The property is in a good Location for the match however the room was very small the toilet you can barely stand up when the door is closed and the decor is that of a very dated hotel with what looks Like artex on the walls painted in plain white it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting, breakfast is basic but satisfactory,
Charging four times the normal price because it’s a match day seems a bit excessive.
Was good location, close to transport to the city .
I didn’t have basic tea coffee in my room thought that was very poor, I won’t book here again because of this.
I deal for where I wanted to be. It was a clean and comfy environment
Not having the normal basic kettle etc in the room to make a hot drink in the morning. But I suppose its a budget hotel.
Location, staff and cleanliness
Pillows were not that comfortable
It was value for money, clean and close to tram line
We booked a room with 3 single beds but received a bunk bed over a double bed.
chutné, ale rovnaké raňajky dostupnosť hotela z letiska / centra
usporiadanie WC so sprchou ( boli sme ubytovaný na izbe pre zdravotne znevýhodnených ) neviem prečo??? výber kanálov TV
Staff were very helpful
Separate toilet and shower . Small room , live a prison cell but it’s what you’d expect for what you pay
I honestly have absolutely nothing to complain about. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed the fresh, pleasant, and clean scent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was absolutely quiet and peaceful. The hotel is also in a great location, with a tram stop just a short walk away. There’s a fast-food restaurant right across from the hotel and a Tesco Express nearby. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Staff were welcoming and helpful

Bed was comfortable. Room was a decent size. Great for a night away. Shower had great water pressure. Reading light was great with control just above head. Although no drinks facilities in room, free tea and coffee downstairs for guests.
Just would have liked a hand towel (though bath towel was large).
Location amazing. Hotel was great value. I liked it so much im coming back on Wednesday
Freindly clean 👌
Clean freindly
Rooms, environments and staff are all nice 💯
I wish the hotel have more for breakfast (like baked beans and scrambled eggs).Apart from that everything else is superb
Friendly clean rooms
Well located by tram
Very basic rooms, uncomfortable bed and noisy due to windows not being soundproof
Location
Bit dirty and small rooms

Great hotel in good area to get around Manchester
The cost of parking £14 is criminal on top of the price of the room
Everything great Safety and Peaceful location as well Helpful staff
Nothing complains about it
Great for the price
Nothing
Great Location for what we needed. Lovely reception area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't too bad either great selection of fresh fruit and a good continental. Bed was comfy too. Overall not a bad hotel at all. If you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs. Not the fault of the hotel at all but out side was a little noisy from people being too loud.
TV was a little small.
Clean, felt safe as a single person. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The bed was really comfortable best I’ve stayed in. The location is good for the quays, no gym or spa but you know that when you book it. It’s a gem for a budget hotel. I used it to get back and to the hospital for my husband’s operation.
The lighting in the room
Not a lot. The room had a bed, shower (caravan like) and that's it.
No mention of car parking fee until after I paid for room. Then 10 mins later I got an email saying we had to pay £14 to park ON TOP of hotel fee. This was NOT visible when we made the booking. It said "private parking" with NO MENTION of an additional fee payable. Pillows very poor. Staff at breakfast. Breakfast was not good. Expensive room for a budget hotel. No kettle in room!! I will be submitting a formal complaint
It was just what we needed
Bit awkward to find the car park that’s it
Location
Breakfast, no hot English breakfast RIP off charges for coffee and some cold breads

