It's very close to the beginning of the beach where the sea is calmer with minimal to no waves and winds whereas the rest of the beach were windy and wavy. Breakfast and dinner were great. They let you use the spa facilities (shower, toilet, changing room etc) after check out which was nice.

Would have been nice to be provided water in dinner rather than charging it.

The breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. Overall, it was definitely worth it, especially with the pool and wellness facilities.

During my stay, I was extremely disappointed. Although marketed as adults-only, the property has a very quiet, retreat-like atmosphere with no music in the lobby or pool areas. I found the room to be very small, the patio furniture was in poor condition, and the breakfast was very basic. Additionally, despite specifically requesting a sea view when booking, there was no view of the sea whatsoever. The room also lacked basic amenities like a kettle, coffee, and daily water service. The pools are also quite small, and the promised daytime activities and entertainment were absent. Finally, strict no-smoking policies apply even in the outdoor areas due to the fake grass, providing a very cheap and restrictive environment. In conclusion, the £950 I paid for this holiday feels completely worthless.

This is a fantastic hotel. Great location. Great staff. Plenty of food choices both at breakfast & dinner. The bar menu for lunch times was excellent & very reasonable - among the options on the menu was a margarita pizza for less than 9 euros & big enough to share after a good breakfast! Special offer drinks between 5pm & 6pm but not expensive at any time. Would highly recommend & would come back to this hotel if staying in Alcudia again. The only slight negative was the air con could have been a little more powerful, especially when the sun was on the bedroom but for the most part it was perfectly fine. I emailed the hotel before we arrived to see if there was a kettle in the bedrooms (mum loves a morning cup of tea!). They don't put them in as standard but they are available free of charge on request. On arrival, there was a kettle in each of our rooms. 6 of us stayed in 3 rooms - 207, 208 & 214. Also, the hotel offers free pool towels for the duration of your stay and you can change these as needed - no need to pack your beach towels! The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the old town - turn left out of the hotel & walk in a straight line till you get there! Market on Tuesday morning in the Old Town & every evening at the Port.

We enjoyed our stay at the EIX Alcudia; Its location is perfect. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were cleaned to a good standard and the pool areas were also well looked after. Food and drinks prices around the pool were very reasonable. Breakfast was of a good standard. The normal buffet type fayre you would expect with it being tasty and always something you can find to eat. We booked a Junior Suite which to us, didn’t quite live up to the suite title. A reasonably sized single room separated by curtains. Bed and tv at one end, and a 2 seater sofa at the other. Everything else is as you would expect in any 3-4 star hotel but nothing to blow you away. The balcony is extraordinarily spacious but has a weird layout which in places is unusable. Looking out from the room onto the balcony you predominately see concrete walls which is not the nicest view (see photos). That area however does have 2 sun beds and table and chairs which is far more suite like. All very nice but because it is effectively surrounded by concrete, it was too hot for us to use regularly and comfortably. However the balcony has a strange quirk in that if you walked past the sun beds by about 15ft and did a left turn, you ended up overlooking the pool area. I guess there would just be enough room if we were to pick up and move the table and chairs to provide a seated area overlooking the pool. Overall, as large as the balcony is, it’s has a lot of wasted space and not very inviting. We had one issue with food. We ordered chicken sandwiches for lunch by the pool. The chicken was so dry it was inedible so we didn’t eat it. We raised this with the bar/kitchen staff who surprisingly said the chicken was always cooked that way and it was how they expected it. I don’t agree but that was only a minor blip on what was an enjoyable holiday. My view is that the EIX Alcudia is more of a very good 3 star rather than a 4. We have stayed at other 4 star hotels in the same resort that we feel are generally better across the entire holiday experience, but for the price we paid, its a compliment to the hotel that they provide such a good service. struttura pulita e aria condizionata funzionante, ci è piaciuto molto il servizio in piscina! colazione onestamente pazzesca, non ce lo aspettavamo! ricca scelta tra salato e dolce con chef che ti faceva anche pancake e omelette sul momento, siamo rimasti davvero contenti. la posizione è comoda perché dall'aeroporto arriva il pullman al porto di alcudia che dista poco dall'hotel. purtroppo siamo rimasti sempre in piscina perché il mare era terribile, ma non ci è dispiaciuto troppo, siamo stati molto bene. il personale è davvero disponibile e con le lingue se la cavano molto, per qualsiasi problema ci sono sempre stati!

