The rooms aren’t sound proof at all😭. And The only downside of my experience was an issue with a double booking made by mistake due to network problems. I reached out shortly after booking and visited the property within an hour, but I was advised to cancel online and was ultimately unable to get a refund. Apart from that booking issue, I still appreciated the stay and the overall experience at the hotel.

It is conveniently located and easy to find, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful, hotel-like atmosphere. A porter is available to assist with luggage, which is a nice touch. Some facilities, such as the gym, were not available during my stay, and certain areas were a bit untidy due to the ongoing renovations. However, the completed sections are exceptionally beautiful and well done.

Smell, horrible view (room 110), ~4 min for warm water to come through from " somewhere", Dust, no bar fridge for bottled water, no complimentary sealed bottled water, had to reset my room card EVERY afternoon as it was not active anymore. Overall a VERY VERY bad experience.

Didn't know part of the hotel was under renovation. Hotel could have inform us before. Our room was good but issue with the bathroom and toilet. No hot water for shower. Did inform the staff but was still the same. Water leakage under the toilet.

Did not want to eat in restaurant because it felt like a bad cave, breakfast incredible rip off!! Will never ever use this place again, oh and photos on booking.com a real lie!!! And no pool!! Even lied on booking.com very very very angry, spent money on RIP OFF RUBBISH!!
