La piscine minuscule et très trouble, la climatisation trop forte dans le restaurant en bas (beaucoup trop froid). Le personnel du restaurant (petit déjeuner et bar) était très froid, pas souriant.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026emplacement excellent. a deux pas de la cathedrale la Seu, de la marina, et de lavenue commercante avec les beaux magasins. la douche a un jet d'eau MAGNIFIQUE. chambre très propre, comme sur les photos. petit déjeuner assez varié. tres bon hotel pour 2 ou 3 jours a Palma.
pas de reelle delimitation entre l'espace ou l'on dort et les toilettes. musique trop forte provenant du bar a coté, mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien. les stops bruits ont reglé l'affaire.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Everything was simply wonderful. The breakfasts were always fresh and delicious with a great variety. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel pleasantly surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and fresh fruit in our room. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Highly recommended!

The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. The water from the fountains, which were accessible throughout the hotel at all times, tasted great.

Das Fenster unseres Zimmers konnten wir leider nicht öffnen, da der Geruch eines Abluftschachts der Küche sehr unangenehm war.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The charming hotel is in the heart of the old town. The rooms have been modernized and are quite comfortable. They clean [not just tidy up] the rooms every morning and do a great job. The breakfast was the best I had on my recent trip. Really fresh ingredients, presented in a delightful way, and the staff, especially Manuel, were awesome. The purified cold water machines on each floor was a special treat that more hotels should investigate.
The room could use a desk where one could sit with a laptop. I solved the issue by taking the nice sitting chair into the bathroom and using the sink vanity as a desk, but there is space for a small desk or table. There is a low table in the room that essentially serves no function; perhaps remove it and replace it with a higher table/desk?

The rooms are small and very basic. The curtains are cheap and outdated. They don’t give you any toiletries and the mini bar is very basic.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Un hotel au coeur du quartier touristique de Palma, idéal pour se balader. Vaste chambre confortable. Accueil 24/24, idéal quand on arrive à 2h du matin comme c'était le cas pour nous avec un accueil très sympathique.
Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré et proposer plus de choix d'oeufs à la commande et plus de variété dans le choix. Attention piscine très petite, les photos sont trompeuses, mais le roof top reste très agréable.

Beim Bad war es etwas schwierig einzusteigen, abet sonst ein grosses Badezimmer.

Die Vorhänge an allen Wänden, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hat eigentlich mit Architektur nichts zu tun.

No air conditioning (because we went in April)! Very noisy at the weekend as so central. Quite a few maintenance issues in our room.

The bar next door blasts music in their garden till midnight making it very difficult to sleep. The hotel was very apologetic, but there’s nothing that they can do. if it weren’t for this problem, I would heartily recommend this place.
