From the moment we walked in we knew this was an elevated experience. Everything about this hotel was extra in the best possible way. Outstanding service, beautiful hotel, fantastic food!
That we didn't have longer to enjoy this truly special place.
Very tasteful design and the entire team is so attentive and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday there and they made such a thoughtful effort to make me feel special.

The massage in the hotel spa was crazy expensive. Use a soa outside hotel
A Hyatt Globalist Review Park Hyatt was the highlight of our trip. We never stayed at a Park Hyatt before and were simply blown away by the service and attention to detail. The Team at Park Hyatt did an excellent job with my stay. This made our Cambodia stay very comfortable. Service was also swift when needed. I had an absolutely amazing 5 day stay with pure luxury in every area. The attention to detail was pretty meticulate. We were celebrating our Anniversary, and team did an excellent job with our rooms. As a Globalist, The checkin process was very seamless, and they even offered us complimentary welcome drinks- beer etc. I genuinely appreciated the upgrade to suite and also upgrade for the king deluxe room for my dad. The Decorations in the room were very lovely and thoroughly loved the refreshments offered in the room including a delicious cake and a Bayon themed chocolate The complimentary City Tour Tuk Tuk ride is a must do and there is an option to extend it for the entire hour as well. Recommend Mr Vireak -Number 6 The Apsara show dinner was another highlight as the performances were really breathtaking. Me and my family really enjoyed this. I like the location of the Park as well as it fell centered around everything. Pub street was only couple of minutes away along with other attractions I highly recommend the Mango IPA they have on tap here. It was pretty unique. Pool was another highlight as it was an oasis in a very busy part of city. I highly recommend the steam room as well. It was a very unique Steam Pod Hotel had many activities, but we didn’t get a chance to do them. Also recommend checking Relax Spa near the hotel Dining Highlights: •Breakfast: The Spread was very huge. They even had special veg offerings which my parents really appreciated. The Complimentary Coconut water was a huge hit along with the Complimentary massage offered after breakfast. We really appreciated the Local Khmer cusine . My fav were Num Banchok, Bay Moan and Khor Ko. The Khmer coffee both Hot and Cold were real treats as well. • Apsara Dinner: One of the biggest highlights of the trip. Really Amazing performance . we had some amazing drinks with some of the best presenattions I have ever seen and some amazing food as well. This is a must do on your stay. Staff Recognition Mouyee, Mouet ,Kin, Ravi and Pich really helped us throughout our stay. Mouyee is the sweetest person we have ever met. There were many others who helped make our stay comfortable. Truly Appreciate the whole Park Hyatt Team
We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap and, overall, it’s a fantastic hotel. Everything feels beautifully considered, from the design and atmosphere to the service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole hotel has such a calm, luxurious feel. We’re big fans of the Hyatt brand and, once again, this stay reminded us why. We consistently find the service, quality and attention to detail across Hyatt properties to be excellent, and Park Hyatt Siem Reap certainly lived up to that reputation. The location is also fantastic for exploring Siem Reap - everything is a walkable distance - while still feeling like a peaceful retreat when you return to the hotel. The only reason I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars is the pricing at the bar. The drinks and food are priced very much for a Western luxury-hotel market, and some items were more than double what you would pay for very similar options locally. We completely understand that a luxury hotel will charge a premium, but the difference felt particularly noticeable given the surrounding local prices. That said, this is a relatively small criticism of an otherwise excellent hotel. The rooms, service, facilities and overall experience were all fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, another great Hyatt experience and a beautiful hotel with amazing staff - just be prepared for very Western prices at the bar.
An exceptional hotel with outstanding service and a prime location that can’t be beat. Just a 7 minute walk to old market and pub street. 1 minute to pharmacies and 2 minutes to a mini supermarket. And in case you want a break from Cambodian food, Burger King and KFC are just across the street.
Many people visit Cambodia for a few days….what a big miss that is….it is a breathtakingly beautiful country with so much to see and such friendly people! We stayed in the Park Hyatt and what a true gem that is…from the reception of guests to the help with tours, excellent rooms (superbly clean and serviced!) to the best dining experience of true Cambodian food….special word about the cultural dance performance during dinner in the evening: I have seen many “touristy” performances and was sceptical beforehand, how wrong was I!! Honestly, do not miss this unique experience of true Cambodian culture. Very rare to see this, truly unique. Special thanks to Marie and Lin for their help with organising our tours, the whole team in the Living Room (superb cocktails !), superb massages in the Spa (really good!) but I have to mention as well: this is a hotel where you can see that it is all a team effort…where everybody puts in just that extra step to make it special. This is a hotel where the staff makes the hotel, you rarely see such incredibly kind people where the kindness comes really out of the heart. This is why it absolutely stands out. I wish them all the best for the future, keep up the good work!
