Pokoje w klimacie karaibskim, bardzo dobra restauracja nad sama plazą, pokoj znajduje sie po drugiej stronie ulicy ( do plazy 2 min), okolica bardzo zielona, w samym centrum.

Excellent location with food vendors right outside with REAL island food,beautiful beach,very cold AC unit in room,strong water pressure, very clean pool,very helpful and courteous security guard, courteous housekeeping staff and evening bar concierge...gotta kick outta the check-in clerk, he was almost like a robot and VERY professional 😂

Morning concierge was cool but not as friendly evening concierge...we missed breakfast by 7 minutes and she still charged me for coffee I also noticed how they catered more to white clientele than black, keeping their tables clean and constantly checking on them...didn't know you had to ask for an iron at the front desk, no hair dryer, no mini fridge ( but you can rent one) no water or ice on the premises except at the bar.

The receptionist could have been friendlier who welcome us there. However, the security guards and the cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

La dame qui prepare le petit déjeuner est désagréable. Beaucoup de fourmis s’échappent des murs et viennent jusque dans le lit. Hôtel non adapté au personnes à mobilité réduite. Si vous êtes à l’étage préparez vous à monter des marches. Praticable de manière générale mais pas avec de grandes valises.

While waiting to check into my room, I had a delicious and very substantial plateful of jerk chicken and rice.

I was hit by the smell of urine at the property as soon as I got out of the taxi and appeared to affect the full extent of the outside areas of the hostel, it was very unpleasant. My room was located in a block on the other side of a fairly busy road, about 150m from the beach.

El comedor era pésimo, los fierros oxidados, el piso muy sucio, la piscina ni hablar, la habitación olía a desagradable por el desagüe de la ducha, en general es desagradable, no lo recomiendo para nada, ese hotel no tiene nada de Resort ni siquiera se le debe llamar hotel y para colmo no tienen ni un poco de amabilidad la recepcionista, pesimo

It was suitable for me and my family, conveniently located, close to amenities and access to the beach was great except for during the night the beach access is closed off. Food was good.

The room itself needs a bit of updating, the bathroom, AC condensing located directly at the entrance (noise and annoying during the night). Beach access close off after 10pm.

We loved staying here. The location is fantastic, right on Negril’s beautiful Seven Mile Beach. There are sun loungers available for guests, and the restaurant serves really good food. If you book here, it’s definitely worth paying a little extra for a room on the beach side of the road, as it’s just steps from the sand. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable, and the location more than makes up for it.

As for the location, I'd recommend staying at Kuyaba—which is right next door—1,000 times over. Legends was my worst experience after traveling all over Jamaica.

Everything about our experience was terrible, starting with the fact that a few days before our check-in date, they raised the price of the reservation—something that had never happened to me in all my years of traveling— however, since my travel date was approaching, I didn’t have time to look for another place. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us with a very bad attitude and told us we had to pay even more than the already increased amount and that we had to hand over the physical card—they wouldn’t accept payment with a different card. Yelling at us, she said they wouldn’t let us stay at the hotel and that they would refund the money we’d paid. We were there with a child under 10 who was crying from the stress of hearing her screams, we finally had to beg her to accept payment with another card, and they put us in a room that didn’t match the photos in the listing. The hotel was old, ugly, and run-down. We complained, and they told us the photos were just for reference and that we had to accept it because it was “clean,” and that to get a room like the one in the photos, we’d have to pay even more. The air conditioner was very loud the whole time, and the hotel hadn’t been fumigated, so there were cockroaches, mosquitoes, and gnats in the room. The bathrooms are terrible, and the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. There are hotels nearby that aren’t listed on Booking.com, and I recommend checking them out before you make your reservation. We switched to Kuyaba, and it’s 100% better.

The rooms were somewhat outdated and could use some improvements. It wasn't my first choice for vacationing. I needed more budget-friendly accommodations for my vacationing grandchildren who live on the island. Additionally, the meal options should offer more local dishes, as the prices were a bit high.

