Lovely hotel room. It was so pretty, especially the bathroom. I wish I could have stayed more than 1 night! Meets the basic needs for a hotel in Toronto that's more affordable. The receptionist gave me an umbrella when it was raining, which was very kind of her. They also allowed me to check in early.

It was good but there was a problem in the hotel and they let us go down to reception area they were suspicious for fire Ang shut down the elevator we stayed for some time and electricity was gone for long time

This hotel was a very good choice for its location and service quality of service. All the staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The studio was spacious, clean and quiet; the beds were comfortable. The breakfast choices were varied and tasty.

My only suggestions are that an ice tray and a water bottle/jug in the fridge should be provided and a kitchen towel (cloth or paper) would also be useful, since some guests may not use the dishwasher for one or two items, and there is no dish rack.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is very central, and the hotel has a nice gym. We paid for one breakfast in the hotel, and the choice and price were rather good.

We would have liked a higher room to enjoy even better the views over the city.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The housekeeping staff were very attentive, professional, and polite. The same can be said about the breakfast staff and the front office team — everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Even as Europeans, we really enjoyed the American-style breakfast options, and the breakfast area itself was very pleasant. A special thank you for allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after check-out. This allowed us to make the most of our last few hours in Toronto without having to worry about our bags. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

they forgot to clean the fridge when we got there, there was food from previous guests in it. It was also extremely expensive for one day(roughly 500 bucks)

Location was perfect. Easy to access driving / parking and the room was very quiet. The staff at the lobby bar was fantastic. He was on his own running the bar and had to get food from another floor but despite it being fairly busy he was fast and friendly with everything. Beds are quite comfortable and the shower pressure is cell dividing strength (which I like!) The hotel looks newly updated and is clean and well looked after. Having a full kitchen is a bonus, especially for a quick breakfast.

Really, it is a great hotel. It's unassuming from the outside, but don't let that dissuade you. It's well looked after where it counts. The kitchen is amazing, but it would be great if there were a few things like plates, cutlery, and napkins. Expect to bring all that you would use for the kitchen (except the sink!)

I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for our family reunion. The location was ideal because it is centrically located in the heart of the city. What a wonderful hotel! From the minute we walked in we were made to feel so welcome and valued. The lady on the front desk spent time chatting with us and was so friendly. We were kindly given an upgrade as our visit was to celebrate our anniversary and the suite was beautiful - very spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect for our visit and we felt safe. I traveled to Toronto with my mom, and our first stay was at Pantages Hotel. It was truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was incredibly spacious. It was much bigger than we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. It felt like the perfect gift to end our trip to Canada. The hotel is right next to the Eaton Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring downtown Toronto. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was quiet and peaceful at night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff are very welcoming and even upgraded us for my sisters birthday! I’ve stayed here twice and each time I had an exceptional stay. The rooms are very clean and nice and so is the bathroom. It is also very close to the mall which made things during the day easier.

Wish it was closer to nightlife but transportation is very easy to figure out and the staff can also help.

We had an excellent stay and couldn't be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Pella, who was absolutely amazing during both our check-in and check-out. She was a true ray of sunshine—warm, friendly, and welcoming. A big thank you as well to James, who made everything so easy from the booking process to arranging our transportation. The restaurant ambiance and food were very good, and the staff friendly and attentive. The suites were spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

My room was supposed to be to be a suite, I have mobility issues, the shower was tiny and all the furniture was so low. It was just for one night, will make sure to advise the front desk I need an accessible room.

Before I arrived, I needed assistance with a few arrangements, and the staff were extremely flexible, responsive, and accommodating, which made the whole process stress-free. At check-in, the team went above and beyond. They took the time to walk me through a map of the city, recommended places to visit, and even provided me with exclusive vouchers for both a Toronto city tour and a Niagara Falls tour. These thoughtful touches made a real difference and helped me make the most of my visit. I was also fortunate to receive an upgrade to one of the hotel's largest rooms. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Finally, I decided to add breakfast to my stay, and I'm glad I did. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, the outstanding service and genuine hospitality of the entire team made this an unforgettable experience. I would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Toronto.

I have only great things to say about my stay at Pantages Hotel. Starting with my arrival, my flight landed in Toronto quite early in the day, and the front desk team was kind enough to show me a place where I could sit and work while waiting for my room. They also helped me check in as soon as a room became available. During my stay, Paul Gordon and the entire front desk team were simply amazing! They gave me the best recommendations on where to eat and what to visit, and they helped me with literally everything I needed—even with a delayed package I received from Amazon. I highly recommend staying at Pantages Hotel, and if you can, please send a warm hello to the front desk team on my behalf when you get there!

