כדי להגיע למרכז חייבים לקחת מונית (בערך 300-400 באט לכיוון), אבל זה לגמרי שווה את ההפרש הגדול במחיר ממלונות אחרים באותה הרמה.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the location is perfect — right in the middle of everything, making it easy to get everywhere.

It’s important to know that the hotel is built on a steep layout with lots of stairs and uphill areas. To get from your room to the lobby, you need to call and ask the staff to come and pick you up. The staff is lovely and always happy to help, but it can be quite inconvenient. Getting around the hotel itself can be tiring. Breakfast is only served until 10:30 AM, with no flexibility at all — not even if you’re a few minutes late. The food at the hotel is also a little expensive.

Het hotel is officieel 5 sterren, maar het moet broodnodig gerenoveerd worden. Kamers sowieso, ontbijtzaal ook (stoelen zijn echt heel oud). We zaten eerst in kamers vlakbij het strand, maar dat waren bedompte kamers met laag plafond (waarvan ook 1 met een schimmelprobleem) Het personeel is overigens echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze klacht werd direct serieus genomen en kregen meteen een andere kamer.

מרוחק מאוד מהצאוונג ובכלל ממקומות רלוונטיים, חדרים מרוחקים עם טוקטוק, אין בכללללל הנגשה לעגלות, מלא מדרגות בכל מקום, גם אם יש טוקטוק הוא מביא הכי קרוב לחדר ואז יש מלא מדרגות לטפס או לרדת לחדרים, הצוות היה אדיב, אוכל טוב, מקום יפה וחוף נחמד ממש , אין קידס קלאב וחבל זה חסר מאוד. מאוד קשה למצוא טוקטוק מהמלון או לצאת ממנו ברגל כי הוא באמת כביש מהיר. יש סבן אילבן מול המלון ממש

The hotel is a little bit on the older side.

The highlight of our stay was the beautiful private beach. It is tranquil, peaceful and genuinely stunning, with beautiful water and mesmerizing views. Even the walk down to the beach is an experience in itself, surrounded by lush trees, greenery and waterfalls. You can see that a great deal of thought went into the resort’s architecture, landscaping and connection with nature. The resort is spacious and has a lovely sense of privacy and exclusivity. Our room was a good size, breakfast was enjoyable with a nice selection, and we found the food—particularly the in-room dining—to be very good value for money compared with several other five-star resorts we have stayed at in Thailand.

Our main disappointment was the Kids Club, especially as it was one of the reasons we chose the resort. We travelled with children aged 2, 4 and 5, but there were very few toys or activities capable of keeping the older children engaged. The room is quite small, with basic toys and drawing/painting, and our 4- and 5-year-olds became bored very quickly. Organised activities were limited, required advance booking and involved an additional charge. We had expected the children to be happily engaged there with their nanny while we enjoyed some time as parents, but unfortunately this was not possible. Our arrival experience was also disappointing. Despite booking around a month in advance and providing our family details, we were initially allocated non-connecting rooms. We were told connecting rooms were essentially first come, first served, which was surprising given that we were travelling with three young children. Thankfully, the manager was very professional, apologised and moved us to connecting rooms the following day, which we appreciated, but it affected our first impression of the stay. Finally, the approach to our room was surprisingly unattractive for a five-star resort, passing through an area with exposed air-conditioning and utility equipment that felt more like a service/back-of-house area. This contrasted sharply with the otherwise beautiful design and landscaping of the resort.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Sheraton. The staff were amazing. One person stood out which was Sukit. He went out of his way every day. A really friendly nice person. Thank you Sukit

Everything they even took great care of me as I arrived super sick and they got me flowers they were checking on me got me food on them ... just amazing i will never stay at anywhere other then the sheraton when I go to koh samui

Mooi resort, ligt aan een mooie baai. Personeel redelijk vriendelijk (heb ze vriendelijker meegemaakt in Thailand). Resort is zo groot dat je met een golfkarretje vervoerd kunt worden (of lekker lopen, goeie klim en workout).