The resort is on the beach, the rooms are fine and the staff are great.

Las fotos en booking son muy diferentes a la realidad, en fotos se ve muchísimo mejor de lo que es; deberían poner fotos reales. El joven de la recepción es supremamente grosero y prepotente.

La habitación tenía un buen baño. Estaba muy bien para nosotros cuatro con dos camas grandes y tenía un tamaño adecuado. Había aire acondicionado y una pequeña terraza en la entrada. Un buen restaurante y bar con terraza con acceso a la playa. El establecimiento aportaba tumbonas para la playa.

Podrían ampliar el horario del bar.

The location is great, the night guard is very helpful and present. The cleaners/housekeepers are lovely, and the chefs too. The welcome bag was new (to us) and a nice gesture. Staff responded quickly to any concerns raised. They have a pool on both sides which is nice, as we stayed on the second location this time.

This was our second stay here, and it still feels the same as my first visit. The room smelt dusty, so it was hard to sleep on the first night. There were cockroaches in our bed and bathroom, but the staff came and sprayed the room. The toilet water pressure isn’t great, and it was unable to flush on our first night and we had late arrival so this wasn’t resolved until the next day. The sheets and pillows and sheets had some yellow stain marks, so it just felt unclean. I think the price was fair for the length of our stay.

There was a male in the front office who was very rude to us when we checked in..He had no manners or professionalism..I have been coming to Jamaica for 25 years and lived there twice but I never experienced such atrocious customer service..He spoiled our stay during check out as well. I felt unwelcome and sad. There were also bad odors along the walkway and damaged construction areas..

Beach location was good, food vendors nearby and taxis ready if we need it. The food was good. There is always a variety. My mom forgot her passport in the room and the hotel called me right away. They secured it in a safe until we returned.

Some guests rooms are across the street from the beach, the main office and hotel restaurant. Rooms are outdated and do not come with a fridge and microwave. We paid extra for a fridge. The resort also does not offer beach towels. My family member referred to the accommodations as substandard.

“The beach road” is the main highway for western Jamaica. Very busy, dangerous to cross to reach accommodations on the other side.

I loved the Jamaican breakfast, which was very fulling. The beach is so nice and there are two pools. It's very relaxing. You have a free shuttle bus that takes you to their sister hotel, Samara, for 10.00 am in the morning and pick you back up at 4.00pm. The staff were so accommodating. The Jamaican people are very friendly.

Crossing the roads. But to be fair, they had someone there at all times for you to be assisted across. They should provide beach towels as it's a beach hotel.

Faltan sombrillas en la playa, sólo hay 8 disponibles, el aseo de las habitaciones no es prolijo, falta variedad en el desayuno. Falta actualizar la decoración y estilo de las habitaciones, parecen Cuevas, tienen poca ventilación e iluminación. Falta disponer de un refrigerador en la habitación.

The staff and location are the best as well as the price. We love the property and stay as often as we can.

Some rooms could use a refresh but I believe they are working on them.

This was our 2nd stay at Legends, on the beach side in an upper room. I think the lower ratings you’ll see may be because people are expecting more of a “resort”… and not the lovely basic laid back beach hotel that it is. Or not realizing they are booking a room across the road. We love Legends for many reasons!… very good value for the cost, lush tropical setting on the beach side, located on a beautiful long stretch of beach perfect for walking, stunning sunsets front and centre, and little shops, restaurants, convenience store, and awesome street food steps away. Huge shout out to sweet Jean (breakfast server and delicious omelet maker 😋), and to Michael (beach chair set up and over-seer of our beach). Both are extraordinary people who greatly enhanced our vacation every day 🥰

While what I’m saying here didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay in any way, I feel it’s worth noting. Upon arrival our first impression was the young guy at the front desk who came across as very disinterested and not particularly welcoming or knowledgeable… very very different to friendly helpful attitude found in the rest of the staff we encountered! If you’re coming for the pool, it’s very small and got super hot during the day. Again didn’t affect us because we came to swim in the amazing ocean! Lastly, we didn’t book all-inclusive this time as there are so many amazing and more interesting eatery choices nearby. We’d really recommend this! We paid for dinner from the buffet a couple of nights and found it to be only okay. Our booking included breakfast however which was really good! Lastly and very minor!… as we bought our own liquor to mix our own drinks, the bar staff always seemed annoyed if we occasionally asked for ice.