I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. While the suite itself was spacious, well-appointed, and accurately reflected the photos online, our stay was overshadowed by repeated administrative failures and poor customer service. Before our arrival, I experienced significant difficulty obtaining my booking confirmation despite multiple requests. After advising the hotel that I still had not received the confirmation email, one response I received was simply a thumbs-up emoji rather than the requested booking information. I ultimately had to involve the hotel's management group before the confirmation was finally provided. The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was the check-in experience. Our reservation had been made by telephone approximately three months earlier as a price-match booking. During that call, I specifically advised the reservations agent that the reservation was for my husband, myself, and our daughters. Unfortunately due to the multiple days it took to receive the confirmation I did not notice an administrative error that caused subsequent issues. At check-in, despite arriving openly with our daughters, we were repeatedly told that our rate was too low because the reservation reflected only two adults. I immediately explained that I had disclosed our daughters when I made the reservation. Despite that, the front desk employee advised that he intended to consult the colleague who had taken the reservation approximately three months earlier. We were given our room keys, but left the front desk with the clear understanding that whether our quoted rate would ultimately be honoured depended on what that employee recalled from an otherwise routine booking months prior. That uncertainty remained with us throughout our stay. The check-in experience affected the remainder of our visit. We stayed multiple nights, yet our room continued to be stocked for only two guests. There was no cookware despite the suite having a stovetop, and the air conditioning failed on our final morning. After our stay, I raised our concerns with the hotel's management group in the hopes it could be resolved privately and would not necessitate a negative online review. However, the management group didn't dispute the facts—they recharacterized them as being “a standard part of our verification process” and argued that “once the booking was reviewed, the rate was honoured as reserved and the matter was resolved”. This oversimplified what was an added stress as we were left unsure if the agreed on rate would be honoured until we were checking out. The accommodations themselves were very nice. Unfortunately, the administrative handling of our reservation, the check-in experience, and the management group's response mean I cannot recommend this hotel and most definitely cannot recommend booking with them directly without a middle group in place to manage concerns in an effective manner.

We stayed on the 17th floor in a Pantages Signature King Suite. Everything was perfect: spacious, cozy, and modern. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Eaton Centre. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very Spacious room fitting family of four (3 adults and a teenager). Spotless. Equipped with toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, hot plate and microwave. 4 cups, plates, bowls, glasses. Full cutlery. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, ice bucket available upon request. Arrived in moments. Plenty of storage space, TV, dining table and chairs, Aircon and the most comfy beds. Housekeeping arrived daily. Staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. Very helpful and kind Into the bargain. Bar only opens at 4.30pm with limited draught beers but it is a quite area. WiFi was great. There is a 24 hour diner on the corner. Frans restaurant which became our go to, although breakfast is available in the hotel. My son used the gym facilities. He was happy enough with equipment on site. Location was great and on the quieter side off Dundas square.

Imagine.....the only slightest bugbear was the remote for our TV in Room 1712 was likely a universal rather than Samsung and it was frustrating to change TV channel or volume but this is really scrapping the barrel.

An absolute pleasure. From the moment of check in to the handing back our keycards at the end of our stay, we were treated like royalty. Any request we had was met swiftly and with a smile at all times. The view was impeccable, the amenities were phenomenal and overall the staff made the trip for me. The gymnasium was perfectly quite with a vast amount of equipment; appropriate for both newcomers and seasoned lifters. The location was central to everything, including Franz next door which allows for an early morning breakfast and a late night feast. The bar and lounge were lovely and allowed for a wind down after long days of travelling. Furthermore, cleaning staff weren't banging down the door early in the morning but rather at an appropriate and respectable hour. Particularly, I found Paul very helpful with any and all queries that I had, such as requesting more cutlery or cooking appliances and more. I couldn't rate this hotel higher, a beautiful place.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby it felt nice,clean well kept up ,PAUL& JULIETTE provided top notch attention to all our needs as we were in town for operation for my wife and had trouble getting tech info copy's from our phones to there printer and than sent back to hospital via email coupled with the stress off impending operation they are to be commanded for being such an asset to the hotel

Perfect location, close to theatres, restaurants, the Eaton Centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (King bed) was spacious, clean, quiet, and well appointed. The only small issue we had was inconsistent hot water, but other than that it was great! The diner next door (Fran’s) is very good for breakfast. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay during our recent visit to Pantages hotel. This was our second stay here, and we chose it again because we fully enjoyed our experience the first time. The hotel is in a central location, very close to the main shopping center, It has its own restaurant. There are many other dining options nearby. We liked having a laundry and a dryer machine in our room, which was very convenient during our stay. There was an unexpected issue with the hot water during our stay, and we had to take cold showers. But the hotel management was kind enough and offered a complimentary breakfast voucher to us. This was very nice of them. We enjoyed our breakfast, which was well prepared and nicely served. The room was clean, comfortable, and had its own charm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also had a storage room where we were able to keep our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. The hotel now works with Air Canada miles program and you are able to earn a few miles when staying at Pantages hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Toronto. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great location for exploring downtown Toronto, 2 minutes walk to the nearest subway entrance. Theatre close by was a bonus. Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food and drinks in the bar were good, not a huge menu but what was there was very good and presented well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Nice large comfortable bed.

The hotel is lovely. Great location. Nice roomy rooms. Super shower. Nice decor. Good food. But what this hotel gets absolutely spot-on is the personal touch. They knew my name. Knew it was my mum's bday. Often wished her a happy birthday even after check out when we came to fetch our bags. Made her feel like a million bucks. And that's worth everything. I will be back and I will tell everyone.

We recently stayed at the Pantages Hotel in Toronto and thought it was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, close to everything, and the room was absolutely top notch — modern, spotless, comfortable, and very quiet. A special mention has to go to James the concierge, who really made our stay even better. He was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived, took the time to explain everything about the hotel, recommended some great places to eat, and even booked taxis for us when needed. When our flight was rescheduled to later in the day, James kindly arranged an extended checkout time for us, which took a lot of stress away. He also organised our taxi to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his excellent customer service really stood out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Pantages Hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.

Our family stayed at Pantages during the March break weekend for a family staycation and had the best time. Paul and Pella were very accommodating and super friendly and very easy to talk to. The rooms were spectacular. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and beautiful. Thank you Pantages team!
