We enjoyed being so close to the water and the nice walking trails in the area. Having a balcony overlooking the water was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable.

The train sounding it ‘s horn during our sleep was a little unsettling. The crossing is right beside the hotel. Parking spaces are tight.

It was good for a quick visit. The tub was great.

One room had stairs in it and that shower had no door so was very cold. Rooms overall were very small

The inconvenience of the front desk, entry door and stairs. Difficulty getting our luggage in. The musty stale smell. The split on the floor where we had to go down stairs with luggage.

Easy to book, linked to waterfront location. Warned about train but that was not a problem at all.

No area to secure bikes (pedal or e-bikes). A bike rack (or even a post) would be very easy, and cheap, to install in the back parking lot.

We had an amazing room with balcony facing the water. Checkin was quick, the location of the hotel was fantastic, right by the park and the water. We wore the provided ear plugs and did not not hear the train behind the hotel. This hotel and Nelson really exceeded our expectations and we wished we had stayed longer. We also checked out the partner hotel in which we could have used the pool and fitness studio but we didn't need it.

Lovely people, clean & comfortable rooms, decent view of the lake on higher floors.

Parking was a challenge, the trains that go by really are loud and unfortunately ear plugs don't quite cut it (they're rare though, it's not a huge deal), and the location is not particularly walkable compared to others.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were very clean, the view of the lake was beautiful and the train only went by a couple of times.

The carpets and hallways weren’t great

Location and little balcony. Roomy room with a kitchenette we didn't use, but it was a nice touch for longer stays. We were there 2 nights.

Parking in back of hotel is difficult to manoeuver if you want to turn right. Parking on the balcony end, facing the railway tracks, might be better.

Rooms were clean

We weren’t told u til we got there pool was off property. The elevators were down and had to lug all of our suitcases and items up 3 floors. The reception guy offered but very reluctantly and sarcastically. No partial compensation was offered.

Comfy beds, room had a balcony to sit outside (overlooking the car park and river), fridge and good water pressure in the shower.

No one answered the phone at the front desk when we were told call if we needed anything. We needed an extra set of towels as we were 3 adults not the usual two.

Inadequate parking. The lots were full and I had to arrange my own for my small car. Too many long pickup trucks, not enough parking spaces.

The parking was very limited and the spots were small, so large vehicles were difficult to accommodate. Therefore, some spots were unsuitable.

Very good location, near the waterfront, and near downtown

Room was tastefully decorated, but a bit dark. Windows were small, and one of the pains was filled in with an air conditioner, only two reading lamps in the room and the ceiling light by the entrance door.

Excellent view from the balcony, well appointed kitchenette and comfortable bed. Only a 15 minute walk from downtown shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any difficulties with parking on site.

Cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the bathroom. The AC unit was noisy

He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help resolve our issue quickly. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and was always approachable whenever we needed assistance. 호텔의 위치가 쇼핑센터, 레이크 공원, 열차역(스트리트카) 등에 가까워서 아주 편리했어요. 호텔 방은 약간 적었지만 아주 청결했고 필요한 것들이 잘 구비되어 있어서 만족했습니다. 직원분들은 무척 상냥했고 질문에 성실하게 답해 주셨어요. 하룻밤 잘 머물다 갑니다. 넬슨에 오면 또다시 이 호텔에서 숙박하려합니다. 감사했습니다 ~~

주차장에서 호텔방까지 캐리어를 운반할 때 계단을 이용해야 만해서 약간 불편했어요.

The room was small, there were no glasses or a kettle although they were given when we asked for them , it’s about a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area

The beds were ok but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the lift wasn’t working, but overall it was nice enough.

Good location. There were no trains that night, so it was very quiet.

Every floor is only accessible by stairs, with no elevator, which is very inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The swimming pool and EV charging facilities are not available on-site. Guests have to go to another hotel with the same name to use them, which is quite inconvenient.

Zeer kleine kamer, volgeproopt met bed, koelkastje, enz. We konden amper onze koffers kwijt en we moesten op het bed zitten omdat er verder geen plaats was om te zitten. Geen ontbijt en dat allemaal voor die prijs! Totaal niet in verhouding.

Located right next to the lake and a beautiful park. Family and pet friendly. Nice that you also get to use the sister property on the lake.

Parking is a bit tight in the front and limited. AC is a window cooler and was not the best.

Great front desk service. Room was good - had microwave and fridge which was nice. Able to walk to shops and restaurants..

Minor issues. There is an elevator to the third floor, but then we had to go down 8 stairs with all our bags (and lug them up again the next morning). Half the 3rd floor rooms are in between second and third floor. No shower curtain, body wash was empty. The air conditioner is in the window - so if you close the curtains, it doesn't work well. But if you leave the curtains open, it is very bright.

Close to where we needed to go. Enjoyed the amenities. Staff was nice.

There wasn't much to like about the room, it was a micro room that would be small for a single person, no table or shelf to set stuff on only a tray on the microwave sitting on top of the fridge with the coffee perk and 2 cups on top. 5 steps from the doorway up into the room. A sliding door into the bathroom that kept sliding open, no closet, some coat hooks on then hallway, beside the stair well, very disapointing.

Everything could be better, a small shelf for your personal things would be nice.

Location was excellent, walking distance to shopping mall with grocery store Save On Foods. Also short walk to a second grocery store Safeway and government liquor store. Nice having coffeemaker, microwave and small fridge. Was very nice that they upgraded me to a balcony king room. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the view of the park and water.

There is a train that passes by behind the hotel a couple times. Was not a problem for me but could be for others. They did provide ear plugs in the room, which was nice if you needed.

Staff were very pleasant -Room nice and spacious - Kitchenette area had cookingtop , microwave and fridge. View was nice, and you can sit out on the Balacony while you watch the tram, and boats go by!

Something you can't really fix is the how close the front parking lot is to the busy road; trying to get in or out, sometimes needs a little patience. Parking in the back is better, and if the hotel's financial budget allowed it, I'd say buy the small vacant gravel lot behind the hotel for parking (unless that's already designated for something like overflow parking for Lakeside Park).

Beautiful view overlooking the water with a deck. The soaker tub was great! The trains went by, very close to the hotel. Depends on whether you are a train person or not. I liked it.

It’s a clean, affordable room with the basic essentials. It is nice that you can use the amenities at the other Prestige Lakefront Resort, as this one doesn’t have any. I have had the same girl at the front desk on several stays, and she’s always very friendly.

It’s concerning they don’t have guaranteed parking and this fills up quickly. The train which they warn you about behind the hotel is loud and earplugs are provided. I didn’t find it to be unbearable, but some sure might. No where to have breakfast or restaurant at all on site.

Bed was uncomfortable and the train running through the back parking lot blowing the horn at 5am was enough.

The hotel room and bathroom had everything you could need for setting up your room for being organized. There was also two chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy the view of the lake and the sailboats. Service was fast and friendly at the desk.The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee, dresser, shelves and a desk and a chair. Right by me beach, lake walking area and the mall.

Ceiling lighting was not throughout the room. But having the TV on, and the mirror on the one side help with the lighting. I did not see any USB ports on the nightstand or lamps.

Great location in town was not far from the main area with restaurants. Great value for the night as we were passing through.
