The location was great. We got to walk to the aquarium. The staff was very friendly. Octavia checked us in and there was someone on the second shift who told us a good story. My view was amazing

I was unlucky with the neighbors from room 603; they had a party all night long. My wife, my children, and I didn't sleep and rest well because of it. However, this isn't the hotel's fault, and this isn't a negative review.

EXCELENT LOCATION. NICE AMENITIES and STAFF.

The bathroom and closet shared the same sliding door, which was quite inconvenient and made both spaces less practical to use.

We went to a concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium and the hotel was walking distance.

Had to pay extra for parking.

Location was terrific and all of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The “Designated Smoking Area” was very unsafe! It was the front corner of the parking garage right on the street with all of the homeless. Please adapt a different location and maybe add some chairs!

The front desk greeting guest. Need to connect more with guest with a smile. Acting none shallot. Seems like it was a problem to answer questions we had.

I really liked the breakfast & the staff . My breakfast had a great taste to it. The recommendation from the staff was a good one and I was able to get move food at a reasonable price.

I think the TV channels could have been a bit more interesting. Two channels did not work, but it was OK because it was only at night when I was getting ready for bed.

Your rooms are too small. You had 1 closet that could only fit one person clothes.. i had to leave my clothes in my suitcase. You HAD NO DRESSERS DRAWERS IN THE ROOM. remember this women wear a lot of clothes. I was there for the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Regional . we pour into your city 15M dollars over the past weekend!!! we were required to wear different outfits each day. I was disappointed in your rooms !!!!

It was a nice property and the facilities were great. It was close to a lot. Like the aquarium and Coke cola world.

The walls were thin. The people in the room next to us kept us up all night 2 nights in a row.

The room was very accommodating until, I laid down. The mattress was very worn and need to be replaced. One of towels in the bathroom had a hole in it.

The first room had a smell...took shoes off..wet floor....I guess the a/c mess up..call desk .gave us another room..no discounts or nothing..guy came and said it was the a/c leaking. My clothes in my bag got wet... no idea the floor was wet at that time.

Please check room..I had to wear my clothes i travel in to go the wnba.... because I put my bag on the floor by unit

A special thank you to Braidlyn Atkinson, Complex Sales Manager, who did a fantastic job ensuring that our guest rooms, meeting space, and catering perfectly met our needs. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism made the planning process seamless. We also want to recognize AJ, who took exceptional care of us throughout the day. He made sure all of our A/V needs were handled promptly and kept our food and beverages well stocked, allowing our meeting to run smoothly. The level of service we received was truly excellent. We greatly appreciate the team's dedication to making our event a success and would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown for meetings and events.

I had a fantastic time at this location. It was an incredible experience, especially for the affordable price point. The room was clean and comfy. I LOVE that you can choose your own room in the Hilton Honors app. The front desk team was ON IT! Octavia was the sweetest ever. Travion was there at night, and he was a delight. For breakfast, Isabel wasn't a good server. She was a PHENOMINAL server. I couldn't decide between avocado toast and the buffet, so she suggested I get the buffet and add a side of avocado, which was perfect for my toast from the buffet. On top of that, she was attentive, made sure we were checked on frequently, and was just the best. The young man in the bar in Dos Bocas (I can't recall his name, but he was the closing bartender on Saturday night on July 25th) was so fun and energetic. We came in after 9 (they close at 10) just to get a drink, and he insisted we have two and not to worry about staying until closing. The drinks were so well made and delicious, especially the Paloma. All in all, it was a great experience, and on top of all this, they had multiple family reunions, multiple events, and what looked like a full house. I can't wait to go back. The pool was fun, and I loved having the hot tub to ease my soreness from walking all over the place, lol. I highly recommend this place, and I hope all of the above get raises. OH! The valet gentlemen were also awesome! I remember the one guy's name was Miron, but the other guy's name I can't remember. He had a thick accent, though (but you could understand him perfectly). I have worked in hospitality for a long time and in customer service for even longer. It takes an incredible amount of patience, dedication, love for the job (or at the very least a very high tolernace for some bull____ and a propensity for theater) to be this lovely in the face of being that busy, and RIGHT after FIFA! I may be overdoing it a bit, but it's been forever since I've experienced this many exceptional employees in such a big property. You're getting boutique hotel level service for a mid-range price. It's just awesome.

The room was a good size with a fridge and microwave, but the walls are incredibly thin. Self parking is in the garage attached to the hotel which was nice, and it's walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium and Coca-Cola World.

The parking garage was very poor. I should have been comped on my parking. 45 dollars for one night stay was pretty bad. I am in the process of contacting my financial institution to get a receipt and a great employee at the hotel is on top of correcting the charge.

We had such a great time. Siobhan and her staff are amazing. Gerunda was a sweetheart.

After my Frontier flight got cancelled twice, I finally made it from the Atlanta airport to the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown feeling completely worn out. Gerunda was the person who turned my whole night around. She was quick, sharp, and clearly on top of her job but what really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. When you’re rushing and exhausted, that kind of warmth makes all the difference She handled everything efficiently and made me feel welcomed instead of like just another late check-in. People like Gerunda are the reason a hotel stay becomes something you remember for the right reasons. Thank you, Gerunda your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location, and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to experience her hospitality yourself.

Getting onto the car parking entrance was a little challenging and also got to pay extra for the parking spot

The roof top pool was nice.

Customer service was very rude, the hot tub didn't work properly, and the room was smaller than advertised.

Very convenient to aquarium and Coca Cola museum. Also downtown restaurants

The bathtub filled up with water around your ankles when you showered.

For something as crazy as the World Cup, the staff handled the heavy traffic excellently. Our room was great with easy access to the stadium.

Bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole facility is relaxing, but the problem with the management.

Floor managers were disrespectful, manipulative, unprofessional and dishonest. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. Staff provided contradictory information, initially claimed that my disabled brother's belongings and essential medication could not be found, then later admitted they had them but refused to return them unless additional payment was made. This occurred during a prolonged power outage with no air conditioning and after a night of constant alarm disturbances. The entire situation created unnecessary stress, health concerns, and a deeply troubling impression of how disabled guests are treated.

Really enjoyed my stay! Shoutout to Hermina in housekeeping for making our room so clean and cozy to relax in - the fireworks view from our room was only improved by how comfortable I was. Slightly disappointed in how easily I could hear my neighbors - would love a little more sound deadening, especially in the penthouse rooms. I tried leaving an online tip for my housekeeper, but the system isn’t up to date and her name wasn’t available. Please make sure you’re taking care of your employees and ensure all systems are up to date. Thanks!

had a great experience at Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Downtown. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and Cynthia was a great help from the moment I arrived. She was friendly, professional, and made everything easy. Kiara Gerundo was also very helpful and added to the excellent customer service. The girls at the front desk Hilton Garden Inn downtown Atlanta were the definition of southern hospitality the moment we walked in. We were greeted with hellos, welcome smiles. Cynthia ran a streamline, easy check in. She even hooked up the PH floor. I saw Gerunda and Kiara making sure other guests were taken care of as well. The rooms were clean and wow what a view!

Cynthia, Kiara and Gerunda are amazing. They made sure we felt like we were home and enjoyed our stay. They were the best and I want to give them kudos on creating brand loyalty by checking on us and other guests throughout our stay. Thank you!!

The environment was great from the time we got there until the time we left , everyone was so nice 😊 I asked for a great view of the city and they upgraded us to the penthouse so that was great and we went to the Georgia Aquarium that was also a great experience 10/10 Great mini vacation for my husband and I

Had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. Schkaiya and Siobhan were so friendly. Everything is right there in walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely be back.
