Ancient flat TV screen with few channels on TV, weren't wven able to login using my logins for the common entertainment sites, tiny shower, food was just bad.

Bathroom 😫the shower was soo small im size 34 but I couldn’t move freely, they don’t have microwave inside the rooms we had to go reception to warm up the food, no stove for us to cook but microwave and showers was total turnoff. Staff were friendly and helpful good location and clean place

The bathroom is too small especially the shower room, the carpet on the outside the rooms wasn't cleaned to the tee, it had visible dirt which housekeeping can easily vacuum, the breakfast was very limited more options will be nice, pastry options

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially if you book conference venue. Overall, the staff is unprofessional, rude, and most of all , they steal. I recommend that if you book with them, it important that you calculate every cent you pay because if you don't pay attention they rip you off. I was robbed more than the value of R5000. Be careful!

The hotel is very old. It needs an upgrade desperately. There are crockroaches everywhere, especially in the dining areas.. the carpet in the dining area must go, it is very dirty. The size of the shower is so small, you must shower with your glued by your sides, does not matter whether you are a big or small built. There is.mould on the shower doors. The decor is wrong, the brown curtains don't help, the brown showers don't help. We are leaving in modern times. They must keep up!!! I didn't eat because of the crockroaches therefore can't comment on the food but my colleagues were not impressed. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the reception area!!?

It seems like there was some kind of fumigation right before we checked in and no one cared to tell us Their food is one of the worst foods I’ve ever tasted. Oil stains on wall by bed - head rest wall like when ppl sit up and rest their head on the wall. Oh and my room was changed from initial booking cos 1st room was even worse. Had friends staying over in other units and their rooms were just as bad. Noise was a crazy factor - couldn’t believe women could be so rowdy and filthy eating chicken and throwing the leftovers in the stairwell
