Orari ristretti presenza alla reception del personale. La mia stanza 404 presenta un grosso problema con. un muro rientrante ad altezza uomo dove è facile battere la TESTA come mi è successo. Allego foto..

Konum gayet güzel, etrafta yerel mekanlar da var, ayrıca çok temiz ve konforlu bir yer. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Bizim odamız family suite idi. Her türlü imkan mevcut.

Bu otel ile alakalı değil, Viyana genelinde bir problem, ama yine de problem. Klima yetersiz. Biz gittiğimizde hava 33 dereceydi, Viyana için Eylülde fazla sıcaktı, biraz sıcakladık.

Bella location, zona tranquilla con ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni. Vicino sia alla metro che ai tram. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in una mezz'oretta. L'appartamento family superior è della giusta dimensione per 4 persone, forse il bagno un po' piccolo cmq funzionale. Comunque tutto pulito, sono passati anche a rifare la stanza. Ottimo il servizio di reception fino alle 17 che abbiamo utilizzato per il deposito dei bagagli. C'è anche una saletta con una macchina del caffè a disposizione per i clienti.

Il bagno forse un po' piccolo

Bella zona, ma non proprio comodissima al centro. Letto comodo (cuscino no, erano tutti altissimi), camera pulita, silenziosa e ben isolata anche dalla strada (doppi vetri). Personale molto gentile.

Good location, close to public transport and with a good parking space at a 5-7 minute walking distance. Staff was very helpful and polite, providing all the needed instructions and recommendations.

Плюсы в том, что апартаменты рядом с центром города. Близко трамвай и метро. Довольно тихо. В квартире есть все, что необходимо обычному туристу. Отсутствие кондиционера компенсировано наличием нескольких вентиляторов. Есть фен и утюг. На кухне минимально необходимый набор посуды, чай, кофе, сахар. Чисто. Отдельная спальня с двуспальной кроватью, рядом в комнате еще одна кровать, между комнатами дверь. В гостиной диван. Цена соответствует качеству

Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando a lugares de interés y hay estación de metro relativamente cerca. Las personas de recepción muy amables. El check in fué muy fácil porque lo hicimos en horario hábil de recepción. El check out lo hicimos muy temprano pero hay un buzón en el que se pueden dejar las llaves.

No hay aire acondicionado y ese es un punto relevante si vas en verano. Había ventiladores disponibles pero considerando las altísimas temperaturas no fué suficiente. También abrimos ventanas pero fué difícil dormir con tanto calor. Me faltó averiguar un poco más sobre este aspecto antes de reservar.

El personal muy simpático y buena ubicación

Era alojamiento si es un edificio antiguo, nada restaurado con lo cual habitaciones muy antiguas y muy deterioradas, camas incómodas y limpieza escasa, sino por decir nula un día te estiran las sábanas y otro ni siquiera eso

המקלחת והשירותים היו קטנים ולא מותאמים למשפחה של 5 נפשות. המעלית שירות הייתה קטנה וניתן לעלות עד 2 אנשים בלבד.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait du tout pendant les six jours que nous sommes restés alors que c’était annoncé que le ménage était fait tous les jours. Attention : appartement au dernier étage et pas d’ascenseur pour aller jusqu’au bout. Des escaliers à monter donc avec des valises assez lourdes.

Location is amazing , about cleaning it’s acceptable. Stuff so nice and friendly, check in process was good . Grocery was around 3min by walk just consider Sunday all grocery in Wien are close and you have to go to metro stores . All beds comfortable

Elevator was really small and always busy, just for 2 person not more space. Completely different from photos, kitchen so small , bathroom so small and uncomfortable , the mirror was behind the bed and if you want to wear makeup you should stay on the bed . There were 3 chairs but we booked for 4 person. But totally I like it

Location was very good for using the metro as station was only a 10 minute walk. Apartment was clean and met our needs. Receptionist couldn't have been any more charming and helpful.

El apartamento está bien, un poco antiguo pero bien. El chico de la limpieza es muy majo y cambian las toallas cada día, te sacan la basura, etc. Andando en 20 min o en tranvía en 10 se llega la centro.

La ducha es antigua, es tipo bañera y el tapón se quedó enroscado y estuvimos un día que no tragaba el agua y no nos podíamos duchar.

Brilliant location in a quiet area close to many attractions. Very clean, most helpful and friendly staff at reception. A lovely courtyard. Our second time staying here. Great value.

