Perfect Location, friendly staff and clean
Room was big, bed was comfortable and the location was amazing.
The pool, hot tub and sauna were a little underwhelming. The pipes in the building are very loud and woke us up at about 7am.
Room. Space. location. Great facilities.
Parking cost.
Great staff. Quiet room. Great location
Coffee maker still had coffee in it from last guest. Toilet broken. A/C unit filter clogged with dust and dirt. Which was blowing particles into the air my doctor figures that led to my chest infection. Better cleaning standards are definitely needed.
Nice hotel, central to all restaurants and shopping. The noise policy is nice if you want a good night's sleep. Comfy and clean.
Easy to find hotel in a great location in the village. The room was a good size with great facilities and comfortable beds. Also very clean.
The noise in the night from the floor above.
Emplacement parfait pour les accès aux randonnées, restaurants, et remontées mécaniques. Grande chambre avec cuisine intégrée.
Assez bruyant le soir, manque d'isolation phonique.
The air conditioning wasn't working in the original room we were given so the very kindly man at the front desk offered us a suite on a lower floor that was super nice. We weren't charged extra, which was very kind of the hotel.
Everything else was wonderful.
It was close and convenient to everything in the village.
It is very outdated. The rooms had peeling stuff coming off the walls. There were stains on the wall. The sink was leaking. The pool area was super dusty. The rinse off showers in the pool area were super dark and dirty. The shower heads looked like they had mold. They ran out of pool towels and it took almost 24 hours to get more. We had to ask for our garbage to be taken out, instead of having a place to throw it away ourselves. For a room that sleeps 6, there was no where for all of us to sit and hang out as a family.
We have no breakfast
Breakfast may be included in the package.
Great location that is looking a little tired but some updating has happened and is happening. Great staff - particularly Devon (sp?)!
Needs a little freshening up.
Front desk helper was really polite.
Great location, very friendly staff and a comfortable room.
A bit dated.
Great location.
Facility somewhat dated.
Full equiped kitchen
Very noisy. Bars outside blast loud music until 2:00AM and drunk people keep screaming under hotel windows until 4AM. Windows and door should be replaced for better soundproofing. For the expensive price not being able to do the basic thing you expect from a hotel, sleep, is absurd.
Convenient, staff were all nice and helpful, nice large room, bed VERY comfy!
Coffee in the lobby for the guests would have been very nice!
Location
The price did not reflect the room. The room smelt very damp
Fantastic location close to all the bars and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. The best front desk service we experienced in 5 weeks of travel.
With the handy central location came a little extra street noise.
The facility was nearly empty yet we were assigned the worst room! It was an odd shaped dingy corner room with a very small window and no balcony. When we complained we were offered an upgrade at a discounted rate of $50 per night even though the place was almost empty When we finally got a different room, the sink wouldn’t drain. Also the ice machine was broken. We could have made ice in the freezer of the refrigerator except it was almost completely iced up.
Also the check in person could barely converse in English and would no give us a room key until 4:00pm even though the place was empty Thankful a different person was at the desk when we returned at 4:00. We paid full price for parking even though our car was the only vehicle in the garage.
I’ve stayed in Whistler many times at different hotels and have never had an issue like this. After my stay at Blackcomb Lodge for one day, I was charged $250 CAD without any prior notice. When I called to ask for details, I was told it was for a “broken TV.” However, I never used or touched the TV, as I spent the entire day outside and only returned to the room to sleep. When I asked for clarification on what “broken” meant, I was told to call back later and the call was ended without explanation. Very disappointing experience, especially the lack of communication and transparency. I would not stay here again at all based on this experience.
The location was perfect - right in the heart of the village.
Very central location
Very stringent check in and check out (considering check in is very late and check out is very early).
location
we got early check in approved through booking.com but when we went there they made us pay $60 for it and said that they dont let us check in early through third parties. The owner was extremely rude and oversold parking. He made us park in a random place that was not a spot. The place was also filthy.
Renovated , clean…
Very noisy heat pumps , music till 2 am from the night club
Very central and had big rooms with multiple beds to share on cost
The hotel manager is abit too overzealous and creates abit of chaos with guests from his management style.
AC noise, there is not sound isolation from the outside noise.
It’s a good location.
The place is terribly run with key staff members quite obnoxious. They tried to charge $50 for a visitor to enter . Outside overnight noise was dismissed as something that should be raised with municipality. For those looking to be poorly treated & subject to their long list of rules / revenue generating penalties then book away - for most others I’d say stay away!
The place is so convenient, quiet and comfortable. Definitely coming back here again soon! Lots of near restaurants and blackcomb is a few minutes away from the hotel.
None
Location was great, room was large
Parking being open to angone to walk in
Did not like anything about the room or the attitude of the staff.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, from the smell of the room to the nail clippings in the room. Staff did not care and did not do anything but charge me for the room.
Location was very good. Room was reasonably comfortable.
