We spent 5 absolutely amazing days in Vana Belle. The beauty of the resort and the kindness of the entire team are simply unrivaled. My son broke his foot during our stay and the entire team went out of their way to make our stay even better. From organizing trips that he could take to carrying him up stairs and always making sure everything was working out for us. The level of natural/effortless friendliness was simply amazing and made our stay absolutely memorable for all the good reasons. Beach, pool, rooms and restaurants are stunningly beautiful. We will be back for sure

The property was beautiful and well located right on the beach. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. They set up commentary fruit and flowers to welcome us. The cooking classes were fun and gave us insight to the local culture. We highly recommend and plan on returning.

The western breakfast items were a little funky, instead recommend sticking to the Thai dishes.

El menú a la carta del restaurante de la playa deberían elevar un poco la calidad, ya que me parece que el menú del bar de la piscina calidad- precio es bastante mejor vendiéndolo como más informal.

I had the most amazing stay! The resort is absolutely gorgeous, with incredible facilities and beautiful views over the sea. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the breakfast has so many delicious options, and the level of service throughout the hotel is exceptional. What made the experience particularly special was how genuinely caring and attentive everyone was. A very special thank you to Eye, who looked after me throughout my stay and was absolutely wonderful. She gave me fantastic recommendations, regularly checked that I was enjoying my stay, surprised me with so many thoughtful little touches, and was always available whenever I needed anything. I felt incredibly well taken care of from beginning to end. Such a warm, beautiful place and a truly memorable stay in Koh Samui — I would come back in a heartbeat!

Dear Hotel Management, We travel frequently around the world, both as a family and as a couple, and we have visited Thailand at least seven times. We would like to express how pleased we were with our stay and with the kind, professional, and welcoming service provided by all the hotel staff. We were very impressed by the high standard of cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, and the excellent buggy service. We would especially like to mention Daniel, who drove us and was extremely kind and helpful, as well as the security guard at the hotel entrance, who always welcomed us warmly and with a smile. We are observant Jews who follow kosher dietary laws. Therefore, we asked to see the ingredients listed on the drink bottles to ensure that we were permitted to consume them according to our religious requirements. The pool staff were extremely patient, courteous, and accommodating, and they prepared exactly what we requested. We truly appreciated their respectful attitude and willingness to assist us. We would also like to point out that during the summer and peak tourist seasons, many Israelis and Jewish visitors from around the world travel to Thailand. During the past week alone, approximately 5,000 Jewish visitors stayed in Koh Samui, according to information provided by Chabad of Koh Samui. We believe that a significant percentage of them—at least 60%—wish to eat kosher food and prefer to stay at hotels that understand and accommodate their dietary needs. A hotel such as Centara, which provides a small kosher section at breakfast offering omelets, fruit, vegetables, and disposable utensils, gives kosher-observant guests a sense of comfort and confidence. In our opinion, expanding and improving the kosher section, while ensuring proper separation and adherence to kosher requirements, could attract many more Jewish guests and provide them with a more complete and enjoyable hospitality experience. We would be delighted to stay at your wonderful hotel again, and we would be even happier if, during our next visit, a wider selection of kosher food were available—both at breakfast and throughout the rest of the day. Our stay at Vana Belle was simply fantastic. The beach is stunning, the restaurants excellent, and the staff made us feel at home from day one. My wife and I decided to spend 4 days in Koh Samui. We read the good reviews before booking the room (Tropical Villa with Sea view), but we never even closely imagined it will be as good as it was! It was perfect in every sense! The hotel and its villas are located a bit away from all the noise of the Chaweng area, ensuring a peaceful retreat. Villa where we stayed was spacious, beautiful with an amazing private pool! The tropical vegetation ensured enough privacy. Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of varieties, buffet and a la carte menu, lots of delicious tropical fruit and drinks, so we had difficulties what to eat as we wanted to have everything! As said, hotel and its grounds are amazing, but what really makes this hotel outstanding is its personnel! Everyone - from the check-in staff to butlers, cleaning, technical staff, waiters and I hope I didn't forget anyone - were amazing! Everyone was extremely polite, doing their best to make one feel like in heaven :-) A special shoutout and big thanks goes to our butler Ms. Pum who paid attention to every little detail to make our stay unforgettable - from helping to plan our trips, to arranging our room, bringing amenities, delicious treats and more! She was simply the best! I am a Marriott Ambassador member and spend more than half of a year in hotel rooms. And this hotel and its staff surprised us so much that it will be very difficult to beat that! Definitely worth every penny spent! The only downside was, that we booked only a four-day stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vana Belle. The hotel is exceptionally luxurious, the service is outstanding, and the entire experience is designed to make you feel completely taken care of. The staff were warm, attentive and professional throughout our stay. It was genuinely one of those places where you can simply relax and everything seems to be taken care of for you.