This was arguably the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The decor is lovely, especially the deep pink velvet furniture. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The spa was fantastic. Request Khum or Sen if you visit and definitely try the Khmer massage. All the staff were terrific including Nan, Nuch and Lyfong who was a huge help shipping a package for me. I loved Cambodia but would go back just to stay at the Hyatt again!
A brilliant luxury hotel with a great location in the middle of the city close to Old Market, Pub Street and shops, bars and restaurants. Staff is wonderful, the property too. Very good value for money.
The customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. Some of the most accommodating individuals I have encountered during a hotel say, from Check-in to after I checked out, the team at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap provided me with incredible service and ensured I had everything I needed during my time with them, including holding my bags while I ran a few errands before leaving. During check-in, Pik welcomed me as if I was an old friend, Borei and Non provided me with one of the best breakfast experiences! Khum at the Spa gives hands down the best massages, if you're looking to treat yourself during your travels, this is the place to do it!
This was a fabulous location with outstanding accommodations, amenities, food and service. Much of Siem Reap's "downtown" attractions like food markets, shopping areas, the river, etc. are just minutes away by foot. The rooms and beds were very clean, comfortable and stylish, with glorious shower designs. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. In-house services like massage, steam room and complimentary nightly shows were a plus. A beautiful lap pool sits in a semi-secluded section of the beautiful center courtyard, while a creatively shaped lounging pool sits on the other side of the same level, which is edged on one side with an infinity border, and bordered on the other by an exercise room, steam room and massage therapy lounges. The ambience was quiet and elegant, yet family friendly. And the food was phenomenal - fresh and thoughtfully prepared with imagination and flair. The service was as outstanding as the facility, with an earnest, friendly staff that makes conversation easy. An outstanding value for the best in luxury accommodations.
** First time visiting, we were impressed with the hotel facilities and team members there. Compliments to the front desk team, which was led by Marie and Bunthorn. ** F&B was great, combining taste of food and service from Non, Tola, Chef Kim San, Chef Sarang, and Mr. Kaviraj. ** Lovely local service from our tuk-tuk driver, Mr. Rasak!! We will revisit!!
We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect—close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful oasis. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the adjoining rooms were ideal for our family with teenagers, giving us plenty of space while still being connected. The food was delicious throughout our stay, especially the breakfast. What truly made our visit special, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you to everyone at Park Hyatt Siem Reap for making our stay so wonderful. We hope to return one day soon.
We had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The Apsara dinner show was a wonderful cultural experience, and the unique Le Petit Chef dining experience was both entertaining and unforgettable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend Park Hyatt Siem Reap for a luxurious and memorable stay.
We had a wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The hotel has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, with elegant surroundings that make the stay feel special and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. We especially enjoyed the Apsara dinner show, which was a great way to experience Cambodian culture with a beautiful performance and delicious cuisine. Overall, Park Hyatt Siem Reap is a fantastic hotel and a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Siem Reap.
Great hotel in a good location with lovely staff and excellent private tours to Angkor Wat. All food and beverage services were also good.
This is the sort of luxury hotel I wish I found more often. The bright, personable, proactive team raise your experience with their genuine charm. Superb food...real food. I had planned to dine more outside but hit gold here. The impeccable hotel design, great location at the heart of town and the luxury are the icing on the cake.
Rien. Tout était impeccable !
Everybody was extremely helpful. Perfectly located.
My only critique is that their breakfast buffet could use a little work. The food was very good not much of a variety, but that was no problem.
