I liked that we had a place to access the beach room was dated but clean. Hotel was what we could find for our last-minute plans.

Calling the phone number listed in the reservation yielded endless ringing with no answer. Although we were at the end of a hallway it was noisy. Light from the hallway was beaming into the room. Main lights for the room did not work. No hot water to shower on the 1st day of a 3 night stay. Asked for wash clothes for showering in person, 40 minutes later asked again in person and received them. Did not sleep well due to noise. The last night sounded like a plumber using a rotor rooter on the pipes across the hall.

Great location, staff, amenties and dog beach and value. Will be back!

Location, quiet, right on ocean. Loved the room amenities- full oven and fridge. Also microwave. Had dishes, pots and pans available, which came in handy.

Toilet was not clean when we arrived. They fixed it right away, but ewwww! Bathroom sink drained slow. Shower difficult to operate and only lukewarm water. Half the staff was nice other half-specifically night staff, bad attitudes. Place has just seen better days!

James was a great help checking us in Friday night. The weekend staff were great as well. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA, PLEASE UNDERSTAND how many storms these buildings go through. We had a fantastic stay for a great price. My husband and I and our fur babies had a great time. We love that the dogs can go right down on the beach. We stay at a lot of places in Daytona quite often because we come to fish. This was a great place we will be returning to. They had a DJ by the pool Saturday as it was a Holiday weekend. Two clean pools. Great café for breakfast!! Would definitely recommend!!

Overall the stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean other then a stain on the sofa ( we just covered with a sheet). It was quiet. The view was amazing. It was pet friendly. Staff was very friendly. The price was very affordable and they do not hold a crazy amount of funds for incidentals like most places. I definitely would return .

I did think that the check in process could have been better. Staff was really nice and pleasant. I just did not receive any information about the diner, wifi passwords, no check in time, or given any kind of paperwork to show any of this information as Ive previously been given at other places. I called the front desk from the room to ask for extra sheets and could not get them on the line. It was constantly busy, but when I went to the desk personally the staff was very nice and very accommodating.

The room was run down and needed updating. The floors were so dirty that we had to use a wash cloth to wash out feet before getting into bed. There was fighting of other people around us. Over all just felt dirty in the hotel

Everything from the pools being dirty the pool chair is being broken the bathrooms, looking disgusting mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There wasn’t much to like other than it being on the beach.

The only bad experience is that tried to use my debit card at Publix. It was declined twice now the only place I've used card was getting gas at buc ees on way down and tap to pay. Now I checked in a day early they said all I would have to do is come back in the morning and reload key cards When I went back to dest next morning to reload cards for room the lady needed my credit card again, I asked it should be on file? She stated that it wouldn't let her Then my bank caught a $90 charge at wing stop not saying this happened here but I paid cash everywhere we went and tap to pay at gas pumps just be careful

The water was hard to get on and the toliet was messed up

Nothing. It smelled, it was damp, there was mold and what looked like bed bug activity. The managers argued with us about it being unsanitary.

Everything. Like i said. It smelled like weed and mold, the box spring had what looked like bed bug activity on it, the walls had mold, the air was damp, the walls were chipped and had paint peeling and the staff was rude. He left and ate the coat. We refused to stay. When we ask for our money back after being there for only 15 minutes, the owner tried saying that he had to charge us for a full day.

Smell like dog when walking in. get into my room and find no towels. No shower by pool after beach to rinse sand off so it’s all coming inside hotel and the room leaving floors gross feeling had to keep shoes on. Staff are a little on rude, sorry my room wasn’t appropriately cleaned and need assistance.

The location is great parking is fantastic.

Our door had problems from the beginning. Card never worked manger had to come unlock our door a few times with the master key(once after a long hot walk to and from the boardwalk & another after swimming in the ocean and being wet and sun burnt both times we stood in the hallway for over 20 mins waiting to get into our room) before he took off the door plate off all together and the door opened freely from both sides. I was told since my room was in front of the camera we would be fine. When I asked if we wanted to leave since we paid for a room with a door knob he said he would issue a refund but it would take a very long time to come back to us not to expect it right way. And since we stayed no refund was issued. We have a four year old and all of our stuff in our room and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the door unlocked ( we wedged the opening board between wall and door to keep it closed because there was little kid running wild and didn’t want them to open our door since you could just pull it open from not having a wall plate) while we went anywhere so we were forced to basically stay in our room with hopes that the maintenance man that called out today would should up & fix the problem. He eventually did at 5:30 and told us the wrong lock had been installed on our door (which we never even knew because we just checked in) and it needed to be replaced. We told him that was fine and closed the door the proceed to loud cuss and let it be known he didn’t want to fix it. After that incident was handled there was little kids running wild pressing all buttons in elevator causing delays on all floors. Same group urinated in both elevators multiple time. The pools were absolutely disgusting full of sand and trash even seen multiple cigarette butts. Very loud and obnoxious music was played pool side with even more vulgar adult talking and dancing in the pool was definitely not a family friendly experience.

