TODO ME PARECIO EXCELENTE LA UBICACION, LA COMIDA, LA ATENCION, LA LIMPIEZA ETC.

Mâncarea a fost excelentă, în fiecare seară era mâncare diferită, curățenia în fiecare zi era la nivel și personalul era minunat, cel mai bun hotel la care am fost

Personnel du restaurant très désagréable,nous avions un forfait pour des boissons à volonté. 5mn avant la fermeture du service l'appareil éte fermé par le personnel alors que nous étions encore entrain de manger. Nous avons séjourné dans un autre hôtel 4etoiles à playa de muro et tant que il y avait du monde dans le restaurant le personnel ramenez des plats même si l'heure du service était dépassé. L'hôtel nécessite des travaux de rénovation tant au niveau des chambres que les parties communes surtout les ascenseurs du côté de la réception qui datent! Nous étions dans une suite une partie n'avait qu'un ventilateur au plafond et il était très difficile d'y dormir.

La proximité du port et des lieux de prise en charge des activités. Tout est parfait .Petit déjeuner excellent et dîner avec beaucoup de choix.

La pessima qualità del cibo.

Ottima posizione, abbastanza vicino a tutto e facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina. Il personale super cordiale, appena capiscono che sei italiano ti fanno una grande festa e non vogliono che parli inglese perché tanto “ci capiamo”😂 Ottimo l’intrattenimento, i ragazzi sono bravissimi e coinvolgono tutti!

Proporrei di variare un po’ la selezione del cibo per chi ha l’all inclusive, in piscina non ci sono abbastanza lettini magari si potrebbero implementare.

Colazione varia e internazionale ok! Posizione eccellente per spiaggia e tempo libero!

Qualche piccolo dettaglio 1) ascensori più puliti 2) Per un albergo 4 stelle I dettagli fanno la differenza anche nella pulizia dei bagni (specchi e tubi a vista )

Es roch überall nach Kloake und diversen Putzmitteln. Das Essen war auf Masse ausgelegt und im Restaurant war war es viel zu unruhig … entspanntes Essen Fehlanzeige

Everything was truly exceptional! The junior suite was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed provided a very large and comfortable sleeping experience. The bar, cleaning, and restaurant staff all deserve commendation for their outstanding work.

There was nothing particularly noteworthy. Perhaps a wider variety of food options would have been appreciated, but for a Spanish AI, it was quite satisfactory.

A deux pas de la plage, établissement de taille important mais très professionnel pour l'accueil et la demi-pension (buffet à volonté avec beaucoup de choix, variété en fonction des jours, ...), chambre suite très grande avec terrasse. Animation le soir mais trop chaud pour nous qui préfèrerions la climatisation ou les balades en extérieur. Hôtel fonctionnel avec des enfants et famille. Local à vélo extraordinaire (loueur à proximité)

Matelas du lit un peu vieux avec forme liée à l'usage, alentours de la piscine en fin de journée plein de verres et papiers laissés par les clients non nettoyés

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, ainsi que la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Un grand bravo également à l’équipe d’entretien : les chambres étaient toujours très bien faites et impeccablement entretenues. »

j’ai trouvé les chambres beaucoup trop petites et peu adaptées pour deux personnes. Les espaces de rangement sont insuffisants, notamment dans la salle de bain. La porte coulissante qui sépare l’espace nuit des toilettes manque également d’intimité et n’est pas vraiment adaptée. J’ai aussi été déçue que les boissons ne soient pas incluses au dîner avec la formule demi-pension, y compris l’eau, qui doit être payée en supplément

Esperava mais de um hotel de 4 estrelas, jantar variado mas com muito pouca qualidade e horário muito limitado (até às 21:30) sendo que mesmo quem está lá dentro não se pode servir mais a partir dessa hora exata. Alguns funcionários rudes tanto no restaurante quanto na receção.

Mnogo nam se dopao hotel, bašta hotela, sadržaji, doručak i večera, osoblje, sve je bilo fantastično,imali sve što je bilo potrebno za pravi odmor! Sobe su svaki dan očišćene i menjani su peškiri, a postoji mogućnost uzimanja peškira za plažu na recepciji. Preporucujemo ovaj hotel svima. Hvala na svemu! 😊

Breakfast was very good there was good variety and the food was fresh. Great location, close to the beach and the bus stop where you can go to Palma or Soller - the bus system is very easy. Friendly staff especially the entertainment staff who were very energetic, shoutout to Milena who was great.

Dinner was a hit or miss, there was lots of options and every night had a different special/theme, it didn’t taste amazing but it was good for hotel food. No full length mirror in room. Pool is small and not enough beds for such a big hotel. If you want to drink a lot it is worth getting the all inclusive. We opted for half board (breakfast and dinner) but we weren’t even allowed drinks with our dinner - a small bottle of water was €2.50.

No he estado en ningún hotel que la amabilidad de los empleados llegue al nivel de los de este hotel. Un 20 sobre 10 para todo el equipo.

Si tengo que escribir algo que no me gustara es quizá que el comedor huele demasiado a comida nada más entrar y en alguna zona común igual. Supongo que es algo de extracción y pendiente de arreglar porque nos comentaron que todos los años van haciendo reformas. También pondría plato de ducha y un colchón algo mejor. Todo esto repitiendo que me ha encantado el hotel, instalaciones y personal.

