Geweldige kamer met bad op terras. Dit was voor ons een geweldig extraatje. Goed ontbijt en mooie schone kamers. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede ligging. Net buiten centrum maar te voet goed te doen.

Niets, behalve de mensen die overvolle borden eten nemen om het vervolgens te laten staan. Maar hier kan het hotel niets aan doen. Toen wij er waren waren er veel mannen van Indische afkomst en die waren wat luidruchtig en kwamen vaak laat in de nacht terug. Dat was het enige minpuntje.

La calle en la cual se encontraba tenía muchos perros callejeros que a veces te seguían para que les dieras comida.

Que no hubiera ventana para ventilar y que no había intimidad en el porche ya que los setos estaban cortados al máximo.

Very bad smell like something is rotting in the room, like a dead mouse or something, it gave me severe headache and nausea. And very uncooperative housekeeping staff.

The room is quite comfy with cleanliness. The bed is also comfortable. AC is great. The room is next to the pool which easy to access to using the pool (The pool is quite small though). The pressure of water is good as well.

It's talk a bit walk to the beach.

Highly reccomend staff were so accommodating, everything perfect.

The staff were fantastic! It was so clean and we absolutely loved Krabi. Would definitely stay again! We even extended our stay, due to going out on a boat ride in a storm and getting absolutely soaked the day before check out, so we had to ask to stay an extra 2 days to sort out our wet clothes and they were very nice about it and sorted it for us.

Seulement un bémol, ce sont les femmes de ménages très gentilles mais qui insistent à toquer assez fort à la porte pour faire le ménage, nous ne répondons pas car nous dormons et retapent encore plus fort 10 minutes après nous réveillant…

Noisy air on in room

One of the best resorts we have stayed in Thailand! Resturant and open buffet had various options and very delicious! Especially the pool in the resort side was so good, built in nature, so relaxing. Super clean resort overall. The spa is exceptional, I had the best Aromatherpay deep tissue massage at the spa (by Kai and Proud). Also within walking distance to many resturants, beach, night market etc. Very supportive staff as well.

Pas assez de rangement dans la chambre. Notre chambre était un peu sombre. Rideau de douche taché.

L établissement est décoré avec goût , les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque

De bedden vond ik persoonlijk laag aan de grond , ben géén 18 meer Maar na wat flessen Thais bier slaap ik daar niet te minder om.

The property was in a good location. Easily walkable to all the nearby restaurants and Ao Nang beach. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was clean. The onsite spa was amazing and we loved our treatments there. The pool area was mostly quiet. You could easily get a lounger and it was a relaxing environment.

The staff were not always friendly and I found the staff member when I checked in to be quite cold and unwelcoming. The rooms with the outdoor bath were misleading as they are not very private and people could easily see if they were walking past or at the pool. Our room was not cleaned until 3pm or 4pm each day which was quite late, especially if you were out in the morning and came back to your room still not cleaned. There was not always a member of staff at the pool bar so you couldn’t get a drink when you wanted. When we did order food at the pool, the staff member did not come round to clean up the plates which attracted bugs and birds. We had to return the plate ourselves and the staff member was just sitting on his phone. The phone in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t call reception etc. I think the hotel advertise themselves as a good quality hotel but this is not the service you get here.

The unpleasant staff at the Reception Desk (all, except Peam !). We were given a dark room in the far backend of the property. Then moved, only the next day, to a filthy room that was not even prepared (see pictures). I voiced all my remarks, with names and pictures, to Mrs Karolina Gadula

Miła obsługa, czysty i ładny pokój, bardzo dobre śniadania.

Problem z ciepłą wodą oraz ciśnieniem wody pod prysznicem.

Le prix, c'est cher pour les prestations proposées. Nous nous attendions à des prestations plus qualitatives pour le prix.

Onze kamer was proper. Het hotel is goed gelegen. Het ontbijtbuffet was lekker. Aangename zwembaden.

- geen comfortabele zetel wat voor ons belangrijk was om nog wat te kunnen zitten wanneer ons zoontje sliep - niet veel ligbedden ter beschikking en al zeker niet aan het zwembad vlakbij onze kamer (aan de boatbar) wat voor ons ook belangrijk was om vlakbij ons zoontje te kunnen zijn tijdens zijn dutje - het hotel is goed gelegen, in een buurt waar dus veel mensen verblijven met als gevolg enorme wachtrijen in de winkels zoals Seven Eleven. - Het was best een eindje stappen tot aan onze kamer en niet evident met de buggy (maar ook dit is heel persoonlijk)

Really lovely accomodation, was alittle out of the town however were still in walking distance. Really comfy bed and pillows, great aircon, great amenities

Bien placé avec des restaurants et les rues commerçantes à deux pas de l'hôtel.

Très grand hôtel, avec donc beaucoup de monde surtout au petit déjeuner donc beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons pris une chambre avec une baignoire privée extérieure, mais elle ne sert pas à grand chose, nous ne l'avons pas utilisée, une baignoire jacuzzi aurait été plus tentante.

L hôtel est très calme et bien situé, La piscine top aussi!!

Das Resort ist sehr schön angelegt und es gibt 2 kleinere Pools zur Nutzung. Das Frühstück war top und das Zimmer sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und es gibt so gut wie kein Tageslicht im Raum. (Minifenster neben der Türe) Der Preis war dafür meiner Meinung nach zu hoch, daher kann ich diese Zimmer nicht weiterempfelen.

Manque d’étagères et de rangements pour poser nos affaires dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Nous avions un bar près de la piscine mais fermé dommage.

Las habitaciones olian muy mal y el desayuno es muy malo y poco higiénico.

Resortti oli hieno, allas puhdas ja muutenkin kaikki siistiä! Alue oli rauhallinen, ötököitä ei ollut ollenkaan ja henkilökunta todella mukavia! Deluxe huone oli loistava ja sijainti altaalle iso plussa. Aamupala oli kattava, mutta mikään ei vedä vertoja Suomen hotellien aamupaloille mielestäni😁

Lakanoita olisi voinut vaihtaa useammin, sillä jouduin nukkumaan monta yötä samoissa sipsinmuruissa yms. Lentokenttäkuljetus ei kuulunut hintaan ja pesulapalvelu oli suhteellisen kallis. Huoneen siivous lakanoiden lisäksi muuten todella hyvä!

Great location, beautiful plants in the grounds and lizards wandering round. You feel very tucked away from horrible, busy Ao nang. The staff are all really friendly too Rooms are comfortable

Jungle vibe resort in the middle of ao Nang.

We booked a standard room with “garden views”. When we arrived at out room we noticed that we had no garden views. As a matter of fact, we had no view, as our room did not have any windows. When we notified staff of the fact that we had booked a room with garden views, they reluctantly showed us a second room, which should have garden views. This room, again, had no windows, but “if we sat in front of our room, we should be able to see the garden”. Anyway, if you’re a Transylvanian vampire allergic to sunlight, I’d highly recommend. In all other cases, I’d not.
