It has its own parking at a reasonable rate. The restaurant was very good and you got a discount for staying in the hotel.

The bed/ beds where not that comfortable

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, a 5 minutes à pieds de de la station de Tramway "Trafford Bar", et est parfaitement relié avec l'aéroport et le centre de Manchester. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, composé de viennoiseries, pain, yaourts, fruits et jus, boissons chaudes, et également de choses typiquement britanniques (English Breakfast, sausage bun,...) préparés sur demande en cuisine. La salle de bain est grande et très bien équipée. Le personnel est très sympa. Je recommande totalement cet établissement, dans lequel je suis d'ailleurs resté une nuit supplémentaire suite à l'annulation de mon vol retour.

Great location. Great value. Lovely, friendly staff who were very helpful. I was even able to get breakfast at 6.30am when they didn't usually start until 7am. And, most importantly, a comfortable bed!!!

Breakfast pretty good and the location was good for us with on site parking too.

Towels were definitely in need of an upgrade as mine had holes in! The shower wall attachment was in an odd position which meant we had to hold the shower head during our shower as it wouldn’t fit in the attachment without being angled above the shower screen and aiming directly ahead at the opposite wall instead of angled down into better position.

This was great value for money.

It was a little dated but for the most part and value for money cannot go wrong.

La ubicación es excelente, está a 15 minutos en metro del centro de Manchester. Incluso podes ir caminando.

Por mala suerte hacia mucho calor y no tenían aire acondicionado. Aunque es algo que se entiende debido a que no es normal las temperaturas que venian haciendo, tampoco podíamos abrir las ventanas para resfrescar el interior de la habitación.

First room allocated had no windows other than frosted window in bathroom. Moved to another room but again windows mostly frosted and could not open. Both of these standard double rooms were part below ground level and smelt musty. Bed mattress was thin and duvet cover had a burn hole in it.

Smell of smoke in bedroom. We did not report this as we did not believe staff would have been able to do anything about it. Breakfast was disappointing, not a great deal of choice and certain aspects of the cooked breakfast could have been better. Also, when we tried to make a booking for an evening meal at the hotel's restaurant upon arrival, we were told that they could not make the booking at that point as they were having a large table of restaurant guests to deal with that evening and suggested we just turn up later to see if we could be fitted in. We decided to try and book online and made a booking straightaway, so did not understand why reception could not have taken the booking when we asked?

Some of the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Everyone -- desk, restaurant, floor manager -- was calm, soft-spoken, responsive, and offered the proverbial small extra solutions that you don't hope to find. When I needed to scan a printout for a deadline, the lads on the desk immediately helped out. My last day, there was a logistics kerfuffle, and they actually offered me a late check-out so that I could make a Zoom call after all. In an age of declining service, THIS is real hospitality. I also note how spotlessly clean everything was. The restaurant has a food hygiene score of 5 (the best). Delicious biryanis too.

So some of the furnishings were a bit old, but really this is a minor issue. It's not the Waldorf, and it doesn't have to be. Considering the location and the attentiveness, it's really good value for money.

Bed was very comfortable, good price and staff was really welcoming. Steak was great too.

Personalen tillmötesgående. Bra storlek på rummen. Sköna sängar. Frukosten var bra både varma och kalla rätter. Läget var också ok fanns bussar och spårvagn station/pendel i närheten.

Just nu jag var där så var det byggnadsarbete runtomkring, vilket medförde en viss oväsen på vardag.

Las mesas estaban pegajosas - Ciertos productos estaban en malas condiciones, probablemente por no mantenerlos a la temperatura adecuada - La calidad de los alimentos era muy baja El hotel en general: - Necesita mucho mantenimiento - tenía papel de pared despegada y pintura descascarillada por todos lados. Las paredes estaban sucias, necesitan una buena mano de pintura; El baño de la habitación tenía unos tornillos que sobresalían del suelo y que podían hacer un corte en un pie descalzo - Higiene - las cortinas de la habitación estaban sucias; los paneles de cristal de las puertas de acceso a las habitaciones estaban opacos de suciedad; las alfombras necesitan un cambio porque olían mal

Schickes Hotel in der Nähe vom Old Trafford Stadion. Habe an einem Montag dort übernachtet, 34£ inklusive Full English waren top. Parkplatz kostet 6£ pro Tag, Metro Station direkt nebenan.