There was, however, one disappointing experience involving a third-party operator working from/through the hotel. We wanted to arrange a diving course and explicitly mentioned that we were already in direct contact with Discovery Divers, which we also showed them. We were told that they worked with their own operator, so we decided to book through them instead. Only afterwards did we discover that the operator was in fact Discovery Divers, and that booking through the intermediary had added approximately 31% to the price. The additional cost itself was not really the issue. What bothered us was the lack of transparency, particularly because we had specifically explained beforehand that we were already dealing directly with Discovery Divers. When we raised this afterwards, unfortunately nothing further was done about it. It left us with a feeling of having been somewhat misled. I want to stress that this was an isolated issue involving a third-party service and does not reflect our overall experience of Vana Belle itself, which was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A little more transparency regarding external operators would make an already exceptional hotel experience even better.

I travelled to Vana Belle alone with my two children, and from the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome, comfortable and genuinely cared for. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful – the beach, the rooms, the surroundings and the attention to detail are exceptional. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the warmth and kindness of the people. A very special thank you goes to Sunny, our concierge, who was simply outstanding. Travelling alone with two children can sometimes be a little challenging, but Sunny made everything feel effortless. He was always there when we needed anything, incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful, and made me feel that we were genuinely being looked after throughout our entire stay. Our son celebrated his birthday during our stay, and the team – especially Sunny – went above and beyond to make his day incredibly special. The amount of thought, care and effort they put into making him feel celebrated touched us enormously and created memories that we will keep for a very long time. What impressed me most was that none of it ever felt like “service” in the usual sense. It felt sincere and personal. We were not simply hotel guests – we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The entire team at Vana Belle was wonderful. Everyone we met was warm, gracious and attentive, and as a mother travelling alone with her children, that feeling of being so well looked after meant a great deal to me. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but ultimately it is the people who turn a beautiful hotel into a place you remember. Sunny and the wonderful team at Vana Belle did exactly that. Thank you for making our family holiday – and especially our son’s birthday – so special. We left with the happiest memories and would return in a heartbeat.

Unreal. Perfect in every way. I’ve just seen some of the other reviews and can echo all that they say about every single aspect. I had looked at other hotels and chose this based on reviews, the individual nature of the villas which suited us as we have adult children, and the reliability of the brand. Our butler, Dao, was exceptional. She wrote handwritten cards when we left for an excursion, provided fruit, checked in on us and nothing was too much trouble. When my daughter was ill, she sent fruit and crackers free of charge. She gave us milk for our tea without charge. She was able to strike the balance of helpfulness without ever being intrusive. They even tidied the rooms around our schedule. This morning I went down to the beautiful beach, had an amazing massage, and we had complimentary afternoon tea while waiting for our flight. I forgot we had free transport but Dao remembered and had organised it back to the airport. Someone at the hotel described it as paradise. It is. Book it!

We spent seven nights at Vana Belle in July 2026, a father-and-son trip, and while the resort itself is beautiful – hillside villas above Chaweng Noi, private pool, remarkable calm – what elevated the stay from very good to truly memorable was our butler, Khun Romi. Romi did not wait for requests; he anticipated them. Within the first day he had understood how we like to travel, and from then on everything simply happened: dinner reservations were made before we thought to ask, excursions were planned around the weather rather than the other way round, and small preferences we mentioned once in passing were remembered for the entire week. When plans changed at short notice, he rearranged everything without fuss and without ever making it feel like an effort. What impressed me most was the combination of genuine warmth and quiet professionalism. Nothing was scripted, nothing felt like a routine; he was simply present when needed and invisible when not. My teenage son, not easily impressed, was. If you stay at Vana Belle, hope that Khun Romi is looking after you. He is the reason we will come back.