purtroppo se non tieni il posto con l'asciugamano prima della colazione è impossibile prendere posto in piscina... quindi cerchi di essere civile ma sei costretto a non esserlo per colpa degli altri. bisogna alzarsi alle 8.30/9.00 se no potete scordarvi un bel posto, anzi probabilmente non si trova proprio😅

Excellent central location for bars and shops. About 5 mins walk to the beach which is cooler with a suntrap than around the pool. Port is a delight to walk round as the sun sets. Eix hotel went beyond my needs. I struggle with walking, they allowed a mobility scooter to be parked up safely and looked after the battery in reception. Hotel is great for wheelchair users as there is a lift that goes down to the small pool area. Freshly made omelettes with constant flow of food being filled up. Can't fault this hotel at all, unless l was being picky which lm not.

Overall this hotel is fine and nothing more. I'm very confused by the number of reviews praising this hotel, as there was absolutely nothing special about it. It was fine. The food at breakfast was again fine, it was edible but nothing outstanding. The pool area was ok. Quite small and difficult to get a lounger if you weren't there first thing in the morning, but nice to have 2 different pools. The staff were friendly enough, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 2 in the morning, the man who checked us in really needed to get the hint we just wanted to get our room key and go to bed and not basically hold us hostage at the desk with jokes and small talk. The biggest negative was the air con, or should I say lack thereof. It did not cool down the bedroom at all and the heat was unbearable. We complained to reception to see if there was a problem and were told "sometimes when it gets very hot the air con doesn't really work" which is really an excellent design that something intended for when it is very hot doesn't work when it is. They did give us a fan which helped move around the hot air but air conditioning that worked would have been preferable. I would never stay in this hotel again. It's not like it's even a cheap hotel because it isn't? If you're considering staying here, I'd highly recommend you book elsewhere.

Location is excellent,walk out the front entrance and everything is there,atmosphere is so so,rooms really need updating especially the air conditioning which is not fit for purpose,the only reason as far as I'm concerned that this hotel is classed as 4 star is because it has a lift,the place is adults only which is a bonus,the cleanliness is superb,noise level is okay depending whereabouts in the hotel you are,service is really good and staff are polite friendly and helpful,amenities are good,2 pools but not enough sunbeds,a gym and spa,but overall I would not class this as a 4 star hotel 2 to 3 at the most,when a hotel is a 4 or 5 star I sm thinking luxury,indulgence etc and this certainly is not,as for the food don't get me started

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and a chef who cooks eggs, omelets, and pancakes on the spot. Clean and well-organized rooms, with a terrace complete with a towel drying rack. Welcome drink and bottled water in the room. Pool area for cooling off and spa. The best thing was the kindness of all the staff, especially the reception staff who helped us with an emergency.

The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach which is a beautiful cove 😍. Old town is a 15 minute stroll, surrounded by ancient city walls which you can partly walk around with stunning views. The town has shady narrow streets, boutique shops and gorgeous restaurants. Hotel rooms at Eix are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice, guests can also enjoy a champagne breakfast too. The bar is good value, loved their Sangria and Aperol Spritz, and there was a happy hour where drinks were half price between 5 and 7pm. Temperatures during my stay were between 32 to 34 degrees so the indoor Jacuzzi, available betwwen 12 and 8pm was set for cool water, perfect for this time of year. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and as a female solo traveller, the hotel felt a safe and friendly place to stay. I would recommend this hotel for other female solo travellers and if I stayed again, I would upgrade to half board as the breakfasts,were delicious.

Stayed for a week in the Eix Alcudia Hotel with my boyfriend. We arrived fairly late, however the lady at reception was friendly and accommodating, you get a welcome drink at check in which is lovely. The hotel itself is really nice, the rooms are spacious, we had one overlooking the pool which was nice. We just stayed bed and breakfast, so cannot comment on the evening meal, however the breakfast was really good. Lots of options and the opportunity to have a freshly cooked omelette each morning. The hotel has 2 pools, one big and one small. Like in most hotels, people do reserve sunbeds and then disappear for hours!! But we never had an issue with getting a bed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, about a 5 minute walk down to the marina and beach where there are lots of fantastic restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful, one tip would be to walk further down to the sun lounges near the middle of the beach, as the sea water in the bay is a bit stinky due to the protected seagrass that settles in there. The hotel is also only a 15 minute walk up to the old town, which again is beautiful to explore and is a must if you are in Alcudia. A really enjoyable holiday and will definitely return!

