Conveniently located and less than a 10 min walk to the Toy Story parking to catch their shuttle. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was not appealing; not as many options as I expected. The remote control also kept going unprogrammed which was a headache...happened twice during our stay. The first time, I called down to the front desk who sent someone up to fix it however communication was hard with the employee bc he didn't speak any English. The second time happened the morning of us checking out so we just left it alone. Parking was a headache as the parking lot isn't very big. We ended up leaving our car parked all weekend and walking to shuttle.

Our sink smelled like sewer, very gross. The front office AC was not working so it was hot during breakfast. The ice machine was also not working. And by 8am it was already hot outside so the whole breakfast area was warm in the summer.

They charge you for parking.

We had problems with the bathroom door and rear bedroom doors jamming real tight and hard for our grandchildren to open. We were very concerned about our grandchildren getting stuck or locked in. We called front desk and they sent Enrique to work on correcting this concern. Enrique was very courteous and accomplished the correction very quickly and successfully. We really appreciate his manner of care and work.

Is a motel with drive up to rooms. Had a nice breakfast and staff were friendly. Close walk to convention center.

We stayed 2 nights for a trip to Disneyland. Overall, it was just O.K., but we won’t stay there again, mostly because of the bed and the parking. • Really hard bed that had a loud metallic squeak every time you moved. Loud enough that if you turned over in the night it would wake you up. • The air conditioner was also very loud, but it did cool the room down. • Terrible parking. They have super limited parking, and if it’s full, you have to park under the Hyatt Place hotel next door and then come up through that hotel’s Lobby, out into the shared parking area, and across to the Cortona building to your room. • It had the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was so small that the sink was in one corner of the bedroom. • There was a big chest of drawers to unpack. But one drawer kept sliding open on its own. A real danger if you got up in the night. • Housekeeping is only every 3 days. You can get fresh towels, but it’s an extra step. • Overall, it was a mostly clean room, but there were lots of dust bunnies inside the drawers and in the corners. • The shower had good water pressure and the water temperature didn’t waiver. There were 3 shower settings, so most people could find one they liked. • The room had a very large fridge and a microwave on top.

The hotel was acceptable for our purposes and very near the convention center. Miriam at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. She made out stay fabulous and provided top notch service!

Overall good. Come on a trip with my youngest son and had a good time.

Ana was INCREDIBLE! With a traveling band coming through town for gigs getting checked in early and easily is never expected, but she went above and beyond to accommodate us. If you stay at the Cortana, I hope you get to run into Ana at the front desk. She’s a 10/10. No notes.

The location is right across from the Toy Story Parking lot so it’s very easy to get to Disneyland if that’s where you are headed. This place has the nicest, most accommodating staff I’ve experienced. They are always so happy to help and sweet to my 2 year old. This hotel is extremely clean and exactly what we need when visiting Disneyland or CA adventures. Will 100% be back.

The junior suite size was just right for a family of 5. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was great and the food options changed daily. We are definitely staying here again.

I would say this is a nice place to stay on a budget. We got in later than expected and Ana was super kind and helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The breakfast was the reason we booked but it wasn’t as great as the pictures and had the same thing every morning but Sunday when we left they had biscuits and gravy. We had a family of 6 and two kids being 6 and 7. The pool isn’t huge but the kids loved it. The walk is 20 minutes to Disney land entrance, 10 minutes to Joe’s Italian ice order ahead lol. The room was clean, the staff is super friendly.

Always a great stay!! My family has made the Cortona our go to place when visiting Disneyland. The location, free breakfast and comfortable beds are wonderful reasons to stay…. Great price too. A very short walk to the Toy Story parking lot … your feet will thx you!

A bad smell in the room, it waa like when you put old stuff away for a long time, also the bedding wasn’t fully dry, and it felt humid inside the room

This was a great place to stay but when you stay longer your your room are not clean everyday and towel are not changed unless you ask.

came here with my siblings and it was our first time booking a hotel by ourselves. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. definitely staying again in the future!

Awesome experience. Rooms were nice and clean and a very warm and friendly experience all around. Ana and Adriana at the front were very helpful and were able to locate my son’s wallet he left in the room after we checked out. We will definitely be back next time

My family enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good to get us off to a great start for the day. The staff made us comfortable. We have stayed here in the past and will continue to look forward to future stays.