The location of the hotel is great, only ~5 minutes away from the main beach. There's a public bus near it that goes to the airport. Reception was so friendly kind (shout out to John marco). My family and I arrived late to the hotel and they gave us free food. They offer a lot of activities and entertainment. The buffet was nice as well

The air conditioner was not working at times but other than that everything was perfect

La struttura molto accogliente, il personale molto cordiale, vivace e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Lo Chef Emilio e il suo team hanno accolto le nostre richieste nonostante le allergie e intolleranze (glutine) con molta professionalità e disponibilità. I camerieri sia del ristorante e del bar sono stati molto gentili in particolare Marta che ci ha servito sempre con grande entusiasmo! Lo staff di animazione con Deme e Milena sono stati eccezionali, abbiamo riso e scherzato e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, li ringraziamo ancora e se mai ritorneremo in questa struttura sarà anche per merito loro!

Hotelul este plasat într-o locație bună. Ai la 3-5 min pe jos prima plaja, statia de autobuz, magazine, restaurante şi centrul stațiunii la vreo 10-15 min. pe jos. Mâncarea diversificată, am avut demipensiune. Cina era mereu cu o temă diferită.

La micul de jun în demipensiune se dau băuturi gratis, dar la cina nu, trebuie sa cumperi o bratara care costa 4€ pe persoană si atunci ai acces. Sau poti comanda in regim de restaurant si achiti la plecare. Asta mi sa parut neobișnuit aici. Dimineața poti bea orice si seara nu.

The facilities and rooms and over all hotel was very well kept, reception staff were very helpful, the location is perfect, less than 5 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants within walking distance

The pool area was too small for the capacity of the hotel, near impossible to get a lounger. Also I ordered a pizza from the bar and was served a clearly reheated pre made pizza. It mad me violently I'll from food poising I couldn't leave my room for the last two days due to vomiting so basically ruined my holiday. The pizza was stale but so hot I couldn't pick it up so it was clearly microwaved which I know unevenly heats food so doesn't kill all bacteria. Seeing as that was the only food I ate that day and I vomited within 1 hour of eating it im 100% sure that made me sick.

Für Radfahrer super. Mit Fahrrad Stellplätze und Werkstatt. Spa Bereich. Pool war ausreichend. Frühstück und Buffet war auch sehr gut.

Die Lautstärke in den Fluren und das Bett, dieser war durchgelegen.

Posizione della struttura in centro ma defilata, fronte spiaggia ,disponibilita' del personale , i teli mare a disposizione,la varietà del cibo sia a colazione sia a cena,la vicinanza dei mezzi di trasporto efficienti

La maleducazione di certi ospiti che occupavano anzi tempo con il solo telo i lettini in piscina il malfunzionamento del minifrigo in camera poi prontamente sostituito

Sice za to nemůže hotel, ale nelíbilo se mi, že někteří lidé ještě před snídaní si šli zabrat léhátka k bazénu. Já chodila k moři a právě z tohoto důvodu jsem ani bazén nevyužila. Přijde mi to docela sobecké vůči ostatním lidem, dát si tam ručník a pak tam ani nebýt celou dobu …

food was really nice.. pool was nice, and it's close on 25m, a good vibe about the place during the day. Bike storage and facilitation was 10/10!

La animacion es excasa y la falta de manteles o tapetes en las mesas del conedor.

Väldigt bra generellt. Nära allt, fräscha gemensamma ytor och god varierande frukost- och middagsbuffe. Trevlig personal och välstädat överallt. Bra varierat med utomhusytor kring pool och trädgård.

El trato de todo el Staff fue muy amable y cercano en todo momento. Mucha oferta de entretenimiento y servicios.

Aunque la habitacion estaba muy , muy bien , el uso de la bañera era muy incomodo. Dudo que gente de cierta edad / movilidad u obesos puedan utilizarla comodamente. el bufett muy completo , pero le faltaba un punto de calidad. los postres , mucha cantidad pero poco variado. en una semana de estancia, te deja pocas opciones de disfrutar cada dia de diferentes postres.

Veldig bra frokost. Fantastiske sykkelfasiliteter.

Struttura bellissima, completamente nuova. Reception elegante e ampissima, giá all’accoglienza lo staff è cordiale e gentile e cosi si dimostra ogni giorno, dalla reception al personale di servizio in sala, al bar, alle camere, tutti sorridenti e simpatici e gentili. Stanza (junior suit) bellissima, ampia, luminosa. Giardino bellissimo e curato, enorme. Piscina ampia e piscina piccola per i bimbi messa in perfetta sicurezza. Spazi comuni come SPA, bar; giardino, accoglienti ed eleganti, curati. Cibo: eccezionale (sono italiana e quindi esigente). A finire, bike station e bike rooms pazzesche, persino stazione per il lavaggio bici. Insomma. Ci siamo trovati cosi bene che abbiamo scelto di restare 3 giorni in piu e spostare il volo. Torneremo!!!!

Amazing hotel for cycling. Best I’ve been in. Staff are outrageously friendly and helpful. Probably the nicest staff I’ve met, a real positive culture there.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, lagom långt till allt. Vällagad mat rent och snyggt. Bekväma sängar. Fantastisk frukost. Andra gången på hotellet och det kommer bli fler.
