The aircon was totally not cooling at all We have called maintenance twice but no any improvement Totally we upset

Parking was ample and the free payment system was easy, the staffs were wonderful, and the room was clean. Convenient location, with cafes and MyNews nearby and just a few minutes walk to town.

Bed was a bit stiff, but that's subjective. I may be just a bit older and get easily sore. Nothing else, coz I enjoyed my stay overall 😊

The location is nice. Close to city centre, and the Shore is just a stone’s throw away.

Room was dirty, see photo. Bed was terrible, both mattresses had a dip. No power outlets near the bed. Only one towel for shower. Toilet was leaking when flushing it. swimming pool closed at 19.00, breakfast was poor, only filtered coffee no espresso machine. Poor intercontinental breakfast mainly Asian. Paying extra for espresso by cash could not pay on the room.

Conveniently located near the town, with easy access to many tourist attractions and nearby places of interest.

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom as soon as I entered. The smell did not go away throughout my one-night stay and remained there. It was particularly uncomfortable as I found it difficult to breathe whenever I was in the bathroom. I hope the property can address this issue, especially for guests who specifically request a non-smoking room.

Need to improve the taste of breakfast foods.. The choice is a lot but the taste not worth it with the price paid

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.Shower water is strong. Overall, a great stay.

The room, bed, and toilet could use some upgrades. The toilet also needs better water pressure for flushing.

The hotel was very convenient as it was close to town making it easy to get around. There is also a grocery shop just in front of the hotel for getting necessities. The hotel and surrounding area were clean, quiet and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay.

I like it cos on a high floor & staff friendly, fast check in n check out. Oh i love the room service food much better than breakfast buffet.

The breakfast n hotel facilities really need an upgrade.

Need to upgrade breakfast , not worth For money . Less confectionery . At least 2 chicken dishes. Need to improve ventilation system because there is no exhaust fan and because of that the place a bit heat and the a bit smelly

My 2 beds family suite was spacious with good lay-out in term of furnishing an equipment. The chairs were surprisingly comfortable and the cover seems to be recently upholstered. One of the important point that worth an honorary mention is the cleanliness of the space. From the bed sheets to carpet, and even the smell of the room, everything was clean despite the hotel being 39 years in existence. Yes, the equipment can be a bit dated, but it was functional and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has limited options. However, the food served was flavourful, which is very comforting.

The smaller toilet served more as a powder room as it consists of a sink, mirror and sitting toilet. Hence, morning can be a bit hectic for 4 people. However, the thing that bother me most is no bidet in the first toilet. Thus, it limits the usefulness of the intended space

Breakfast just too ordinary. It’s like stay at the hotel during 2000. No coffee machine for a fresh brew coffee.

The room is smelly. The toilet as well. When i enter the room the room smells like never been cleaned. Can smell someone’s perfume all over the room. The toilet smells like man body odour. Dirty toilet seat. Dirty toilet floor. So frustrated with the experience.

Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, das gilt auch für den Pool. Der Wirlpool war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht in Betrieb. Das Frühstück ist eher auf Asiaten ausgelegt, aber man wird auch als Europäer satt.

Thank you for upgrading our rooms to Family Room with no extra cost. Room was big. Breakfast choice limited but sufficent for a good meal to start our day. Free parking but limited. Location near many eateries.

Location is good. Walking distance about 1KM to jonker street. Hotel is clean, although it's old building but room is well maintained. Overall i am satisfied. For me as long as it is clean and well maintained. I m good. But i want to compliment the Front Desk staffs for their courtesy and great attitude. Keep it up guys👍👍

All staff very helpful and kind, kind of vintage decoration (which we enjoy the experience) but all very clean, the whirlpool bathtub was clean and we were able to use it. Breakfast is nice, but if stay several days the manager should think about diversifying/rotate the buffet otherwise is kind of boring eating same kind of food every morning, it’s not that bad but could improve on this.

I had a wonderful stay at Bayview Hotel Melaka. The room was very big, spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their excellent hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Just a normal hotel. Nothing i specifically like. The staff was efficient especially the one who helped me leave the car park after there was a problem with validating my car plate number in the system.

The carpets especially in the room needs to be changed. It smells.

The parking, quite shallow to go up/down. Then need to inform reception every time you go out. The floor is without carpet, so maybe hotel can provide room slipper.

The drive up to the car park is quite worrying because it is two way and no central divider. Can be a blind spot.