Pub mit leckerem Essen gleich im Hotel, gut erreichbar, ausreichend Parkplätze (gegen Gebühr, aber im Rahmen), nahe beim Stadion

La cercanía al tranvía que te conecta con el centro y el restaurante.

Las habitaciones son muy viejas, con moqueta. Hay mal olor en el baño y más en general todo el mobiliario, las paredes y las ventanas están envejecidas. Este hotel necesita una reforma.

La nostra camera era grande, ma al piano terra e dava direttamente sul parcheggio... Potrebbe essere un problema, visto che c'è anche il ristorante e un viavai di auto e pullman nel parcheggio.

La struttura è in ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla fermata del MetroLink e con un comodo parcheggio per chi viene in macchina. L’accoglienza è molto gentile e tranquilla. Camere ampie e letto comodo.

Shower temperature knob was hard to turn, lack of sockets for fan. One of the pillowcase had mold.

breakfast bacon was dire - streaky, soft and colourless. some items cold.

The staff were extremely helpful throughout. I stayed there as I had a flight from Manchester airport the next morning. My flight got changed from 11 am to 7 am, which ordinarily would have meant that I missed the breakfast for which I had paid. But they arranged a tray of cold items and the night guy set up the toaster for me. This was all greatly appreciated. Also, the property does not have a lift and my original room was on the second floor. I could not manage to get my very heavy suitcase up the stairs, so they found me a ground floor room instead. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable.

The 3 pm check-in time is really a bit late, although they did make an effort to get me in half an hour earlier.

The buffet breakfast on the Saturday was good with options. Shower good and bathroom generally fine. Location good for trams and easy to park though the car park needs retarmaccing. Comfy bed and slept well, quiet but just hard to wake up with no natural light

Breakfast On the Friday morning it was ordered and the avocado on toast was a bit odd and not what you would expect. Guacamole on sliced bread. Felt like everything came out of a packet and not fresh. The bedroom had no windows which was not advertised when selecting that room and the aircon wasn't great. Lack of fresh air really made a difference and lack of natural light affected waking up well. Loads of stains on the carpet and general wear and tear, looked a little tired. Also quite small room - in no way compared to the photos/room advertised on Booking.com - windows and spacious!

It was clean on the first look but , floors and carpets need deep cleaning. Tv was smeared with hand prints. Fridge had old food residue in and needed a deep clean. All window cills need cleaning. Shower, bath and toilet very clean!

Original room price was a bit pricey but that may be due to the time of year however we were kindly given an upgrade so it was a great room.

The hotel sells the restaurant as being this luxury steakhouse and it was the worst meal we’ve ever had. Veg not even cooked, meat overcooked, espresso martini was dreadful and the placemat stuck to the table as if they’d not been cleaned this year

Near football ground

The hotel was extremely dirty, run-down and in desperate need of refurbishment. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that it looked nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. The first place we went was the toilet, which was riddled with damp and mould and had a terrible smell. It was located right next to the restaurant and kitchen, which was extremely off-putting. The skirting boards were filthy, the carpets were heavily stained and desperately needed replacing, as well as a thorough clean. There were also chunks missing from the walls. The bathroom was damp and in poor condition, with fixtures and accessories either hanging off or broken from the walls. There were also stains on the bed sheets, cobwebs throughout the hotel and a very strong, musty, fusty smell. The whole hotel felt dirty and neglected and clearly needs a complete refurbishment and a much higher standard of cleaning. When we first arrived, there was also an older man asleep with his bare feet on a table in the restaurant, who appeared possibly intoxicated. The dining chair was also filthy. Overall, the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable and did not match the standard portrayed in the Booking.com photographs. We were extremely disappointed with our experience and feel the hotel needs significant improvements to its cleanliness, maintenance and overall condition.