Wonderful experience. Perfect distance to the park. You can take the Toy Story shuttle that is right across the street, or we ended up walking our last two days because it’s not far (maybe 2-3 traffic light blocks) and entrance to park is on the same side of the road as the hotel. We had strollers with sleeping kids so walking worked out better, rather than unloading and folding up strollers, which you have to do for the shuttle. We enjoyed the protein options at breakfast and the change up in variety each day. Andouille sausage, French toast sticks and premade eggs, day 1, breakfast sausage patties, premade eggs, biscuits and gravy that were good day 2, plus each day had normal carb/cereal/whole fruit options. Rooms were cleaned well. A little worn down from years of use, but not bad. Motel-style exteriors doors, like most all of the hotel options near the park. Outdoor pool and hot tub were a fun addition to our stay. The front desk ladies were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We got here early, and even though our three rooms weren’t ready yet, after a short while, they were able to get us in one room early, and even gave my two kids helium balloons while waiting in the lobby. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back.

Our check-in was completely seamless. Our concierge, Sergio, was very gracious. He welcomed us to the Disney District, happily accommodated our room request, and gave us a great orientation—perfectly summarizing the location and hours of the pool, gift shop, and Disney transportation options. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay near Disneyland with little one. Separate room bunk beds saved us a lot of trouble. Reasonably priced and let our two little ones and 3 adults stay with ease.

Ana was very helpful from the start. Friendly and relaxed. We were celebrating my wife and daughter’s birthdays and she brought balloons for our daughter and made her experience magical. Thank you!

Our first night was absolutely horrific, we were put in the corner, not only with the ice machine and the elevator, but the maintenance room. At 6:15 maintenance started banging around and woke everybody up when we were there for a nationals volleyball tournament.. I went down to the front desk and a marvelous woman Ana was so incredibly kind, she immediately was able to move us rooms and ensure that our girls got a full night sleep. Ana gets 10 stars! The room at the end of the hall gets 0 stars

The room was in good condition and the bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave. This made having snacks and drinks easy. The hotel was a short walk to the Disneyland parks and easy to get to. There was a Starbucks on the way to the park which made my wife very happy!!

The breakfast didn't have much of a variety. Your selection was limited. The eating area was small but accommodating for folks that were fast eaters for the quick bite. The toasters were worn out and barely worked. There is a parking fee as well. Even though you are not driving, but walking to the amenities in the area, you are paying a daily parking rate.

Cortona Hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, making check-in and any questions easy to handle. Breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. One of the biggest perks is the location—it’s very convenient to Disneyland Park, which made getting around simple. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay.

We have stayed here a few times now. Price is great. It’s about a 17 minute walk to the front entrance to Disneyland. If they added hot oatmeal, yogurt and bagels to their free breakfast, they would be the absolute best place to stay! But their breakfast is a bit underwhelming. They have oatmeal packets that you make with hot water. But I love hot buffet style oatmeal. And yogurt. I always wish they had yogurt. But otherwise, great hotel for the price!

I have been booking at Anaheim Cortona for the past 5 years about 6 times a year and will continue booking here because it’s been alway been easy and they have great staff that have shown great customer service throughout the years. Ana the manger is someone who has been helpful and has demonstrated amazing customer services -Which has allowed me to build a positive report with her which is one of the reason why I will continue to book here.

The landscaping was kept well and trash free

Hotel is overpriced. I reserved two night stay over $650.00 not worth it!!! Furniture in the room was in very poor condition faded chipped furniture, drawers don't full out properly, missing drawer knobs, bathroom walls were very dirty. Being on floor level we hardly slept because of all the feet thomping upstairs. Entering the property or exiting the property is very annoying because room cards don't work properly. People are waiting behind waiting and there's a button you press to call front desk and it doesn't even work, no one available to help out. There employees spoke in Spanish making rude comments saying "when are these people going to leave" I complaint to the front desk and they didn't seem to care. NEVER AGAIN will I stay there with my family. I highly recommend you all go elsewhere where you and your family will be respected!

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. We got the family suite and it was big enough for the 6 of us. The location is good if you use the Toy Story parking lot busses to get to the park.

The hotel is pretty dated itself. The bathroom in the family suite was really small and hard to share.

Needs an update to carpet but clean rooms, so it does the job. Definitely not worth over $500 a night.

The front desk staff aren’t very friendly, which is totally fine but not for front desk. A simple hello when customers come in (not just me) will suffice vs. looking down on phone.

The hotel room could use some updating as far as doors and painting. The bed was very uncomfortable and I was unable to sleep properly due to my back aching. For the price and location it’s a money saver for families. Parking does cost 25 a day for those that are wondering. The breakfast is free didn’t eat not a fan of sausage but good way to start morning just limited. Overall good experience but will not be staying in future due to bed not being comfortable. Staff is really friendly and are on top of changing towels and respectful. Update to comfy beds and I will definitely stay again.