Vana Belle was an amazing experience, we even got a room upgrade for free which we are really thankful for and enjoyed! Everywhere we were was clean. Service was the best we’ve ever experienced, our butler Romi was amazing and very helpful. I’ve never met nicer and more helpful staff than at Vana Belle! Food was also amazing, especially breakfast. The beach was wonderful, it wasn’t crowded or noisy, the sand very soft and the sea had a clear warm water(also with soft sand underneath it!). We felt very welcome and loved and i cant think of anything missing at the hotel! And also, its very close to the airport, only a 15 minute drive so after a long flight you dont have to be in the car for a long time, which is amazing. The views were impecable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. You definitely won’t regret spending your vacation here :)

Amazing stay with beautiful beach and serene private pool. The breakfast was delicious and loved all the amenities offered. I also had a 90 minute traditional Thai massage with Smile, it was the best massage I’ve ever had (I’ve had several massages), I would 100% come back here and also get another massage with Smile, she did wonders on my back and neck!

When both children returned to the hotel, every meal was served in their room until they had fully recovered, allowing them to rest comfortably. Throughout our stay, we were constantly touched by countless thoughtful gestures: fresh coconut water, delicious Thai sweets, and many other little surprises that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even on our departure day, when we had to leave the hotel at 6:00 a.m., the team had thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms, spectacular views, and outstanding facilities. What cannot be manufactured is genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality. That is exactly what we found at Vana Belle. But what will truly make our stay unforgettable are the incredibly warm and kind people who fulfilled our every wish and treated us like royalty. Soooo good. Loved in. First time in Koh Samui. I think standout is staff. Romi a total darling. Nothing too hard. Gracious to us annoying guests ! Met Roberto. Gorgeous Alice. Both from Italy. So kind. Genuine and gracious. All the staff. Just can’t fault. 79 rooms. Perfect for couples. Kids would be bored. Phew 😜. Honestly we loved the private pool one day. The beach the next. The main pool the next. And tomorrow we will juggle all 3. Tonight we were invited to guest cocktail party. They couldn’t do enough for us. And what we loved was they welcomed feedback. And hubby was quick to give suggestions. But only minor things based on our month travelling around Thailand at other 5 star resorts. So far this the best. The breakfast incredible. And if you wanted anything not on the menu they would just whip it up. Old cliche I know but — if o could take them all home I would !! But then I’d need to take the beach and food too. And Panali restaurant - outstanding. Best Thai / Asian fusion in 3.5 weeks. So worth every cent. Back in 6 months !

Vana Belle resort is absolutely 5 stars. The location is amazing; it is one the water with clean beautiful beach. The water is warm and calm and clean. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and spacious with high end amenities and finishes. The view from the resort is breathtaking. But perhaps the best part of the stay was the service. Dao was our butler and she was attentive, pleasant, and very accommodating. There wasn’t a request that she didn’t fulfill. She always went out of her way to make us comfortable and feeling pampered. Alex took us to the temple and was extremely helpful. Pun checked us in and made us feel comfortable even though we arrived before check in time. Vana Bella is easily one of the top resorts we have been to worldwide (and we are well traveled). Highly recommend it.

Our week-long honeymoon stay at Vana Belle Koh Samui resort was delightful. The Chaweng Noi location is perfectly peaceful, yet it's only a quick 350 THB Grab ride into central Chaweng beach. The views from the Ocean View villas are spectacular and we loved wandering the lush tropical setting. Getting around was effortless thanks to staff like Leo, who was always more than happy to shuttle us around in the buggy. Our room was stunning and our dedicated butlers, Pum and C, truly made our trip unforgettable. They surprised us with unexpected treats and a filled warm bubble bath with rose petals 🌹 on more than one occasion. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of both buffet and à la carte options. It was always a joy to be served by Mint, whose warm and pleasant service made every morning memorable. We enjoyed the resort’s amenities with a super relaxing couples massage at the spa from Apple and Mai on our first day and we were very impressed got good use of the gym facilities. We also loved swimming in the beautiful ocean water, though be mindful of jellyfish depending on the season. To top it all off, being invited to a complimentary cocktail and canapé party was a really special touch that made us feel valued and very welcome 🙏🏼

