The breakfast food was good, but the service was very poor. The seating arrangement was not handled in a friendly or welcoming manner, and the food was not replenished promptly. One of the Malay Female supervisors had a very unpleasant attitude.

The rooms were spacious enough ( 2 single beds) and fully renovated. The bathroom door was indeed superb and the water pressure for the overhead shower was outstanding.

Maybe the good hotel could upgrade on the TV Channel in the future. But all in good time because you wouldn't want to be wasting your time watching TV all day when you are in Malacca right...😆🤣😆🤣

Service and location was good.

The food, especially room service can really be improved. We waited more than an hour and food arrived and it could not be eaten. Eventually after complaining, they told us they would refund us.

Prachtig hotel, 5 sterren helemaal waard. Locatie is goed maar nog wel wat afstand naar het oude centrum. Te voet is het te doen maar mocht je dit niet willen dan is een "grab" nog altijd een optie. Je snapt niet dat ze het voor zo weinig geld kunnen doen!

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process smooth and easy. The staff greet us with a warm smile and was professional throughout. The staff at the breakfast station were also warm and friendly. Le camere erano veramente grandi e spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort, la colazione è buona, la piscina è una chicca bellissima per nuotare e rilassarsi, lo staff sempre molto gentile

La posizione non è male, però bisogna fare una passeggiata di almeno 15 minuti per arrivare in centro, la colazione come ho detto è buona ma può essere migliorata soprattutto nel reparto dolce e poi aveva una pecca ovvero non c’è lo yogurt greco, né una crema spalmabile alla nocciola o cioccolato

The room had been refurbished and looking modern. Bed was comfortable and amenities sufficiently provided. Bottles of water provided free of charge. Water pressure good. Sound proofing good. Lighting good. TV has lots of channels. Large room and bathroom.

Nothing actually except the parking ramp which was very narrow and navigating the bend is not a for a less than average driver.

I like everything about the hotel. -The bedroom was clean & spacious. -The bed & pillows were comfy. -Buffet breakfast had varieties of food & delicious

Entree hotel fantastisch. Er komt een fijne geur van jasmijn je tegemoet en lekker koel. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en erg goed. De kamer op de 20 verdieping was ruim. Mooi uitzicht over Melaka. Heel aardig personeel.

Excellent petit déjeuner, très belle piscine : les enfant ont apprécié la profondeur. Les chambres connectées étaient pratiques Le personnel a été réactif.

The hotel had been refurbished and look great especially the rooms. Very modern and clean cut. The bed and pillows were comfortable and location is amazing. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Check in and check out process were smooth. Special shout out to En Sham the duty manager who resolved my parking issue after being informed.

The reservation and concierge seems disconnected and ill informed abt my request for a car park reservation at valet area as the ramp going up to the 3rd Floor was just too tight and narrow. This was despite calls from me and having sent a message to the hotel in advance. They were clueless when I arrived. The hotel needs to think of an alternative parking for big cars or drivers having issues navigating tight corners and steep ramps. Luckily En Sham came to the rescue and save the day.

Excelente desayuno y buenas camas, al igual que las almohadas. La ubicación no está mal, aunque queda a unos 15-20 minutos a pie de Jonker street y con el calor y la humedad se hace un poco pesado el trayecto. Tiene piscina para refrescarse y también gimnasio con un par de cintas para correr. El personal muy atento y amable.

the whole experience of staying there was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, bathrooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The breakfast had a huge variety of well-prepared fresh dishes which were tasty and well presented. the swimming pool was wonderful, lovely and clean, fresh towels and a good size and depth to the pool. the bar area was good we watched the football world cup their staff were excellent. The location was perfect it was easy to go see all the things we wanted from here. i would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone and be very happy to return ourselves we had an absolutely great time.

It’s location with plenty of local coffee shops just outside the hotel. Jonker street area just a short walk away. Breakfast spread was good with slight changes daily. Azhari who was overseeing breakfast services was most kind and obliging despite the massive crowd. Imran and Jeslina up in the Club Lounge were most attentive and cordial. Evening canapés were excellent. Concierge staff pleasant and knowledgeable.

