The location of this place is out of this world with its own two amazing cave to explore with access to the sea via steps this place could be absolutely amazing with a good cleanup and a new cooker I would definitely come back when these things are sorted

My stay at White Sand Negril was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and other facilities nearby if I chose not to dine on the property. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

One area that could be improved is having a television in the room, as this would provide guests with an additional option for entertainment and relaxation, especially during downtime.

The room had no floor mats (neither at the entry on in the bathroom). Two single beds join together with two single mattresses to form a king, causing an uncomfortable joint in the middle. This should have been at least have king mattress across the two single beds. The billiards table in the game room is not maintained.

Great location. Good food. Access to wonderful beach. Was able to snorkel and see lots of fish. Convenient access to Rick's Cafe which was awesome. Sunsets were to die for. Water in the beach was warm and clear. A great spot!!

Piccola, scomoda, con un frigo rugginoso, un armadio che non era un’armadio ma un angolo con una staffa. (Vedere le foto VERE che abbiamo fatto) Ma questo non è tutto!!! Non abbiamo chiuso occhio, aria condizionata rumorosa, centrale elettrica che ha fatto rumore tutta la notte. Disperati siamo andati alla reception per lamentarci. Ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero cambiato stanza, ma nel frattempo erano lì in reception altri due ospiti che si lamentavano di disagio anche più gravi dei nostri. ( una signora era stata fatta rimanere senza corrente né area condizionata tutta una giornata con 2 bimbi piccoli). Valutando che una cambio di camera non avrebbe migliorato il soggiorno, abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura, pagando un 5 stelle per i giorni rimanenti. Abbiamo richiesto subito la restituzione della cauzione (200 dollari) e un rimborso anche parziale. Ci è stato detto per ben 3 volte che dovevamo parlare con una responsabile che però non era mai presente e di mandare un’e-mail che abbiamo mandato il giorno stesso. Al terzo giorno consecutivo dove ci siamo presentati per richiedere il rimborso parziale del soggiorno, ci hanno detto che loro nn rendevano niente e che dovevamo chiedere a Booking.com. UNA SCHIFEZZA!!! Arroganti, maleducati, indecenti. Faremo sicuramente presente a Booking.com questa disavventura chiedendo un parziale rimborso che andrà a ripagare in parte il danno economico avuto. NON FISSATE QUI!!!!

What I did like about staying there the room was ok… microwave and little dinette area was kool to have. The bathroom was ok.

What I didn’t like was the power kept going out and they didn’t have a back up generator, water pressure in the room I stayed in was horrible and not hot at all, the refrigerator was the worst…it horrible, rusted and ice build up.

Fue realmente una decepción. Las fotos no reflejan el estado actual del lugar y resultan bastante engañosas. En la habitación, todas las paredes estaban húmedas y del aire acondicionado caía agua directamente al piso. Además, el baño tenía una pérdida. Por otro lado, todo el sector más cercano a la playa se encuentra bastante abandonado y con muy poco mantenimiento, lo que afecta mucho la experiencia. Lamentablemente, no lo recomiendo y no volvería a alojarme allí.

Un lugar espectacular con acceso directo a la playa Seven Mile Beach, la más bonita de Negril y posiblemente de toda Jamaica. El hospedaje espectacular, así como los servicios que ofrece para la playa, como las asoladoras, sombrillas y flotadores.

One of the biggest inconveniences was having to cross the main road to get between the two sides of the resort. While there were security staff present, they didn’t always assist guests with crossing, which was disappointing. The food menu was very limited and remained the same throughout our stay, so there wasn’t much variety. The overall standard and finish of the resort also felt quite poor. The rooms were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. The bed sheets and towels had noticeable stains, which was unacceptable. There was also no telephone in the rooms, so whenever we needed to contact reception, we had to walk there in person. If you were staying on the beachside, this meant quite a long walk. The lack of a TV in the room was another downside. Another frustration was the beach towel system. When you were given a token to collect your beach towel, you were then told to keep the same towel for your entire stay because fresh towels were rarely available. This was very inconvenient and not what you would expect from a resort. At check-in, it would have been much more helpful to receive a printed information sheet with the breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, along with other useful resort information, instead of being told everything verbally and expected to remember it.

muy lindo, limpia la habitación, la ubicación fantástica con acceso a la playa, aire acondicionado, la piscina linda con zona de juegos, las toallas y almohadas buenas. La playa del hotel muy limpia y linda. Te reciben con una botella de agua. La verdad volvería a pesar de las cosas malas, la relación calidad precio es muy buena.