The hotel itself was excellent. Its location was perfect, the service was of a very high standard, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also truly fantastic and without a doubt deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. However, I am giving an overall score of 4 out of 5. The reason for this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but rather with the behavior of some of the guests. Early in the morning, sun loungers by the pool were reserved by placing towels on them, making it difficult for other guests to find a spot. In addition, some people seemed to be afraid there would not be enough breakfast, regularly pushing ahead without consideration for others. These negative aspects were entirely due to a number of rude tourists and not the hotel itself. Overall, I had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Better than expected! We are about to finish a great weeks holiday here,and to be fare,we're going to miss it. No it's not on the seafront with " views to die for" but what it lacks there,is more than made up for in the Staff and food dept. Some people criticised the lack of choices in food....from what we have seen,vast majority of guests are going for refills 3/4/5 times!!! That has to account for something. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and obliging.Housekeeping was meticulous, not pushy,we're not the type of people to have bed linen changed every day, what's the point,mid week was ample.Towels on shower floor when dirty..Plenty of w/ robe space for 2 adults with more than enough hangers.Room tastefully decorated. Carpeted hallway,so no noise from suitcase wheels.Tourist tax and safe paid for at c/ in,11" tablet fitted perfect. ( Key operation)walking distance to the beach,and shops. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone, next visit we will book a pool view..👌Thanks for the memories. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🫶

Everything about this hotel was 10/10 from start to finish. Would highly recommend. The staff, the food, the rooms, were just fantastic.

The only thing that could have made the holiday a little bit better, was entertainment and air con. We were there for 6 nights, and there was a reggae guy on one night who was lovely, and a random DJ in the afternoon who played rave music for European clients aged 45+ and a couple of British clients who didn't seem the type to start raving at the pool. Air con wise, there was a heat wave and there was no access to air con or fans in the room.

Great position to stay as it's within easy walking of things. Best part of this hotel is it's staff, from reception to bar and restaurant all so very friendly and helpful. Not forgetting the room cleaners and handymen who also are great. Thanks for wonderful fortnight and, hopefully, return some day.

We arrived early hours the guy that works nights is a breath of fresh air sooo welcoming and kind hes a credit to this hotel, such a funny character if u do read this robin hood youll know who i am haha! The rooms were lovely really modern only down side is air con isnt very good seemed to take forever to get cool , i think rooms could do with a kettle who doesnt love a good brew lol the day staff were alright could be more smiley like haha . Location is good this wasnt out original hotel we was moved from another original hotel was about 15 min walk i much prefer the other location , breakfast was okay not for me i did enjoy the fruiy though . Checking out this really annoys me our flight wasnt till 11pm but we had to check out at midday 12pm this just doesnt make sense to me so u just have to hang around all day did ask about late check out lady was quiet rude tbh didnt have any availability however she did point out its 50 euros i think thats expensive tbh but yeah lovely adult hotel , but big up to the guy who works nights hes funny we had a right laugh with him wish there was more people like him! Lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno y la cena pero la habitación para ser un cuatro estrellas me pareció un poco pequeña y sobre todo hacía muchísimo calor al ser una habitación en el último piso a la que había que acceder por numerosas escaleras.