There is simply nothing not to love about the Park Hyatt Siem Reap. From the moment you arrive, the service is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional. The excellent international breakfast is thoughtfully complemented by authentic Khmer specialties. The spa was so relaxing that I fell asleep - twice. The concierge team curated unforgettable temple tours that introduced me to places and scenery I had never experienced before. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored colonial building, offering a peaceful oasis in the very heart of Siem Reap. The atmosphere is calm and refined, attracting a respectful, well-travelled international clientele. The Le Labo bathroom amenities are a wonderful finishing touch. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I am deeply grateful for the hospitality I experienced in this beautiful city and country. I wholeheartedly recommend the Park Hyatt Siem Reap and sincerely hope to return. អរគុណ
L’ambiance des lieux
Our entire stay was superb. Our experience has stayed with us long after we left. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Honestly I would come back to Park Hyatt Siem Reap in a heartbeat! A special thank you to Kim San the Chef. He was just brilliant and every dish we had was truly exceptional. Also thank you to Som Sokchea for helping us cross those crazy roads 😊
Stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap in mid-June with my partner, and we absolutely loved it. From start to finish, both of us were treated incredibly well. The hotel went above and beyond — not only coordinating everything seamlessly on property, but also arranging outside experiences like our photography session at Angkor Wat, which was unforgettable. A special shoutout to Ms. Mouyee, who was wonderfully attentive — always there in the lobby, and just as responsive over WhatsApp whenever we needed something handled. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly a five-star experience.
Our time at Park Hyatt Siem Reap was nothing short of extraordinary. It was one of those rare hotel experiences that stays with you long after you’ve left. Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of Siem Reap, it offers immediate access to the vibrant markets, charming cafés and a short drive to Angkor Wat. Despite its city center location, the hotel feels like an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle. What truly sets this property apart, is the incredible, genuine hospitality and deeply personalized service. From the moment we arrived, every interaction felt warm, thoughtful, and authentic. The team around General Manager Himanshu Kapoor has mastered the art of anticipating needs while making you feel completely at home. A special mention must go to a few standout team members who made our stay unforgettable: Sam, whose welcoming presence set the tone for a flawless experience. Fung, who went above and beyond with genuine care and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. And Chef Kimsan, whose culinary creations were simply outstanding! Each dish beautifully crafted and full of flavor, showcasing the best of both local and international cuisine. It’s rare to encounter a team so committed to excellence while maintaining such warmth and authenticity. Their passion shines through in every moment. From the elegant design and tranquil ambiance to the impeccable service and exceptional dining, Park Hyatt Siem Reap delivers on every level. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning. A true gem in Siem Reap. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.
Coming from a 5 star hotel in Singapore that thought 5 stars just meant you have to have the facade and none of the service to this was night and day. This hotel was a truly exceptional because of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. My wife thought Lin provided a standout service. The food and restaurant on property was delicious and all the experiences were the cherry on top. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. It felt like I had little elves. As soon as my DNB, my room was cleaned within minutes with fresh fruit and snack restocked. I have stayed at more properties than I can count. This is as a highlight. I would stay here everytime I come here.
Just wrapping up a 5-night family stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap and wanted to share a recent datapoint for anyone considering the property. Booked a standard room on a Hyatt Privé / Guest of Honor reservation and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded at check-in to Executive Pool Suite #7. This is one of the private plunge pool suites and was an excellent upgrade. The suite was spacious, very private, and felt more like a residence than a hotel room. The plunge pool was especially welcome after long days at Angkor in the heat. Overall, I found the property to be one of the better Park Hyatts I've stayed at in terms of hospitality. While the hard product is beautiful and well maintained, the standout feature was unquestionably the staff. Service throughout the stay felt genuine rather than scripted, and the team consistently recognized us and anticipated our preferences. A special mention to Kourou from the Front Desk, who welcomed us at check-in and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Beyond the usual hotel formalities, he took the time to review and validate my plans for four full days in Siem Reap and offered practical suggestions on pacing the temple visits. His advice helped us avoid over-scheduling and allowed us to enjoy Angkor at a much more relaxed pace. We were traveling as a family, and our daughter had just celebrated her 6th birthday two days before our arrival. The hotel went out of its way to make her feel special. We were welcomed with a birthday cake, and throughout the stay various thoughtful amenities and surprises appeared in the room. None of it felt excessive or staged—just genuine gestures that delighted our daughter and created memories she will remember long after the trip. As parents, those small touches meant a great deal to us. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The spread is not the largest I've seen in Asia, but the quality was consistently high and the à la carte offerings were excellent. As vegetarians, we found the hotel very accommodating and the kitchen was happy to customize dishes when needed. I also want to specifically recognize the Food & Beverage team. Sharat took exceptional care of us throughout the stay and was proactive in ensuring every meal experience was enjoyable. Vannak and Ravy were equally warm, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality added significantly to our overall impression of the hotel. As frequent travelers, we notice when service feels genuine rather than transactional, and this team consistently delivered exactly that. Location-wise, I found the property ideal. It is close enough to Pub Street and the central area to walk when desired, yet once inside the hotel it feels quiet and secluded. We used it as a base for multiple days exploring Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm, Banteay Srei, Phnom Bakheng and several lesser-visited temples. For anyone wondering whether this property is worth choosing over some of the larger resort-style options in Siem Reap, my answer would be yes. If you value personalized service, a manageable-sized luxury hotel, and a location that balances convenience with tranquility, Park Hyatt Siem Reap delivers. The suite upgrade was appreciated, but what I'll remember most is the people. The property has an excellent team that genuinely seems invested in making guests' visits to Cambodia special. Between the warm welcome, the thoughtful recognition of our daughter's birthday, and the consistently outstanding service, this was one of the most memorable Hyatt stays our family has enjoyed in Southeast Asia.
