Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown

Convenient location. Cute boutique Hotel.

Shower floors were very slippery and needed groat repair. Television placement off to the side of the bed awkward to view.

We stay here regularly and appreciate the location and gym facilities. Room is comfortable and staff are friendly/efficient

I might be mistaken about this but I think they no longer have the shuttle to the downtown market district. That was a nice convenience at night

Almost everything was great.

There was an annoying electrical sound that was emitting next to the bed that I couldn't find the exact source of. I'm not sure what could have been done about it during my stay there but it was hard to not notcie.

There is hidden fees. You have to pay to park at the Motel the beds are hard especially for someone with pbc. Food was expensive, for the price I will not stay again. The lady that checked us in was rude. Half the lights and plug ins did not work in our room.

We like the pool.

Housekeeping starts way to early, slamming doors. When cars drive by & you can hear everything & sometimes the build may shake. Our A/C went out two different times. We had to be moved rooms twice after 10pm. Staff did apologize for everything but if Im paying $500 plus for a hotel Id like to be able to sleep at least a little or compensation for something. Will not stay there again & would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Nice room layout. The A/C was good. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. Water in the lobby, ice machine on the floor.

Breakfast is served until 0930. We were there at 0900. No spoons left, they had to get plastic spoons after we requested a spoon. The pancakes were cold and hard. Overall the breakfast was quite disappointing. Perhaps if we had gotten there earlier, it would have been fine, but that was not our experience. The price for this hotel was very, very expensive, and for that money, we should have had a much nicer stay. We have stayed in Old Market multiple times, which was better.

Clean, modern and comfortable room. The location is perfect for going to a show at the Slow Down or the CHI Health Center. They have a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby area. The fitness room was well equipt.

Paying for parking however that is getting more common everywhere, especially in cities.

The cleaning team didn’t come by to clean or bring additional towels even when requested

It was clean and very close to Schwab Field.

High price due to event, Small restaurant closed early after I waited 15 min in line because they were too busy. Limited seating and not able to handle a crowd. Bar was out of wine. Outlet in room not working. Room door key stopped working. Maintenance fixed the door. They forgot wake up call.

The bed was nice. The room was nice.

Paid breakfast (that other hotels offer for free) and it was ice cold, not good, and expensive. Paid parking, it's your own lot, not sure why a guest should pay to park there. They paid to stay with you.

Didn't get the room I was supposed to. I don't like that I have to pay for parking. There were plenty of spots. Sunday night should be free.

The vocation is great for either downtown Omaha or the airport

They only have one person working at the bar. She was forced to cook and serve drinks. You would sit there for 45 minutes at times with an empty drink and nobody to help her.

The stay and room were good.

Getting a receipt from the hotel was a pain. They claimed that booking needed to send the receipt. Everything in the receipt category on booking was slow.

It was over priced for what it had to offer. Breakfast was not included and online said it was. The prices for the balcony and pool view are different but the rooms are exactly the same. I paid $70 more than what was suppose to be online. There’s no such thing as onsite parking because they make you paid a parking fee and online it doesn’t say there’s going to be an extra charge for parking. Hot water takes forever to come out of the shower

Modern and in a great location making walking to events easy.

Some things in our room weren’t working, the floor was sticky, the shower was dirty, and the elevator smelled like weed.

Cambria is always clean, staff always engaging and rooms always clean, fresh and comfortable.

Nothing negative but on occasion the staff tending bar have to step away for other duties leaving patrons waiting.

The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower had lots of gunk on the floor, and there were hairs from what I can only assume were from previous guests. They also appeared to be pubic hairs also, there was absolutely no water pressure and the water proceeded to trickle out of the shower head.

The room was not clean.. left over food from prior guest near the trash can and their earrings left on the floor. The room smelled like heavy cologne like the people prior had just left from staying in there. Also woke up to a bug on the pillow.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in. Not sure what the problem was. Staff member treated the couple ahead of me with a complimentary drink at the property’s bar. I received nothing-just to come back in 20 minutes.

Clean and nice room! Hotel staff is great! Breakfast buffet is slightly pricey, but food is good. The pool was ice cold unfortunately. That was our only complaint!

The staff was the nicest part of the hotel. I rented a room to visit my friend who is currently going through cancer treatment. I’ve never been to Omaha so I could only go off of the prettiest pictures on the site. I was so excited to visit a hotel that I would normally see in Scottsdale. When I arrived, it was very far from it. The photos had to be from another location. The interior is very dated and not the beautiful modern dining experience I was expecting from the pictures online. It was the same as any other breakfast buffet style hotel. My bed had hair on the sheets once I pulled back the bedding. I got a two bed room so my friend could stay the night if she wanted so I just thought I’ll try the other bed but there was hair on that one too. The bathtub had rust and sludge around the handles. There was an empty box of tissues with one crumpled on top to give the illusion it was filled and the entire body soap was empty. Lastly the room was set to heat at 75 so I had to wait a few hours before it was cooled down. There was just no care put into the room whatsoever and I was so disappointed considering it was my first solo trip and I had been looking at hotels for weeks. There were two ladies I interacted with and they were very nice. The one I spoke to in particular when I was checking out was so sympathetic and kind to me. I didn’t say anything to them sooner bc the trip was all about my friend and being present for her. I didn’t have the bandwidth to worry about it.

This was a perfect stay. It was clean and quiet. We went to the bar for happy hour, but left after waiting 5-10 minutes without anyone in sight to serve us. Went across the street to Hook and Lime, instead.

The room layout and design are well done. Good lighting from window and nice downtown feel. Staffing is limited, no room service although the bartender did offer to run up a dinner order. They allow pets so waking up to a barking dog that was left in its room was a negative. The front staff did contact the owner and it stopped quickly. I did ask for a late checkout which was acknowledged but not passed off to maid staff, so hence the knocking before departure. Overall a good stay and would do so again.

Rooms were way over-priced and very basic.

Had EV charging stations free of charge.

Desktop personal couldn’t find my reservation, then double charged me due to lack of experience. Had to call after the stay to request the reimbursement.

The check-in process was substandard. They offered no water no extras for their guest rooms were a bit pricey for what you get. I brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel and advise her that the rooms were dirty. The sofas had stains and she said that’s just what it is. They’re working on getting it cleaned. I had hair on my bed. I’m not sure how they have a 9.0 rating, but the staff were decent enough. At least they acknowledge your presence but way over price for what you get.

Clean great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious, but make sure to add the breakfast to your booking for extra savings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing i could “complain” on was the pool. It was extremely cold. My kids were looking forward to swimming after being the the car for 450 miles, only being able to stand the chill of the water for 5 minutes. I even got in and only lasted 3 minutes before my teeth were chattering.

We found dog hair all over the hotel room and had to wear black socks in the room as the floors were extremely dirty but other than that, the location and building were nice. We just expected more from Cambria and for the price that we paid.

Great location for me, and the room was ideal. Everyone I encountered was very nice!

I appreciate the attentiveness to comfort and experience from the staff. I have not booked a hotel for a trip for a while, and was very pleased with this choice for stay. Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and leisure days for history of downtown. Close enough to walk/drive/bike to the next destination. Also, something new to my experience: trash & recycle bins in the room. Some definite gold stars & brownie points for this! All in all, I highly recommend.

Honestly, there were no faults in my book. I didn’t get to use all of the amenities involved (pool) but I was too busy seeing everything else around!

It was great that it was located to where we could walk to where we were going and drinking. Beautiful hotel!

This hotel was perfectly fine. It just isn't a hotel that I would book again in the future.