The smell that hit us as the elevator door opened up on the 22nd club room floor. Ditto for the initial musty smell of the room. Perhaps emanating from the carpet but we got used to it after a while and enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom was otherwise clean and comfortable. In terms of the breakfast buffet- staff tending cooking stations need to view guests positively and not as nuisances to be tolerated, ignored or grudgingly served.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Calm and pleasant when I raised the question of me having to pay S$20 more for the room for the special parking spot and higher internet speed. However, the hotel staff replied that there was no provision of a special parking spot and higher internet speed as they provide complimentary parking for residents of the hotel and there is wifi provided free of charge. The staff explained that I had booked at a flexible rate which I did not understand.

What was offered on booking.com for the room that I booked that was S$20.00 more for special parking spot and higher internet speed. However, the hotel staff said that complimentary parking and internet wifi are available by the hotel at no extra cost. Then, why I am charged S$20.00 more? To settle my unhappiness, the hotel staff gave another complimentary breakfast for the room.

Pokoje nie były gotowe na czas. Za jednym musieliśmy czekać 3 godziny. Dopiero o 6 popołudniu był posprzątany. Personel w recepcji był słabo zorientowany i zmieniał nam pokoje ( za każdym razem musieliśmy oczekiwać w kolejce do recepcji) W restauracji czekaliśmy na nasze zamówienie półtorej godziny. Byliśmy w cztery osoby i każdy dostawał jedzenie po kolei ... przez to każdy z nas jadł osobno.

For a 5-star hotel, it was extremely affordable. The staff were helpful, courteous 10/10. The Zest restaurant served a fabulous ala cart dinner. The beef satay was out of this world, marinated with aromatic spices & herbs. Liza was extremely knowledgeable & helpful with her suggestions. Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choices in a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere. We enjoyed so much that we are now planning our next stay here. Keep up the fabulous work staff & management of the Dusit Princess - see you all again soon!

Room service got my order wrong on the third day. I was really looking forward for the beef burger which I ordered two days in a row prior. Was served chicken burger instead but got it for free so no complains here. Personally the beef burger was the best i ever had in a while, especially when you are starving after spending hours in the pool, which is also great coz its a deep swimming pool around 2m or so. The gym have a pull up rack so thats another win.

The room is comfortable and the RM100 F&B credit is a nice touch. Frontdesk staff are attentive.

This is my 5th stay in a year with Dusit. Noticed this round the breakfast buffet is not as good as previous. It's not the choices but more of the quality. The salad leaves was limited and don't look fresh. Same goes with the rest of the food quality and taste. The roti canai was salty and not fluffy. Also noticed the current staff are young and fresh. Not sure if they are on training. There was an incident where one of the food was boiling over and the staff didn't notice. Hopefully these area can be improved soon.

Wow! So impressive. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my family really enjoyed it! Starting from check-in—kudos to Mr. Jeyaprakash (I still remember your name) because you were so welcoming and explained everything in great detail regarding the room, breakfast, and advice on the extra bed. Room: The room was big and well-refurbished. We really enjoyed the mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean. Kudos also to housekeeping for being so polite and friendly. Food: Superb! I really enjoyed my dinner; the food was delicious. They provided me with a complimentary fruit platter since it took some time to prepare the dishes due to a long queue of a la carte orders. The manager even came over to apologize for the wait, but surprisingly, it did not take that long at all—we did not mind it either! Breakfast was also a "wow" experience with a huge variety of food. From nasi lemak and Western dishes to noodles, porridge, and pancakes—you name it, they served it! I also saw the chefs on the floor personally checking and monitoring the food. A big thanks to the manager and staff; you really made my day. This is hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. Every single team member—from reception and housekeeping to the F&B manager and service staff—showed immense passion and dedication. This stay was exactly the stress relief I needed. Thank you for making our trip so memorable; we look forward to visiting again!

Truly the staff are all so friendly and supportive. The location is excellent as it is centrally located in the heart of Melaka Town.

The hotel was a walking distance to Bandar Hillir ( the main attraction place ). And I've gotten a room with a view of the Melaka River. Staff was efficient and was very accommodating as I've requested for an early check- in.