In eerste instantie twee kamers gekregen naast een kamer waar uitgebreid verbouwd werd. Toen we aangaven dat niet te willen werd eerst ontkend dat er verbouwd werd, terwijl alle gereedschappen letterlijk naast de deur lagen en ze bezig waren. Vervolgens uiteindelijk andere kamers gekregen. Het resort is mooi aangelegd maar het is wel een beetje vergane glorie, zoals bij meer Sheratons. Eten op het resort is belachelijk duur en kwaliteit is ook niet je van het, terwijl je 2 strandtentjes verder voor een vierde van de prijs mega lekker (lekkerder!) kunt eten.

נראה מלין מיושן שעבר שיפוץ כללי. חלק מה-facilities לא מתוחזק טוב - בריכה מרכזית, בית ילדים, reception (ללא מיזוג) לא מומלץ למלון עם ילדים קטנים - קשה מאוד להתנייד בעליות ובירידות בין מקום למקום. החדרים בקומה 3 ללא מעלית. החדרים מיושנים טיפה ולא נותנים תמורה למחיר הגבוה לעלות המלון. ביקשנו חדר מקשר פעמיים - חודשיים מראש ושבועיים מראש ולא נתנו לנו ולהפתעתנו היתה את האופציה הזו. לסיכום הייתי שם את הכסף הרב ששמנו במלון הזה במלון אחר

Older but well maintained and charming resort located on a beautiful beach and clear water. We ate dinner at the resort's beach front restaurant and bar each night but one. The breach front restaurant/bar has a beautiful ocean view. While the menu is not extensive, the food and drinks were excellent and the staff very attentive. The resort is one a major road with outside local dining and shops, and the resort offers a shuttle service to the nearby Central Mall. This was our second vacation trip to Ko Samui, and our favorite resort so far. We would will definitely go back again.

The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. The resort is beautiful, the food is absolutely delicious, and the meal portions are generous. I had a fall on a sea rock and sustained minor scratches on my hand and knee. When I went for lunch, the staff noticed and promptly called first aid. The attendant arrived within five minutes, cleaned my wounds, and applied plasters. It was the first time I received first aid from a hotel.

One area for improvement is breakfast service. Guests are not always informed when the buffet is about to close, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, beach towels are not consistently available, making it difficult for guests to access them when needed.

Кондиционер в номере очень шумит, так, что ночью мешает спать. А если его выключить, быстро становится душно. Цены на коктейли и пиво на пляже - очень большие. 0,33 пиво 169 бат, включая "сервис", а в магазине напротив - 50 бат за 0,5

The environment was beautiful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were very friendly, especially the food and beverage manager, Preecha, who was always willing to help. A female employee at the Blue Monkey Bar was also very responsible and provided me with a lot of assistance; unfortunately, I didn't have time to write down her name. This hotel would be my first choice for return trips.

On the third day of my stay, the room ran out of tissues.

Otelin konumu, plajı, peyzajı, temizliği, kahvaltısı, odalarının konforu muazzamdı. Plajdaki restoranı ve Blue Monkey Bar'i da hem yemeklerinin lezzeti hem de hizmet açısından gayet tatmin ediciydi. Ama hepsinden öte çalışanların nezaketi ve ilgisi çok üstündü. İleri yaştaki anne babamızla seyahat ediyorduk, onların rahatlığı bizim için çok önemliydi ve Sheraton Samui ekibi bu konuda gerek otel içi shuttle hizmeti gerekse personelin yardımseverligi ve güleryüzlüluğü konusunda bizi çok mutlu etti. Ruya gibi bir tatildi. Herkese gönül rahatlıği ile tavsiye ederiz.

Çok ufak iki detay dışında bir olumsuzluk görmedim. İlki, duşun kapısı dışarıya taşacak şekilde kapandığından yerler biraz ıslanabiliyor. İkincisi klima biraz gürültülü çalışıyor.

1. Взяли депозит по 1000 THB за ночь. Заморозили деньги на карте и говорят: трать дорогой, можешь в спа, можешь в ресторан, все пойдет в счет депозита. Но не тут то было: спа - отдельная организация, депозит бесполезен; за все, что было потрачено якобы с депозита пришлось заплатить при выезде, а депозит должен вернуться на карту. В итоге замороженные 8000 бат за 8 ночей, и сверху почти столько же чтобы выехать из номера. Прошло несколько дней, 8000 бат так на карту и не вернулись. Я начинаю беспокоиться и это жирный минус. Система с депозитом откровенно кривая. Поэтому рассчитывайте и оставляйте 1000 бат за ночь НАЛИЧНЫМИ, чтобы их было просто забрать. 2. В магазин и ближайшие кафешки нужно идти по трассе, хотя они и рядом. Переходить в Тайланде дорогу - отдельный челлендж.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und hat eine super Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche übrig.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage ist z.B. sehr alt und laut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr klassisch. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist leider nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.

