Great breakfasts, good quality food and drinks near at the pool as well. Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Relaxing spa area. Everything was really perfect. Thanks for making it such a great experience for us.

Very small gym and no weights 1-10kg, but found a larger public gym nearby, so it was not a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location right in the port was perfect and made it so easy to walk around and enjoy everything nearby. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. A great option if you want to be right in the heart of the port and close to everything. The staff were super nice and helpful.

While the location was great and the hotel was very clean, we felt it was quite pricey for what was included. The room rate didn’t include much, so overall we didn’t feel it offered the best value for the price.

Decor, comfortable beds, choice of pillows

Nothing

Decent sized pool. Very friendly staff. Looks very clean. Spa and jacuzzi access. Selection of the breakfast items. Easy to find a parking spot nearby. By the beach.

The buttons in the spa unit for certain functions did not work properly sometimes. Shower unit gets flooded easily and the bathroom could get very wet after shower.

Nice comfortable bedroom and bathroom Very friendly staff and reception

Pool space felt cheap and location wasn’t right for us (my mistake, too close to the road and bars). Could see the supermarket from the sunbed.

Kahjuks on siiski tänavamüra basseinialale kuulda, muus osas hotell fantastiline

L’emplacement Le personnel Les services Le petit déjeuner

Really good gluten free-options for breakfast, lunch and snacks (we didn't eat dinner at the hotel, was also available). Very friendly staff, always happy to help, and accommodating,

The room was very beautiful and clean. The restaurants food was delicious. I loved the beds at the pool area. All the indoor spaces were beautiful.

The noisy street with car noises next to the hotel

habitacion

no funcionaba aire ni tv

Overall service. Cleanliness of the room. Warm welcome from the staffs.

Nothing

Clean, Modern, Very friendly staff

Nothing to fault

The breakfast was exceptional, with an amazing selection of delicious food, including avocado and salmon brioche, Eggs Benedict, waffles, pancakes, cakes, cold cuts, cheese, fresh vegetables, fruit, and much more.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nada! None =)

Position Calme Petit dej et repas midi Chambre

Piscine pas toujours propre, maître nageurs pas réactivité

Un 10 en todo

God service! Hyggelig betjening.

Litt trafikkstøy, men ellers utmerket.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD

POOL SERVICE SLOW AT TIMES

The hotel, the staff, the facilities, the rooms, the food - everything was great

Outstanding staff and customer service, amazing breakfast served to your table, fabulous location

Check in was slow, didn't allow us a late check out - seemed to care more about what the cleaning staff wanted than the guests. Not as nice as in the photos. No nice touches on the roof terrace.

Only the location

The location was perfect to walk to the Marina and main Alcudia beach. Even the old town walk is not too far. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet given the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good and whilst we didn’t eat of an evening, we enjoyed the breakfast and pool side bar. The pool is good although the only thing I feel it could benefit from is a clean which compared to the hotel was a little noticeable it was in need of a clean.

Nothing, everything was as expected or better

Location was perfect, one could easily walk to all shops and restaurants to include the beach.

Tres belle deco. Spacieuse. Tres bonne literie. Bien equipee. Machine a cafe. Mini bar.

Great pool area, fantastic breakfast

I chose it amongst others because of spa and gym, spa was not fully functional

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Fijne ruime kamer (suite).

Open badkamer.

Clean, modern, good location.

Breakfast was far too small! (Eggs etc)

Hotel was beautiful, very modern, clean! Staff were very friendly & helpful! Got a glass of champagne on check in. Room was spotless and very spacious! Only stayed one night but would definitely be back!

Only thing is tv in bedroom didn't work which was annoying for nighttime but other than that was great

Alles bestens :-) Besonders Pool und Frühstück waren toll ☺️

Nichts

We had the take away breakfast every morning as we went fishing every day and thought it a little light on quantity considering we had paid for breakfast within our booking

Personal sehr nett * Zimmer hervorragend Sauna & Massage sehr gut.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff! Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool is smaller than it looked like in the photo's but as we stayed in March it wasn't busy at all and not a problem - there are lots of sunbeds though. The wellness area is small but amazing. The location was really great (1 minute to the beach and a direct bus about an hour from/to the airport). We parked our rental car on the streets around the hotel which was easy but already busy so assume in high season will be a lot more trouble to find a spot. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Personal war sehr freundlich, aufgestellt & humorvoll. Roomservice top!

Hatte kein Schrank, um Kleider zu verstauen. Duschwand aus Glas& sichtbar vom Bett...

Nice rooms and close to the beach and port, but noisy road.

Air con not available, despite exceeding 27 degrees. Was told only hot air available. Very hard to sleep through! Not 5 star facilities From concentrate juice and tiny portions for breakfast (eggs Benedict, half a muffin and I egg) Drinks are cheap, but you must wait and ask for service. Put your prices up and offer your drinks service by the pool! Restaurant has zero atmosphere and slow service with only 10 guests dinning.

Very well decorated classy hotel with all the amenities you could need.

Nothing

Kiva pieni hotelli!

Hotelli on pienehkö joten kannattaa ottaa huomioon että allasalueella on rajallinen määrä paikkoja, toki ylempänä on lisää aurinkotuoleja.

Freundliches Personal & sauber Ich würde wieder dorthin gehen

Wellnessbereich könnte grösser& heller sein
