Bentley store, Starbucks the mall snd SAFI Metropolitan hotel in front, Barceló to my right and Grand Fiesta Americana hotel to my left . Floor to ceiling windows. Definitely a location for finer dining, security and quality of life but still a few minutes uber ride from Many other things as well.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location was good and the pool area was nice. Decent value for money on the rooms and a nice view from the rooms of the mountains. The rooms were clean.
Food was good at the restaurant but food and drink very expensive. Charged £8 for a 600ml bottle of water… the room smelt a little musty and the gym is a little tired and could do with a spruce up.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The staff is doing their best and was courteous throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were not well maintained. The pillows were uncomfortable, the towels pilled every time we used them, and the air conditioning did not work properly, leaving our room feeling humid. The Chromecast also did not work despite following the instructions provided on the TV, and the shower in our daughters' room did not function properly. The hotel has direct access to a mall, which is very convenient, and there are plenty of nearby dining options. However, due to the maintenance issues, this was not the experience we had expected for our stay.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026At first I was booked in a west facing room after waiting for a city view room. When I checked in the room temperature was 33 and only cooled down to 29.5 then back up to 31. Maintenance tried to explain it was because of the sun on the glass- not buying that one. I’ve stayed here in the same type room in Summer and it always would be comfortable. The common areas were very warm as well.

There was only one spot to comfortably your luggage on, we had to improvise with a chair. As a family of four we had more than 1 bag with us. For safety, on the pool area there’s no fence or anything that can protect little kids or grown ups from falling.

On top of that, the cleanliness was poor — the room did not feel properly cleaned and overall service was not good. I expected much better for the price. Would not recommend.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026La ubicacion es muy buena y comoda, cuenta con acceso a la plaza los cual te facilita mucho el no tener que salir si no es necesario.
Las camas tenian mal olor, colchas y almohadas tenian un olor a usadas, pedi que las cambiaran y la persona de limpiesa me dijo que ese era el olor a desinfectante, nos cambio un solo forro de almohada y ese si tenia un buen olor lo que quiere decir que lo demas era muy probable que estaba sucio o usado. El baño durante toda la estancia apesto a drenaje tanto que si dejaba la puerta abierta del baño se apestaba toda la habitacion. Coloque el letrero de no entrar en la puerta baje y al regresar encuentro a la persona de limpieza adentro de la habitacion, traia una bolsa de basura en sus manos no habia cambiado nada ni toallas ni tendido camas lo que me parecio de muy mal gusto agregandole que genero desconfianza porque yo deje el letrero de no entrar. Se fue la luz nos quedamos sin aire durante un buen rato de la noche.

Es un CAOS entrar al hotel si llevas carro. Marqué varias veces para preguntar ls instrucciones y se me dieron mal. El acceso es por el estacionamiento pero solo en un sótano en especial. No me lo especificaron y estuve dando vueltas por todo el centro comercial y el estacionamiento con maletas. Ya llegando al hotel el personal es muy amable, pero el hotel no es bueno. Mi habitación era muy sucia, el hotel para nada es 5 estrellas, ya no es lo que era antes. Mis sábanas sucias, mi colcha también y en la cama había pelos. Tuve que cambiar de hotel no duré ni 30 minutos ahí.

Un poco confusa la entrada porque es la misma del centro comercial pero es algo equis.

Didn’t appreciate staff knocking at your door at 9am to “check” if you were still inside. Tvs not connecting to phone via cast, and not having popular apps like YouTube or netflix built in was a big disappointment.
