Nothing really. Even in the lobby there was fresh water available, while waiting for other guests. Since next to airport, breakfast outside, although nice along the Riverside is noisy.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and honestly, I was shocked that this property carries the Hilton name. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard I would expect from Hilton. The quality and selection were very poor. There was also no proper room service. I requested bottled water for my room and was told that I had to come downstairs myself to collect it. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel operating under the Hilton brand. The towels were old, yellowish, worn and did not appear clean or properly maintained. The bathroom amenities were extremely poor: there was no proper shower gel or basic toiletries, only shampoo and conditioner of such poor quality that they actually left my hair feeling damaged. Even more concerning was the general cleanliness of the property. During my stay, there were unpleasant smells, including what appeared to be a strong smell of urine in some areas. The overall condition and cleanliness were far below what I would expect from a hotel in London, let alone a Hilton property. I specifically chose this hotel because I was attending a medical ophthalmology conference in London, and I genuinely regret that decision. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels before and have always considered Hilton one of the hotel brands I like and trust most. That is precisely why this experience was so shocking and disappointing. I honestly found it difficult to believe that I was staying at a Hilton hotel. I have stayed in two-star hotels that were better maintained, cleaner, more welcoming and provided better service than this property. This hotel, in my opinion, does not represent the standards, reputation or hospitality that I associate with Hilton

Locatie is geweldig als je dicht bij excel moet zijn of wil genieten van het uitzicht. Van het echt centrum is het toch nog wel een stukje met openbaar vervoer.

I didn’t like that water was not given as daily complimentary. The breakfast is same for the days of our stay. So it got boring. I don’t like the noise of the closing of the next door. Too loud

Size of room was excellent enough for two people, the location was also good far enough away from the city centre that you could drive to where you wanted. Also had easy access to the DLR line. Located next to ExCel conference centre. Offered complimentary parking which was fantastic as the price for parking is quite steep. Breakfast choices for a continental breakfast was great only way it could have been better was if it were halal but there were vegan alternatives, which was handy.

The free Wi-Fi signal was non existent in our room, we got on the network on arrival but then it lasted for five minutes before having to use our data. The shower/bathroom was a good size but there was no extractor fan, additionally the water from the shower and taps was very slimy, which wasn't the fault of the Hotel but should be noted. Also the restaurant notes Halal food in the menu but didn't actually offer it which was disappointing though what we did eat was satisfying enough.

Broken elevator. As only only elevator was functional, it made waiting times really long so many guests had to result to using the stairs. We were on the 6th floor!

The King Suite was a nice room with good views and spacious. I'd recommend it to couples.

It would be nice if there was access to a balcony (if rooms like this are available).

The breakfast staff were friendly and kind to our teenage boys. The reception staff member (he had a rainbow lanyard) was pleasant and detailed. The restaurant had great food. We weren't ready for housekeeping so we said no but the lady insisted on giving us new towels and water. It was a very warm day so she knew of our needs.

The lift was limited to one lift. This is for all the floors. Each lift could only accommodate four individuals and their bags. The traffic going to the hotel was not good. We thought we could go back before a show, however, we had to turn back.

Bedroom was comfy, nice and big room. Good facilities, good breakfast & free cookie on arrival which was tasty.

More of a "I didn't do my homework" but the location in comparison for where I needed to be, was a bit far and was about 1hr by tube or 20mins by Uber.

We were going out in Canary Wharf so it was easy travel (due to the DLR). Staff were nice. Rooms were clean.

Hotel was in a lovely location and our room came with amazing views of Victoria docks. Room was immaculately clean and the bed (especially the pillows) was very comfortable.

No instructions on how to adjust air con. Also no room service menu in room.

Wonderful room for the price paid - incredibly quiet. Great location and lovely walk to the Tube / Attractions.

Location: Hotel is located close to London City Airport and to Excel London (place of the event I was attending). It was comfortable for me. Service: Personeel was friendly and helpful. Room: Comfortable, it included everything I needed. Restaurant: Good service, tasty food Breakfast: Good service, tasty food.

I could say that in some spheres the prices are a bit too high as we talk about food in the restaurant, but it doesn't really count, as prices are going up everywhere.

Sadly there wasn’t a facility to turn off the air conditioning which disturbed our sleep The breakfast was cold when we went down at 7:30 so the next day we went for when it opened and it was still only lukewarm very disappointed considering we visited the Wembley Double Tree in May and that was superb Finally the access to the hotel was constantly disrupted by anything happening at the excel centre together with us having to check out early on the final day as there was going to be a power outage at the hotel which we were informed about during travelling to London

Location was excellent - we were travelling from London City airport. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, good accessible room, great breakfast. Good light supper in hotel's restaurant.

Loud noise from ventilation system, kept me awake.

Beautiful location on the water and close to the Elizabeth line for getting around London. I really liked having a fridge in the room to keep drinks chilled with it being hot outside and having air con in the room was brilliant.

The only complaints were that the pillows were very soft and flat so could have done with a few more and also every time you needed to use the toilet the light for the toilet also switched on a big light in the room which was not nice when using the toilet during the night as it lit up the room and disturbed everyone else in the room.

Quality was poor, paying extra for a deluxe queen room to be provided with what I can only describe as an identical copy to travel lodge, massively disappointing and misleading given the photos provided of Rooms/hotel at point of booking. Rooms were also supposed to be ‘soundproof’ definitely not given I could hear everything all night long from rooms nearby

The toilet was dirty the room was full of dust the mirror was filthy staff very ignorant kept asking me to repeat myself asked for photo id on check in but didn’t ask the 5 people who checked in before me got a phone call to my room to pay bill for food even tho we wr told it would be ok to pay when we left people constantly hanging about outside the main entrance didn’t feel safe

They never answered the calls when we tried to call before reaching. We were trying for 2 days When we got there, tried calling room service, no answer The concierge was off sick, so no facility We asked for slippers, they noted down at the reception and said would be sent to room, guess what(never came)

Near to event I was attending and comfortable room

Cold breakfast, and on checking in I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to change from the double room i'd booked implying a cheaper room was available which was not the case on Booking.com. The staff were also cleaning the tables all around me whilst eating breakfast which was very off-putting.

L'hôtel est excentré du centre de Londres mais très accessible avec les transports en commun (DLR). Le personnel du service petit déjeuner est adorable, mention spéciale pour Judith qui est tellement souriante et qui a été adorable avec notre fille ❤️. L'hôtel est propre.

The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was comfortable in temperature and the shower was good.

The beds were so uncomfortable and very squeaky so every time my husband moved the bed made a horrible noise waking me up.

Everything about the hotel was so accommodating, the staff , specifically Nayem who checked me and my girlfriend in , was very accommodating and talkative, the ideal hotel checking in experience. It is a great hotel and will definitely be a favourite for future trips to London

it’s very close to the city airport, so it’s great convenience for us. Also, we were welcomed by some cookies which were still warm and although it’s close to the airport when we closed the window, there was no noise at all. for these reasons, I would recommend the Doubletree to other travelers if they need to stay at a place for catching the flight.

Emplacement idéal, proche des transports en commun et du superbe London Excel. Le personnel très sympathique, aux petits soins. La chambre et la SDD de qualité même si le mobilier n'est pas tout récent.

Hôtel un peu bruyant par moment, la porte de ma chambre n'était en effet pas très bien ajustée, mais rien de bien grave.

Room smelt damp, complained next day on check out as got to room late but no offer for any partial Refund or anything given. Room window looked out to the hvac system so no view despite being high up.