Firstly, this hotel is a 4 star budget, not 4 star luxury. You get what you pay for, people expecting luxury need to increase their budget. We arrived late evening and were quickly checked in, the room was fine, clean served the purpose. Only negatives, the aircon wasn’t very strong but kept the room cool enough, the doors have shutters but need black out curtains too, and the sound proofing isn’t great (but unless you want an early night it shouldn’t impact you). The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, I have a gluten intolerance and they cooked a fresh baguette and provided muesli and chocolate wafers. They were all friendly, helpful and attentive and quick to clean away your plates. The ordering drinks in the evening with your meal is fine, you either charge to your room or pay, it’s easy. The food was good, I’m vegetarian and there’s a specific section with at least 3 dishes. All the food, breakfast and dinner was good, something for everyone. We had lunch from the snack bar once and that was lovely and very reasonable (photo on post), it’s just very very hot and humid in July so eating outside wasn’t so enjoyable. Pool area is a little cramped depending on where you sit, but the best bit is people don’t reserve sunloungers. As I right this it’s 9:40 and there are still 80% of the sun loungers free. People also come and go all day, so you are almost always guaranteed to get one. Location is perfect, a 5 minute stroll and you’re at the harbour and beach. We loved this end of Alcudia. 2 bars that were amazing to visit, Aqua at the end of the harbour (pricey but the views over the water are amazing). Faro Beach, they have singers and salsa sundays, great vibe but also pricey, nice for a treat!

I totally agree with the review from Adventure AVOID Reception staff friendly though but that's about it. Food terrible we paid for our evening meal on arrival as was tired but I wish we hadn't bothered no choice was cold hardly anything left and no meat choices. England match was on in hotel but at half time turned it off and shut the bar AS IF ,,!! So we missed the rest as went looking for a bar that wasn't full but no chance. So went to bed with the lukewarm Aircon on. Hotel a joke.

Great location,thats it really this hotel is not 4 star very tired 3 at the most. What a let down,dont know how people give it excellent reviews the food at breakfast was always cold,mushrooms and tomatoes smothered on garlic and who wants onion rings and chips at breakfast dinner was a joke very bland processed chicken and beef and im sure powdered sauces,at the supposedily hot grill they had slivers of fish and beef dried up on a hotplate,when you asked for fresh they suddenly dont speak english,getting a drink was another issue,you had to pay up front for it,so if the person with the bank card wasnt at the table,no drinks until they turn up staff throughout restuarant very rude and unfriendly, WIFI,always going down and no hot water for shower,entertainment or lack of it a joke, and sunbeds too close together especially when person next to you wants to put umbrella up,took three days to get aircon fixed and four for a light bulb,complaints reported to reception and disregarded,worst hotel ever

Great location with short walking distance to the main beach, bus stop and restaurants at the port. Also convenient distance to the old town, it took us about 20 min to walk there from the hotel. The rooms are spacious enough and we had a nice balcony to the pool area. The breakfast was amazing 👌 buffet with lots of selection,sparkling wine was a nice addition 😊 The pool area is also good,with 2 pools that are not big but they were enough for relaxation and some swimming. A/C was working well too in the whole hotel and the staff was friendly and available when needed. Thank you for the nice stay!

My 2nd time here in subsequent years- Always a pleasure. I feel completely cared for in this excellent adult-only hotel, the food is very good & staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Its location can’t be beaten- Less than x5 mins to one of the very best beaches, but on the right side of town to walk up to Alcudia Old Town too. Great access to all the amenities that the Port offers. Rooms are always clean, well kept, mine had excellent air conditioning. I’d be there again in a heart-beat !

This is not a new or luxurious hotel, but the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. However, instead of advertising it as an adults-only 18+ hotel, they could honestly call it a 50+ hotel. There are barely any young people around, and the overall atmosphere feels very quiet and lifeless. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. The beds are old and uncomfortable, and the mattresses are sagging, which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, the hotel is fine if you’re looking for a very quiet stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it to younger people who are hoping for a lively or social atmosphere.

Frühstück war gut. Sogar große Auswahl bei den Milchprodukten (Sojamilch, Mandelmilch etc.) Sonnenschirme für den Strand konnten ausgeliehen werden( waren aber teils kaputt, waren aber wahrscheinlich von anderen Reisenden zurückgelassene Schirme - trotzdem super!)

Pool war immer sehr schnell besetzt. Nicht viel Platz.

Hola orientado a extranjeros, nos pusieron en una habitación súper antigua y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Lo reclamamos y nos cambiaron a otra mejor pero el aire en sí no funciona bien por lo tanto para dormir con el calor que hacía fatal

The room was a problem, They left little width between the bottom of the bed and the television, causing me to band my shoulders on numerous occasions. However a very nice, clean hotel, but lacked decent entertainment and no poolside activities at all, boring really. The lifeguard sat everyday from early until 6.00pm like a stuffed dummy, most lifeguards organise entertainment, but not this one, joke really. Food pretty good on the whole. Friendly staff, would return.

