Very nice, new, excellent location, good houskeeping, nice stores close. Great restaurants close by.

A very attractive and comfortable property. The bed was sooo comfortable and my room was beautiful and well done.

I did not like that there was no one out front to assist with my heavy baggage upon arrival and no ramp.

Modern decor near Elizabeth line we came to London for Abba voyage . There is a cocktail bar in the basement we were lucky we managed to get in without pre booking but I did see people being turned away so maybe pre book If you want to try it. We were room only which was fine as there are several coffee shops nearby serving breakfast and brunch

The bar on the roof was closed for a private function which was disappointing I had read about it and was looking forward to trying it

Keep in mind that on arrival you will be charged a 50GBP per night as a deposit. For us, (175€) it took 6 days and a couple of emails here and there. Also if you don't want extra room service charges make sure you make that clear when you check out. This is mainly the reason I don't give a much higher score

Estuvimos mi hermana y yo hace 3 años y fue genial.Hemos querido volver con mi sobrina y cuñada para que disfrutaran igual y para hacerlo más cómodo pedimos un estudio para 4.Resultó ser una habitación más pequeña que la que tuvimos 2 personas la vez anterior (y que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de la reserva) y tampoco nos dejaron subir a la azotea a tomar algo por la noche porque había un evento (algo que también hizo la estancia anterior especial).Nos fuimos con sabor agridulce,porque creemos que el hotel merece la pena pero son detalles a cuidar. The hotel really exceeded my expectations! I LOVED the bed and the sheets, it was SO comfortable. The room was spacious enough, very clean, quiet, pleasant to stay in. Really had a great stay there.

I'd say that getting to the center of London (Soho, Covent garden, Oxford street...) requires a long walk to the tube (around 20 min walk) which can be a bit tiring. (Getting to the O2 to a concert was very convenient though!)

Staff could've tried to be a bit more accommodating, we felt as though other guests like return guests had been given preferential treatment and people with pets or children were offered drinks upon arrival at the same time as us, but we were just told to pay a Security deposit and given keys with no instructions, we had to guess what floor our room was on or if there was anything we needed help with like making food reservations for the in-house restaurant. If we were offered assistance with things like dinner reservations we may have just ate there but we felt as though we weren't welcomed properly so ventured out for food.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival and we had no issue storing our luggage with them at check in and check out.

We arrived at One Hundred Shoreditch and first impressions were generally very good, although the lobby felt slightly unwelcoming — rows of people working on laptops and a bank of self check-in screens made it feel more like a co-working space than a hotel reception. That said, there was a very friendly lady there who added a much-needed personal touch. The room itself was excellent. Really spacious, beautifully decorated, huge windows with seating and views, and pretty much everything you could need…and more — iykyk! Although be warned, quite a lot of the extras come with a fairly hefty price tag. Unfortunately, the real problem came when we returned that evening. After a long day we were looking forward to relaxing in our lovely room and getting a good night’s sleep. Instead, we were met with loud, thumping music. I assumed it would finish at 11pm. At 2.15am it was still going strong and, although I lost track eventually, I think it continued until around 3am. When I mentioned it at reception the following morning, the response was probably as disappointing as the noise itself. The guy simply shrugged, said he hadn’t been on duty and thought it had been a private party in the rooftop bar. There was no real apology and no offer of compensation. Instead, he started telling me about the problems he’d had with noise from All Points East because he lived nearby — a festival we’d actually attended the previous day. I’m still not quite sure what point he was trying to make! It’s a real shame because the room was genuinely excellent and we thought we were going to have a great stay. But if a hotel is going to host events with music until around 3am, guests need to be warned — and ideally not put in rooms where they’re expected to sleep through it. On that basis, unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again.

staff at entry are fantastic, the lobby for working space is fanastic with break out zones of long table, sofas, chairs, cafe, bars .. the whole thing is like when i work in thailand its great.

The vibe day and night is really good for working or entertaining from .. love this hotel.

breakfast provided by sticks and sushi is badly priced and bad overall .. shame they suggest and open up to it as a partner.

