Location and the rooms were okay

The rooms were fairly clean when we checked in but were not refreshed. There were roaches moving about. On my way out the following morning I left a note about the cochroaches that were in the room at night. Upon return in the evening, the room was cleaned, smelling fresh and with a bottle of doom. This then made me happy that my note was attended.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice king size bed. The food in the restaurant was excellent! The small fridge in the room was very handy.

A laundry service would have been helpful at the hotel, The reception staff did assist to find a laundry service but unfortunately due to a water problem in the area we were stuck and had to hand-wash. There were no hair-dryers.

Receptionist was polite and professional. Easy check in and check out

Had to ask for towels as there were none in the room. Restaurant doesn't serve cappuccinos.

I loved the welcoming staff , they are friendly yet professional 🥰❤️. Assisted us with everything we requested. It was great to be at Premier Splendid. And my mom who uses a wheelchair was amazingly catered for even the shower in her room.

I would advise the cleaning staff that especially on showers that they scribe the shower floor, it was slippery and that usually happens if the shower floor is not being scribbed/cleaned properly. Since there are many germs one can get from stepping with feet on that. I usually carry my flops 🩴🩴🩴🩴 to prevent this. But I forgot then. Then I was like let relax and trust that it clean 😕😕😏😏only to notice that it was slippery

The way the rooms are designed….like modern apartments-styled. The staff was excellent and the location is great. The restaurant is great as well, and they have reasonable prices.

There was machinery-sound like through out the night which was a bit unpleasant. Also most of the modern hotels now have bar fridges as well as microwaves. We bought food in their restaurant and it was difficult to eat it later when it’s cold

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, and the room had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable.

Beautiful, cosy and private modern farm-style apartment. Value for money. Loved everything about it.

Only difficult people will have a problem with this place. We loved it.

The property was very clean and sheets were changed everyday.

The property was not what we expected, it was small and not very spacious. It was just standard. It was not as fancy as it was advertised at booking .com No microwave and when you need to warm food you needed to go to the reception and ask.

The staff is excellent. You feel so welcome throughout your stay. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are exceptionally clean.

The venue, the pool, the housekeeping, the safety, braai area, the location, other guests interactions, the diversity of the place. It was an amazing stay. I give it a 8.9/10. Keep it up, please.

We booked 2 family rooms for 2 families, and we did request that our room should be close to each other since we were a group, which was supposed to be 402 and 403 but the other family was moved to 350, which was a struggle for them because of their 4 months old baby. Again, family rooms are way too small for our family. Kids complained about the sleeper couch, but we had the best time of our lives. We also had issues with our key. It needed to be reprogrammed a lot of times, and it locked us out twice.

Basic comfortable accommodation. It had everything for a short stay.

Aircon gave problems. TV had very limited channels, and the signal was poor. The hairdryer did not work.

The room doesn’t have the basic features like an iron, bar fridge, bedside plugs and a phone to call reception. The light were also dim.

There are carpets in the corridors so it looks very dated and unfortunately holds a lot of odour and moisture. The situation was worsened by the air conditioner in the room which was dusty and filled the room with a musty smell

Incorrect rooms with bath tubs were allocated on the first night with no option to change. Granted the correct room on the second night. Bookings made on booking.com are not clearly not honoured. Very little vegetarian/seafood options on the menu. Alot of broken tables and chairs at the braai area. Braai area and outdoor bins to be cleaned and emptied more frequently. Not all rooms had fridges. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Even showers need the shower heads to be replaced. Uncomfortable beds. Pictures on booking.com were misleading.

This hotel is old, it requires a refresh, neglected gardens, less staff to clean up. Hotel is outdated…we were not happy 😡

I was disappointed at first we were convinced the rooms was bigger because we booked a family room then to find out the sleeper couch’s is on the ground I ask them if they maybe have a single bed not very friendly no we don’t ask for a mattress for the kids no we don’t.we bought a double blow up mattress for the kids no big deal. The problem we faced is there are no piece at night loud music and partying till late 12pm etc. you can’t Braai because the people flog the braai and don’t give you a chance to have a small braai. Swimming pool are permanent occupied from all over.overall it was a waist off money we would rather have stayed at our home.

Flexible and accommodating. My booking had two single beds but we were given a room with one double bed. We went back to say that is not as per the booking and we were then given the room with two single beds.