Good modern hotel. Excellent large buffet breakfast. Good location for touring the island.

We travelled by car, but knew the hotel had no onsite parking. There is a huge free public car park opposite the hotel, but it was always full - most cars seemed to belong to locals and never moved. Managed to get in twice and then street parking nearby for the other two nights. This is no fault of the hotel, though, but be warned.

Nagyon jó helyen van, 2 medence is van, nagyon kedves a személyzet, nagyon finom a reggeli és bőséges/változatos. A koktélok is nagyon finomak. Strandtörölközőt is adnak ingyen, cserélik, amikor szeretnénk. Mikor odaértünk, nem nyílt az erkély ajtó. Szóltunk, és 10 percen belül jöttek megszerelni. Alapvetően tiszta volt az egész.

- A szobákból kihallatszik/áthallatszik minden, egyáltalán nincs hangszigetelve. Ha fürdik valaki, ha lehúzza a wc-t, minden hallatszik. - Csak az egyik medencében voltam, az annyira hideg volt, hogy bokáig mentem csak bele. - A bookingon írtam a tartózkodás előtt 2x, nem válaszoltak. Telefonáltam utána, akkor nagyon kedvesek voltak.

Excellent staff, great location near the port end of Alcudia. Good choice of food each evening and extensive breakfast. Room over looking the pool ideal and entertainment every evening to suit all tastes. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very close to beach and main promenade with access to a good choice of restaurants. Only downside was sunbeds at pool are very close together. Some sunbeds are in shade for significant parts of the day but this suited some clients.

Absoloutly one of the nicest , cleanest hotels I've stayed in, staff were so happy to help with everything, rooms were cleaned daily, excellent food variation something for everyone. All round definitely stay again and highly recommend

THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS HOTEL. We booked this hotel based on the huge number of excellent reviews. One’s perception of excellence is of course subjective and can only really be comparative bawd on previous experiences. We have stayed in truly exceptional hotels and this one, simply put, isn’t “excellent” by any stretch of the imagination. The positives are : The location is central to everything you need on holiday such as beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. All of these are a maximum of a five minute walk from your room. The staff are attentive, kind, friendly and welcoming. They all get 10/10 Cleanliness is perfection. The room and every section of this hotel was spotlessly clean. Drinks prices from the hotel bar are good value for money. The cocktails are not great. But the tap beer and all other beverages were absolutely fine. The slight let downs are: Room size is on the small side The gap between the end of the beds and the small shelf over the mini fridge is probably 40cm. The wardrobe is a good size. The balcony’s are small but adequate. The bathroom is tiny and the shower isn’t the best. The bathroom floor gets soaked every time the shower is used as there is no shower door or shower curtain. The bathroom towels are small, old and hard. Certainly not 4 star quality. There is no ventilation in the bathroom or extraction so it’s damp and turns into a steam room after and during every shower. There is no Bath. There is a huge gap around the bedroom door that lets a lot of light through at night. The AC works well. Every evening there is entertainment and it is mostly “pub singer” quality and there are only so many times tou can hear “I will survive” before it becomes annoying. Thankfully it ends around 11pm. Breakfast isn’t good. The “juice” is squash. Awful. The coffee is served from four different machines and every one of them dished up a brown liquid that just isn’t coffee. The cheese is plastic slices of tasteless yellow nonsense. The bread was good and the fresh fried eggs were acceptable. The bacon, mushrooms, and scrambled eggs are all appalling. Having said this we did find some fruit and other items that were fine. The hotel pool area is a bit cramped. The usual towel reserved bed scramble didn’t happen too often. The pool is clean and unheated but perfectly acceptable. We enjoyed our stay but if you are looking for a true four star hotel this isn’t one. I’d say it’s a reasonable three. It’s great value for money though and overall I do recommend.