-Cannot enter property without room key. Someone has to let you in on arrival. -Would not let us check in 30 minutes early. Made us wait until 4pm even though it was obvious the room was available. -Hot water did not work on arrival. Ran the water for 40 minutes and then called front desk. They Eventually responded to get the hot water working. -Being jet lagged we woke up around 4am and attempted to run a bath, again no hot water. No response from front desk and walked down to find no one there. Called again and left a message that there was no hot water. Upon returning to the Hotel, by herself , my Wife was accosted by the manager. He was upset with us that we called at 430am to complain about no hot water. My Wife stood up for herself and said that we were the paying customer and this was a bare minimum requirement. He threatened to put us in a smaller room and then mocked her that they would not clean the room. The contempt shown by this person towards his customers begs belief. Staying in a Hotel with someone who displayed this behaviour towards us made us feel very uncomfortable, bordering on unsafe. We promptly checked out.
Getting the room we booked
Being told the room we booked was actually an upgrade.
good location 5-4 min from gandola in the center of the village next to the bus stop from Vancouver shuttle big rooms sauna pool next to supermarket secure location friendly staff
restaurant not part of the hotel and you need to dress for breakfast and it al la card so you vesting time pool area run down no bar or sitting area
Location was convenient for skiers, the beds were comfy being able to fit 6 people. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly female staff upon checking in.
- Would appreciate 11am checkout time rather than 10am to match expectations of hotel offerings. Our stay at Crystal Lodge and Pangea was flexible for 11am this season and last. - Morning gentleman front desk staff was unfriendly. Not the greatest thing to experience checking out in the morning.
over all
i had to pay for parking
The hotel is very convenient as it is located right in the village and the staff are friendly. The room has a microwave, toaster etc. which was nice.
We were put in a room with no hot water. The front desk was aware of the problem and told us because the hotel is old this kind of thing happens. I feel we should have been compensated for this or moved to a room that had hot water. Also the bathroom was not very clean. The tiles in the tub/shower were very dirty and when you flushed the toilet the drain in the tub gurgled. The bathroom definately needs to be redone. It was also very noisy at night as the noise coming from the bar across the road from the hotel was very loud and made it hard to get to sleep.
Location was prime. Staff was very friendly
The ski and board storage area left a lot to be desired. It was very chaotic and led to my board being damaged. Our room in particular had a very slow drain in the shower.
空港からのバス停が近い。 スーパーマーケットが近い。 スパイシーレンタルショップが横にある。 ゴンドラ乗り場までスキー道具を持って約5分。 ウイスラービレッジのメイン通りに面している。
Everything about the place was so close to what we wanted to do
I can’t put a bad mention anywhere
Lovely and cosy, very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was visiting my daughter (who lives in a share house) and didn’t realize that you were not allowed to have any visitors in your room! So we had to just walk around in the freezing weather get coffee after coffee with no other options as the lifts were closed and nothing to do.

Location
Additional cost of car parking (CAD 34 per day) We also had to pay CAD 50 per day just for someone to come in to the lodge to visit (not to stay, use or facilities or anything, just to come in!!!) Room only cleaned once in 5 nights
Home away from home. Pool spa sauna, excellent location in town square. Very happy here
Bathroom smelt of urine but staff were quick to clean.
This was the most I’ve ever been cat fished by a listing. The amenities listed were inaccurate. The soaking tub was a basic tub that didn’t cover my knees. No massaging shower head. No balcony. The mountain view was just the parking lot.
We had a medical emergency and they did not want to refund us. They also did not let us rebook for another day. All around dissatisfied with the service.
Everything was excellent only parking was paid
The location was ideal! Loved the easy garage parking, the friendly front desk staff, and walk right into the heart of the Village
The only drawback to the perfect location is the noise from the restaurant next door late at night. It was hard to sleep with loud voices coming from the Village until about 2am. Granted, our room faced the shopping area, it may not have been as loud on the other side of the building.
Posizione incredibile. In certo città. Servizi idem . Presente una spa in loco. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa con cucinino. Veramente bellissimo
The staff were very polite and friendly. I found the hotel itself run down and old, the room had a very strange arrangement with the TV on an inconvenient wall - difficult to see from the bed. My room was above the main village walkway and it was extremely loud until 3 am, making it difficult to sleep.
Was a problem with our room when we arrived. Staff were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate. We were updated to a suite however it was very outdated with several issues in the room. The large mirror was broken. The built in microwave was broken- door wouldn’t close so the light in the microwave lit up the room all night. Was unable to access the cord to unplug it. The light in the bathroom buzzed every time it was turned on as it was ready to burn out. Balcony overlooked the busy part of the shopping area of Whistler village with a pub across the road. It was music and noise until 1am. If you want quiet, request a room away from shopping area. We were on a 10 day west coast trip and it was the only place we had to pay for parking which wasn’t cheap. Once again, staff were very good and worked hard to get us another room but had we got our first room, we would have been on the quiet side of hotel.