Everything was absolutely exceptional !
Small and comfortable
Too many mosquitoes and not enough lights around vanity area in the bathroom
Amazing stay in the heart of Siem Reap, great location, rich cultural experiences including complimentary tuk tuk ride around town, beautiful candle lighting ceremony, head and neck massage on arrival and at breakfast and the kindest, most attentive staff. Can’t wait to go back!
I came in to their restaurant The Glass House and their chef not only went over the menu but walked me into their bar The Living Room and the main hotel to show it to me! I was so impressed I went back for a drink. They treated me like a queen even though I wasn’t a guest there and brought me extra amuse bouches to go with my wine. I’m definitely staying here next time for the lovely property and the incredible staff. Well done, Park Hyatt Siem Riep!
The location of this hotel is great - within walking distance to a great number of eateries, shops, the night market, the main river, etc. Also it's about 20 minutes drive from Angkor Wat Park. Check in was smooth and pleasant enough. We booked three rooms and unfortunately, I booked the wrong room for myself - Executive Suite King with private plunge pool. Do not book that unless you really need a private outdoor area to sit and burn yourself under the scorching sun! These suites are located on the ground floor near one of the pools (the smaller one). It is also exposed to all the noise from the streets and especially the temple nearby. Everyday, you'll hear lots of chanting and sounds coming in, though the room itself is barely adequately insulated from the outside noises. I would recommend booking a room in the main building itself. They seem to be more modern and the sound insulation is better. The room / suite itself was just ok, though the real standout was the bed, which had a firm mattress, which I really liked a lot. Water pressure was ok (not great). As expected, the room had some mosquitoes. There was no writing desk! Housekeeping was good and consistent. Breakfast was underwhelming and to a large extent, disappointing. A very limited array of fruits and the buffet spread looked rather sad to me. You can order dishes, noodles and eggs from the menu, but I did not find anything that was spectacularly good. The park hyatt in Bangkok has a far superior breakfast spread. The room prices here are on the expensive end for Siem Reap. So value for money is not great, in my opinion.
Just fantastic! Conveniently located, accessible to many restaurants, walkable to the pubs, and a supermarket down the street. We had a suite on the first floor. Despite facing the main road, we could hardly hear the street sounds. The room was impeccable - clean, firm mattress, power sockets next to bed, bathroom was a nice size and two toilets with a pantry. This was one of the better rooms among all the Park Hyatts that I have stayed before. Meanwhile, I heard that the villas have not been “updated.” My friends heard chanting from neighbouring temple which kept them awake. The villa was even smaller than my assigned room. Anyway, probably good to choose a suite than villa. Service from team was great and efficient. The staff were attentive and cater to our requests quickly. Meanwhile, I thought the breakfast could have been better. The choices were many on the menu but quality was lacking. It was a rather standard fare with no surprises. I was not wowed at all. Lastly, the spaces across the hotels were immaculate. Evident from the pictures, you can see that the spaces are quite well designed.
This is a very elegant property. The art and design all pays homage to Siem Reap. The room sizes are generous. The primary pool is outstanding. And the staff’s attention to patrons is top tier. Hospitality often sought but rarely delivered. They truly anticipate needs. From Marilyn in reception, Hoth the pool attendant, and Chantra at the bar…staff recognized us and always went out of their way. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
It is a boutique hotel so it doesn’t have all the amenities of a larger Hyatt.
Typically, a luxury hotel in the heart of a city is not my first choice, but the Park Hyatt Siem Reap completely exceeded our expectations. From the exceptional service and attentive staff who anticipated our every need, to the perfect central location, every aspect of our stay felt effortless and refined. The breakfast and dinners at The Dining Room were outstanding, and evenings in The Living Room enjoying expertly crafted cocktails became a highlight of our trip. The hotel also served as the perfect base for our incredible two-day experience exploring Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples with The Lux Tuk Tuk tour. After long days of touring in the Cambodian heat, returning to the calm, elegant atmosphere of the Park Hyatt felt like absolute luxury. Together, the hotel and tour created an unforgettable Siem Reap experience that we would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience! The level of customer service is superb! We highly recommend this property to future travelers!