They need to update the rooms , linens, dust behind the headboard , not providing beach towels , after I complain to the servant girl she told the staff they need to clean the room. The beach site it was to small with all this guest , we had to end up going to margarita ville to lay down

ZIMMER nicht wie auf den Bildern!!! Die ganze Anlage und vor allem die Zimmer sind alt und in die Jahre gekommen! Holz Möbel riechen sehr stark! Im Zimmer hat es viel Stoff (Vorhänge, Decken, etc.) was ich als unhygienisch empfinde! REZEPTION NICHT HILFREICH UND UNFREUNDLICH! Pool Anlage ungepflegt, überall Abfall und in den Pflanzen liegen Matratzen und andere "Abfälle"! Ich würde auf keinen Fall Geld für dieseS Hotel ausgeben, ich habe SOGAR Hotel gewechselt.

Die Lage ist gut man ist mitten im Geschehen..die Gartenseite oberes Geschoss war voll ok für ein paar Tage u.der Pool auch..es sind zwei kleine Kioske in der Nähe etc. das Personal für die Zimmern war sehr Freundlich.

Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche u.das keine Kühlschränke in den Zimmer waren od Kaffeemaschine.

Alles is gedateerd.De all-inn formule zijn prijs zeker niet waard.De maaltijdkeuze bestaat uit 4 bakken waarvan eentje steevast met een kant en klare groentenmix uit stoomzakken zoals je die in een supermarkt kopen kan.Rest er dus nog 3 keuzes,die niet naar eigen wil te nemen zijn,nee je staat met z'n allen in een rij en iemand v/h personeel bedient je.Desserts zijn er gewoon niet,zelfs geen pakweg ingekocht ijsje.Ook aan de bar zit slechts een beperkte selectie(eigen) drankjes in de formule,voor iets degelijks betaal je extra.Bovendien is de bar slechts geopend tussen bepaalde uren.Dus nee,bespaar jezelf de all-in formule

Buena experiencia. El hotel destaca por su excelente ubicación, con salida directa al mar y servicio de reposeras en la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias, con dos camas de dos plazas, y todo se encontraba limpio y ordenado. El desayuno buffet es variado y de buena calidad, lo que complementa una estadía muy cómoda. Sin duda, una muy buena opción

hay varios aspectos a mejorar. La habitación estaba ubicada en otra ala del hotel, cruzando la calle principal, lo cual no fue informado previamente. Además, tanto los cubrecamas como algunas instalaciones se ven antiguas, al igual que las reposeras de playa, algunas incluso en mal estado. También sería importante mejorar los amenities, ya que en la ducha solo había jabón y no contaba con shampoo ni acondicionador y se pidió y solo nos dieron acondicionador.

La estructura de la edificación qué era tipo apartamentos, super cómodos y amplios. Además el bar abierto funcionó muy bien, sobre todo las cervezas.

Que el desayuno no se reponía, había que levantarse temprano para poder optar a todo el "buffet" el almuerzo y la cena no tenía tantas opciones.

The weather was great, the beach was great, the bar and restaurant area close to the beach was better than almost every place in Negril.

the beach chaises were in bad shape and need to be replaced. the food offered and my food desires did not meet up but that is partially because of my preferred diet.

Excellent location on 7 Mile Beach. Quick 10-minute walk in town and lots of food options in the area. Free shuttle to Samsara daily is a big plus.

