The book-in and out was quick and easy, with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, and no problem with hot water to be able to take a shower. We enjoyed the air-conditioning, the tv which had various options to choose from, and to be able to make a cup of coffee the next morning. We had a great night sleep on a comfy and clean bed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We struggled a bit to open the safety gate at the room. We did not quite know how but managed after a few minutes; so it was no problem at all.

The rooms is nice

The parking is advertised bigger than it actually is. Every booking says that you will have a parking spot, but you end up parking behind eachother, so sometimes you have to ask someone behind you to move first before you can leave. And the other way around. When we wanted to shower in the morning there was no warm water, so we couldn’t shower in the morning. Place also doesn’t look like in the photos anymore.

I didn't like anything. Our last visit to guest house was same problem now we experienced same thing again.

The air-conditioning was not working and on the other side electric blanket also not working. I asked the employee she responded as she doesn't care. She didn't even come up with solution. We end up leaving the guest house to book another accommodation.

The gate is always closed and we have to wake the staff up to open the gate everytime , we also bathed with cold water

It is conveniently located and the staff are so helpful. The room I stayed in was clean, comfy and attractive and the shower had excellent water pressure. I was warm and cosy.

Only one thing, the Wi-Fi in my room didn’t work. Lilly tried to help me, she was very nice and I got Wi-Fi for a couple of hours but then it went again. However this didn’t happen the first time I stayed here so I don’t think it’s a common occurrence.

The property located close to the shops and the area is nice and quiet.

We were booked in the family room, there were so many cockroaches in the room. Please fumigate, it gets really uncomfortable to be around so many cockroaches in any accommodation.

Clean, tidy and peaceful

There is nothing to dislike.

Loadshedding happened, even though the accommodation had inverters the power remained off, and leaving us with cold water no hot water.

They were professional and assisted us when and if we needed assistance. At night there was no noises and just relaxing. Bedding was clean and very nice. We felt at home.

Water presure is bad also water is cold.Kettel was verry dirty and also the cup where the cutlery is in is also rusted.

Clean and fresh room and bathroom as well as kitchen. Safe and secure parking.

Almost no space to put your clothes on to in bathroom. No cookie or rusk to enjoy with coffee or tea.

It was pretty and well kept. The room was super clean and the decor nicely put together. Lilly, the hostess, was delightful and the housekeeping lady I met the next day was also lovely and helpful.

I couldn’t make the TV work, and it did get a little loud at one point in the night but that was just temporary, I think some guests were leaving.

I liked the staff behaviour,the area was good and easy to approach and also the garden. The receptionist was very helpful in ordering food for us and very helpful about general informations for the area. Very friendly and helpful.I recommend it.

Some things have to be improved. Shower pressure, available soaps, hanging clothes in the closet (distances).

Location near to Pilditch stadium - great for athletics stay over. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the guest house. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a good option for a short stay.

There were quite a few disturbances from noisy neighbors next to the property.

The property is clean and easy to reach. The neighborhood is safe you can walk during the day.

Please fix your bathroom blinders

The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

The fact that 13:54 the room still was not ready and staff wat unfriendly when I arrived. There was no information around the Wi-Fi details in the room. The air-conditioning was not in a working condition.

It was noisy

The pictures shown don’t really showcase the place, but i guess its good because I had low expectations and found the place even better. And Lily is a darling, she services with a smile, even when i came back at midnight and couldn’t open my door.

Small place to park, without shelter.

The accommodation was nice and quiet.

There was dust under the bed, like it had not been cleaned for a couple of weeks.

The location is not that bad, but it is not too safe to go for a walk

Very hard bed, very hard pillows. Broken tap, corners of the shower starting to form mould. Broken window handle, missed a table for my suitcase.

The second time my partner and I stayed at Pro Active Guesthouse, and it was just as awesome as the last time! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable! It's close to the Loftus Stadium, as well as the shopping centre close to the stadium. We're definitely going to come back again - it's a quiet area close to a lot.

Nothing at the top of my head, but the parking can be a bit tough especially if there's a lot of people staying there that drive. Just sucked to not have spent another night, but we will be back soon for sure!