I was here for about 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room was very comfortable, the pools are beautiful, gym is well maintained with good equipment. Breakfast each morning was a relaxing way to start the day with plenty of options and friendly staff. I found the complimentary shuttle into Samui very convenient. It’s a short drive away, however the location is perfect, not too busy, beautiful beaches, and some amenities just outside the main gate (7-eleven, massage places, restaurants). If I were to stay again I would request a room that is not interconnecting with another room as unfortunately I had a rather loud family of 4 next door who were travelling with other family members on the other side of my room, unfortunately they were oblivious to other guests in the resort. Aside from that, I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Замечательный отель! Понравилось всё! Хорошие, большие номера (можно по мелочи придраться, но в целом отлично). Кондиционер на кровать не дует. Очень красивая, ухоженная территория. Рыбки плавают, птички поют, гекконы перекрикиваются 🙂 Отличный, разнообразный завтрак! Супы, мясные блюда, фрукты 🍉🍍 всегда вкусно ⭐️ Есть ещё 2 ресторана на территории с хорошей кухней. Море и пляж супер 🔝 вода чистейшая! По глубине тоже всё отлично. Нужно совсем немного пройти и можно очень комфортно плавать. Пляж большой песчаный. Много лежаков с зонтами и в тени деревьев. Мест всегда хватало. Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Здесь отдельная благодарность. Расположение хорошее. Рядом за территорией отеля есть 7-Eleven, массаж, прокат мото/авто, ещё несколько ресторанов. Не нашли только фруктов поблизости 🤷‍♂️ До Central Festival 4 км. Есть бесплатный трансфер. Расписание 👌 но надо бронировать заранее и хотелось бы ещё один трансфер в 18:00 😉

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui dispose d'une très jolie plage privée. Détente et dépaysement au rendez-vous. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et très varié avec des plats thaïlandais. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours au petit soin pour les clients. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Seul point négatif : nous avons eu une chambre proche de la route principale très fréquentée et bien évidemment nous entendions le passage des véhicules. La prochaine fois nous demanderons à avoir une chambre plus au calme.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very good, in a quiet place and with an excellent beach.

Overall, it was a great stay and the staff were incredibly warm and kind. They really went out of their way to help me, on my last day, I fell sick after eating some street food, and not only did they check in on me multiple times, but they also arranged a late check-out until 6 PM so I could head straight to the airport. It’s a quaint hotel that doesn’t feel crowded, even though it’s located in Chaweng, a major tourist hotspot. The rooms were clean, the ocean views were beautiful, and the entire property was serene, just the sound of the waves, which was exactly what I needed from this trip. One area that could be improved is the food, it didn’t quite match the standard I’ve come to expect from other Sheraton properties. The beach is another highlight: a great place to relax without being overwhelmed by crowds, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.

The hotel is located in a very nice place. The hotel premises, tropical greenery, well maintained, beautiful and clean beach with excellent hotel services. The hotel receptionists are very attentive and helpful, as are the other staff. Thank you very much again!

Too old. Needs some changes

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. The property does not match what is presented online. The photos and descriptions give the impression of a modern, accessible beachfront resort, but the reality is very different. The hotel is built on a steep hillside with extensive stairs everywhere, making it extremely difficult—and frankly unsafe—for families with children or elderly guests. This was never clearly disclosed prior to booking. The rooms were outdated and had noticeable odors, far below what you would expect from a Marriott-branded property. Additionally, the beach access and conditions were not as advertised, which was a major factor in choosing this hotel. What made the situation worse was the handling upon arrival. We were asked to sign the receipt and complete check-in before even being shown the room, which is highly unusual. Once we saw the actual conditions and immediately raised concerns, management refused to offer a reasonable solution or allow us to relocate, leaving us stuck in a property that did not meet expectations. To be clear, this was not about minor inconveniences—it was about material misrepresentation and suitability issues that significantly impacted our family stay. Very disappointing, especially given Marriott’s reputation. I expected a level of transparency and customer care that simply was not delivered here.

