Honestly not much good things I can say about this property

Where do I start. The room was dirty, shower was disgusting. Got put into an accessible room on the first floor near a window facing the main road. The shades doesn’t work major safety issue considering its location. As someone who travels often and likes to do video reviews for hotels, this was not a good one. The shower was disgusting and counter was dirty. Included breakfast was a plus until you see that every plate was dirty from the clean pile. Just nasty, and a major safety issue for people with food allergies. I asked the staff worker at breakfast bar a question regarding berries and cross contamination with other allergens and she said “ I don’t know” and walked away. Floors were dirty, hotel needs friendlier and compassionate employees. Front desk dude was nice. But everything else was horrible. We’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this is one we won’t be returning to

The room was spacious, modern and very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Right next to Anaheim Convention Center and a few blocks from Disneyland. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again soon.

It would be nice if there was complimentary drip coffee/tea service in the lobby 24/7. The coffee in the room was not great and they only give one packet of creamer and one sugar, but the coffee is very strong. It actually made me feel ill for most of the day after drinking it.

I loved the breakfast, the location, the quaint little bar, and I loved the staff. Specifically Melissa she was so sweet and knowledgeable.

The property was good and comfortable. Staff was amazing and polite, when I went downstairs to heat up leftover food they immediately helped me out and offered plates for us to use. Also the air conditioning worked well and fast. The room got cold in no time when we switched it on!

Our only flaws was an issue with the water temperature in the shower, the faucet either released extremely hot or extremely cold water and while I showered the hot setting suddenly turned cold. We did not speak to staff about this since we had already settled into the room and were only staying one night. Another issue we had with the room that was more of a minor annoyance was that the tv only had regular channels to watch and not a tv with apps for streaming sites. Not a huge deal but we would have preferred the freedom to watch what we likedinstead of settling for whatever was on tv.

Size of the rooms. Great location to visit Disney. Good value for money.

When checking out there was only 1 person and was helping some with making a drink.So maybe u could have 2 persons there to help us check out.And not just put your key in a jar.

The guest above our room were very loud jumping slamming doors scrapping chairs walking so hard on the floor they were shaking our room, we got no sleep, so loud all night continued at 5am in the morning due to getting no sleep our plans were ruined we checked out at 8am and went straight home to get proper sleep. As a disabled person this is very upsetting to have our plans completely ruined is unacceptable.

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to all the fun attractions. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. They have an underground parking available.

Stayed here to see a Giants game at Oracle Stadium. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. The best I've had. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The pool was not heated. There were tons of bugs in the Jacuzzi. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the springs. The walls are very thin.

The hotel is clean, and the food is decent. The biggest challenge is finding the property. Parking can be confusing because you need to use the second driveway, not the first, and your room key only works at the Hyatt gate. There are no clear signs indicating you've arrived at the hotel, and with three hotels sharing the same parking lot, it's easy to end up at the wrong one if you're not paying attention. Check-in can also take a little while since the front desk staff often assist guests at the bar located next to the lobby. That said, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pro tip: If possible, shower in the evening. During my stay, there was little to no hot water available in the mornings, and my showers were consistently cold. Also, plan a few extra minutes if you're heading to breakfast. The elevators are slow and tend to be busy during the morning rush, so waiting 3–5 minutes isn't uncommon. Breakfast is good but fairly basic, with eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, and other standard options. It's enough to get your day started.

Excellent customer service, great breakfast options and very clean. Short distance walk to Toy Story parking lot for shuttles to Disney and the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

The room provided us all we needed comfortably. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a nice selection. Distance to Disneyland was perfect and the location to other restaurants was good.

Paying for parking.

The walls were like paper, the noise was very loud, showers taps, walking around from room above. Breakfast was also cleared away at 9am, which was a rush to get to.

Very close to Disneyland. It was a pretty nice hotel with a spacious family room. Didn’t appreciate not being able to use the luggage carts one time during our stay due to guests hoarding it in their rooms overnight. Staff had no idea where the carts were or where they might’ve gone.

The staff is not too pleasant, I asked for a bottled water and the guy in the front desk refused to give saying “are you a hyatt member? I said no, then this is only for hyatt members” they should be kind enough to explain not just being rude.

Our rooms were somewhat connected and the individuals next door were very loud. It was difficult to sleep. Music was heard through the connecting door and the person upstairs definitely had children as there was multiple running footsteps overhead.

The location is great! Toy Story parking lot is right across Harbor. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfy bed, which is super important after walking 13+ miles in a day. The breakfast was super yummy and on point this time. The doors are a little on the thin side so you can hear people walking past, especially with excited little ones. Over all this is one of our go to hotels when we visit Disneyland.

I wish there were waffles, pancakes and roasted potatoes included in daily breakfast and also whole milk.

We enjoyed our stay here. 2 blocks from Toy Story carpark to get shuttle to Disney but you can easily walk also. Rooms were very spacious, with a small living area as well as 2 queen beds. This was so handy & comfortable. Room was very clean & in great condition. Staff were friendly & helpful. This was a great value hotel. The breakfast was one of the best "included" breakfasts of our 5 week trip. Had great selections, cold & hot food & fruit :)

Staff the most at the front desk. You guys need some more and polite people at the desk. Except the one who was there on Saturday morning.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Centrally located near the convention center, Disneyland and restaurants. Yesenia and Verenice were awesome hosts; they were extremely friendly and attentive .

Everything was great from the rooms to the staff as well as the breakfast. Definitely would book here again. My family loved staying here. The rooms are very modern & clean with a good view. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was always friendly.

I guess the only thing I’d complain about was how small the pool area is. Other than that everything else was great.

I love the staff the two Yesinas that work the front are amazing and gave my daughter bubbles a balloon and Minnie ears, they have been awesome each time I’ve stayed there and remember us. I love that the rooms have wood floors it makes the place so much cleaner.

Sheets had a blood stain upon arrival, some staff was amazing while others weren’t helpful and lacked customer service skills. Location to Disney was good.

Good breakfast but no soundproofing to connecting rooms so I do not recommend this hotel for solo travels as it is full of families with young children.

It was centerally located to the the Disney Parks. It was within a short walking distant. We had teenage boys with us and it was a great value for the space in our room.

The only recommeation is that you upgrade your in room tv to allow casting. Not sure anyone wants to watch DirecTV anymore.

I had a guess they got hurt at the pool. The filter wasn't screwed down, so she fell in and scrape her knee before the volleyball tournament.

The water pressure was very nice; Staff at front desk friendly and professional, Location convenient to Disneyland.

The breakfast has room for improvement, perhaps more natural options such as fruit, plain Greek yogurt, (real) cheese slices. It was just ok. Bottle water should be complimentary at least a couple of bottles to make coffee in the room.

I didn't like the fact the rooms aren't very sound proof. It was a little hard to sleep because you could hear every thing in the halls in your room.

Il faut respecter le couvre feu car certaines personnes ne supportent pas le bruit ( d'autres voyageurs) parfois on revenait tard de nos activités et juste le faite d'ouvrir la porte ça les réveillait lol. La porte de notre poignée était un peu abîmée aussi. Le bruit de la clim est parfois gênante.

Verenice at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and fast to help us make changes over the phone and then again when we arrived late at night to check in. She was kind and efficient and we appreciated her.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. However, I stayed on the southside of the hotel and was unable to get much sleep due to very loud construction / or compressor noise.
