I only went to Kuta for my tattoo artist @Huntersink , the hotel was great I have stayed in a lot of Asian hotels thought the years the food here was the best ever and the staff couldn’t do enough for you would stay again next year when I go to get my other tattoo. Best regards Steve UK.

Very entertaining and friendly, friendly staff, amazing facilities etc roof top pool.

Wonderful atmosphere and vibe. In a really great location and staff are amazing. The grounds are beautiful and lots of chill out areas. Can have peace and quiet or lively and excitement near the pool.

There is a lot of discrepancy with room type versus the photos online. Some rooms in the same category are renovated and others are quite old. I booked expecting my room to look like the pictures but was given an old room. The staff were amazing though with finding me a renovated room and assisting me with moving. However unfortunately then there was a rattle in the wall and a huge cockroach in the bathroom. But again, staff were amazing with dealing with the issues and upgraded my room for me.

Our second stay and it was even better. We were on our honeymoon and my birthday and we received a beautiful room that was even better than our last stay. It has a roof top adults only pool that we absolutely love, although it was very busy this time, so you do have to go early or its a long wait for a sun lounger. The housekeepers were absolutely amazing, every day I was there I had a really intricate towel display including a towel cake for my bday, I loved arriving back each day to see what my towels will look like haha. Its super close to the beach and shopping, and this will be our absolute favourite hotel in Bali. Highly reccommend!

Its a bit more pricier than other places for food and drinks etc, so if you want to dine onsite, just factor that into your budget.

Omg it is our wedding anniversary and they staff have blown me away with there gorgeous creative roses over the bed and a mirror with Beautiful words written in it not to mention a cake and a lovely note🩶love love our room it’s super special so thank you we will definately be coming back here all staff are amazing I am absolutely so stoked to find this hidden treasure with the ocean view🩶Pullman Legian Beach 🙌

Our travel agent booked us in here as the last stop on a two week holiday in Bali and Lombok. Initially when we checked in we thought it would just be another big generic chain hotel and didn’t get our hopes up However this was not the case at all. Our room was amazing on the fifth floor with a seaview and huge lounge area adjoining the bedroom, ideally placed in the heart of Legian should you want to go out to the plethora of beach bars in the evening. Once again as we have found everywhere on our holiday, the staff are simply exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. They are all cheerful and cannot do enough to make your holiday special. I want to make special mention of two exceptional employees Hiskia & Beni (although to be honest if I had written down more names, there are many others I could mention too). These guys were taking orders around the adult pool bar all day long but not just going through the motions. Beni in particular treated every person with exceptional customer care and should be praised by the management. Likewise, Hiskia, with a permanent smile on his face it really made our stay. Breakfast whilst busy is exceptional in terms of quality and variety. To be honest, the food was so good that in the evening we were reluctant to go out anywhere else and every meal was exceptional in terms of service and quality. You can eat from the buffet which changes every night or the à la carte menu. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It has really ended a two week trip to Bali and Lombok on a high. They have managed to achieve something quite rare for a large hotel which is exceptional and personalised customer service and all the team should be congratulated by management. Thank you !!!!

We arrived at Pullman Legian Bali around 3pm but our room was not ready yet. Duty Manager Pak Visnu was very courteous and offered us lunch at Montage Restaurant, as well as a temporary suite to rest while waiting. Our room was finally ready around 7pm, and the hotel also treated us to a round of cocktails before we checked in. Really appreciated the gesture. We booked the Family Suite, which was huge, with one king bedroom and another room with two single beds. Plenty of space for a family, although the room is a little aged and could do with some refurbishment. The hotel itself is very big with several swimming pools. Breakfast was good with a decent spread. Special thanks to Cathy, Haity and Suli for their wonderful service and hospitality during breakfast. They were always friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a good stay despite the late check-in. The service from the team definitely made a difference.

This was my first time staying at Pullman Legian Bali, and I had such a wonderful experience during my 3-night stay. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the security team at the entrance, the bellman, and the front office team, who were very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process. When I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautifully arranged fruit amenities — such a lovely touch! I also had dinner at the restaurant and tried the nasi goreng and tom yum. Both were absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast experience was just as impressive. My personal favorite was the Eggs Benedict with bacon; perfectly tasty and so satisfying! I also tried several varieties of fresh juice and, of course, some ice cream. Everything was excellent. Of course, a hotel experience would not be memorable without a great team behind it. I would especially like to mention Dilla, CAHYA, and HAITY from FB Service, as well as Citra and the Front Office Manager, who made a great impression during my stay. These are just a few names I happened to notice and remember, and this is by no means to take away from the rest of the team. Everyone I met was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Thank you to the entire team at Pullman Legian Bali for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Bali!