Amazing breakfast with both buffet and a la carte. Great activity for the kids during breakfast (flower folding, painting, elephant clay carving). 2 pools - regular and salted water. Very quiet and peaceful - would recommend again.
Nothing - everything was great.
Enchanted place in a central location
Nothing
From the moment we arrived, the Park Hyatt Siem Reap set the tone for an exceptional stay. The evening manager welcomed us with warmth and genuine care, and a thoughtful anniversary gift was waiting in our room — a perfect first impression. The curated experiences on property are where this hotel truly shines. The complimentary welcome massage was a lovely touch after a long travel day. The hour-long tuk tuk tour through Siem Reap was a highlight — charming, immersive, and perfectly paced. The Apsara dance performance was mesmerizing, and the Khmer Signature Dining experience was among the most memorable meals of our trip: beautifully presented, deeply rooted in local tradition. What elevates Park Hyatt Siem Reap above the competition, however, is its people. Late on our final evening, I encountered a stressful situation — an ATM swallowed my debit card just before midnight. Staff member Sehya responded immediately, stayed by my side throughout, and personally coordinated with the bank until their staff arrived and returned my card. That kind of calm, unwavering service at midnight — for a problem entirely outside the hotel's control — speaks volumes about the culture this property has built. If you're visiting Siem Reap and want a hotel that combines luxury with genuine Cambodian hospitality, look no further.
Hervorragende Lage, wunderschöner und ruhiger Innenhof, sehr gutes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal, ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof,
All
The service and ambiance at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap is excellent. We were welcomed at check-in with drinks, cold towel, and a 5 minute massage. The hotel staff are extremely kind and attentive. The daily breakfast buffet included with our room was extensive, including a variety of made to order items, and even included some local fare and arts and crafts around the central garden like fresh coconut stand, Khmer waffle station and coffee station. If you happen to be on a sunrise tour with early morning pickup, you can opt for a packed breakfast to go (if you place your order the night before). In the evening from 7-8 pm if you dine around the courtyard, you're treated to an hour of Khmer cultural dances by the banyan tree & pond (or in The Dining Room Restaurant of it's rainy). They also offer you a complimentary 15 minute quick tour via tuk tuk (bicycle cart) -- which we didn't get a chance to use during our short stay. Very convenient central location... less than 10 minutes walk to Pub Street with a good variety of great value restaurants and bars. Also, a wonderful place called Relax Spa is located just next door for great massage. Some minor disappointments or areas that could have been improved... They did not have a good variety of pillows available. I repeatedly asked for a firmer or memory foam pillow as I'm a side sleeper. They could not accommodate my request. The gym is quite small and not well equipped. Just your standard cardio equipment, some dumbbells, a bench, and a single functional trainer cable machine. We were told they do not have a sauna or steam room (even though I read in another recent review that they were offered the use of a stem room?). We were not offered any room upgrade (which we were eligible for with my Amex Hotel Collection reservation) and we did find our King Garden View room rather small. There wasn't really any room for our 2nd big bag without blocking passage ways. I also found the table and chair arrangements a bit odd. The main table where I tried to do some work on my laptop had no desk lamp, and the table in the corner that did have a desk lamp had no chair for seating.
We stayed at Park Hyatt Siem Reap for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional Cambodian elements. Our room was spacious, elegant, and very well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Angkor. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options, both local and international. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was consistently excellent. We would especially like to thank a staff member named 美玉, who speaks Chinese. She was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with every question and request we had. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and we would highly recommend Park Hyatt Siem Reap to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to come back again.
Welcoming and helpful staff, that go above and beyond to address our requests. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Charming patisserie.
Our stay at Park Hyatt Cambodia was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless and such a lovely experience, setting the perfect tone for our visit. The staff were simply incredible—warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; we honestly couldn’t fault them at all. The food and drinks were amazing, offering delicious quality and variety. The location is brilliant, making it easy to explore, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful oasis. The amenities are absolutely fabulous, and there were so many great activities available within the hotel to enjoy. Our room was very lovely, spacious, and immaculately well kept by the hardworking housekeeping team throughout our stay. Everything was maintained to the highest standard. It truly was a five-star experience and we cannot wait to return!