موقع ممتاز ، غرفة 403 ممتازة جدا وفوق التوقعات تكييف بارد وكل شيء كان استثنائي.. المصعد صغير لكن هذا المتوقع خاصه اغلب الفنادق ماتوفر مصاعد فالمنطقة بكل تأكيد يستحق تكرار التجربه موظفين الفندق وديودين ورهيبيين

Das Personal, insbrsondere an der Reception, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften nach einem Tag umziehen in ein klimatisiertes Appartment. Man sollte bei der Buchung darauf achten - besonders im Sommer - ein klimatisiertes Appartment zu bekommen. Das erste Appsrtment war sehr dunkel, das zweite hell und freundlich. Die Lage und das Hotel selbst ist toll. Jederzeit wieder, aber mit der Einschränkung, dass das Studio für 3 Personen für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt etwas klein war. Zu zweit top!

Der Aufzug ist absolut mini. Maximal 2 Personen!

At the reception the lady took our backpacks before check in time and she took them to our room. That's the only good thing that I can mention..

A horrible experience... An attic room, sofa beds aren't comfortable.. packed.. you need to climb stairs inside the room itself to get to the double bed. No wifi password inside the room (no one at the reception at that time). The pictures you see of the room aren't similar at all. They only have one room like in the photos. The rest is with different Equipments. I booked the room to get 2 double beds and one sofa bed. Then they gave us a room with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds. We all know.. sofa beds are no way as comfortable as a normal proper bed. The elevator was out of service.. we had to take the stairs, 4 levels.. I did complain about the matter.. they texted me and offered 20% refund.. that never happened till this day.. they keep saying we informed booking.com. here we are after 1 month I haven't received the 30$ back.. lol

Kendi dilinizde destek alamıyorsunuz; İngilizce bilmeniz gerekiyor. İngilizce bilmiyorsanız yalnızca yazılı destek alabiliyorsunuz ve mesajlarınıza yaklaşık 24 saat içinde dönüş yapılıyor. İngilizce biliyorsanız bile müşteri hizmetlerini arayabilmek için telefonunuzda roaming’in açık olması ve yeterli bakiyenizin bulunması gerekiyor. Üstelik yetkili bir kişiye bağlanana kadar uzun süre hatta bekletiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak bu dairede konaklayamadık. Neyse ki ödediğimiz ücret sorunsuz bir şekilde iade edildi. Özellikle pazar akşamı rezervasyon yapmayı düşünüyorsanız benzer bir durumla karşılaşmamak için dikkatli olmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Δεν είχε κλιματιστικό και ήταν αφόρητη η ζέστη. Η τουαλέτα είχε άσχημη μυρωδιά.

Un po' di approssimazione sulla pulizia, il letto un po' troppo ammorbidito.

Personel güleryüzle karşılamadı,zemin kattaki mutfaktan devamlı gürültü geldi avlu da oturanların sigara dumanı odaya doldu,yatak çok yumuşak yastık çok sertti.

Localização boa de facil acesso a metro e mercados e pontos turisticos. Fizeram a gentileza de deixar dois ventilafores no quarto, foi o que nos salvou já que a maioria das acomodações não tem ar condicionado. O preço , apesar de elevado, foi inferior diante de outros na região.

O apto é muito velho, com manchas no piso e aparencia de sujo. Mas o que foi ruim mesmo foi o elevador. Só cabiam duas pessoas, sim duas pessoas sem malas ou uma pessoa e uma mala e era bem lento para atender a varios quartos.

Apartement lag zum Innenhof mit Eingang.Beide Nächte waren andere Gäste sehr laut und Eingangstür wurde ständig zugeschlagen. Das Appartement war etwas eng,sonst sehr sauber!

Emplacement, beau bâtiment avec cour intérieure, appartement spacieux. Cuisine et salle de bains bien optimisées. Personnel réactif (l'installation de climatisation mobile a été améliorée dans les heures qui ont suivi notre demande). Mobilier sombre donnant une belle touche moderne.

Chaleur étouffante : climatisation mobile insuffisante pour un appartement exposé plein sud sans volets, difficile de ventiler car la fenêtre donnant sur la cage d'escalier, sans grille de protection, ne peut pas être maintenue ouverte. Isolation phonique de la fenêtre vers la cage d'escalier inexistante. VMC sous dimensionnée dans la salle de bains qui peut devenir étouffante. Impossible d'obtenir l'obscurité malgré les rideaux occultans. Légère rénovation à prévoir pour être en accord avec le standing annoncé (revêtement table basse, joints salle de bains, intégrer BSO entre les doubles fenêtres, climatisation gainable réversible).