The staff are all so welcoming and eager to help The housekeeping staff go above and beyond to please you . By far best breakfast out of any resort I’ve stayed at . There is nothing you could want that isn’t available or supplied on request . I love his they do fresh juices and tea/ coffee as requested

I’m so very grateful for my first BALI experience being at the Pullman Legian. We were so very happy with our rooms and the service start to finish could not ask for a more friendly team from the security at the front greeting us every time we went in and out of the complex to the staff at reception poolside, and everywhere in between. I have to make a special mention to the following staff chef Wayan, Ayu, Astiti and Nova at breakfast. Thank you for making every breakfast memorable and special. I was so lucky my family looked after the kids and I was able to enjoy the four day wellness package at the hotels Tjakra 7 spa. My therapist was Widi, who is an absolute miracle worker. Every treatment given was with care and so special. Widi made my holiday next level experience and I highly recommend the spa to anyone who goes - it’s a must. Infact I won’t to just come back to Bali to see Widi and enjoy another 4 day package 🙌🏻 Also I must mention the wonderful GM that I saw from a distance many times, always with his team and leading by example, Mr Ravi thank you for making us and so many others seen and cared for. I look forward to coming back again hopefully same time same place next year ❤️

First time visit and enjoyed our three-night stay at the Pullman. Allocated Room 2508, very spacious, bright and overlooking the gardens, comfortable king bed, overall great facilities but a little dated in some areas. Superb staff throughout. Looking forward to a return visit.

We stayed at Pullman Bali Legian Beach from January 27–29 and truly enjoyed our time here. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. Breakfast was one of the highlights, there were plenty of options and everything was delicious. The pastry section quickly became my favorite as everything was freshly prepared every day. The hotel facilities are complete. The gym is quite well equipped and open 24 hours, and both the gym and swimming pool are well maintained. A special thank you to Astiti and Citra for arranging a lovely surprise and welcome drink in our room. Also, heartfelt thanks to Haity, Seni, and Cahya for their exceptional care and helpfulness during breakfast, their service truly made a difference. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended as a family-friendly hotel with excellent service, great facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere in Legian.

The Pullman Bali is one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed in in my 17yrs of holidaying in Bali.

Hotel was in a good location. Room and hotel very clean and tidy.

Adult pool way too small for number of hotel guests. Pool attendants favoured regular guests and were always changing the rules on people booking beds for ages with towels and not turning up to use them- very annoying! Major issue with patio door warped, and with an ocean view (therefore road side) the traffic and fireworks noise at night, due to faulty door was unbearable.

The Garden view room l had booked was not a garden room. Our room faced the main road where the traffic was busy and very loud all night long. No garden view at all. We had room 1307. If you like peace and tranquillity this room is not for you

Roof top pool and sax DJ and the food and the activities for the kids

The pillows weren’t great. The pool was small and we couldn’t ever get a lounger.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, and overall, everything was great. A special thanks to Vishnu, the Front Office Duty Manager, for going the extra mile to assist me when I had a small issue with my room. He handled the situation professionally, was very attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. His excellent service and genuine care really made a difference to my stay. Thank you to Vishnu and the entire team for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Great service, great location, and a great hotel. Highly recommended!

While the location was great and the staff was friendly, there was a major issue with our stay that was never fixed. We complained about the very strong mildew odor in the room and was told a new room would be available in a few hours and they would have maintenance look at the current room. We come back to find the alternate room was just as bad. So we stayed in the first room. There was black mold all over the bathroom, the curtains to the front door had black mold, there was obvious water damage to the ceiling. When asking other customers nearby about their rooms, they said they also had a strong odor. One person we talked to was able to move up floors and the odor was gone but they were left with constant standing water in all of their drains in their bathroom. My friends and I all started to feel sick at the end of the trip because of the mold inhalation. Major plumbing upgrades/repairs need to be done to this hotel immediately.