The hotel is exceptional. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. But the best aspect of the hotel is its staff! Always there to help you. We spent 6 nights at the hotel, and we already want to come back.
Personnel accueillant aux petits soins , belle chambre propre

We had the best time in Siem Reap and going back to this hotel was such a welcoming oasis! The kids loved both pools, and everyone we came into contact with who worked there was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel to a friend.
Being a Park Hyatt, I assumed it would be nice. However, it was even better than I expected. The staff was fantastic, the room and property were beautiful, and things like the cultural show and craft experiences were unexpected and made a greater impression on our stay. What a great place to stay in the heart of Siem Reap.
We had the most wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the staff were simply amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay. The facilities are top-notch and beautifully maintained, and the dining experience was fantastic with delicious food on offer. Our room was lovely, spacious, and designed with such elegance and comfort. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Siem Reap even better. We couldn't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return!
Best location. Amazing service and hospitality as usual as always. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. The hotel also provides daily tour to the temples with experienced tour guides. Highly recommended.
Impeccable service - friendly staff - good location - beautiful room (deluxe) - an oasis in the busy town. We will come again.
Stayed three nights here and first time writing a tripAdvisor review since it’s now my best Park Hyatt experience. Got upgraded to a gorgeous rooftop suite as a globalist benefit. Breakfast was amazing, I love the fresh coconut, french toast and the wok fried noodles with beef. Khmer lunch/dinner were also great. All staff are extremely warm and welcoming during my stay, would recommend to anyone visiting Angkor Wat
Fabulous location.Wonderful staff. Thanks to Champna in the Greenhouse for ensuring my husband was cared for with ginger tea as unfortunetly he was not well during our stay. The private steam room was prepared especially for us which was a wonderful experience too. The pool was lovely but got rather busy with some guests playing music of their own on their phones which spoilt the ambiance. There was a sign to remind every one to consider others to no avail . Couryard experiences of pottery, floral design, fan making and massage was great. Didnt have a chance to try the painting. Brilliant gentlement preparing coconuts every morning. Buffet breakfast great choices of fruit, pastries and pancakes. First night we were given set menus and there appeared far too much food so we opted for European food. We were asked to sit outside to watch the dancing. Although the dancing was excellent it was not a good choice in the heat of the evening which probably made my husband ill. Try the menu which is all day in the long dark corridor. Due to the hotel design there are no outside windows everything happens from the courtyard for privacy ,its colours are dark so ot can be claustrophobic. The Glass house where you can have light bites is sn airy venue. Brilliant Deluxe Tuk tuk drive offered. Ideal placement for visiting Angor Wat.
Nice hotel and good location. Rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful. Close to restaurants and easy to get around. Enjoyed our stay.
The spa and the service is amazing. Highly recommend
Great hotel for staff services and location ...............................................................
Park Hyatt Siem Reap is at the heart of the city, and about an hours drive from the airport, SAI. There is both on street parking as well as limited hotel parking. The hotel is built in a courtyard style, with open areas on the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor you will find a nice outdoor pool, the outdoor Dining room in the courtyard and the Living room, which is an air-conditioned part of the courtyard. On the first floor is a bigger outdoor pool area, a full service spa as well as a good size gym. The rooms are nice and big with hardwood floors and imperial style furniture and fixtures with nice styled bathrooms. The service and food is exemplary, and try the Japanese afternoon tea, it's excellent! Should you want to check out local bars and restaurants, then everything is within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. A great hotel in the centre of town.
We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Park Hyatt. Our room faced the courtyard and was so quiet! The pool and gym were amazing and appreciated. Service throughout the hotel is top notch. Be sure to head to the bar during happy hour for 1/2 off specials. Breakfast was vast with even more on the menu. Plenty of filtered water in the room and the mango was the best we've ever tried! Thanks for the peaceful stay.
Hyatt Simply superb stay at this gorgeous Park Hyatt in Siem Reap. It was our first trip to Cambodia - we came because of Angkor Wat but, thanks to the Hyatt, experienced so much more. We stayed four nights in March but could easily have stayed a week. Incredible people, lovely customs, superb food both in the hotel and in Siem Reap. Before we came, we arranged a number of incredible experiences/activities with Bunthorn at the hotel including tours to the temples (cycling and TukTuk), a cooking class, a cultural tour, a private yoga session and a wonderful couples massage. All memorable. Kudos to the team at the hotel for highlighting these on the hotel website, making them easy to understand & book. In our years traveling, we’ve never seen a hotel highlight activities so well. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were really good. The food was delightful- we ate wonderful breakfasts there daily. Each morning was quite a cultural experience in itself as they showcased many handicrafts & culinary aspects of Cambodia/Siem Reap. In the evenings, we dined at the hotel with local music & dance and at the many restaurants within walking distance- TukTuks were also so easy to find. We highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful team. Thank you.
