Lo staff della reception molto svogliato e lento. Non salutano mai e una delle ragazze era sempre al telefono a parlare dei cavoli suoi anche mentre facevamo il check in. Sembrava di fargli uno sgarbo ad essere lì.

O pequeno almoço. O espaço era muito pequeno, houve dias que tivemos de ir para o quarto para conseguir comer. E não tinha grande variedade.

A parkolás kicsit nehézkes volt a szűk helyek miatt, illetve a reggelizőhely is kicsi volt, de ezek ellenére mindennel teljesen meg voltunk elégedve.

Colazione molto basica (troppo) per quanto si paga. Molte merendine confezionate da supermercato e caffè così è così. Poca offerta (niente varietà di frutta, niente croissant e niente offerta salata). Da questo punto di vista più un due stelle che un tre come dichiarato. Offerta cibo deve migliorare per giustificare il prezzo. Il bagno senza cabina doccia da rivedere (la tenda non riflette il prezzo pagato).

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement mais globalement nous y étions que le soir pour dormir donc ok. Le personnel n'est pas sympa du tout. La salle de petit déjeuner est sordide et l'offre petit déjeuner est sommaire mais on trouve de quoi se restaurer en salé et en sucré.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026L'hôtel est situé dans un très bon quartier, facile pour visiter Los Angeles. les environnements sont "safe". Pratique pour faire quelques courses (trader Joe's juste à côté). Petit parking gratuit (non négligeable à LA). Salle de bain propre. Chambre spacieuse, avec cuisine et table. Pratique si l'on souhaite se faire à manger.
Chambre et moquette non entretenues (tâches au sol, dans l'ensemble vraiment sale). Personnel pas accueillant, qui ne fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre. Laverie dispo mais à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Il faut demander une clés à la réception. Juste une machine dispo. Pas très pratique dans un road trip. Expérience petit-déjeuner catastrophique. Très industriel. Salle très petite. Impossible de déjeuner sur place.

Bij de receptie stonk het naar kattenbak. Niet echt vriendelijk personeel (een goedemorgen kon er nauwelijks vanaf). Bedden zijn vrij zacht, de airco maakt veel herrie

Une climatisation beaucoup trop bruyante, c etait infernal. La salle du petit déjeuner très petite, les gens mangeaient débout. La literies trop molles coussins et matelas

La struttura di per se è Ok e ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Potrebbe migliorare a livello di stile soprattutto la Hall

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026La posizione è ottima, vicino ai negozi, ai ristoranti e alla UCLA, la zona è molto tranquilla e pulita. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, con un tavolo e le sedie. Molto comodo il parcheggio in struttura gratuito.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Wygodne, duże pokoje. Czysta łazienka, wygodny aneks kuchenny, niczego nam nie brakowało. Śniadanie typowo amerykańskie, na plus dostępność świeżych owoców, a nawet wysokoprocentowych jogurtów.
Bardzo ciasny parking - jeśli chcesz zaparkować pod hotelem, musisz liczyć się z tym że zostaniesz zastawiony przez inne samochody lub Ty będziesz zastawiał innych. Procedura zakłada, że obsługa hotelu przestawia samochody w razie konieczności, więc trzeba im zostawić kluczyki. Niestety nasz samochód został zarysowany podczas postoju na tym parkingu.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Parkeren gratis en erg goed te doen er sleutel service bij dubbele parkeervakken wat erg goed werkt. Kamers zijn erg schoon badkamer prima en magnetron aanwezig en koelkast die goed koel.
Ontbijt was simpel en eentonig maar prima te combineren met zelf wat dingetjes halen bij de supermarkt wat er aangeboden was bij het ontbijt is erg goed

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Habitaciones muy cómodas y acogedoras. Excelente ubicación como punto central entre Santa Mónica y parques (Disneyland y Universal Studios). Zona tranquila cercana a supermercado Ralphs, Target y lugares para comer.
El desayuno complementario es muy básico pero por lo menos está incluido y salva la mañana.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Location is great, clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was included although we didn’t have it.
Although parking is included half the spaces require you to leave your keys as cars are double parked and they are quite tight. Most of the staff were very friendly but the receptionist on duty when we checked out didn’t actually speak to us at all which is a shame as that was our last impression of the hotel.