The Pullman is a great hotel, breakfast is amazing with very friendly staff all making sure your experience is very good. A big shout out to Haity for her excellent service.

Check in/ reception was not organised, service was very average. Team member very confused while trying to check in. Laundry service not great, if you do not pay $250 when you check in your laundry will be held for ransom. Slightly overpriced drinks compared to other resorts.

The most amazing breakfast buffet with every type of food catered, especially fluffy croissants. Also mention to the VIP service from the beautiful Haity, Cahya and Meita who made our stay very special. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Lovely room and staff. Lucky enough to get an upgrade for a birthday, thank you. I appreciated the gluten free food and alternate milk available. Small detail for some but big for others. I would ask that you consider moving the gluten free breakfast away from gluten products for to avoid cross contamination. It wasn’t a problem for me as I’m only intolerant but have a friend coming later in the year that has celiac disease. Thank you. Perfect location.

location is very central , friendly staff, great food and property itself was very nice, being in kuta it is very convinient, lawns and pools were well maintained

i booked the suites but the decor was very dated and felt empty, we booked 2 suites , one was basically 2 rooms converted into a suite , again felt empty , extra room just had a couch and single seat , rooms needs a major refit, while service was of Pullman standard rooms were quite disappointing, the corridor where we stayed had plumbing and smell issue

Tuesday, August 4th I have lunch in the resto. The food was delicious, love the desserts!! The staff cleaned our plates fast, thanks Mirah, Yuli, Cahya, Ayu, Tias and Hayti

Some clothing was misplaced when I changed rooms but never found despite property room checked. Staff helpful to no avail.

During my stay, I went to the gym. Ambara who worked at the gym helped me to work out and taught me how to use the machines. I had very good experience and good time for rest of the stay. Thanks!!

Visible impression: Although this hotel looks quite nice at first glance, it’s clearly time for an upgrade and renovation. Walls, floors and ceiling all have quite the wart and tear. Visible scratches, quick paint fixes (not even same color code) and semi broken bits and parts. Sleeping: Beds where squeaky, but sleeping quality quite nice apart from this. Should have offered a pillow menu at 5 stars, but unfortunately not. Cleaning/hygiene: not impressed by the cleaning routines. Found a 2 year old praline in wrap on one of the pictureframes and this actually says it all. Bathrooms: Well equipped, but unfortunately it also seems quite old and worn down. Also suffers from poor cleaning routines as there where quite an lot of visible dust in places not hard to reach. Staff: General staff quite serviceminded and always meet you with a smile. At the pool bar the service level is way beyond par unfortunately, as here things moves in extremely slow speed and points to poor training. The management though, this is another story. We had an issue we wanted to resolve with the front desk manager. This person had a bit too high thoughts of his English skills, so we had to repeat someone the things he said to make sure we got it right. This resulted in him being visible annoyed and he started to mansplain everything and even started to draw illustrations. Quite embarrassing. If the rest of the management have the same attitude as the front manager, there’s is no question why this resort gets so many minuses in my book. Poorly managed people performs thereafter. Only reason for giving 3 points (and not 2) is the kindness of their general staff.

Great location for access to beach and shops, extensive buffet breakfast and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our room first night and they upgraded us to another room. Infinity pool also with bar. Our transfer wasn’t until 6:00pm on departure day and Dila and Dodi were only to happy to assist with a later checkout, what also helped was my Accore + and Explorer membership which also gave us discount on all food and drinks on our stay.

One of the best business hotels I have stayed in. Everyone was very accomodating and nothing was a trouble. The conference facility, rooms, dinners etc were all fantastic

Good location, if you are happy to be near Kuta. Small pools, but great little pool for small kids. Grass quad area for kids to run around. Staff were lovely.

Dated property. We were first provided with a room that the shower flooded, the toilet didn’t flush and the fridge leaked, the towels were gray, pillows were grey and robe was dirty. The staff were lively and moved us to another room. However, overall the property felt like it needs a good clean. They use a fragrance in all the lifts and public areas that is overpowering and sickly sweet. There are activities for the kids like ‘movies’ at night. But these are the same episodes of the nickjr channels in the rooms. The combi van set up for drinks/food during the movies was rarely staffed. Kids club area was extremely dated and limited, but staff were great.