My partner and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap for 3 nights on our first trip to Asia. We had never been to Cambodia before, and the trip was made particularly special due to the accommodation at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. We booked the Park Privilege stay in one of the few Park Executive Suites on the property, inclusive of round-trip transportation to/from Siem Reap International Airport. From the moment we were picked up, we were pampered with water, cold towels, and traditional Cambodian snacks like dried bananas, and spiced nuts. The airport is 1 hour from the centre of Siem Reap where the hotel is located, and so the expedited immigration and hotel organised transport made the journey go quickly. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the Living Room, a space filled with plush couches and chairs, and we were immediately offered a welcome drink from a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We don’t drink, so it was lovely to see an arrangement of mocktails and tea on the menu. Check-in was relaxed, which was particularly nice after a long day of travel. We were then given a tour of the main entrance space, in which an impressive Banyan tree looms over the central courtyard where daily breakfast and nightly dinner/cultural shows are offered adjacent to the Dining Room. The breakfast at Park Hyatt Siem Reap was perhaps our favourite part of our stay (we never enjoyed dinner at the hotel). It came with typical buffet-style pastries, fruits, salads, etc, but the best part was the a la carte dishes from the menu including very tasty Cambodian classics (a must order!). Each morning, local craftspeople bordered the courtyard offering everything from Cambodian waffles and coffee to painting and pottery activities. The pottery in the hotel was sourced from local Khmer Ceramics (which we also visited—and highly recommend). The cultural highlights really made the hotel seem connected to the local community. The hotel treated us to a celebratory cake for a personal celebration and other treats upon arrival. We also received a daily supply of fruits and water, which, in combination with the private plunge pool, was a great way to refresh throughout the day. Our room was well equipped with Le Labo Bergamote 22 products in the bathroom. Although we barely saw the housekeeping, the room was kept spotless and nightly turndown service was always completed on our return. Our stay wasn’t perfect—the air conditioning was broken in our room on the first night. However, the hotel responded promptly and sent someone to address the issue. There was also some confusion on arrival as to our room number and some last minute changes. Overall, though, the service was amazing. We were greeted by name each morning at breakfast, the staff remembered our coffee orders, and were made aware of our tours and inquired about the day on our return. Given the price, we are still unsure of the value especially considering how inexpensive everything else is in Cambodia. We booked the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour through the hotel and were impressed by the organisation. Before departure at 5am, pastries, coffee, and water were arranged in the lobby complementary for the guests. After seeing the Angkor Wat sunrise and tour of the main temple, we were given the option of boxed breakfast or to return to the hotel for breakfast. We chose to return to the hotel, and recommend this if you also book the sunrise tour (don’t miss out on the Cambodian specialty menu items!). We then went back to finish the tour at ~9am. Our concierge also matched us with an excellent tour guide. One final note: we had no idea that USD was widely accepted in Cambodia, and that includes the hotel. While we were able to exchange some small bills, the hotel operates with USD, as do most of the local businesses. Exchanging Cambodian currency prior to arrival really isn’t that necessary. TLDR: overall, the relaxed but attentive atmosphere made our stay. The location is perfect, and the services offered were streamlined, easy, and personal.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Location was perfect and in the heart of town. Service was impeccable, and all staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Marylin made our stay feel extra special!
The hotel provides a remarkable experience not available anywhere else. The site is gorgeous, the staff extremely attentive and professional and the food service impressive. A must visit hotel!
Wszystko było na najwyższą notę. Dobra lokalizacja, piękne wnętrza hotelu, duże pokoje, bardzo miły personel oraz pyszne śniadania.
Brak
Don’t stay here. Service is not good, mosquitoes everywhere including in the bar and restaurant, and they up charge you if you try to pay in Cambodian Riel. We were here for 2 full days. Check-in took almost an hour. I asked them to break a Cambodian Riel bill, and they refused. I didn’t ask for a conversion, just take a large bill and give me smaller bills. They invited me to do that outside the hotel. The layout of the entrance is bizarre. The “lobby” is physically separate from the front door. They only have 2 people to man 3 doors, so if you try to go through the doors, they constantly try to sprint by you after they open 1 door for you. It’s hard to enjoy breakfast or happy hour if you are constantly being swarmed by mosquitos. These are indoor air conditioned spaces, but they are filled with mosquitos. Staff does not speak English. They act like they do, but they don’t. I asked for an omelet and got a bowl of fried rice. Check out took almost as long when I realized they were charging a 4.6% fee to pay in local currency. Everything in the hotel is charged in dollars. There are lots of nice hotels nearby. Choose one of them.
