The staff was friendly, welcoming and VERY helpful! A great change of pace from most hotel at this time.

I originally booked the wrong date. I couldn't get booking or the hotel to change or cancel this booking. It ended up working out in that we just added a night, but I was very frustrated with the booking. It was also not clear to me until I arrived that I would have to pay for parking

Very welcoming atmosphere!! Staff was very helpful!! I had booked 2 rooms. The site didn't put the rooms together. I told Mike my problem. We were on a Grandparents and Grandkids trip. Three adults and 5 grandkids.That we needed the rooms together. He was glad to help me. We had 343 and 342. Rooms were clean. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was a hit. Especially for the Grandkids. I would recommend to everyone to keep this place in mind when they are traveling.

Nice room, comfy bed, and nice shower. The location is ok but, as we were walking for the evening, we saw some shady meetings in the adjacent property. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.

Maverick was amazing and I will miss his kindness and helpfulness don't wrap any thing in the towels you will lose it in the gym. The gym was amazing, you can watch YouTube and exercise at the same time on the bike.

We stayed here for several days for a short family trip while also having appointments at Children's Nebraska. It was our first visit to the city and to the hospital. There was some angst to begin with. Upon arriving to the hotel, it definitely had some undertone of an humid smell. Our room stunk and was very humid. Later on that evening, feeling like I was having an allergic reaction, I looked into the AC unit and saw mold. It was late and I went to the front desk with pictures. They offered to switch rooms immediately, or in the morning. It was almost midnight and I have a child. The next morning as soon as awoke, we were moved to a room down the hall. It was a larger and cleaner room. The new room wasn't necessarily without issue. The TV stand/desk area was dusty. There were places where the room needed to be cleaned better. There was no stench like the first room, but without the air circulating there continued to be a musty smell, but no visible mold. I suspect that our initial room used to be a smoking room. We are on the first floor in both rooms, near an intersection off of Cuming. It was incredibly loud with traffic, especially in the morning with frequent construction vehicles and tankers using the intersection. On the side of the building, there were often unhoused individuals charging their phones in an exterior outlet. The area also tended to have people loitering. I felt that we had to be hypervigilant in the parking lot to and from our cars. We also overpaid bc we had booked for the week prior to the end of the WS even though we arrived after. That was also frustrating. Other, nicer hotels ended up having availability for cheaper prices than we paid. I debated on canceling early and changing hotels, but there was a fee. I was disappointed that other than the room, we were not offered anything else. If you're looking for a hotel to sleep and leave, it's probably fine. If you're planning a multiple day stay, I would recommend finding somewhere else. The rooms, beds, and overall experience did not lend itself to feeling comfortable, relaxing, or restful during our downtime between appointments and places to visit in the city. Upon returning home, we have all had allergy symptoms from sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, headaches. Omaha is great, but I would not stay here, or in that particular area again.

Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend.

Die Lage des Hotels war relativ abgelegen. Da unglaublich viele Straßen und Plätze in der Umgegend wegen Baustellen gesperrt waren, war das Ambiente gestört. Einkehrmöglichkeiten zum Abendessen waren weit entfernt. Zudem störten vermeintliche intervallmäßig auftretende Sauggeräusche die Nachtruhe.

Nice place! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good choice of nearby restaurants/bars.. easy to navigate and not far off 1-80. We arrived shortly before a tornado warning…the lady at the front desk was very helpful and efficient.. and even with the storm siren going off, the room was quite quiet.

That the parking lot is small and I drive around 15minutes to find a parking spot, and eventually found one not so close to the hotel.

Hampton inn downtown Omaha was absolutely fabulous. I have stayed in many hotels and I’d say the front desk was above and beyond. Welcoming each time you see them and accommodating. I felt so comfortable and welcomed!!! My room was great, was disappointed their was not bath tub but managed. It was clean and odor free throughout the hotel. I liked the coffee and fresh water available in the Iobby very refreshing. I had the most relaxing trip I have ever had. I will utilize this hotel when needed in that area of Omaha! Breakfast was great and staff kept a smile while keeping up with the rush. There was no noise and I slept great. If you have a concert or event in that area best place to stay. It was a quick walk to eat at the Old Mattress factory then to be blessed by Brandon Lake at CHi!!

Room service and parking space. Staff didn't clean the room for the first day and when coming the next day, just switched the towels but no cleaning. When asked for some towels, they were not available and have to keep asking to get them. When asked for additional cover, it never been provided.

Cold shower, room was fairly clean but the soap leaked all over the shower, there was trash on floor, some lotion shot on the ceiling or something. Nobody picked up trash until we checked out.

Highly recommend, as a service member they made sure I felt appreciated. I asked for availability for early check in and late check out, they did not promise anything but said if it was available they would accommodate and they sure did! Got early check in and late check out which came in handy because I really needed it. I talked to quite a few people but Dani was the lady out front who helped me secure a later check out than intended. Sure appreciated the friendliness and kindness at this location. Also, the gym was super clean as well as the pool and breakfast was a big plus. If I ever come back, I will definitely be saying here again. One last thing, the first day the pool was closed to maintenance and they were able to get me to use the pool at the hotel in front, the management was awesome. Nice proximity to food places as well, I used the uber bikes to get around super convenient.

Buffy and Dani were so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable while visiting Omaha.

We got in support late after a long drive. Even at 1 am the front desk worker Billi was so kind. She was efficient and very helpful. The key card machine wasn’t working correctly and she apologized for me needing to walk back down. She was so nice and a great help with any questions we had. She made our experience even better! Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Love that we stay here every year for state!

Bobbi was amazing!! Great customer service is increasingly rare these days, so to be treated to such compassion, understanding, and helpfulness made our stay top notch. Clean room and amenities as well as a great location close to lots of great restaurants – wish we could have tried more!

All the seating in the lobby area. This accommodated a lot of people. Having a bar in this area made hanging out nice.

Shower valve was broken. Handle fell off. Also had light switch cover fall off, no screws in it.

When we got there at 4:30 for check in our room was not ready. We had to wait another hour to get in. Check in time is supposed to be 3pm.

Hotel is well-situated in downtown Omaha, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff we talked to were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Parking is very problematic. We were charged for parking, but there were not enough parking places in the motel's parking lot and we had to park on the street about a block away from the motel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also clean and the hotel was very quiet. Loved where it was located was close to things downtown that I needed to get to.

The only downside was that I think there could be more parking available and that I think if you're staying there you shouldn't have to pay for parking.