Excellent Hotel, ideally situated for beach, shops and restaurants......and the harbour if you happen to have a yacht! Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, very clean and comfortable, excellent showers and air conditioning. Good restaurant, food well presented and plentiful (buffet), lovely pool with lots of loungers and a covered area for light snacks. A cycle rental shop on the corner for keen cyclists and a car park opposite for the motorists

The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice and there are different options everyday. Vegetarians and vegans are well catered for. The staff work really hard clearing tables and keeping the buffets well stocked. You have the option of sitting outside. There was Aircon when I stayed and the rooms are spotless with towels changed on request and beach towels are free from reception. If you like a morning cuppa bring a travel kettle. There are plenty of places to relax the pools and chairs never looked crowded and there is a chilled relaxed atmosphere. The spa is open from 12 and has toiletries and towels.

Gute Lage, in Strandnähe von Port d'Alcudia Das Personal war freundlich.

Der Esssaal im Erdgeschoss war sehr eng, das Frühstück war ok. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Jedes mal gab es eine kleine Überschwemmung nach dem Duschen. Die Hotelzimmer und allgemein das Hotel hätten dringend eine Renovation nötig. Das Schlimmste waren jedoch die Kakerlaken, die sich im Zimmer befanden. Ich bin wirklich nicht heikel, aber bei Kakerlaken ist meine Schmerzgrenze erreicht. In drei Nächten hatten wir Besuch von mindestens 2 Stück.

Alles aan het hotel. Schoon, iedere dag schoonmaak, het ontbijt. En met name het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel.

Ikzelf vind Port d'Alcudia niet echt bijzonder. Alcudia was wel een zeer leuke plaats. Dit was gelukkig op loopafstand. De airco had het wat beter mogen doen.

I stay here regularly as it's a great base for cycling, the hotel has a calm atmosphere, the food is good with lots of choice - both breakfast and evening meal (in fact this time I think they'd even upped their game) - and the location is excellent as its close to the port area and beach. It's also excellent value for money - I hope it stays that way! I took one star off my rating this time because the electricity failed in the original room I was given so I had to move after a day. Nothing was done when I originally reported it to reception but when I came back early evening and flagged it again, action was taken very swiftly so all ended well. I'm back in September and fully expect another great holiday and stay here.

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, peaceful sleep

Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer hat beim reinkommen nach Schimmel gerochen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn.

We had stayed at this hotel three times before, last time 2018. So glad we decided to revisit as nothing had changed. Still a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, fabulous buffet breakfast, and a great pool with sufficient sunbeds. We booked a pool view room so were able to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the entertainment. Only 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, and a 20 minute stroll to the beautiful old town. We didn't fly home till evening but had the use of the spa facilities to shower before travelling. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in an excellent location for everything Alcudia has to offer. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas and bar prices very reasonable. The buffet breakfast was really good everything you could want . The only thing I could say was missing was Aircon or a fan in the room as uncomfortable on a night sleeping

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Aktivitäten. Spa war wunderbar und das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Mir wurde ein Zimmer mit Balkone Blick am Schwimmbad gezeigt aber ich habe ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Warum habe ich nicht bekommen , was mir gezeigt wurde? Ich habe außerdem sehr früh gebucht und wollte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Schwimmbad.

Asukoht oli väga hea. Rannapromenaad väga lähedal. Suur autoparkla. Söögikohad väga lähedal. Hommikusöögivalik väga suur.

Esimene korrus oli poolenisti keldris. Ventilatsioon vannitoas puudus. Uksevõti alatasa ei töötanud. Niiskuse tõttu ilmselt olid ka prussakad esimesel korrusel.

The very friendly staff and the cleanliness of the whole building

That the restaurant did not open for breakfast until 8am, this is only a MINOR fault as when it was open the range of foods available was exceptional and I'd defy anyone to say there wasn't enough choice. There were 4 coffee machines and a separate egg station for fried eggs, omelette and pancakes all cooked to order. The restaurant was very spacious so we didn't feel overcrowded My only "grump". with the hotel is as an adult only hotel it is obvious that they cater for couples and we travel with a disabled adult who can't use a separate room. Often we are able, even in adult only hotels we can get a room for 3. On this occasion that wasn't possible so we had to split up into 2 rooms so one of us shared with the disabled person. Obviously this had an impact on the overall cost of the holiday. Seriously though I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Can't be faulted

Dejlig central placering. Yderst behagelig betjening og dejligt hotel. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.