Pulizia non ottimale

Tesisin konumu güzeldi, iç avlu sabahları kahvaltı yapmak ve kahve içmek için harika. Resepsiyonun çalıştığı saatte kahve ve çay ücretsiz. Odanın büyüklüğü ve suyun tazyiki güzeldi. Klima harika çalışıyordu. Çarşaflar temizdi. Bebek karyolası iyi durumdaydı. 3 kişilik ailemiz için yeterliydi.

Bebeğim olduğu için mutfaklı oda bizim için öncelikliydi ancak mutfaktaki ocak elektrikli, tek gözlü ve oldukça zorluydu. Mutfak daha bakımlı olabilirdi. Ayrıca asansör o kadar küçük ki, bebek arabamızı kapatmadan sığamadık. İlk gün check in sırasındaki çalışan oldukça mesafeliydi. Asansörün zorlu koşullarına rağmen en üst kattaki oda verildi. Odanın tüm parkeleri gıcırdıyordu. Ayrıca bize bilgi verilmeden ertesi gün odamıza girip çöpler boşaltıldı. Çöplerin alınması güzel ancak haber verilmeden yapılması doğru değildi. Görseldeki oda dışında bir odada kaldık.

Værelset var stort og fint. Det havde alt vi havde brug for. Og med at par friske unge ben lå det meste også i en fornuftigt gå afstand 😊 Mega fedt med intet mindre end 3 blæsere på værelset, helt genialt når man kommer i 37 graders varme!

Zona comodissima, 10/15minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni, supermercati vicini. Cortiletto interno per fumatori veramente carino.

la struttura dotata di molti confort mette a disposizione in camera bollitore e kit di cortesia per tè e caffè. il personale gentile e disponibile. esistono degli spazi comuni liberamente fruibili, con possibilità di usufruire di una sala per una pausa caffè. esiste la possibilità di usare il servizio lavanderia, in comune con gli altri ospiti. il centro si raggiunge facilmente, sia con i mezzi che a piedi, con una bella passeggiata.

Nice apartment. Apart for no aircon everything ok. Close to shops and City Hall with all summer open air film festival and street food.

No aircon. In the night we had to open windows all windows. Unfortunately a drunken, shouting, arguing couple woke us all up at 6 o'clock and wouldn't stop. Apartment situated in corridor so noise travels far. The problem with not having full time staff at the premises to get rid of "guests".

The room is spacious enough (I had a twin room). The kitchen is small but well-equipped. Pretty close to the city hall. Quiet street.

Ottima posizione per il centro. Zona tranquilla. Macchina del caffè disponibile nel locale reception (ma purtroppo con orario molto limitato). Lavanderia disponibile gratuitamente.

la maggior parte delle camere è senza aria condizionata e in alcuni casi si affacciano su un locale (quindi rumoroso tenere le finestre aperte). Ventilatori forniti rumorosissimi quindi difficili da usare. Pulizia deludente. Doccia, lavandino e wc scheggiati. Pulizia del pavimento molto basica. Abbiamo trovato una piccola blatta la prima sera. La reception apre troppo tardi e chiude troppo presto. Se si hanno problemi non c'è modo di risolverli (un giorno si sono dimenticati la federe di un cuscino ed abbiamo dovuto dormire senza, idem se si sporcano lenzuola o qualcosa non funziona non c'è modo di avere assistenza).

Temizlik ve sakinlik

das Bett war extrem durchgelegen - und hat bei jedem umdrehen extrem geknarrt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, dort ließ sich leider das Dachfenster nicht öffnen. Was im Sommer natürlich nicht besonders gut ist, da man nicht lüften kann. Gottseidank war es nur eine Nacht!

Die Betten waren sehr alt und durchgelegen - einfach verbraucht.

Det var en rigtig fin og hyggelig lejlighed med rigtig god beliggenhed i Wien. Hyggeligt område. Lejligheden var fin udstyret og hyggelig gård til at nyde en kop kaffe.

Der blev specifikt nævnt at lejligheden var med højhastigheds internet. Dette var langt fra sandheden. Super langsom og næsten ubrugeligt. Målte 3Mbit. Ikke optimalt når man vil streame WM i fodbold.

Расположение неплохое, близко ко всем достопремичательностям, свежий ремонт, есть все необходимое

У нас был -1этаж, не работал лифт пришлось тащить чемоданы наверх потом вниз, окна были внутри очень высоко, приходилось лезть на стул чтобы проветрить, ну а с улицы окна получались на уровни земли, что тоже не очень, в общем не хватало свежего воздуха, с учетом температуры +30, в комнате только вентилятор.

Nice location, clean premises and helpful staff. The room was lovely and great for our family use. A dining table was a welcome feature. Kitchen facilities were satisfactory for our overnight stay.
