L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la città. Siamo stati perfettamente e dettagliatamente informati su come accedere e dove parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del grandissimo garage sotterraneo (che ha posti riservati agli ospiti della struttura). Lo staff è cordiale e preparato, la camera è dotata anche di angolo cottura ed è molto grande. La colazione è organizzata per fasce orarie: il buffet è piccolo ma ricco di alternative.

Wat ik het beste vond aan mijn verblijf was de combinatie van de mooie, comfortabele kamer en het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel. De kamer was erg fijn en zorgde voor een aangenaam en ontspannen verblijf. Daarnaast wil ik zeker het personeel benoemen. Iedereen was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vooral Gregory van de front office was ontzettend behulpzaam en stond steeds klaar om te helpen wanneer dat nodig was. Ook Wahiba bij het ontbijt was heel vriendelijk en zorgde elke ochtend voor een fijne en gastvrije sfeer. De persoonlijke en warme service maakte mijn verblijf extra aangenaam.

The reception area staff was wonderful. The room, too, was great: very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only «complaint» is that the room was uncomfortably cool, meaning very cold. When I mentioned the unpleasantly cold temperature of the room to the cleaning lady, she showed me how to increase the room temperature, which I would never have figured out on my own.

The cold and very uncomfortable temperature in the room for my first few days. Also, many of the TV’s English-speaking channels were completely scrambled and therefore useless!

Location, location, location. Easy in driving. Easy in trains, reasonable parking and access to hotel. Comfy room with plenty of space. Quiet. Laundry on site.

Skip the breakfast. It’s crowded. Tasteless. Not staffed well. Dishes weren’t removed in a timely fashion. Ran out of some dishes.

La proximité de la gare, l'accueil et le personnel des différents services sont débordants de gentillesse et d'efficacité . Au petit déjeuner, Wahiba est exceptionnelle de prévenance et gentillesse. Petit désagrément du à mon étourderie, j'ai oublié un vêtement auquel je tiens dans la chambre que nous occupions. J'espère qu'il me sera envoyé à mes frais

L'espace du petit déjeuner est un peu exiguë au moment d'affluence, il suffit de repérer les horaires pour ne pas connaître la cohue!!

Café da manhã com horário marcado é pessimo. Limpeza não foi feita apesar do ralo do chuveiro estar entupido e alagar tudo. Mesmo reclamando nenhuma providência foi tomada em relação a limpeza e ao entupimento. Funcionária da recepção dizendo que não era seu departamento e não tinha mais ninguém a se reportar. Elevador quebrado com o hotel lotado.

The hotel is centrally located within a few minutes walk from/to the train station, buses and the city centre. The hotel also has a private parking. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Given the hectic weekend events and the hotel running full, breakfast timing had to be set up to regulate the crowd. However, by the time we went (9:30-10:30) items were thinner including coffee. Not an issue but just pointing this for future organization

We stayed in an apartment twice, once on arrival in Lille for one night and then a second time after two weeks in France prior to our return home. The apartments are a good size, very comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchenette though we did not cook. Breakfast is very well stocked but I’d recommend taking an early sitting as the seating area is quite small for the hotel. Overall really good value for money and excellent location if you need access to either of the almost adjoining rail stations.

ondanks boeken hogere verdieping en vraag naar stille kamer kregen een kamer op de 8e verdieping aan de voorzijde ( station en taxistandplaats. pas bij klagen de volg dag werd een andere kamer aangeboden. ook erg ongelukkig zijn toch weer die connecting doors tussen kamers die weinig geluid van buren tegenhouden; in os geval met schreeuwerige buren tot 1 am ook erg pech

Great location, just round the corner from the train station and metro, walking distance to the old town and next to a large mall. Particularly liked the floor to ceiling windows/view, nice modern design and good quality towels and toiletry supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful..

Hallways and hallway carpets a little dated. Shower stall floor very slippery/dangerous and no grab bar in the shower.

Location is fantastic. Between Lille Europe and Lille Flanders station. Short walk to Old Town. Great room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Complementary pasties, tea, coffee and water in entrance. Friendly staff.

Eşyalar temiz, yeni ve iç açıcıydı. Oda çok ferah, yatak çok rahattı. Kahvaltı çeşidi çok iyiydi. Sıcak kruvasanlar muhteşemdi.

Restoran kısmı çok küçük. Prime time da gitmememize rağmen masa bulmakta zorlandık. Masalar çok küçük ve çok sıkışıktı.