La piscina estaba sucia, no tenía baño. Quitaron la luz y el agua y teníamos cosas en la nevera y cuando se hizo reclamo la colocaron nuevamente. Cuando nos bañamos el agua no se podía graduar y salía hirviendo, y con ese calor peor. No hay duchas para cuando ingresas de la playa, no hicieron aseo al cuarto, No hablan español. La Atención en general el Jamaica no es su fuerte con el turista.

The most amazing thing about the property was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful absolutely amazing. The lady at the front desk with the French name 10000 stars! We got there and she insisted we get on an excursion, even though we were late she arranged private transport for us to get there. She really wanted us to experience a great time.

We didn’t like the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned daily. That was quite a shock to the system.

El sector de playa ,la piscina , juegos pool y tenis de mesa, el parque y los balcones terraza de las habitaciones .la ubicación de la playa es genial y estás cerca del supermercado y varios restaurantes y bares .Ambiente familiar y relajado .

Tuvimos serios desperfectos eléctricos que nos dejaron sin aire acondicionado dos días completos , luego sin luz en el balcón .La luz de la cocina era muy deficiente con bajones permanentes de tensión ,la heladera perdía agua .El baño tenía olor de las cañerías ,nos reconocieron un crédito en consumos de bar por los inconvenientes. El hotel tiene dos sectores ,uno en la playa y otro en el jardín cruzando la calle . estábamos alojados en el sector del jardín en la parte antigua del complejo , si te vas a alojar en el White Sands asegúrate que no sea en ese sector .

There was no microwave. Furnishings were old. Bed made noise. No housekeeping. We had to use the same dirty white towels to shower 5 times and to take to the pool. The $200 deposit was uncalled for because there was nothing in that room to destroy. The wardrobe was old and we didn't even use it. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. The small refrigerator didn't work well. My 2 coconut water drinks got spoiled. The only good thing was the pool. The parking lot needs to be more accessible and pleasant looking. I would definitely never stay there again. When we went to the pool for an early swim, we were told we had to wait 3 hours before the lifeguard came. So we had to scrap the idea.

TV was a little fussy, but we wasn't indoors much so it wasn't a big problem.. we stayed on the 3rd floor so it would have been helpful if the stairwell lights came on for safety purposes. The lights could have just blown as I noticed lights on elsewhere. But was still a lovely experience staying here

Als je vermeld dat de kamer ‘beach site’ is, wek je de indruk dat je zeezicht hebt vanuit de kamer. Dat is niet het geval. De kamers staan haaks op de zee. Maar het mooie strand maakt alles goed!

Super Unterkunft. Ich war auf der "Land-Seite", auf der anderen Seite des Strandes und der Strasse. Dort liegt auch der Pool und den hatte ich teils den ganzen Tag für mich alleine. Die Zimmer sind gross und ich würde empfehlen, ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche zu nehmen, denn in der Nähe hat es einen Supermarkt, der sämtliche Produkte verkauft und so kann man selber etwas kleines Kochen, denn die Restaurants in der Nähe sind total überteuert und die Qualität ist nicht gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Strandliegen bequem und es hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Würde wieder buchen!

It was our first time in Jamaica and we are leaving with a heavy heart. The hotel itself is clean and cozy. We booked the gardenside room which is across the street and we quite enjoyed the quieter atmosphere. The location is just AMAZING right on the 7 mile beach and by far the best part of it. You have a private beach where you can lounge under palm trees or a cute cabana right in front of the bar and dining room. The drinks at the bar are delicious and not to expensive. We‘ve tried a couple of restaurants around but never got food as good as here. Wether it‘s breakfast, lunch or dinner it was always so delicious. Especially the seafood is incredible. Our biggest praise goes out to the staff who made this nice experience into an unforgettable one. From the bartenders (bubbles, ice & paul), to the servers (jennifer & ariel) and the kitchen staff (courtney & ollie) all were incredibly nice and made us feel like family right away. Their slogan is "Mi de fah yah“ and they all made sure all of our needs were met. Would really recommend this hotel also just for a dinner but we‘ll definetly return!

The staff was warm and welcoming, from the security at the entrance to the housekeeper. Ms Carey my housekeeper,i hope I spelled it correctly. She was pleasant and attentive. 😄 Everyone served with a smile. The pool was great I didn't go to the beach but the Garden side was nice. The room was CLEAN. The bathroom was fresh and my towels and bedding was spotless. The location is perfect. Plazas and restaurants were all in walking distance. 15 mins tops to get to somewhere that mattered, like a supermarket or a pharmacy or even an ATM. It's all a short walk away. The area is always lively too. There are 2 sides to the property. One side on the Garden side the other on the beach side.

No Kettle. I am a tea person. I knew there was no TV in my room, but I was surprised to not find even a simple Kettle. That was a bummer for me. Everything else was great. The restaurant was on the beach side.

The breakfast menu was good. I didn’t realize that coffee refills were not complementary.

