Het hotel was mooi met mooie details.

De bediening was matig en niet vlot in de hulpverlening.

Very clean, comfortable, nice staff. For those who do not like ultra big western chain hotels, this is a nice alternative. Breakfast on 10th floor with open air and views over Bandung is very nice.

Bathroom a bit small

We hebben 3 dagen overnacht in dit hotel. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen. Met name het prima ontbijt en het zeer vriendelijke personeel viel ons op. Een compliment aan Miftah en zijn collega die de bar ‘s avonds voor ons net iets langer open hielden. Wij wilden graag speelkaarten hebben en die ging Miftah speciaal voor ons kopen. Wat een service!

Unfortunately not a lot went well for us at the Art Deco Hotel in Bandung. It was the end-of Ramadan holiday period and the hotel was full with families but the place was not particularly clean which was a problem. The staff were very nice.

The hotel was not as clean as it should have been - everything was a little grubby. It was located a 45 minute drive from Central Bandung. The food was not great. The pool are was quite small and too close to the restaurant. There were no areas to relax outside of the room which was quite small.

Breakfast is excellent, pool is great, room is comfortable and clean, parking space is sufficient

Loved the decor, it was slightly aged marble and fun campy Art Deco - as the hotel name suggests! The room was more than fine - bed was super comfy. The shower pressure was good, toiletries good, clean towels, fair service from reception, great service on the rooftop at breakfast. The view is amazing from both the balcony and the rooftop bar across Bandung. Very reasonable price for what was offered.

Felt the reception team could have been more welcoming, but they got there in the end! And even though everything was clean enough - I feel that there could have been a bit more polish to the rooms and the bathrooms and the balcony - which is quite dusty but the AC units are there as well. The shower area is really quite cramped but I think it's clever how it's been designed and you can't say they haven't done the best with the space they had there! The rooftop pool was noisy for me and unfortunately when I was there it was full of children and families from an early hour, plus it closed early (around 6pm) so didn't get a chance to swim and exercise or relax by the pool there. But that's not a flaw of the hotel - it's just how it worked out during my stay there! The wifi is a bit iffy though... so maybe not a working transit hotel really...

المكان جداً جممميل وراقي كل شيء فيه مرتب وانيييق كانت من افضل الفنادق اللي زرتها الحديقه صغيره وفيها العاب بسيطه للاطفال واطلاله المسبح خورافيه بالدور العاشر العيب الوحيد فيه المطعم مايناسب العرب فقط اكل اندونيسي

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 10e verdieping waar zowel het restaurant als het zwembad zich bevinden. De kamers waren luxe en mooi ingericht. Het zit in een welvarende wijk en er zijn leuke restaurant opties op loopafstand.

Fantastische locatie boven op berg....supermooi uitzicht. Wel iets verder van centrum maar met een grab ben je zo waar je wil zijn. Supervriendelijk personeel. Mooi zwembad. Geweldig ontbijt. Mooie kamer.

Ontbijt was fantastisch!

Zwembad sluit al om 18 uur, na een dag excursie dus geen gebruik hier meer van mogen maken, zonde!! Er waren heel veel kinderen aan het schreeuwen in het hotel, voor 6 uur in de ochtend al over de gangen rennen, deuren slaan, hard schreeuwen. Ook het ontbijt verliep erg chaotisch waardoor er geen plaats meer was en veel eten lag op de grond.

The swimming pool view is awesome, the warm water pool is great and location is the best.

First time here. Honest opinion : 1. Room is clean and comfortable. But the toilet is too small and cramp. And when you put an extra bed...it becomes a boarding house. 2. Parking is crazy. You can see marks on the wall due to interacting with bumpers. 3. Location is great. 4. Breakfast is great. 5. New year event is great. 6. Food is great. 7. Cleanliness need more effort. Overall? It is an ok place to stay and will come again.

We liked the view of the rooftop restaurant. This where the breakfast is as well. Unfortunately though neither the breakfast nor the restaurant were good.

The room was very small for a hotel with this price range. The breakfast is only local cuisine, so there is nothing from the general food that is found in every single hotel like different kinds of cheese, some smoked beef, some martedella or an egg station. No there’s instead a corner for fish and a station for noodles, so it felt like the hotel is only for locals it didn’t feel welcoming specifically that the receptionists did not speak English well, only one of them we could communicate with when we found him. The rooftop restaurant serves really bad food which is a shame cause the view from above is really good.

the room was good. and breakfast is too crowd, they split into 3 shift. we enjoyed their infinity pool.

The hotel is exquisitely decorated. Its chic. The room is perfectly proportioned. They gave me the same room that I stayed previously. The breakfast view and view from the pool is breathtaking. Breakfast options are ample!

There is a musty smell in the corridors. Also,I asked to change from my 2 singles to a large bed n was told it's full.

I kid you not but the NOIR bathroom amenities is fantastic! And the smell of the lobby and the hotel aisle! And they are generous for their mini bar snacks! All are free!

My sister booked this hotel for the whole family to celebrate her daughter's birthday. My wife and I stayed in a king-bed room, which was spacious and comfortable, featuring a classic design. However, the bathroom was rather small. We enjoyed breakfast on the top floor, where we were treated to beautiful views of Bandung city. The food selection was fairly standard. There's also a medium-sized swimming pool adjacent to the restaurant.

Very attentive staffs from front office staffs, restaurant staffs, house keepers including swimming pool staffs was so great, excellent breakfast, lovely and clean room etc

Location is in residential areas and trendy cafes. The AC works well. Room is clean. Have balcony. The staff is polite and helpful.

The toilet is so small. I think it is the smallest toilet in a hotel that i have ever stayed. Breakfast is not so good. They have 'fresh' fried rice station, but when i requested it, they gave me a pre-made, rather cold one. I also tried their indomie station, the noodle is not well cooked, what a disappointment, even for such simple meal. The only good thing, probably the coffee machine, which worked well. I think, I am not gonna repeat the stay.

Mencoba memesan corner room berharap mendapatkan view seperti tampilan di foto, ternyata taman depan balkon berantakan (lagi renovasi) dan sisi kiri viewnya rumah orang. kamarnya oke so far, makanan tastenya oke hanya dingin beberapa makanan yang harusnya tersaji panas. only the service is minus, there is no concierge, guest suitcases are delivered by the front office staff. This hotel cannot be said to be luxurious. because the hotel is not big, the location is not strategic, the service is not excellent, the food quality is standard (luxury hotel requirements). Plus, the hotel has a rooftop swimming pool with beautiful views.

My experience was almost super wonderful except one thing .. the bathroom ice glass wall was not covered. It's a little bit awkward to be in the bathroom with someone else (other than your spouse) in the bedroom who can easily see whatever you do in the bathroom. It should be covered, I'm serious, curtain or shade or whatever you may install there. The room itself is beautiful and clean. We had a problem with the wifi and the technicians did their job responsively. The breakfast was also tasty and widely various.
