Amazing rooms and pool areas, perfect location on the beach and markets, restaurants.

The pool menu was to fancy and overpriced. Need. To more basic snack food and agoukd definitely have Nasi and Mee Gorang on the pool menu.

The hotel and it's grounds are amazing! Old school Bali feel with tropical gardens and thatch-roof bungalows. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, from the Concierge at front desk, wait staff at breakfast, to the grounds keepers as you stroll through. That Buffet Breakfast is simply top rated, lots and lots of different food to start your day. The Crepe station is the best! The location puts you right in the heart of Legian, with Kuta a doable walk down the beach.

The beds were very firm and hard, and the pillows too big. We ended up using the cushions off the couch.

Our second room was excellent good location, always clean and comfortable.

Our first room on the 5th floor was horrendous. It was like a prison and hard to climb the stairs.

Where do l start? This is the worst hotel lve ever stayed in Bali. Customer service is disgraceful ! The room they put me in first night? Was like a loud jail cell. Couldn’t go on the veranda as it faced workers quarters where they were getting changed all the time with windows opened. So loud facing all the air con units. Not the room l booked according to booking.com. Food was awful. Probably booking. Com fault too, for posting wrong photo on their site. After coming from a beautiful and clean hotel. This was a total disappointment. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. Drinks over priced.

Lovely grand hotel with beautiful gardens and right in the beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and food from kitchen really worth staying in for.

Thought we paid too much for the standard type room we got. Awful outlook onto a rear parking area and noisy.

The location is perfect for our needs. Love being that close to the beach. The breakfast is 10 out of 10. Whatever your taste, it’s there. The staff in every corner of the hotel are amazing. So friendly only too happy to help with any request, with a lovely smile. The staff give you a beautiful start to every day. Cannot fault the Legian Beach Hotel

The family pool area was great, excellent for kids and families. The breakfast was also really good, not much wait time on the cooked eggs. The coffees you have to pay extra if you dont want a kettle coffee. Beautifully maintained gardens and lovely staff.

I felt that the hotel staff for housekeeping often forgot to replace the glasses, they forgot the usual extras that come with a room clean like shower cap etc we had to quite often request it after every room clean. It was requested by us that the kids have their towels made into animals and they often forgot. The staff did accommodate our interconnecting room eventually but after weeks of trying to communicate prior to arriving that we had to have a interconnecting room as we were with kids, it wasnt until after i pressed my point that they simply could not be in a room by themselves that they finally finally made it happen, thank you so much. But the stress in the lead up and on arrival was crazy. The pool staff were lovely and friendly but quite often we were left having to walk up and ask for an order as we could not get there attention, we were not too far away at all for them to notice us or anyone else, given where the bar/food area was. The hotel i feel did not match up to the rating or price it has. It was quite noisy at night time with the traffic. Perhaps for couples maybe but we were left at times feeling a little different.

The resort is excellent, the food at the restraunt was well priced and we did not have one bad meal. I miss the breakfasts

Heel mooie kamer, goed restaurant, zeer vriendelijk personeel en de tuin met zwembad erg mooi. Eekhoorntjesboom was ook leuk voor de kinderen. Het is ontbijt is mega. Zoveel keuze en geweldige kwaliteit.

Het ligt wel in een heel druk gebied. Aan de andere kant ook centraal gelegen. Late checkout of je kamer langer houden op de dag van vertrek is wel lastig te regelen. Is duurder direct via het hotel dan via booking een extra nacht boeken. Heeft natuurlijk met beschikbaarheid te maken. En bij het ontbijt moet je rekening houden met veel mensen. Het is een grote ontbijtzaal.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. It’s in a great location in Legian. We had a bungalow room which was very spacious. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. This was our second stay there and will definitely stay again next time in Bali.

Chambre (chambre familiale supérieure) d’un très mauvais rapport qualité / prix basé sur de nombreux séjours à Bali. Emplacement près de la route avec un bruit d’autoroute, pas de fenêtre dans la 2eme chambre, chambre au dessus très bruyante, une vitre filoutée dans le couloir avec des personnes de l’hôtel qui passaient devant et que l’on entendait dans la chambre. Bref pour quasiment 300 € c’est du vol caractérisé à Bali, passez votre chemin !!

The villa was clean, beds comfortable. The hotel facilities and amenities were good. Lila Chita vip lounge was a great touch. Staff were lovely and very professional and helpful.

The first night we stayed we were put in a two bedroom villa, then moved to our Felix pool villa which was fine but a slight inconvenience having to move rooms. I wouldn’t recommend using the minibar however as you will be charged tax and also service charge on top of the price of the minibar items which is absolutely ridiculous as you aren’t receiving and service to justify the service charge. I can understand the service charge on food and drinks in the restaurant however charging this for minibar items is ridiculous. Pillows too firm for my liking. The hotel won’t let grab drivers deliver your food to the lobby area which is frustrating as it is a 200meter walk to the front gate to collect your food, not ideal. The location is right on the beach and while the little beach bars that have popped up are super convenient the dingey tin sheds they serve drinks from is an eyesore and obstructs the lovely ocean view.

The first room we were given was right at the front gate very very loud room 258 but thankfully that great staff gave us a new room which was excellent

Location is perfect… Right on the beach and close to amazing restaurants, daily massage to die for, shopping-a-plenty etc The resort is immaculately maintained, the bungalows were spacious, beds & pillows supper-comfy, and a buffet breakfast that was plentiful, with a variety to suit everyone’s taste. Hot and cold breakfast, cereal, fresh fruit, fresh juices, eggs anyway you want, bacon- soft/ medium or crunchy, pastries, pancakes, waffles, chocolate fountains, fried rice, chicken, sausages, pretty much anything you could possibly want… all cooked fresh and staff all friendly, courteous and obliging…willing to cater for anything you require. What a magnificent stay …

The villa room was not that sound proof from the two adjoining rooms. Not the hotels fault but people dumping hats or sunglasses on beds around the pool but nowhere in sight in order to reserve. Booked months in advance turn up and be told that my adult sons will have to share a double bed, not good enough when you look at what we paid in full and how far in advance. They did fix it but not a great start to the trip

Die Pools, die Zimmer, das Personal, Spa Treatments, Restaurants,... Es war alles einfach großartig. Ich habe mich selten in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt.

Lediglich ein großer Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer wäre fein gewesen, ansonsten alles wunderbar :)

Rooms need a makeover Bed was rock hard air con needs to be serviced or replaced ! Also more water needs to be supplied to rooms.

Bungalow cottages bathroom glass panel needs cleaning, buffet breakfast very good but same thing every day, needs a change every couple of days, maybe put dim sum/wontons on offer, like other hotels do, only a suggestion..!

L’hôtel est très bien, bien agencé, petit déjeuner vraiment très varié et de nombreux choix. Personnel très agréable. Literie très confortable.

Les prix affichés sur booking laissent entendre qu’on bénéficie d’une réduction de plus de 60% hors c’est complètement faux puisque le prix que l’on paye réellement est le prix affiché sur leur site. Pourquoi donc cet affichage mensonger ? Je me suis sentie flouée.