We went at the weekend and no bar open until 5pm on a Friday and Saturday , lots of people sitting on computers, even though there were signs saying to put laptops away by 6 pm, lots of people ignoring this and reception staff not enforcing it so struggling to get a seat

We had a wonderful stay at the One Hundred Shoreditch, the staff are so friendly and helpful, we were particularly welcomed by Shane and he gave us some great recommendations for shopping around the area too. The hotel is ideally situated in Shoreditch which is a vibrant and diverse community, full of roof top bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. The hotel rooms are decorated in a tasteful, rustic / Nordic contemporary feel, bright and airy, with the most comfortable bed and pillows, making for an excellent restful few nights sleep. There is a great atmosphere in the foyer and lounge, open to the community and used as a working hub and meeting place too. We had an enjoyable, relaxing and fun stay and will definitely return soon.

Nosaltres erem tres i vam estar a dues habitacions comunicades. Tot i que a fira feia molta calor a dins hotel aire molt potent, i hem dormit amb nordic. Llits molt còmodes, i staff molt servicial (et passen nota del servei al fer el Check out, que pots pagar a mode de propina o no).

La zona del Hall es un espai de Coworking per creadors de contingut i artistes i pràcticament ocupaven tot l espai comú. La cafeteria tanca molt aviat i no ofereix mes que cafè i pastes, cap sandwich o quelcom mes variat.

The room and bed were very comfortable and quiet, we were on 3rd floor and it was silent and air conditioning was working just fine. Bathroom and toiletries were lovely.

Breakfast was extremely limited (coffee OR juice, you choose from a relatively limited menu - and for those that don’t eat pork, there are very few options and they are “unable to substitute” the ham or sausages without charging you £10 extra, but can remove it). I would not recommend paying the extra for breakfast - and just head out. Also, in case you do tend to tip your servers (ordering a coffee with your juice, you’ll get a bill) or if you tip your cleaning staff - make sure not to “express checkout” or there will be additional service charge added to your room, you can ask it to be removed if you have already tipped the staff.

Really good stay!…. Lovely room, breakfast and slick check-in. Very noisy on the floor one night with inebriated guests but it was reported to the reception and they dealt with it. The room was really spacious, a lovely bathroom and room amenities, although no view! Special mention to Shane who is a great asset to the hotel, very friendly and accommodating…thank you!

Hotel is lovely, nice vibe to it. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for a private event for 2 of the nights we stayed so didn’t get to enjoy. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the room not being cleaned (we left at 9am and came back at 4pm). Spoke to one member of staff who was a little rude and told us the policy is for the room to be cleaned by 6pm which I’ve never heard of in a hotel. We asked for some kind of compensation as we were travelling with young kids and after a day in London was hoping to relax and shower up in the room. He told us no so we asked to speak to a manager. The manager was much better and dealt with it a lot better, gave a voucher for a drink at the bar. Shane was super friendly and helpful when checking out which is appreciated when travelling. Overall I would stay again as the location was good and the staff overall were welcoming and helpful. Room size was great for London too! Comfy beds.

Very modern, cozy hotel with great amenities. LOVED the breakfast and dinner room service. This is probably the best I’ve ever experienced. Very clean, good A/C and soundproof.

This was the first time i stayed here. The staff were nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. After the issues I had they gave me a free late check out for the inconvenience. I also liked the complimentary still and sparkling water taps. And breakfast was cool. Will give the hotel a 2nd chance just to check if it could better next time.

The first room I was allocated had a horrible smell of drains/toilet. I was allocated another room that was smaller but assured it was the same level (wasn't so happy about that). These iron in the room also didn't work and the replacement iron was burnt on the bottom and spat grey marks all over my white t-shirt. No really the level I expected from this hotel

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, ειδικά το sunrice breakfast, τα είχαμε δοκιμάσει όλα και ήταν όλα όμορφα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ μοντέρνα, ευρύχωρα με αρκετές παροχές. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, έμπειρο, μας βοήθησαν σε ότι ζητήσαμε και πάντα ήταν χαμογελαστοί, μας άνοιγαν τις πόρτες, μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε όμορφα. Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και οι προσδοκίες μας ξεπεράστηκαν για ακόμη μια φορά. Η περιοχή γύρω εξελίχθηκε, με περισσότερες επιλογές, εστιατόρια/φαγητά, καταστήματα ρούχων κλπ. Παρότι που το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μακριά από το κεντρικό Λονδίνο και τα αξιοθέατα, αυτό δεν μας επηρέασε καθώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε στάση λεοφωρείου.