My husband and I just left after a week-long stay at the Vanabelle and we were extremely impressed by this resort. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and our villa made me feel like I was tucked away in the jungle but with a gorgeous ocean view. The beach is clean and uncrowded and there are ample seating and sunbathing options by both the pool and the beach. They also offered nights with live music, a seafood market night by the beach, and several other themed events during our stay. I really felt this was the perfect sized resort. It never feels crowded but it also has a good energy abuzz. If you like absolute privacy you can also retreat to your private villa or room but we often preferred spending time in the common spaces. They also always offer to take you around the resort in the buggy (golf cart) to avoid taking stairs or needing to walk if you are tired. Where this resort really shines and stands out from the rest is its staff. The hospitality and kindness offered by all the staff is unmatched. Everyone was so warm, helpful and attentive and truly made us feel cared for and supported in all moments. All the details of our stay, made our experience outstanding. Our housekeeper Tid, who always had a sweet smile, made the most adorable towel figures each day, which was something I looked forward to seeing upon returning to our room at night. All the restaurant staff knew and greeted us by our names and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Glory, who was frequently our server, was always making conversation and providing recommendations. Our Butlers, Romi and Dao who were ever so attentive, accommodating and kind. Romi and Dao were very personable - they check in with you on WhatsApp frequently or stop to chat with you on the property to make sure you have everything you need or to help you make any sort of plans or recommendations. They prevent or alleviate any sort of stress of burden you might encounter. We also utilized the spa several times during our stay and Apple and May were simply divine. While there are numerous options for massages on the island, we were so impressed by our massages and the skill and finesse that the staff at the Vanabelle showed that we only opted for the massages at the hotel. The chef at Kiree deserves some serious praise as well. The breakfast spread is vast and delicious. You can eat from buffet and order off the menu so you can experience many different flavors in every meal. You will mourn the loss of the breakfast after your vacation ends. The chef, Federico, also created some truly delicious dinners customized to my diet as my husbands diet (gluten free). We are still raving about these meals. Every single person that works at the Vana-Belle was so welcoming and it is clear they work hard to anticipate your needs. They are always smiling, exude happiness and warmth and it creates a wonderful and relaxed vibe for the guests. We very much enjoyed our stay and would rank this as the resort with the most top notch service of any resort we have ever stayed at. This place is 10/10.

The Vana Belle was absolutely AMAZING!!! The service was impeccable, and every request we made was met with excellence and opulence! From car service, check in with the personal prayer, stunning lobby views, and private villa - 5 stars all around. Our butler Pum was the best part of the stay! Special gifts, buggy rides, and personal attention made our stay so memorable each and every day! The beach was never crowded, pools, paths, and property were spotless at all times. Perfectly named, Smile at the Vana Belle Spa, brought many smiles and undid weeks of stress with her wonderful massage therapy, warm & calming demeanor, and seemingly magical hands that found all the knots & pain points. Two hours with her were truly therapeutic. I had multiple sessions with her for head, neck, shoulders, back, arms/hands and feet. Each visit welcomed me with a cool rose-scented towel, refreshing cold drink and unique rose-shaped treat. After each treatment, ginger infused tea and a special delicacy awaited. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and so friendly. Highly recommend this lovely spa and talented masseuse!

Beautiful hotel located conveniently near Chaweng, great facilities, amazing food, sandy beach, big and comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated, great shower. This resort is not just a hotel; it truly feels like a warm, welcoming home. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Throughout our stay, every single staff member paid attention to the finest details, providing truly exceptional service. The hotel features an authentic Thai restaurant with genuine local flavors, as well as a world-class spa that offers pure relaxation in private treatment rooms. We booked a package that included a healing massage, a milk bath, and a private steam room. The therapists were incredibly professional and friendly, which left a lasting impression on us. Most importantly, we had a personal butler named Khun Dao. She looked after us with the utmost care, paying attention to every single detail and ensuring we had a seamless stay. She helped facilitate everything, from organizing various tours around Koh Samui to recommending delicious local restaurants and must-visit attractions. Whenever we returned to our room after a day of activities—whether inside or outside the resort—Khun Dao would always have fresh fruits and coconut water waiting for us. She even prepared a delicious afternoon tea for us the day before our departure. We also want to thank Khun Nook and Khun Pea from housekeeping, who meticulously prepared and kept our room spotless every single day. For the Front Office team, Khun Earn and Khun Alex were incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice regarding the hotel facilities and various tours. Not to forget the Bellboys, who were always ready to help with our luggage and drive the buggy to pick us up and drop us off around the property. At the restaurant, Khun Glory took exceptional care of us almost every morning. She served our coffee and took our breakfast orders with a warm, friendly, and highly attentive attitude. We can confidently say that Vana Belle, Koh Samui is a luxury 5-star resort that truly guarantees outstanding service and comfort. Its location is also highly convenient, situated just a short distance from Chaweng Beach, which is essentially the downtown area of Koh Samui. We highly recommend it!