Unfreundliches Personal an Rezeption und im Restaurant. Unser Zimmer lag zwischen der Straße und einer Baustelle am Haus. Die Rezeptionistin wusste nichts von der Baustelle und wollte wissen, wie sehr sie uns beeinträchtigen würde... Warum muss man diese Bändchen tragen? Kein Grund ersichtlich. Man bekommt das Liegetuch mit einer Karte. Im Restaurant darf jeder essen. Man könnte das alles ganz leicht so viel freundlicher gestalten.

Estaba muy bien ubicada, a 20 mts de la playa y muy cerca del mercado de artesanías y del pueblo. Se podía ir a pie tranquilamente. La playa del club es fantástica muy limpia y muy tranquila!!!

Solo le falta una heladera portatil para llevar bebidas frescas a la playa, ya que no hay bar en la misma…

La struttura si trova su una porzione di spiaggia molto bella e viene ripulita da eventuali alghe ed è attrezzata di lettini gratuiti che si possono posizionare all’ombra delle palme, offrono teli mare gratuitamente puliti ogni giorno, inoltre a pagamento è possibile fare la colazione al ristorante della struttura con accesso alla terrazza panoramica sul mare. La struttura offre una piscina di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito e anche di un biliardo e di un tavolo da Ping pong

La camera era molto più antiquata rispetto alle immagini proposte e la pulizia generale lasciava un po a desiderare anche le tende presentavano delle macchie, la porta principale aveva delle fessure da cui entrava lo sporco e anche le lucertole anche se per noi non sono state un problema. Il wifi non prendeva molto nella nostra stanza. l primo giorno non hanno rifatto la camera quindi siamo dovuti andare in reception a chiedere dei nuovi asciugamani e extra abbiamo chiesto un phone non essendo presente in camera (senza costi aggiuntivi). Non era presente nessun kit bagno se non solo shampoo e saponetta mani che non sono obbligatori ma fanno sempre piacere in un Hotel. Al ristorante dell’hotel abbiamo notato come avessero menu con prezzi differenti l’uno dalla altro con differenze anche di molti dollari, anche l’acqua acquistata la mattina risultava più rincarata il pomeriggio mentre la sera ancora più economica, non abbiamo ben capito questa mossa “turistica” soprattutto se un giorno pago X la colazione e il giorno dopo per lo stesso identico pasto vengono aggiunti 10 dollari

An amazing spot, from the view, to the details in the condo. It’s avery relaxing place to be with your partner or family. Great value; actually felt like we were on vacation. Local venders were great! We will be back!!!

I did not like that staff was unavailable and we were checked in by the security guard. I also did not like that there was no water in the refrigerator, nor a glass or a cup to drink out of.

Staff at the property asked for my CVV code for my credit card for the pre-check in charges. The room was dirty on arrival and the AC unit was nonfunctional. It took much effort to get the staff to do a room switch which was only granted for one night until we refused to move back to the room with the nonfunctional AC unit. Crossing the main roadway was annoying but manageable.

The location right in the middle of 7- mile beach was perfect. The water was beautiful blue. You could walk 100 ft off the beach and the water is at your waist.

There needs to be more shade for the beach chairs. Not everyone wants to lay in the son all day. If you didn't get a good spot in the morning, it was a challenge during the heat of the day.

This was our second stay at White Sands. The property is in the perfect location on 7 Mile Beach- right in the middle. You can walk anywhere on the beach from the property. Our room was clean and comfortable with no frills but just steps to the beach. The restaurant has delicious food. We stayed on the beachside and expected to hear more road noise but it was surprisingly quiet. Beach towels are provided but we brought extras and I would recommend this.

Sehr freundliches Person und gute Lage

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht. Dies war unser teuerstes Hotel auf unserer Jamaika Reise und im Vergleich zu den anderen war kein Frühstück inbegriffen, Zimmer wurde nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt und es gab weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch ein Fernseher im Zimmer.

La Ubicacion si tienes del lado de las Playa esta perfecta! Ramon es quien mejor atiende a los huespedes y el menos remunerado seguramente.

Los servers en la playa son muy mala onda, les molesta absolutamente que les pidas algo que los haga trabajar. Las habitaciones no tienen nada equipado, ni una cafetera, ni una pava electrica ni shampoo - condicionador por el precio q pagas. El restaurant es muy caro para la Relacion precio comida. Los tragos de las Barra te los sirven en vasos pequeños de plastico. Muy poco ecologico y alto precio para un coctail pequeño puro hielo. En general el servicio del hombre mayor de las barta y todos los servers del reastaurant, muy malo.

Enjoyed food and lots of cocktails at the bar. Especially Bubbles the bar tender. Her cocktails were spot on and enjoyed each visit. (5) Great personality too.