Perfect location for what we needed good breakfast free tea and coffee and all the staff were great friendly and very helpful above and beyond well done ladies and gents
Nothing
I like everything about the hotel, is easily accessible, and also the hotel is at the centre closer to where I was going. I love the management and staff they makes everything easy for us to use such as makes the hot water available for customers that want to prepare baby food and also kitchen are there to support too in terms microwave and cutlery. Thanks for that
The toilet is a bit small and not really convenient to use properly, and secondly they didn’t provide toilet brush incase the customer want to clean the toilet by themselves.
The tea and coffee staff was nice at the reception 😊
Nothings
I was booked in for 3 nights but decided to leave after the 1st. To say the hotel is basic is an unstatement.
The hotel looked cheap & basic. A bunk bed for an adult is a no no for me.
Breakfast I ll the orange juice best one 👍👍👍👍👍👍
The staff were fabulous and helpful
Nothing
Staff where polite and helpful.
Had to cut a day, as the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was awful. Not much choice for continental. Was all very cheaply done. I Wouldn't recommend this hotel for elderly people like me.
L’accueil du personnel
L’emplacement et parking plein
The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast is excellent, particularly considering the price, and offers very good value for money. The facilities are also very good and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.
Dinner options at the hotel are somewhat limited, but there are plenty of good alternatives within easy walking distance.
Fine for a game at old trafford.
Expensive for what it is. Room smelt like smoke. Although clean, it felt dirty
Nice n clean n good location
No room service at all and no in built cafe or dine in area
easy to use and friendly staff
electric plugs not near bed
Good location
The floor had not been mopped - there was a stain near the window which looked like either red wine or blood. One of the pillows was very lumpy
Great value clean hotel with friendly staff, comfortable bed, good Aircon.
Small toilet
The room was very small no complimentary drinks in the room. Not even water. Breakfast not good for value . No parking space also you have to pay for the parking.£15 per night.
Good locations lots of shops.
Great location.
There was chewing stuck on the bed.
Just the location
The hallway as soon you leave the lift smelt dreadfull, blood stains on the bedroom floor, stain sheets and a smell of poo every time you flushed the toliet, it got worse as throughout the even. The hotel was so bad we booked to stay for two nights but ended up leaving after the first night to a different hotel. There was no offer of a refund or a change of room but to be honest I wouldnt have taken another room the hotel itself smelt awful
I don’t liked the property
I recently stayed at ibis, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The room was poorly organised and had a very unpleasant smell, with inadequate ventilation and no proper room freshener. The bed sheets also did not appear to be properly washed or fresh. Overall, the cleanliness and room condition were not up to the standard I expected from ibis. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, ventilation, and overall room quality. Thank you.
Convenient location, close to tram station.
We stayed for two nights, from 8–10 August. The hotel itself was reasonably good and the location is convenient, with easy access to Salford Quays and Manchester. However, the parking experience was extremely frustrating. We paid £28 at reception for 48 hours of parking in the private car park associated with the hotel. Despite having paid for parking, we received a ParkingEye parking charge notice for unauthorised parking on the second day of our stay. I contacted reception after receiving the notice. Unfortunately, the initial response from the receptionist was not particularly apologetic. However, she did ask me to provide our booking details, proof of the £28 parking payment and a copy of the ParkingEye notice, which I promptly sent. To the hotel's credit, the General Manager subsequently confirmed that the parking charge had been cancelled and apologised for what had happened. I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved. Nevertheless, it was very frustrating to receive a parking penalty within a week of our stay when we had already paid the hotel for 48 hours of parking and had done everything required of us. The hotel should have a system in place to ensure that guests who have paid for parking are correctly registered with the parking operator. Overall, the stay was fine, but this parking issue unnecessarily caused stress and inconvenience. I would recommend that the hotel review its parking arrangements with the third-party parking operator so that other paying guests do not experience the same problem.
Comfortable and clean room
Very nice little hotel, comfy and modern, in a really good location - close to the city, there is free parking and trams nearby, as well as some shops. The staff was great and i loved the little coffee machine in the lobby. It was pretty cheap too for a hotel of this quality!
No complaints