Stayed at Vana Belle for our honeymoon and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The service, the property, the amenities, honestly everything about the place is a 10/10. We got a couples massage with Smile and Maya and it was so relaxing and amazing. Just the right amount of pressure. I left my session feeling so relaxed and my tech neck felt sooo much better. Definitely recommend.

We had the BEST stay here! My definition of luxury has been redefined by the staff and experience at Vana Bell. Our butler Dao made every effort to give us the most peaceful and restful experience possible, taking care of every detail and even calling our rental car company to have them drop the car off at the resort. We recently stayed at the Vana Belle for the second time. Last year we came just husband and wife, this year we returned with our 2 children aged 10 & 13. We just love staying here. The service is next level from the moment you arrive. Dao or butler for the second time once again was so amazing, our girls especially loved the special treats and notes along the way. The rooms are so beautiful and clean, the view from the room is so beautiful and having your own pool is so lovely. The help with booking restaurants and arranging transport just made everything so easy. The beach is so nice and quiet and private. You were always able to get a sunbed and the service again with staff bringing you a towel and dusting off any and sand from your sunbed just makes it all so special. Breakfast was also beautiful each morning and we also used the gym a lot. The location is perfect away from The hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. We will be back!

I love the look and feel of this resort. The beautiful buildings look like they could be part of an ancient temple. It's built on a relatively steep hillside. If you don't fancy walking the staff will arrange buggies to collect and take you wherever you wish to go. The beach is quiet and clean. You can sit in the shallow, warm, water and admire the views. It never gets old. There are two restaurants onsite, one Thai and the other Italian. The food in both is excellent. The extensive breakfast menu and buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff are attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Our butler, Dao, was exceptional. No request was too much trouble for her. Our friends, who enjoy luxury, had a wonderful time. We will all be returning for sure.

What made our stay especially special were the amazing people who took care of us. Max from the Bar and Beach team was absolutely outstanding. He was always kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely made our days at the beach and bar even better. C was our lovely host and welcomed us so warmly from the very beginning, making us feel comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Nee from housekeeping was extraordinary as well. Our room was always perfect, and her attention to detail really stood out. The whole beach bar team was also lovely, especially Big, Sara, and Mek, who all contributed to the amazing atmosphere. Vana Belle is located on what we believe is the nicest beach in all of Koh Samui, in the best area of the island. For us, it is the best overall resort to stay at in Koh Samui. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so perfect. We would 100% recommend it.

What an amazing hotel! Absolutely beautiful. The rooms were wonderful … ours had its own infinity pool. Fantastic beach and amenities. We all had incredible massages at the spa. Cocktails and dinner at the restaurant, right on the beach was wonderful. But the service is really what made it stand out. So incredible. Our butler, Pum was amazing and helpful. All of the staff were helpful, and really gracious. We will go back to the Vana Belle someday I sincerely hope!

I had a coconut body scrub and neck back and shoulder massage with Smile. She was wonderful and I had a great experience at the spa. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and I got to personalise my treatment with different oils and scent options. I was also given pre and post treatment refreshments which was nice. Smile was gentle and made me feel very calm and relaxed. She listened to my preferences for the treatment and was fantastic at what she does. I would highly recommend her as well as the vana spa.

