esperado.

Our experience at La Quinta Real was very disappointing. The room we were assigned was in poor condition: the towels were old, the furniture was worn out, and the carpet was dirty and stained. I had to call three times before someone finally came to clean. It’s truly a shame to see such a beautiful hotel being neglected in this way—it’s no longer what it used to be. Out of the four nights we had booked, we ended up canceling and moving to another hotel. I mentioned all of this to the front desk agent at checkout, who said he would inform the manager immediately. We went to have breakfast and later returned to ask if the manager had checked the room, but the agent only said he was “in the process.” We then sat in the lobby for a while waiting for our transportation, yet the manager never appeared to introduce himself or address us. I made it clear to the staff that I would share my experience publicly if no one followed up with us—and since no one did, here I am sharing my review. Sadly, La Quinta Real has lost the charm and quality it once had.

El edificio antiguo es magnifico

Las alfombras ya no sirven, las lavan y resulta peor. El aire central acondicionado está infestado de moho, tarda hasta 10hrs en ventilarse la habitación después de desconectar el aire, bajando la pastilla porque el control no sirve

El trato del personal del hotel y la comodidad del propio hotel, el check in bien, la ubicación para los fines que yo necesitaba fue buena.

El restaurante esta malo y caro, un par de huevos revueltos con jamón cuesta un poco mas de 500 pesos, es muy caro, el sabor regular, la presentación y las porciones malas, estaba acompañado de un tamal miniatura, el pan tostado lo trajeron quemado y el servicio regular.

Su ubicación perfecta! Cuanto muy amplio, vista hermosa, me sentí muy cómoda, cumplió mis expectativas 🤍

Very nice property, with attentive staff and an excellent location. However, the property would benefit from improved maintenance. I have stayed here in the past and can notice a decline in upkeep. There was no minibar in my room, and we had to request one because there are not enough available for all rooms. The thermostat in the room needs an upgrade, and the bathroom could use a renovation. With these improvements, this could be the best property in town.