1. Het ontbijt wordt aangeboden in een te kleine (voor zo'n groot hotel) ruimte, op zaterdag om 8.30 was het survival en chaos om een tafel en voedsel te bemachtigen. Geen enkele consideratie voor hotelgasten om dag ontspannen te beginnen. De tijdslots werken niet als er bij de ingang tot deze ruimte niet wordt gecontroleerd. 2. Kapotte lift. Een van de twee liften is op vrijdag kapot gegaan en maandagochtend werkte de lift niet.

Very central location, overall the room was nice, very friendly staff.

Unfortunately one of the two elevators were defect and after waiting 10 minutes for the second one we had to climb the stairs to the 9th floor to the room. Also the breakfast room is a bit too small for so many people especially during the most frequented time slots. The bread knive was dull and the door of the room was hard to close due to a defect in the lock. Overall not the best experience.

Very clean and organized with friendly staff. Location is very convenient to Vieux Lille and the train stations which made the stay more efficient as well.

There is only one working elevator and we ended up having to carry our heavy luggage down the stairs since the elevator was full the two times it came to our floor.

One of the lifts was broken which meant that we had to wait for 10 minutes. Breakfast is incredibly busy. Parking is expensive but the garage feels safe.

Heel ruime en lichtrijke kamer Fantastisch goed en groot bed Mogelijkheid om thee/koffie te drinken op de kamer Moderne en mooie badkamer met twee douchekoppen Alle handwas en doucheproducten aanwezig Kamer zeer net Frigo en alle benodigdheden om te koken aanwezig op onze kamer!

Er werd gevraagd om te ontbijten buiten de ‘spitsuren’ waardoor om 9u de ontbijtzaal veel te druk was. Sommige voedingswaren (fruit) werden niet meer aangevuld. Je zit ook heel dicht bij elkaar wat weinig privacy geeft.

Great location, close to both Lille Europe and Flandres stations and a short walk to the city centre. The hotel was clean and nicely minimalist. The lobby area was also very nice, with sofas/chairs to relax in, and complimentary water. The room was larger than a standard hotel, and having a kitchenette was a bonus although we didn’t cook. Having a freezer in the little fridge was also an added bonus on hot days. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were great with lovely smelling soaps, shampoo and lotions. Staff were helpful and friendly, really cannot fault anything. Breakfast was also great, while the space is fairly small, the variety of dishes included some hot options, and were delicious. Perhaps it was low-business season being August, the price was good value for money and will definitely be my first choice of hotel next time we’re in Lille!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La localisation est bonne. La décoration est belle. Nous avons eu une chambre avec une belle vue, un vrai plus. À mon avis, le rapport qualité-prix est correct si on prend les repas sur place grâce au coin cuisine bien équipé et class, autrement c’est cher. L’ensemble des équipements est de qualité. La literie est bonne, la climatisation fonctionne bien. Le parking bien que payant est appréciable et facile d’accès. Le personnel est agréable. Un merci spécial pour Borja.

Un ascenseur sur deux a été en panne, donc temps d’attente long pour monter au 10ème étage. La salle du petit déjeuner est petite. Nous n’avons pas eu de problèmes de place, car on était en saison creuse et nous prenions le petit déjeuner vers 7h30, mais on sent que la salle est sous dimensionnée. Certains produits du petit déjeuner ne sont pas bons (œufs brouillés, jus d’orange, cappuccino). Les autres produits sont corrects. Le nettoyage des chambres et de la salle de bain quand on reste plusieurs jours est « vite-fait »peut être par manque de personnel. Nous avons eu une chambre qui communique avec une autre par une « porte fermée». Le premier jour, il n’y avait personne donc, parfait. Le deuxième jour, on a dû prévenir les voisins avec un enfant qu’ils n’étaient pas les seuls clients de l’hôtel…

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage – der Bahnhof liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, alles ist in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank an das Personal an der Rezeption, das mir geholfen hat, einen Blumenstrauß für den Geburtstag meiner Frau zu bestellen, und ihr außerdem gratuliert, eine Karte geschrieben und ein kleines Geschenk beigelegt hat – einfach super! Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Untergeschoss für 20 Euro pro Tag. Vielen Dank für die drei Tage, die wir in Ihrem Hotel verbracht haben. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen – Preis und Service sind auf höchstem Niveau.