I’ll be honest—it takes a lot to impress me. I’ve stayed at plenty of luxury properties over the years (Aman, The Peninsula, Four Seasons, Capella, Six Senses, etc.), so my bar is pretty high. We just spent two nights in the Grand Ocean View Pool Suite at Vana Belle, and the "hardware" (the room, the facilities, the breakfast) was fantastic. It was exactly what you'd expect at this price point. ​But the reason I'm actually writing this review is the service. You can get good service at any five-star hotel, but here, it just felt so incredibly genuine. Every single staff member we passed greeted us by name, but I have to give a massive shoutout to our butler, Khun Pum. Traveling with a 6-month-old baby isn't always easy, and she went completely out of her way to anticipate our needs and make sure we were comfortable. She didn't just treat us like VIP guests; she honestly made us feel like family. ​The attention to detail across the board was wild. Housekeeping even noticed a single stray kiwi seed left on an outdoor table and wiped it up immediately so it wouldn't attract bugs. ​If you want a beautiful, peaceful resort, this is a great choice. But it's the people working here who actually make it special. Highly recommend.

Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and the stunning views across the bay was a genuine pleasure. The setting is peaceful, tropical and wonderfully relaxing. Whilst the property and location are exceptional, what truly sets Vana Belle apart is the service. The genuine warmth, kindness and hospitality shown by every single member of staff, without exception, is remarkable. It is clear that everyone takes great pride in looking after their guests and making them feel welcome. A special thank you to the wonderful butler team, who were always on hand with a smile and eager to assist. At the spa, Khun Smile and Khun Apple provided a truly relaxing and professional experience. Khun Zidan deserves particular recognition for his superbly attentive service throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression. Thank you also to Khun Panggy and Khun Sandee for their kindness and excellent hospitality. The dining experience was equally memorable. Executive Chef Federico and his team produced some truly delicious dishes during our stay, and it was evident that great care and creativity went into every meal. Ein, zweimal hätten wir uns eine gründlichere Reinigung gewünscht. Leider war das Holzdeck beim Pool im umbauen. Aber alles meckern auf höchstem Niveau.

We had a top floor sea view room with plunge pool - the sun rise was beautiful and we enjoyed the freshness of the pool given the heat and humidity. The room was great for family of three. The resort has a very well equipped gym (lots of weights, mats, cardio equipment etc) and excellent spa. Location is great - central to airport, fishing village etc with an excellent beach for swimming as well as more restaurants and shopping a short grab ride away. We had a half day island tour arranged by the hotel which was fun and transparently and fairly priced. We had Naomi as our contact from checkin to checkout and she was amazing - she took care of so many lovely details - like coconut water in the room when we returned from our trip and helping us get a nice 2-for-1 deal at the spa. She even gave my son a box of his favourite local sweets in check out. This sort of attention and care really made our stay. Last thing - breakfast is great - fresh fruits and cold pressed juices - extensive menu to order from as well as excellent buffet.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, from the suite with our own sizeable pool, to the beach restaurant and bar. However, and more importantly, I must praise the service. The seamless communication between all departments is astonishingly good. I want to particularly mention Naomi, our utterly brilliant butler who introduced me to some new Thai delicacies, and Piaw who made sure our suite was perfect from day to night and always made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want. Then there's special thanks to the restaurant Panali, and their incredible chefs making deliciously spicy food (if you want it that hot!). Particular praise for Zinedine, a man so brilliant and talented at making spicy margaritas that I will speak and think of them for the rest of my life. Overall, the GM Francois Poletti has achieved the dream of working with an outstanding staff that requires little guidance. After 15 years travelling to Thailand and especially Samui, I was still surprised and learned something new. Respect to the Italian restaurant, absolute perfection and a must try! The location is hard to beat. As wonderful as the hotel is, variety is always good and it's very conveniently located for numerous bars, restaurants and shops which are a short walk or taxi ride away. A superb base to discover the area.

Vana Belle Koh Samui is truly a perfect piece of paradise. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and the sea, creating a calm, peaceful and serene atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms were super clean, spacious and very nicely designed, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The resort is also very quiet, with no noise at all, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. I also proposed to my girlfriend during our stay, and the team made the entire experience absolutely amazing. The service was top quality from start to finish, and everything felt thoughtful, personal and beautifully arranged. A special thank you to Jay, Eye and Romi, who were amazing throughout my stay and really took care of us. They made such an important moment even more memorable. I would also like to thank the entire hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. The amenities, atmosphere, service and overall experience were outstanding. We had the absolute best time at Vana Belle! The entire staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The resort itself was stunning and so clean with lush tropical views. The room with the waterfront view was beautiful. All of the amenities were top notch too and the property was quiet and peaceful. The drive to the airport and to nearby attractions was super short. And our butler Frang gave us 5-star service. I can’t rave about Frang enough! He was so attentive and sweet and he truly went above and beyond to help coordinate excursions for us and anything we needed during our stay. He made our anniversary and my birthday celebration one to remember. We hope to visit again some time soon!