Close to all the bars and restaurants in the village.
check was 10 am
Good hot tube and pool
The hotel is fine for the price in Whistler, but be aware, it is very noisy due to its location, and the noise lasts into the night. Would not recommend if you don't like club music or have children, etc.
Generally everything is good.
The location was very good.
On arrival, you got a strict set of rules to follow which was not a very warm welcome. Our room was dated, the decor was literally coming off the walls and it stank of damp. Our room was not serviced during our stay. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
It is right in the village and so convenient. Staff was super friendly, the manager was there guiding us where to park etc and gave us an upgrade just for stay. Super friendly staff
Staff
Great property, clean room, good manager! Room is spacious, all appliances, oven etc. full kitchen! Will be back.
We had a great time here . Staff is really good and accomodating .we had a wonderful time here . Security is good . Pool is clean and rooms are big and all cleaned . Very quick service . Would recommend to everyone .
Great location right in the village. Older building, but still comfortable. Good and secure parking
Very central bed comfortable
No soap in bathroom paint peeling staff mostly worried about extra people entering the establishment add says cheapest parking but $10 cheaper at public parking 1/2 a block away
Sehr freundlicher Generalmanager Beni
Schlecht isolierte Fenster, Lärm von den umliegenden Testsurants nachts gut hörbar
First time staying at this hotel and we were greeted by a very friendly man Benny (the supervisor) and muskan (the assistant manager) who was at the front desk made check in easy flowing and not a hassle , we enjoyed staying at the blackcomb lodge and decided to stay an extra night and Benny was on top of our parking ticket and room key deactivation .
The hotel itself looks beautiful both inside and outside. The rooms are updated, modern, and nicely decorated. There is also a pool, a balcony with a nice view, and the location is very central, right in the heart of Whistler.
Unfortunately, there were many disappointing aspects of our stay. The most unpleasant issue was the dirty bedding on the sofa bed, which we had to bring down to the reception. We were very surprised to receive such service at this price level. In addition, although our booking clearly stated 4 adults, the room was only prepared with towels for 2 people. We had to ask twice for additional towels (face, hand, and bath), and they still weren’t delivered until very late in the evening after multiple requests. The staff response at the reception was not very professional, as if our concerns were an inconvenience. The room itself was not properly cleaned — there was visible dust on the bed frame, some dirty utensils, and the overall level of cleanliness did not match the cost of almost $500 per night. On top of that, although the location is central, it was extremely noisy until late at night due to pubs and restaurants nearby. Even with the windows closed, it was almost impossible to sleep until the noise stopped around 1–2 AM. If you don’t plan on staying out that late yourself, I would not recommend this location.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Lovely village to visit and spend a few days.
Convenient location and staff was very nice! Facilities were older but still very confortable.
The location
Front desk guy was on a huge power trip.
Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Wow a lot of rules at check-in.
The room.was bigger than needed. The room had paint peeling off the walls. No breakfast for the price you pay. No free.parking for the prive you pay. Sure it was clean but the stay was terrible!!!!
Perfektes Hotel in der Innenstadt. Sofort buchen. Einfach spitze. Am besten ist der Besitzer. Hier ist man gerne Zuhause
Booked for 2 children and 2 adults, then got charged extra for children upon arrival
I like the property ❤️
It was the worst experience….. the room cost doesn’t justify anything
great stay
Good if your are on a motorcycle
I was charged extra fees and staff at reservation desk said it is because I booked through Expedia. Also I was charged 250 $ as damage deposit. After one week I have to call them back to revert back my deposit. It took three days constant reminder calls to get money back . To keep my back bag before check in time they want me to charge extra as well. They gave me only two keys whereas we were three guests. The bed sheets were unclean and had some sort of stains were there. The pool area was also not well clean.
It was an amazing hotel. Even though we stayed for 1 night, we had a blast. The staff were amazing and very friendly. I would come back in a heart beat
The owner at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They gave us all the info we needed and even showed us to our suite. The place was really clean and right in the heart of Whistler. Parking was easy, the elevator was quick, and the hot tub and pool were both clean and really nice. I definitely recommend this spot and will be coming back for sure.
We had a wonderful one-night stay at Blackcomb Lodge in Whistler, and we can’t say enough about how accommodating and welcoming the staff were—especially Benny, the manager. From the moment we arrived, Benny went above and beyond to make our stay special. He kindly upgraded us to a better room, which was a fantastic surprise and made our experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night in Whistler. On top of that, Benny also granted us a late check-out, giving us extra time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without feeling rushed. Customer service like this truly sets Blackcomb Lodge apart. Thank you, Benny, for your incredible hospitality—we'll definitely be back!
It was nice
Clean, comfortable with great facilities.
Noisy at night
Very friendly and welcoming staff, made us feel right at home. The room was super clean, quiet for sleeping, and the hotel was conveniently located between north and south village so walking to everything was easy.
This property is in the middle of Whistler Village easy access to restaurants and shops very walkable for everything. Front desk with Bennie (Benito) and his wife Rita very friendly and informative. To me it is first class all around.
