Location. Near to good Viennese family restaurants. 2 mins to the tube station.

A problem with our room on 8th floor. Resolved by changing room. I would question if allocated an 8th floor room.

Il soggiorno è stato positivo, solo una lamentela nei confronti degli addetti. Pur avendo segnalato, per due giorni, alla reception che mancavano degli asciugamani nulla è stato fatto per soddisfare e risolvere la mia richiesta

Very nice hotel in a pleasant neighborhood, right next to the metro and about a 20-minute walk from the city center. I was very happy with the room and with my stay overall. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint.

Room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good too. Location is central but on a quiet street. Staff was very helpful, and they also did an early check-in for us, for which we are very grateful.

Dear Hotel Deutschmeister Team, Overall, the hotel is well located close to the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, and the apple pie was absolutely wonderful! I also appreciated the cleanliness overall. On a positive note, Mateo at the reception was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

However, I noticed that the room was not cleaned daily, or when it was, the service was incomplete. During our 3 night stay, the trash was only emptied once.

Positiv ist es herauszuheben, dass ein sehr gutes Frühstück angeboten wurde. Ein und auschecken waren unkompliziert. Das Personal war recht freundlich, aber nicht unbedingt vom Fach. Statt Handtücher, Duschvorleger, die Badewanne war recht hoch und für etwas ältere daher schwierig. Das Zimmer war zwar ordentlich gereinigt, aber stark abgewohnt und bedarf der Renovierung. Insbesondere Fußboden und Wände. Ich vermute, da wir mit unserem Hund unterwegs waren, ist dieses Zimmer bewusst für uns gewählt worden. Wichtig erscheint mir noch festzustellen, das es zur U-Bahn-Station circa 100 m und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca 200m sind.

Konum olarak popüler yerlere ve tarihi yerlere yakındı. Yürüyerek pek çok yere ulaşım sağlanıyordu. Bulunduğu sokak çok samimiydi. Metroya çok çok yakındı. Personel yardımseverdi. Seyahatten önce her konuda mesajlarımı çok içten cevapladılar.

Olumsuz tek söyleyecebileceğim ekipman eksikleri vardı.

Öncelikle sizi güleryüzlü personel karşılıyor. Çok ilgili ve samimiyetle prosedürleri anlatıyor. Resepsiyondaki iki görevliye teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Odaya gelecek olursak her yer tertemizdi. Her imkan vardı ve her şey düzenliydi. Otelin konumu gezilecek yerlere yakın ve otelin bulunduğu mevkii çok güvenli ve düzgün bir yerdi. Aracımız olmamasına rağmen bir çok yeri gezebildik. Ayrıca otelin çok yakınından metro geçiyor ve altyapı çok gelişmiş olduğu için dilediğiniz yere metroyla ulaşabilirsiniz. Tekrar gelsek yine seçimimiz burası olacak. Teşekkürler Deutschmeister

L emplacement très proche du métro, ainsi que de la vieille ville qu il est possible de rejoindre à pied. Le calme du quartier. La propreté de la chambre. Sommes restées 9 jours, avec chambre refaite chaque jour. Carafe d eau remplie chaque jour

Bouilloire dans la chambre mais pas de sachets de thé ou infusion. Pas,de gobelet dans la salle de bains pour se rincer les dents

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, μύριζε χλωρίνη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και πολύ βολική περιοχή πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Αν σου αρέσει το περπάτημα σε 10 λεπτά είσαι στο κέντρο. Αν όχι, υπάρχει δίπλα σταθμός μετρό.

Δεν είχε ψυγειάκι. Θα μπορούσε να έχει και κάποιο μικρότερο φως δίπλα στα κομοδίνα. Είχε μόνο έναν κεντρικό φωτισμό.

La posizione perfetta in un quartiere accogliente.

Excellent location near the Votiv Church and Servietengasse. Very clean, amazing breakfast, very helpful and polite staff. I liked that the rooms have a proper desk, not a semblance of a desk, as most hotels do - this served very well my business stay. Would love to return here!

Excelente ubicación. Puedes ir caminando al centro y además tiene cerca transporte público para los desplazamientos más largos.