Cleanliness was poor. We kept smelling someone smoking marijuana in the hotel. We have been staying at the hotel for years and over the years the quality of the hotel has declined.

I always love the property. That’s why I have been staying there for the last 7 to 8 years. A lot has changed since I’ve been coming there.

What I didn’t like about the property was the staff, especially one of the members Kyle he does not have the best customer service. He was not accommodating or not trying to be helpful with the booking information that I had already sent in.

My sister got shock from turn on the stove to cook because the stove switch covers are missing. One of the rooms 511 bathroom door is broken, room 612 bathroom sink is cracked, maintenance just clue it, very ghetto, the same room, the kitchenette plates were still dirty inside the cabinet, the TV remote wasn't working. Room 310 we can barely open the balcony sliding door because of the sliding rail is dirty, the kitchen cabinet missing supplies, dishes soap by the kitchen sink, the stove switch covers are missing. Room 305 the ceiling was dirty, disgusting, the lamp rusty, the balcony very dirty and the pillows so old, can't even put pillow case on them. We requested a crib for for room 612, the crib was so dirty, disgusting, we couldn't use it. Front desk employee's needs to look more professional, they look like they're working in night clubs. The hotel needs more than updates.

I loved the location and also the swimming pools were nice and well kept.

I asked for tissue for hours until I finally got some in the evening. Also there were limited towels and wash cloths they were running out of those as well.

NOTHING, this place is extremely ghetto and unsanitary. The front desk staff is rude, the whole place smells of marijuana, most of the floors don’t have working AC in the hallway, the rooms are absolutely DISGUSTING! Mystery stains everywhere, you couldn’t turn the water on due to missing handles, random drill on the stove, holes in the wall, bed bugs, I could go on and on about this place. We didn’t even bother staying, we left and went to the Holiday Inn up the street which was 10/10

The location of my room was on the first floor right by the elevator which was bad, and there was a lot of trash outside of the room balcony, also the sliding door had a LOT of sand and dirt buildup.

The property is in a good location abd a nice hotel.

The man that checked us in was very rude to all customers. I paid for ocean front and was gave a room on the first floor with no beach view. I asked for a room with ocean view and he said there wasn’t anything he could do since I used booking.

Room was very clean. Great location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our first night the fire alarm was beeping, the staff member who checked us in acted as if we were bothering him when we mentioned it. He then took the fire alarm down, and stated "There its fixed" and walked out. He never replaced it and we had to go down and tell another staff member after a few days. The other staff member was very helpful and sent maintenance up right away to fix it. The maintenance worker was very nice and friendly.

We booked this hotel primarily to sit in and enjoy ac since we haven’t had power in over 2 years. Check in was 4 which was late already. When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready. The guy was so rude no apology or nothing. We finally got to check in around 5 and it looked like the beds were made and that was all the cleaning they did to it. Very disappointed. Would like a partial refund.

Location was good and it was very easy access to the pool and beach. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a full-sized refrigerator and vinyl plank floors in the room.

It just seemed very outdated. Carpet in the hallway is not ideal at the beach. Lobby and interior hallways were hot and musty. Overall it just seemed run-down.

Everything, arrived and greeted rude. We arrived at 1:30pm. We simply ask if by chance the room available and dude was very rude. No check in not til 4. Ok no problem. Ac did not work. No one would help us til day 3 a manager happen to be in lobby and gave up her fan for us. Took towels down at noon, they had no towels for replacement. Went back at 3:30 and was told the was in the dryer when I was told that at noon and lady was like look I just got here. Finally received towels late at night and after being told they would bring to our room they did not and with the comment I didn’t say I would bring them up. Pool was so dark you couldn’t see through it. Did not clean it til our 3rd night stay which was day before the 4th. Of course! The lady with blue hair at this time was the rudest of all. She would look at you like she in space and did not care for whatever you had to say. Maintenance came up to our room on day 2 and told us that one ac unit is struggling to work and the other needs to be replaced and will let the office know. Knowing our ac was not working and did absolutely nothing for us. The room ac we had to keep room close to keep it cool. The bathroom was a sauna we had to keep door close. Oven couldn’t tell which eye you had on as it was scrubbed off. Oven door when pushing it the light would come on. Light above kitchen table bulbs was out. Fridge had broke shelf in door. Kitchen had hardly any dishes provided for you.( that’s fine but maybe let guest know). Light above stove did not work. To take a shower it was different to turn on but once figure it out it’s fine. Water was hot. Room key we had to keep getting programmed. Pool loungers some was broke. Not even shade. This was room 810 on the 8th floor. While all other floors had ac for the hallway ours did not. They had a dehumidifier and box fan up there. Opposite end of us the floor/ wall was peeling off. Elevators expiration date not up to date.

We got a beach front room and it was beautiful, i absolutely loved it!

The elevators stayed packed all day it was very hard to get up and down the floors, the side door was broken so you had to go through the front of the hotel, our microwave stoped working but the maintenance guy gave us another one and it worked other than that it was a great place to stay! I will be staying again!

The veiw was amazing, the room was clean and comfy and it was a great affordable get away for me and my husband on our anniversary