Location, friendly stuff
Relatively expensive dinner
We recently completed a memorable 3-night stay at this beautiful property, and we are already thinking about how we must find time to return soon. What sets this property apart is how personal the experience feels. From check-in in its "living room" to the welcoming staff with genuine warmth in their service, this hotel captures that magic that sets it apart from other 5-star properties. We had two rooms--one upgraded as a Globalist to a spectacular suite with outdoor space, an outdoor shower--and the other a pool view. Both were beautifully appointed. The breakfast experience also felt unique with local entertainment and activities sprinkled throughout the courtyard. The hotel's own tuk-tuk fleet was very efficient and easy to use to get around town. The only negative we felt was dealing with mosquitoes, which may not be unique to this property, though the staff did what they could to mitigate them in our rooms by using repellent. Some hotel stays feel very special, and this one will certainly stay with us for a long time.
Our stay was truly exceptional. As vegetarians, we were especially touched by the care and attention given to us. Chef Sharath went out of his way to create beautiful vegetarian dishes with authentic Cambodian flavours, which made the experience even more special. It wasn’t just about providing vegetarian food — it was about ensuring we enjoyed the true taste of Cambodia in every meal. All the staff were genuinely kind, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our six-night stay. Every detail and every need was thoughtfully taken into consideration, which made us feel completely at home. After six wonderful nights, it truly felt like a home away from home. We are so grateful for the care, hospitality, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.
Every thing was above expectation
Siem Reap was an add-on to our 2.5-week trip to Thailand, and we’re so glad we decided to include it. We ended up loving Cambodia, and the Park Hyatt made our time there truly special. From check-in to check-out, we experienced some of the most exceptional service we’ve ever had at a hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh beverages, snacks, and even complimentary massages, such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Although it’s a smaller hotel, we were amazed that the staff remembered our names, as well as our food and beverage preferences and orders throughout our stay. The level of personalized service is something we’ll never forget. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the spa, where we had excellent massages. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of everything, which made exploring incredibly easy. The staff was wonderful, and we are still talking about the people and service! We highly recommend staying here.
Throughly enjoyed stay! Especially loved spa - Sen was wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The location truly cannot be beat — right in the center of town and an easy walk to Pub Street, markets, and restaurants. Although it’s situated on a busy street, the moment you step inside the compound it becomes incredibly peaceful and quiet. It feels like a true oasis. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Service was warm, attentive, and consistently professional. Breakfast was well-balanced — not overwhelmingly large, but certainly not limited — and the quality of the food from the menu was excellent. Everything we ordered was fresh and beautifully prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
We had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The team was warm and attentive, with special thanks to Marylin, Makara, and our tuktuk driver Soknath for their exceptional hospitality. The beautiful amenities and thoughtful decorations made our honeymoon truly special. Highly recommended!
Excellent facilities and outstanding staff. Hotel location is very central and close to Angkor Wat.
We stayed at Park Hyatt Siem Reap while visiting Ankor Wat. This trip was to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I appreciate that Park Hyatt team send us a thoughtful celebratory package. I also found the hotel peaceful and staff kind.
Beautiful property, great breakfast, we highly recommend the French toast! Also we enjoyed the Apsara show, nice check in experience. The food was flavorful.
We booked this hotel on the basis of an excellent stay in their sister property in Hua Hin in December. And we were so glad we did. It sits in the centre of Siem Reap, but you wouldn't know the bustling city is there. there is such an aura of calm, smiling service delivered by the staff. The art on display, in the public spaces and bedrooms adds to this aura. The service the staff deliver is both exemplary and understated; true Khmer hospitality. The one drawback for us was the relative lack of sunbathing opportunities which were limited by the design of the building, but that was overcome by using the facilities at the Sofitel. We were sorry to leave.
We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning including coconut water in the coconut and a free neck massage. Quiet instrumental music playing in the courtyard was heavenly. The service was impeccable both at the hotel and restaurant! The rooms were super spacious and the beds very comfy. We were sad when we left. Would definitely come back again !!!