Faltaba una mesilla de la habitación y una mañana hicieron mucho ruido con unas obras antes de las 8 de la mañana. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene per i nostri quattro giorni a Vienna. Buona la posizione, non centralissima, ma vicinissima alla metro U 4. La nostra camera era spaziosa e accogliente. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Simpatico e disponibile il ragazzo alla reception, parlava discretamente l’italiano il che non guasta.

The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains, as we are light sleepers. The breakfast choice was quite good, although I really missed warm milk and Earl Grey tea, as I don't drink any coffee.

The bathroom had a glass door, which I've never seen in my life in a hotel, so whenever one of us used the bathroom during the night, the light coming was disturbing. Our room was right above the breakfast area, so we could smell the cooking from 6.30 am and there were a lot of loud noises coming up, which made sleeping in impossible.

Albergo comodissimo alla Metro, la stanza era comoda per 4 persone anche se non molto spaziosa, pulita e con letti molto comodi. Non so la colazione perché in 4 ci sembrava un po' cara e non l'abbiamo mai fatta in hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is very close to the metro station and bakeries, groceries. Also, surrounding area felt very safe. The air conditioning was under maintenance when we first arrived, but it started working later on and we didn't experience any issues.

Posizione eccellente vicinissima alla stazione della metropolitana, di fronte una serie di bar/ristorantini molto accoglienti la sera. Colazione buona e varia sia dolce che salata. Letto e cuscini molto comodi.

Το ξενοδοχείο άξιζε τα λεφτά του σε κάθε περίπτωση. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και φιλόξενο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα. Δοκιμάσαμε και μια μέρα το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου το οποίο ήταν πλούσιο και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας.

Прекрасный персонал, официальное заселение после 15:00, но хостес смогла сделать это раньше. Номер был убрал, работает кондиционер что в жару очень спасало. Вкусный завтрак, легко добраться от центра

Basic room with no air-conditioning which was horrible during the heatwave.

Brak działającej klimatyzacji. Temperatura w pokojach wieczorem 32 stopnie. Jedyne udogodnienie na upał to wentylator ale w 1 naszym pokoju nie było w 1-szej dobie. Niskie i niezabezpieczone okna- niebezpieczeństwo dla dzieci. Obsługa zdenerwowana żądaniami klientów dotyczącymi wentylacji pokojów. 2 małe i powolne windy, przy czym drugiego dnia jedna przestała działać.

Hotel is situated slightly off a quiet road, so really quiet for a city hotel. The metro is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel so very convenient to get into the city. Alternatively, one of the frequent trams stops not too far from the hotel too. Room was comfortable and bathroom clean. Great variety of breakfast options. We were also able to park our car in front of the hotel (for a daily fee). The alternative would be cheaper but less convenient. As vegetarians we were also pleased to discover an excellent vegetarian restaurant (Die Freunderlwirtschaft) just down the road from the hotel, making our stay even better!

The room did have a table fan which made dealing with the heatwave more manageable. The hotel was also in the process of installing air-conditioning throughout and this will be a great improvement during hot summers.

Les petits déjeuners étaient variés et très bien préparés (sucré / salé). La chambre était propre et l’équipement fonctionnait sans problème (frigo, télévision avec plus de 200 chaînes (même en français)) ! Le personnel au top, le monsieur à l’accueil parlait couramment polonais / anglais et même un peu français. Le centre se situe à peu près 20 minutes à pied, mais le métro est juste à côté, localisation top. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Attention à la climatisation qui est très très forte. Le parking est très petit, ils vous proposeront un autre parking (même prix) mais c’est mieux de le réserver tout seul en ligne (12€ à la place de 25€ la journée).

Breakfast and the staff

There was mold above the shower cabin, some furniture was hanging just by a thread

Está muy cerca del metro y la zona es una zona tranquila. Al lado habia como un festival de verano con chiringuitos para tomar algo al lado del rio. Es un hotel sencillo pero estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno estaba bien.

Que no hagan la habitación cada día. Deberían, por lo menos, vaciar las papeleras y hacer el baño todos los dias aunque no cambien las toallas. Si dejas comida en la papelera como está haciendo tanta calor este año, la basura puede oler. El wi-fi no iba muy bien y las paredes de la habitación estaban bastante ralladas. El resto todo bien.