Το μηχάνημα στο check in/out είχε θέματα, καθώς δεν εντόπισε ποτέ την κράτησή μας, αλλά εκεί ήταν το προσωπικό ώστε να μας βοηθήσει (εννοείται πως δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα, αλλά αναφορά εξέλιξης). Επίσης, χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερος κάδος στο δωμάτιο για σκουπίδια, καθώς επίσης, περισσότερες κρεμάστρες στο ερμάρι.

The best part of the hotel is the staff……they were so helpful and friendly, the best we had in the UK. We liked the stations for plain or sparkling water in the hallways, what a great idea.

You could hear the bass of club music into the night, but it’s a nightlife neighborhood so that’s not a surprise. If you’re into clubbing, this would be a great place. We were a family of 4 and went to bed around 10 so we’d probably stay somewhere quieter next time.

The room was beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and a well stocked mini bar. The staff were amazing, the rooftop bar was an added bonus. Toiletries were also excellent.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. However, it would have been handy to have a mini bin by the coffee facilities to dispose of tea bags etc A socket near the murror for the hairdryer would also have been easier.

The gym needs a major overhaul after you see the beautiful rooms it’s like the gym was an afterthought. Needs to be 3-4 times the size and new equipment. If people are working out at a hotel it means they probably workout at a gym at home. Please see hobo hotel in Helsinki for examples of an excellent gym.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Auf jedem Stockwerk gab es einen Wasserspender, wo stilles und Sprudelwasser sich holen konnte. Zusätzlich ist auch in der Lobby ein cooles Café, wo man sich gemütlich einen coffee to go holen konnte vor dem Spaziergang durch das Hip Quartier Shoreditch machen konnte. Liverpool Street Underground Station 10 Geh-Minuten vom Hotel entfernt und direkt erreichbar vom Flughafen Heathrow. Der Service war echt unglaublich gut und man konnte das Hotelpersonal via What‘sApp anschreiben falls einem was gefehlt hat. Wie zum Beispiel mir: ich hatte meinen Internationalen Stecker vergessen und habe von Ihnen einen Adapter gekriegt. Wirklich tolles Hotel würde wieder dorthin gehen!

Check-In ist erst ab 3 Uhr möglich und falls das Zimmer bereits bereit für den Bezug wäre ist es nur gegen eine Gebühr möglich, was ich unnötig fand.

NO MIRRORS AT ALL IN THE BEDROOM!!! Why not??? Only mirror was in the bathroom and no sockets nearby to use to do hair/makeup etc. Really bizarre for such a high end hotel.

Great location close to the overground, was exactly what we needed for the trip. Free water provided on tap in the hallway was a nice touch and the mini bar selection was nice and varied.. I was definitely recommend if you're in this area for work and/or leisure.

The room was beautiful. Well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with lovely smelling hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Tea making facilities were well stocked - even with hot chocolate! Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

The bar downstairs didn’t have a great atmosphere. We didn’t want to go to the rooftop bar as there was a DJ playing and we wanted to chat. Also serving tea and coffee in the evening would be a good addition.

I booked a suite, which is already quite expensive. I arrived shortly after 3pm and then was lied to about why my room wasn't ready. I had to sit in the lobby for an hour and kept following up myself as the receptionist had forgotten me. They finally offered me another room to nap in while waiting for my room to be ready, somewhere around 5pm. And then when I finally got to my room, I realize it was on the first floor (so, just above the street) with a perfect view of all the recycling bins, buses, takeaway spots). Additionally, the floor-to-ceiling windows were completely transparent from the street! I had to keep the curtains drawn when I was there so as not to make eye contact with pedestrians. It was awful. I had stayed at 100 Shoreditch years ago and booked it again because the bedsheets were so amazing but this experience wasn't worth it at ALL. So expensive and for nothing. I will not return again.

Our room was beautiful, very clean, you have everything you need within this hotel, the staff are always on hand to help, the rooftop bar and the cocktail bar are a vibe. We always stay here and it never disappointments. It so nice we are looking at booking our wedding here next year.

The surprise extra charge added to the bill on check out as a ‘service charge’. I have not experienced this with any other hotel. I’d rather the hotel be up front with costs from the beginning, rather than slipping extra profit opportunities later.