What a stunning place, people were amazing. Good food, great service and excellent staff.

Negative • We had a spa booked, when our massage started there was a small child crying hysterically next room to ours. Small children perhaps under 8 years should not be allowed in spa therapy rooms while parents are getting a massage disturbing other guests. • Spa therapists who are not feeling well should stay home and not be massaging guests wearing a mask, with runny nose. • One of the days at lunchtime at Blue Monkey no staff to be seen anywhere, guests sitting at tables for a while, nobody coming around with a menu, guests asking to see a menu. There were 3 staff standing around doing nothing on their mobiles in Long Talay restaurant and not 1 table with guests in Long Talay restaurant. • Beach chairs uncomfortable, they don’t have cushions. • Beach boys sitting on white wall doing nothing, no towels available in shelve slots. I stepped into child care centre looking for laundry bags on the floor I opened one to get a clean beach towel myself. • If hotel is renovating in the near future, please consider moving spa to a more quieter area of the hotel. Currently there are rooms above, hearing furniture being dragged while getting a massage isn’t ideal. • When hotel was The Imperial there used to be an outdoor massage area next to beach, where the child care centre is. Please consider bringing it back it was fabulous. Sheraton losing business to the Thai Massage on the beach towards New Star. It would be nice again to have the option of having a massage by the beach, rather than having a massage in air conditioning as the only option. • Hotel rooms, and restaurants are in need of desperate renovations. They are outdated. • At breakfast, a staff member cleaning table next to our table happily spraying all over the place sending spray to our table, my husband was eating a plate of fresh fruit in which we ended up leaving it behind as it would’ve been contaminated with cleaning spray. • We understand gardener needs to do his job and it is a big property to maintain, but does he have to be sweeping outside right same time as we’re eating and having our breakfast. • We ordered fish tacos, it came with huge thick pieces of fish tasted terrible. A fresh fillet of fish hand crumbed and placed inside these tacos would’ve been much better and tastier. Positive • Lunch at Blue Monkey is good. Thai food is excellent. Service is fast and efficient. Sukit and Pim are wonderful staff, a pleasure to have them each day serve us. • Pim at front reception is also wonderful. • Buggy service at Sheraton is excellent, a big Thank you to all the buggy drivers they are doing a great job. Especially Teerapan who we’ve known for many years. • Spa treatments and experience is excellent, a special Thank You to Fah, Nut and Kat. • Thank you to the beach boys, especially Sumet for looking after us each day. • Staff at breakfast are excellent and very hard working. Thank you goes out to Savitari and Jitima. • Great to see manager Preecha helping out at breakfast and lunchtime, he is very hands on and supports his staff. • Beach Umbrellas are excellent, they provide excellent coverage from the sun and good size. • Love the treats that come around now and again on the beach complimentary watermelon, or finger food.

The Sheraton was a fantastic place to stay at for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly , helpful and always happy. The place is dated and needs an upgrade , but the staff made up for it. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a resort . We have stayed in many resorts around the world. The food was always fresh and cooked to perfection. The restaurant at the beach was also fantastic. The place was always clean and the rooms served everyday to a high standard. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pools were clean and serviced every day. We will be back again 😀 It was great having the buggy to get us around the resort without having to climb all the stairs. Fantastic beach and a great location .

Could give this resort 10 stars. The place was immaculate but by far the most impressive part of our stay was the staff. My wife and I are both gluten intolerant and by day 3 of our stay the staff had picked up on our inquiries on food items and went out of their way to help us with gluten free food. Making pizza bases and delivering gluten free pancakes to our table each morning for breakfast.

Gyönyörű a létesítmény, az egész hotel. Egy hatalmas nagy park, dzsungel veszi körül. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A reggelinél felszolgált ételek jók voltak. A személyzet kedves , segítőkész. A szálloda tengerpartja valóban az egyik legszebb part a szigeten.

A takarítónő kissé szórakozott volt, többször elfelejtett valamit mindig. De ezen kívül tisztaság volt, csak kellene használnia a munkájához egy check listet.
