Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Palace Catania. L’hôtel est magnifique, idéalement situé et constitue un point de départ parfait pour découvrir la ville. N’hésitez pas à emprunter la rue piétonne pour y accéder en voiture : l’établissement se charge des démarches nécessaires auprès de la police municipale. Nous tenons surtout à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Suite à un problème de santé de mon épouse, ils ont réussi à nous trouver un ORL à la dernière minute, une aide précieuse que nous n’oublierons pas. Ils ont également accepté de modifier notre réservation sans frais à la suite des perturbations liées à l’éruption de l’Etna, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Un service irréprochable, une équipe exceptionnelle et un établissement à la hauteur de son nom : un véritable palace.

Eigentlich alles super. Vielleicht höchstens die sehr überzogenen Preise auf der Rooftop Bar, aber das kam jetzt auch nicht überraschend.

An outstanding hotel and, for us, definitely the best choice in Catania! Everything was first-class: the beautiful hotel, excellent food, impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, and a perfect central location. The rooftop restaurant is particularly wonderful, with a great atmosphere and a fantastic experience. What impressed us most, however, was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally well trained, professional, kind and genuinely helpful. They speak English very well and were always supportive and attentive. From the reception team, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping team – everyone made us feel truly welcome and looked after. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and would not hesitate to return. For us, this is the best hotel in Catania. Highly recommended!

La struttura è bellissima. UNA Esperienza è il mio punto di riferimento a Catania e sono lieta di soggiornarvi almeno un paio di volte all’anno. Ambiente raffinato, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Un bacio alla signora Giusy che ha addolcito il mio pomeriggio con delle paste di mandorla! Pulizia e tranquillità rendono perfetto il soggiorno . Colazione fantastica, così come lo staff che la gestisce.

Great location and convenient but not for parking. Friendly staff

A little run down, unstaffed at check out and had to queue for very long. The restaurant service and food is poor. Very fast serving, before you even finish the starter the main comes in and they dump onto the table. Asked for a double bed and got two twin beds together with independent bed linen so basically you sleep in a single bed

She went above and beyond to help us, especially when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. We felt genuinely looked after. Highly recommended!

com certeza, em seu conjunto, o melhor hotel que ja ficamos. A paisagem, o conforto, as instalaçoes, o restaurante, o transfer centro-hotel e principalmente a equipe que nos atendeu. Atendimento impecavel em todos os setores do hotel.

Très grande chambre nous avons pu bénéficier d'un hébergement plus grand que celui qui était prévu. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin vers 9h et la chambre était immédiatement disponible sans coût supplémentaire. Les installations sont parfaites et la chambre très confortable. L'hôtel est situé sur l'une des artères principales mais peu ou pas de circulation. Nous étions à proximité de l'ensemble des curiosités de la ville donc exceptionnel. Service rapide pour l'appel d'un taxi et le repas sur le roof top avec la vue sur l'Etna en éruption image particulière qui marque.

Lage direkt im Zentrum perfekt. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Aetna umwerfend. Frückstücksbuffet auf Dachterrase mit Aufpreis jeden Cent wert.

Anfahrt in Fußgängerzone schwierig. Keine Anrwort auf Nachfrage wie Parkgarage erreichbar.

they have been super customer oriented. i had to postpone my travel and confirmed the day i was travelling. they had all the right to refuse and not refund me but i explained the situation and they were flexible and super great to allow me to postpone to another day. i came back 2 weeks later and it was perfect. Note that i am a returning customer. thanks a million !

O café da manhã é delicioso com muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso. Atende a todos os gostos. Podem ir tranquilos. A localização do hotel é na Via Etnea, na rua do comércio e de restaurantes, além de ser perto da estação de trem, o que facilita para conhecer Siracusa ou ir para o aeroporto

O hotel tem excelente atendimento. Esqueci uns pertences em outro hotel que foram enviados para esse, tendo sido gentilmente recebidos e armazenados até minha chegada. A localização é perfeita: Na principal rua do centro histórico. O quarto tem tamanho compacto, com boa cama e bom chuveiro com banheira. Tem um lindo rooftop com vista para o Etna.

O café da manhã é fraco e confuso para um hotel 4 estrelas. Oferecem a possibilidade de um café da manhã no rooftop, com o acréscimo de 15 euros por pessoa, que não condiz com a oferta premium. As mesas estavam sujas, a reposição era lenta e só havia uma atendente para receber os hospedes, fazer os preparos, limpar as mesas e repor o buffet.

Great location and great service. This was our first night in Sicily and it was a welcoming place to start. The drive here is tricky with the pedestrian zone but on arrival you just pull up and leave the car and they took it and parked it and brought it right back to you when asked the next morning. The staff were pleasant, the place was clean and the view from our window in the morning was lovely. The location was fantastic and lovely pedestian street that leads to the historic center of Catania. It felt safe into the night. We stayed elsewhere the last night of our trip before flying out and it was bad. Highly reccomend this place.

La posizione è davvero il punto di forza, direttamente sulla centralissima Via Etnea e comodissima per girare a piedi. La camera si è rivelata molto accogliente, con una TV grande decisamente apprezzata e un piccolo balconcino davvero grazioso che offriva un bell'affaccio sulla vita della città. Molto buona anche la colazione, varia e con prodotti freschi. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno, struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Excellent location, close to everything, except the train station. Our rooms were lovely, spacious, and sparkling clean. Adequate breakfast. It looks large as it is spread out across the dining hall, but is quite basic. The eggs had some weird smell to them. Some items are too rich, and the healthy options did not look fresh or local. Coffee was also ok but not great. Overall environment is comparable to a business hotel, which is surprising since it is central to tourist sites and most other people we saw there were clearly tourists. The staff members were also business-like - good, but not particularly friendly. The exception was the lady from Mauritius (whose name I have forgotten) in the breakfast room, who looked after us very well. I noticed that she was nice to others in the room too. I wish I could rate them higher, but for the prices we paid I was expecting a more fabulous 5 star experience.

Il personale estremamente gentile

We saw beggars when we first checked in so we were a bit rattled about safety. But we were not approached again, and the shopping street that this hotel sits on, has many boutiques. Rooms are newly renovated but definitely ask for quiet rooms at the back of the hotel. When the noise did not subside at about 1130pm, we asked and the hotel obliged. So thankful.

The location of the hotel was very good. Breakfast and the breakfast personnel was very nice and kind. Room's location was not very well. It was towards an inner area where the fan of general conditioning system was very lousy and noisy. For this reason we could not open the window of our room.

As I said, the windows of some of the rooms (like ours) could not be open due to the loud and noisy environment due to the fans of the common climatic system. This should be solved somehow.

A highly recommended hotel Palace Catania was a nice hotel located in the city center. Easy to get there from the Catania airport with Alibus. The staff were nice during check-in and check-out. A neat hotel with very good breakfast. The hotel to meeting point for Hop On Hop Off is less than 5 mins walk.

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Catania, within walking distance of all the main sights. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help with everything. Everything else was excellent, and we had a great stay! Cons / Suggestions for improvement: The only suggestion is for the hotel to inform guests about the logistics in advance. The property is located in a pedestrian-only zone (ZTL). We weren’t warned about this beforehand, which created a bit of a challenge during check-in because we couldn't drive up to the entrance. I had to leave the car, walk to the hotel on foot, and find out how to get access. If the hotel sent out a quick arrival instruction prior to the trip, it would save guests a lot of time and hassle.

What we especially loved: The hospitality of the staff was truly outstanding. We had a very early departure, and they kindly arranged an early breakfast just for us, which we highly appreciated. And, of course, the location is unbeatable!