Breakfast was good
Room was dirty, had stains on the wall. No kettle in room Family room top bed was used and had dirty bedding on it. Hallway dirty and smelt of weed Room was so small for a family room
Great value for less than £40. Very very basic but better than the last train home
No kettle and tiny TV!
Room was clean and tidy.
The main toilet in the hotel wasn’t very clean.
For the price was shit ngl not much room at al
Loved the comfy beds and snug room. Easy check in. amazing breakfast
One large bathroom would have been better than the shower feeling like it was in the room with you.
I didn't like anything
Shower in bedroom no privacy Hairs in the shower when we arrived. Sink in bedroom Toilet cubicle so tiny no room to move. No tea coffee sugar or kettle in room. Had to fetch kettle and paper cups. Ive never been in a hotel budget or not that didn't have a bathroom. When asked to speak to managers on our early departure surprise surprise no one available...could hear traffic very loudly even when windows closed. Uncomfortable bed...
Happy for the pice at the time but gone up a lot in price now so staying somewhere else
Location
Relatively quiet location, close to Old Trafford.
Not the newest hotel.
Staff are always super friendly
Really small toilet, which made it almost unusable, I had to open the door to be able to wipe and the extraction fan in the toilet was not working either. Zero privacy for showering, not ideal as I was rooming with a family member
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean and nice. The bed was super comfy.
The distance from the city centre, although there were bus and tram stops very close by
In a great spot
Toilet was very small apart from that place was great
Convenient location
Night security very bad attitude Lack of toilet brush
Everything was excellent!
Staff was friendly
It was not clean it was disgusting and very unhygienic
Close to media city, which we needed. I stayed in a double room with my partner. Room is small , Small TV in the room with shower and toilet in its own little room. My mum stayed in a twin room, shower and toilet on its own little room. Room was small, small tv to use
They didn’t offer a hot breakfast. You do have the option to boil an egg and have toast. Fruit, cereals and croissants available. There was no kettle in either of the rooms to be able to make a drink
I could not select the correct TV channels on the TV according to the TV guide because the numbers were not corresponding to the channel.
Bed was good quality and sleep was good.
size of the toilet is very small.
It was perfect for location for old Trafford stadium staff lovely been coming to same hotel 3 years in a row and looking to go again in December
Friendly staff and good location
One of our booked rooms had not been cleaned. The car park was over crowded with a car blocking our exit as it was not parked in a designated parking area. Very small parking spaces too.
Very helpful staff and a very good location
Better range of options for breakfast
Location. Not too far from Salford Quays and the Lowry centre where we'dbooked to see a show. (20 min walk) Bed was very comfortable, good pillows also. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, choice of cold meat, booked eggs, croissant, rolls, bread to toast. A choice of fruit juice, tea/coffee. Pleasant reception staff.
There were no drawers/wardrobes, just 4 hangers attached to poles with v small shelf above. Nowhere to lay suitcase (other than a single bed which we placed towel on top). No kettle or tea/coffee facility in room. Bathroom was awful. No lid on WC, 'wet room' literally covered floor around toilet with water, we had to use the shower mat & towel on floor to mop it up. Old plastic/metal chair which had rust and was dirty. Extractor did not work, we left the door open to clear condensation after shower. We were only 6th floor which overlooked a large petrol station, the tram stop and very busy road. It was very stuffy as the window only opened slightly. Obviously for safety reasons but the loud rattling of traffic passing over parts of road was annoying as we're the occasional loud banging of what we assumed were the water pipes. A very basic room for the price.
Purpose of stay was for the Coronation Street experience. Ideal for walking distance from Media City with easy tram link to city centre, airport and beyond.
No hair dryer in the room.
My daughter loved the bunk bed in the room. The location was fab. Everything was clean.
The breakfast wasn't great for the price. The front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed that I asked them a question about the coffee station, made me feel a bit like I was being a nuisance.
The room was very clean Staff helpful and pleasant Good location
My window wouldn’t close properly and I was directly over the entrance so it was very noisy Some items of breakfast looked a bit stale and dried out not as nice as my last visit
Staff
Tiny room with nothing in it no kettle, no tea or coffee. Toliet was in small cupboard no room. Shower was in middle of bedroom Constant humming all through the night. Paid £140 worse room i've paid for waste of money
Very clean and comfortable staff were friendly and helpful
Great location and tram line to all areas of the city
So.close to.Old Trafford. Beds comfortable
Room quite dated and small. Sink and shower in main room. Pricey for a 2 star hotel
- Great location, walking distance from Exchange Quay and Salford Quays tram stops. 20 mins to city centre. Lovely walk round the quays to Media City. Corner shop and various takeaways near by that are open late - Lady with the short red hair on reception was very friendly and helpful - Free drinking water tap to refill bottle - Kept my bag the next day for free and as long as I needed which was an unexpected perk
- Overpriced for what it is. Room is small. Shower and sink in bedroom! - Floor was dirty and hadn't been cleaned - No fridge and tea/coffee making facilities are downstairs in reception - Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Was cold as duvet very thin - Check in desk right next to bar/seating and found that people could listen in to name and details when checking in. This didn't feel very safe. When asked to ensure that I was only person on the booking and no additional key to be given out, staff looked at me like I was an alien when I was simply ensuring my safety - Cleaners loud and shouting to each other early in the morning
Location, value for money
No complaints for the money
Leaving
Lack of plug sockets No tea coffee sugar or kettle in room. Toilet seat loose... Just a bad experience. Bed so uncomfortable
The property was in a good location for where I wanted
The property wasn’t very clean, The bed was very uncomfortable and the corridor was stinking of marijuana the whole time we were there. It wasn’t just a slight smell that came from outside it was stinking
Nice clean rooms
Nothing bad to day
Location
Very hospital like- looked like a room in a ward
Was good, WiFi and staffs helpful to keep bags outside checkin in time.
A bit of traffic noise which was to be fare, normal.
Not much
So much noise from the street. Bathroom was tiny. Found the staff not very helpful.

8.1/10Generally praised: friendly and helpful staff, quick check-in. Some service issues noted (parking charge confusion and an unrequested allocation of an accessible room) but overall staff helpfulness is a strong positive.
Location
9.2/10Consistently positive: convenient and central for city visits, stadiums and venues (Victoria O2, Old Trafford), frequently described as a primary reason to choose the hotel.

6/10Rooms are basic and often very small/cramped; awkward bathroom layouts (wash basin in bedroom, shower opening into room) are commonly mentioned. Some guests note comfortable beds and good showers.
Amenities
6.2/10Limited amenities: repeated mentions of no plug sockets near the bed, small TVs, messy drinks station/no teabags, and parking availability/problems.
Value for Money
8.5/10Frequently described as good value for a budget stay: affordable price, convenient location and acceptable standards for short stays.
Food and Beverage
5.8/10Mixed to negative: several complaints about poor or incomplete breakfasts (items missing, empty buffet), though a number of guests enjoyed the continental breakfast when items were available.
Overall Experience
7.5/10Overall mixed but generally acceptable for budget travellers: strong positives in location and value offset basic rooms, occasional cleanliness issues and limited amenities.