We stayed four nights in a Tropical Pool Villa Beachfront at Vana Belle and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The villa itself was excellent. The beachfront location was beautiful, the private pool was well maintained, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was consistently very good. The beach at Chaweng Noi is one of the best on Koh Samui and was a major reason we chose this property. What really made the stay special, however, was the service provided by our butlers, Naomi and Tik. Both were exceptional. Their communication was outstanding, they were proactive, thoughtful and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We followed several restaurant recommendations from them during our stay and every single one was excellent. Three nights, three different restaurants, all authentic and good value. The highlight was Phensiri, which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. To be fair, Naomi initially recommended the resort’s own restaurant Panali, but after we reviewed the menu and decided it wasn’t quite what we were looking for, she and Tik suggested local alternatives that proved to be excellent choices. Tik also arranged a lovely farewell gift on departure, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. There were a few areas where I think the resort could improve. The communication regarding our late checkout was confusing. Prior to booking, we were advised that a guaranteed 4pm checkout would be available and that we could remain in the same villa until departure. We later discovered that a room change might be required. While management did respond professionally and provided complimentary airport transfers and other assistance, the original wording created expectations that were not fully met. We also booked a snorkeling excursion through the resort and were advised snorkeling equipment would be provided. At the snorkeling site we discovered only masks and snorkels were available, with no fins. Given the currents at the location, fins would have been helpful and the information provided beforehand could have been clearer. The technology in the villa also felt somewhat dated for a luxury property at this price point. The television was not a modern smart TV and did not provide access to services such as Netflix or YouTube. The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent at times. Our local Thai eSIM was significantly faster and more reliable than the resort Wi-Fi. Other minor observations: * Mosquitoes were quite noticeable, particularly during an outdoor yoga session, although the resort does acknowledge this issue and regularly treats the grounds. * Housekeeping often seemed to arrive when we were in the room despite requests to service the villa while we were at breakfast. * Food and beverage prices were high, although this is not unusual for a luxury resort. One particularly nice gesture was a private yoga session arranged for us when we were unable to attend the scheduled group session. This was appreciated and reflected the helpful attitude of the staff throughout our stay. Overall, Vana Belle is a beautiful resort in a fantastic location. While there were a few communication and operational issues, the quality of the staff, particularly Naomi and Tik, left a very positive impression and significantly enhanced our experience. Would we return? Yes.

Right from the welcome ceremony by our fantastic butler, Tik, through the entire stay, we were so impressed with our stunning ocean view room with pool, the food (best breakfast ever), the attentive service, the most beautiful beach, and on and on. Tik was so warm and helpful that we changed our plans to return only a few nights after leaving. We cannot recommend this resort more and hope you have the chance to meet the lovely Tik!!

Fantastic stay with my partner for a romantic getaway. Beautiful and very quiet property, but close enough to Chaweng that we were able to get into town easily for a night out. Romi -- our self-described butler -- was amazing at helping us with some special requests and making our stay feel special. Room was huge and really nice to have our own little private plunge pool overlooking the ocean to cool off.