The receptionist that checked us in had very lovely service. Very lovely demeanour and I unfortunately did not make note of her name. The beach and views were lovely. The chef and dining staff were very polite and helpful. The security officers were also very polite, helpful and welcoming. Especially the morning guard. The housekeeping ladies we interacted with on our first day were very pleasant and quickly provided our requested items before we departed. Lovely area, views, decent parking, nice local menu option. Food was good. Property maintained well.

How hard it was to get towels! The receptionist collected my dirty towels that I was exchanging and then told me that they had no extras. By the time this was followed up with, we had already had to get creative. I asked 3 staff for towels for my family and they just had none clean available and kept directing me back to reception. So we walked into the dining area before breakfast closed, drenched in the very water we were unable to get dried, and a staff addressed the puddles, which is when one of the kitchen attendants was able to find 2 towels for the 3 of us. I am grateful to her, as I am unsure of how a resort would have ran out of towels. Especially considering that we had the same towels for our entire first 3 days as we declined housekeeping (as we maintained our space well and were offsite for most). Upon arrival, the room also smelt a bit moldy. Kept me stuffy for the first little while. The rooms overall could be so much better with a small refrigerator without having to rent them daily. Inconvenient to have a villa with no fridge!

Beach was amaizing, sister resort spa was great. Drinks were awesome (all inclusive).

A little more food choice, for example, the offer of juices for breakfast would have been nice. Rooms were basic but clean

Clean room, good value for the money. (But yes, definitely bring your own beach towel.)Tasty breakfast. Their beach area is small, but as you are free to roam the whole thing to your heart's content, I don't see this as a huge issue. There are not as many fancy amenities here as in a larger pricier hotel, but you get a lot more local culture & authentic experience staying in a place like this, so I think it's well worth it.

The rooms were comfortable. The resort has a homely feel to it. It’s very close to Seven Mile Beach. There is a lot of vegetation around the grounds. Which was very nice to see.

We had a few ants come in. But that was because it rained a bit. The staff did come and used spray to get rid of the ants. It’s an older property. But still quite charming.

Room 306 air conditioner is very loud , I think it needs to be fixed

The location of beach is the best spot on seven mile. The staff is fabulous. Michael, jennifer, sophie,Jean, Maria, carrie ann. Can not say enough about these hardworking kind people.

The beds were comfortable and the room was fully functional and cozy.

It would be good to have a fridge and possibly a microwave in the room

A l accueil c est la Jamaique donc pas toujours le grand sourire mais franchement c est culturel ici donc c est pour trouver un point d amélioration 250euros pour 3 nuits avec petit déjeuner buffet C est un bon plan sur Negril Ah si un défaut la piscine est plus petite que sur les photos

My husband really enjoyed the alcoholic beverage options Room upgrade was a nice addition for us since we booked garden and never knew it was across the road. We were happy to be in a room on the same side Very good portion size. We couldn’t complain about that with the food Being allowed to stay on property even after checkout was nice The staff was nice. Overall, it’s a nice property and we ended up booking an extra day because we weren’t ready to leave. We’d definitely visit again

All inclusive package is a bit limited so you may end up ordering the same things over and over if you stay long. I guess it’s not a big issue for someone who doesn’t mind but I like a little bit more diversity. We didn’t know when exactly was buffet days and when we’d order from the menu because some times we would come to order from the menu but it’s a buffet and then other times, we have to order from the menu WiFi was slow but it was sustainable throughout the property. Not much options for tv shows and it isn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t watch Netflix or any other streaming of choice It was either coffee or tea for breakfast with the same type of tea. It needed more variety in tea bags and maybe offer cocoa

The room was old looking not up to date !!!! The room was full of mosquitoes and unbearable to stay in as you were getting bit every second. The front desk staff was unpleasant and literally sitting in a corner talking on her phone before she even acknowledged you!!! And I believe that the front desk lady copied my credit card information and scammed me as I was charged not once not twice but six times from this resort of a 52.00 charge in the span of three days of checking into there. I had to call my bank and have it stopped a get it investigated I have written this resort over three times now with no response or resolution from them! Very unprofessional and unfortunate customer service. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST. And that is my honest opinion