Ascensori obsoleti (si può salire soltanto in due persone). Molto spartano sebbene sia 4 stelle. Va bene per una permanenza breve. Colazione 6+

We were greeted by a very nice member of staff who was most helpful and they were kind enough to have our room available slightly earlier than check in time. The location of the hotel is great for exploring, and we were able to walk fairly easily into the centre. The breakfast was the main reason we booked and there was a good selection of continental items, and fruit and cereal also. It was a very good price for what can be a very expensive city and all in all we had a lovely time.

During our stay the weather was exceptionally warm and the hotel seemed to turn the A/C off at night. On the first night we thought maybe it was a breakdown and informed the desk in the morning, who said it should be back working now, then when it happened again on the second night it became obvious that this was a regular occurrence. Thankfully we'd kept the room cool all day and the room faced into the courtyard so didn't get direct sunshine. But it could have been very uncomfortable to sleep if not. The bathroom was lovely but the shower door was barely hanging onto the rail and the sink drained very very slowly. Again we informed the desk of these things on departure but the staff member didn't seem too concerned The mini fridge in the room didn't work either. Additional note - our room was on the 5th floor and the lifts are very small and feel like service elevators rather than customer ones, they are temperamental about how long they take to arrive and two people fit at an absolute push but it is a tight squeeze. We ended up using the stairs as we just didn't feel comfortable in the lifts at all, not a problem for us but if you struggle with mobility or confined spaces and stairs it may be an issue.

La limpieza y el servicio, así como el desayuno. Todos los días toallas limpias y las camas hechas como el primer día. En recepción, aunque pueden parecer serios, nos ofrecieron toda la información necesaria para movernos con tranquilidad y desplazarnos al centro.

El funcionamiento de los ascensores. Un límite inapropiado de personas en el interior. Mucho tiempo de espera. Puertas bloqueadas. Ascensor bloqueado en pisos inferiores o superiores al nuestro (estábamos en la quinta planta). Yo opté por subir y bajar a pie todos los días, pero mi mujer y mis hijas necesitaban usarlo y la espera se hacía eterna. Los botones para indicar si el ascensor estaba o no en funcionamiento, tampoco funcionaban bien.

Das Zimmer war sauber, schön groß. Positiv ist hier zu erwähnen dass eine Klimaanlage und ein Mini Kühlschrank vorhanden ist.

Die Fahrräder konnten nirgendwo untergestellt werden, aufladen von Fahrradakku war auch nicht möglich, alternativ wurde mir auch nichts angeboten, die Aussage war einfach nur: „ GEHT NICHT“ Ich hätte hier nicht gebucht, wenn ein Gast nicht geschrieben hätte dass er sein Fahrrad in einem abgeschlossenen Raum unterstellen konnte.

Parking pod drzwiami, do metra kilka kroków. Winda. Duży pokój, bardzo serdeczny personel. Blisko restauracje, puby i kawiarnie.

Die super Lage im IX. Bezirk. Der unschlagbar günstige Preis. Und dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Trotz der unten genannten Mängel würden wir deshalb wieder kommen - in der Hoffnung, dass die Zimmer bis dahin renoviert sind (das Bad war offensichtlich bereits renoviert worden und freundlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, nur die Einrichtung des Zimmers entsprach nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen und Wünschen - Details unten).

Unser Zimmer war leider nicht besonders gut instand gehalten. Ein Nachttisch fehlte, stattdessen stand ein Stuhl neben dem Bett. Ein kaputter Kühlschrank war einfach im Zimmer stehen gelassen. Nachttisch-Lampen bekamen wir erst auf Nachfrage. Und in der Gardine prangte ein unschönes Loch. Außerdem hatten wir insofern Pech, als ein Teil der Zimmer offensichtlich gerade renoviert wird. Untertags war der Baulärm deshalb teilweise unerträglich laut. Das mag egal sein, wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Wenn man allerdings ein wenig am Laptop arbeiten oder sich ausruhen möchte, ist diese Hotel derzeit (Ende Juli 2026) nicht zu empfehlen.