We chose Vana Belle for our Babymoon and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, welcomed with a beautifully arranged table featuring mocktails, tropical fruit, a personalised chocolate cake and sweet baby-themed decorations, we knew this stay was going to be something special. Our butler Tik was truly the heart of the experience. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our time there remarkable. Every question got answered, she shared honest tips for restaurants and places to explore around the island, and she anticipated things before we even had to ask. Having someone like her in your corner makes all the difference. Mid-stay we received an upgrade to a beach pool villa, and waking up each morning to the private pool with the turquoise ocean just beyond was simply magical. The room was spotless, the turndown service full of charm (towel elephants arranged as a little family of three, rose petals on the bed, perfectly on theme for a Babymoon), and the soaking tub prepared with rose petals was a beautiful touch. The beach itself is pristine and calm, never crowded, always peaceful. Breakfast with that stunning sea view through the lush canopy is something we will talk about for years. Every meal, every small detail, every interaction with staff reflected genuine Thai hospitality at its best. Stayed at Vana belle for the second part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it!!! By far one of the best resorts/hotels we’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing, you get a “butler” to message for things you need and they are so prompt to respond (Romi was the best!!), the breakfast was phenomenal with so many choices and the beach is beautiful! We used grab to go places outside the resort and always felt safe. They have a great workout room we used a few of the mornings with a yoga space. The water is the prettiest we’ve ever seen. We’re already planning our return trip back!

helaas bleef de ervaring daar ook bij. De service op het strand was erg traag en vaak afwezig, het eten was teleurstellend en stond absoluut niet in verhouding tot de prijzen. Daarnaast hebben we tijdens ons verblijf last gehad van voortdurende renovatiewerkzaamheden direct voor onze villa en op het strand, met de hele dag geluid van boren, zagen en hameren. Ook de taxirit bij vertrek was ronduit onveilig.

An exceptional property with amazing staff and a luxurious spa. We stayed here 6 nights and were amazed how serene and peaceful the Vana Belle is. Beautiful beachfront and just minutes away to other parts of Koh Samui.

We had a wonderful spa treatment (Thai Touch Rejuvenation) at the Vana Spa. A perfect treatment which incl. both 90 mins Thai massage and 30 mins gua sha facial.. the therapist Khun Smile did an amazing job. If have chance will sure revisit. Thank you!!

Returned to Vana Belle after 12 years, and I'm delighted to see that the resort is still exceptionally well maintained. The service from all the staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Naomi, who welcomed us upon arrival with such warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Mai, my spa therapist, who provided a wonderful and relaxing treatment today. Her skill and care made the experience truly memorable. Thank you to the entire Vana Belle team for another fantastic stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

A fantastic few days at Vana Belle Ko Samui which is just a short flight from Singapore and the hotel arrange an efficient pick up. Suite is large with a plunge pool and a sun rise that was definitely worth waking up for. Decor and furnishings were starting to aged and will do well with a refresh. Note room is on the 3rd floor with no lift. Private beach, nice, clean, secluded yet with nice restaurants and massages just at the street outside. Ultimately it is always the service that makes the difference and in our case, our butler Tik took super care of us and all her recommendations were spot on. She definitely made the trip more memorable!

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! We were traveling as a family of 9 and celebrating milestones for our parents. The staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable for all of us, taking care of our every request and going over and beyond without even asking. The rooms are indeed old, but whatever lacks there is enough and more compensated with the unmatched service and the tranquil surroundings. A special shout-out to Tik, our butler, who took care of our every request with the brightest smile and truly delighted us with a wonderful surprise during the milestone celebration. Chef Freddie and his team were brilliant with coming up with creative solutions for our dietary preferences, Song at the check-in was great with problem-solving and accommodating our room requests and Alex at Concierge got us great recommendations for excursions. Vana Belle team, you have won our hearts with your hospitality.

Our stay at Vana Belle Koh Samui was simply exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the stunning facilities, the beautiful lush natural surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it was absolutely perfect, spacious and offering privacy. Waking up every morning to this beautiful setting was an amazing. The beach at the hotel is awesome: pristine, calm and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Koh Samui. The lush tropical nature surrounding the resort only added to the magical experience. Breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of high-quality dishes. We also thoroughly enjoyed the onsite restaurant, which served excellent food in a wonderful atmosphere. What made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. A very special thank you goes to our butler, Tik. She was absolutely amazing throughout our stay, always available, incredibly helpful, kind, respectful and attentive to every detail. Her assistance made our holiday even more enjoyable and she is a true asset to the hotel. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Koh Samui.

El personal es muy atento, nos asignaron a una concierge particular, que se llama Tik. De deshizo en atenciones para que nuestra estancia fuese sublime y memorable. Cada día nos escribía una nota personalizada con alguna delicia local. El lugar es espectacular, el restaurante una maravilla, la playa es perfecta y el spa es precioso.