We couldn’t fault anything! The room was just as pictured/described and came with coffee and tea. The bathroom was super clean and came with hand wash, lotion and body wash. The staff were incredible, all of them were so nice and friendly!

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times and this time I found it to be run down. So much damp and damp smell I did ask to change my room but the receptionist was not helpful in this just saying we are fully booked. Before we left I took the receptionist to the room and told her what was wrong with it also showed her all the damp that was outside our room but she just didn’t seem interested.

The property is located in a quiet area. It is quite convenient to reach both the city center (two stops away) and the airport by tram. The tram stop is a five-minute walk away. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. A cozy hotel.

照片跟實際房間落差太大，走廊非常陰暗。第一次安排的房間位於地下室，沒有窗戶但有冷氣，提出換房需求後，換到一間有窗戶的房型，但蓮蓬頭壞掉，再次詢問是否可以換房，起初得到的回應是不行，但後來協助更換後，換至後院（並非飯店本棟）的房間，男性服務生（應該是經理）態度也不佳。讓作為獨自旅行的女性，感到非常的不安全，整體體驗感受不佳

The staff were helpful and friendly. We've stayed before, always been nice. It is a great location for Old Trafford (cricket & football) My son loves staying here with me.

What a beautiful hotel. We were shocked with how pretty it all was when we first walked in. The receptionist was very lovely and very polite. The room was a bit delayed and we had to wait about 10 minutes but they gave us a drink on them whilst we waited. We had a room upgrade and it was great! We also had dinner there, my gosh I think it was the best food we had out in ages. We were pleasantly surprised because of how cheap it all was!

The rooms needs a bit of TLC. Carpets were stained and the bathroom was a bit water damaged.

Posizione comodissima con i mezzi pubblici, zona molto tranquilla. Peccato che la struttura abbia bisogno di ammodernamento.

Nella mia opinione personale, purtroppo abbiamo beccato un insolito caldo 36 gradi e la struttura non è attrezzata con aria condizionata ma con rumorosi ventilatori che fanno poco. Sicuramente ci vorrebbe più cura e pulizia, nel complesso buono ma migliorabile. ☺️

Great location for Victoria Warehouse. Tram station two minutes away to get to the hotel and then back into Manchester Victoria Staff were really kind and friendly. Bed was very comfortable Breakfast was good enough with lovely coffee

Not a dislike at all however the hotel was full so our room wasn't ready at 3pm Staff very kindly explained the situation and offered us a complimentary drink whilst we waited 15 minutes for our room to be ready

Estaba junto a una parada de tranvía y nos permitía movernos y desplazarnos fácilmente a todos sitios. El personal del Hotel también fue en todo momento súper agradable.

Good value for money, spacious room.

Carpets in the halls looked like they need a thorough hoover. Window in the bedroom didn't seal fully so it let noise in Menus were out of date, breakfast menu didn't match the actual breakfast which was full English buffet. Room service or code doesn't work, navigate to out dated menu page and doesn't show what's actually available at room service when restaurant is closed.

Excellently situated for Old Trafford and Victoria Warehouse this hotel appears to have been recently refurbished so is very clean and fresh with working amenities. The room was a good size and the bed exceedingly comfortable. The air con was a godsend in this year's hot weather. 15% discount at the onsite restaurant, which I didn't get the opportunity to use.

I'm not sure how you make grey scrambled egg, but it was slightly offputting. There could have been more options at breakfast. No porridge, no prepared fruit, and no other form of egg besides the grey scrambled ones, no veggie sausages. I think all are standard elsewhere. I can't say I starved though. And while I understand the charge for parking given the area, I'd have appreciated it being free to residents.

Op onze kamer was het erg gehorig. We hoorden constant water door de leidingen gaan of iets dergelijks.
